I
really
feel
the
need
to
share
my
latest
experience
at
the
chocolatebar
in
the
Pearl.
For
the
past
2
years
I
have
been
a
regular
customer
there
but
you
lost
me
and
my
family
today
as
a
client
due
to
the
bad
customer
service
we
had.
Almost
everything
was
far
below
a
reasonable
standard:
the
cappuccino
was
just
water
with
milk
and
had
to
be
asked
for
another
one
with
coffee
in
it,
the
breakfast
was
served
without
the
butter
and
the
marmalade,
we
had
to
ask
for
it
ourselves.
The
drinks
arrived
when
we
finished
almost
all
of
our
breakfast.
No
salt,
no
pepper
on
the
table
The
excuse
from
the
waitress?
I
am
alone
ma'am.
Can
I
suggest
some
more
and
experienced
staff
?
What
made
me
decide
to
never
come
back
again
was
not
only
the
bad
service
but
the
fact
that,
although
I
mentioned
we
have
the
entertainer
voucher
(which
we
have
used
before
in
the
past
for
breakfast
)
I
only
got
informed
when
paying
my
bill
that
the
policy
had
been
changed
5
days
beforechanged
and
therefore
I
could
not
use
it.
When
I
mentioned
that
we,
as
clients,
are
not
informed
in
any
way,
your
waitress
just
looked
away
and
said
that
she
had
forgot
to
mention
it. Sorry
ma'am.
Well
thank
you
staff
!!
Living
here
in
the
Pearl
gives
me
a
lot
of
opportunities
to
dine
or
have
breakfast,
I
always
was
happy
with
your
food
and
service
but
due
to
this
treatment
to
us
which
was
so
bad
and
even
rude
you
lost
us
as
customers.
Will
not
recommend
your
place
anymore.
Hope
you
will
take
this
review
at
heart
,
perhaps
you
can
train
your
staff
on
providing
better
customer
service.
