Very nice and clean lounge. Shower is very clean, has separate toilet inside the room. Nice quiet area, business area, and separate restaurant, all inclusive. Bought this access for USD$100. Totally worth it. Also has family room, with play area for the kiddos and game room.

What a beautifully-designed space! Impressed with the spaciousness and calmness it instills. Seating is spread out amongst multiple zones. Everything you can think of, from showers, lockers, sleep cubicles, business center, games room, bar, restaurant and meditation pool. Food and drink selection is decent. Pretty impressed!

Love the food & services here. I enjoy the shower after long flight and long layover. Need more quite room thou since I used this lounge for couple of time and every times I got there it's always booked. They have other areas for a short nap but the lighting is so bright.

Located in 3rd floor Hamad Intl. Airport. Wow I must say it’s one of the best airport lounge I’ve ever been! Very artistic, clean, spacious, and also great selection of food and drinks. Feel like I want to stay here for longer time. The food tastes great and drinks also satisfying. I took a shower in here as well before my next flight. They have everything and will provide us in a friendly manner.

This is an impressive and a magnificent lounge with everything you wish while you are waiting for your connection flight. Put your hand baggage in the safety box before you go around in this lounge. Very kind, helpful and professional staff ready to assist you. Attentive service! There are lots of cozy small corner you can sit down, relax and enjoy the beautiful interior. Really good menu in the restaurant, offering a good variety of meals (red, white and vegetarian), and drinks (cocktails and wines), to not mention the desserts.

Fantastic business class lounge with everything you could possibly want. There is a beautiful and spacious restaurant with a mind blowing selection of main dishes, salads, appetizers, desserts and drinks. Extremely well staffed and cleaned constantly. There are big and well maintained showers available with all the amenities you might need. Truly one of the nicest places you will ever relax in an airport. There is even a quiet room where you can nap, just lovely.

A great experience, very peaceful and quiet. Lots of space. If you want somewhere just to avoid the hustle of the busy airport then this is the place. Good selection of food and drink. Also has rooms you can have a quick nap. Family rooms too! But the airport itself is huge and has so much to do and look at.

Access to Al Mourjan lounge comes with a separate purchase (I think some $140) but also is a complimentary benefit coming with business class tickets. It’s large, has free snacks, coffee and water. There is a restaurant, smoking room and plenty of seating. I was very thankful for the shower which was so refreshing after a 14hrs flight. This helped me arrive to my destination without feeling exhausted.

Huge business class lounge. High quality food (buffet and a la carte). Whine, and various alcoholic drinks available. Place to store your luggage (secured with a key) in a room just on the Right when you enter the lounge. The lounge is very very busy in the evening and midday.

I am speechless with the service they offered. Specially when you have to stay long, instead renting a hotel room this is the best place for you. Food is also delicious and fresh.

The worst experience in a business lounge. I usually do not put one star for a review. The problem started at the airport where qatar airlines could not find us a seat in business class while we paid for it. Instead of upgrading our ticket, in compensation of the time we spent, waiting for them to find a solution, they preferred upgraded another passenger. As a result, when we arrived to the business lounge, it was passed 1 am and all the beds available were fulfilled as the Qatar Airways Al Mourjan Business Lounge has a policy 'first comes first serves'. We ended up waiting for 7 hours in a uncomfortable chair, trying to sleep a little bit. We joined in a seating area an old man that broke his leg, was in wheelchair and had a plaster cast and no one took care of him. He spent the night sleeping in a chair. When I asked to be compensated, qatar airlines just explained that they could not do anything as I was offered options. It never happened, we waited for more than 2 hours for them to find two seats in business class. Also while the space is huge, the food could be improved for a business class lounge.

Best business class lounge experience. Great food and drinks selection. Quite area is location inside the snack area. A truly 5 star resort experience that rival those of any five-star hotel, Qatar Airways Al Mourjan Business Lounge redefines the world standard in airport lounge experiences. A Must try! 😍😎🍾👍

Impressive! The amount of space allocated to make space for business class customers. One of the most beautiful business lounges ive ever experienced. Food was great and could be better with wider range of drinks.

Alongside some other top ranked global airports like Singapore's Changi, HIA offers one of the best Business lounges in the world in my view. Al Mourjan is a huge, sprawling space consisting of many smaller satellite 'lounges' and areas - featuring Prayer Rooms, Quiet spaces, a waterfall water feature, showers, lots of dining options and chill out spaces etc. It is hard to fault this lounge.

Excellent business class lounge with a formal dining area, casual dining, showers, business area, smoking area and prayer room. Formal dining includes a la carte & a sushi station. It does get a bit busy during dinner time, but still plenty of seating.

By far the best lounge my husband and I have visited. Loved how clean and quiet everything was. The variety of food items was perfect and the a la carte menu was an additional perk. The facilities and showers were very clean. Loved the water pressure in the showers and good quality of the towels. The staff was beyond willing to help and made sure for an excellent experience. If traveling through Hamad Airport I would highly recommend this game changer for a long flight!

The BEST lounge in the entire world. Staff is so attentive, friendly and courteous. Food is great, ambiance is without compare. They have a Business Center, semi-private areas, lots of charging connections, comfortable seating and very clean bathrooms/WC/toilets. There is a prayer room and very zen water drip feature. Completely with the Business Class ticket access or $120US for a guest.

Lounge is at level 3, for business traveller's of QATAR. Huge place and very nice lounge. Full service bar and kitchen. Buffet and Ala carte both are available. Very well maintained overall including restrooms. Very few vegetarian options and whatever they have it's tasteless. Need to put some focus on vegan food to make it tasty, may be consult with some Indian chefs.

First time entering the lounge during long transit. Staff were proactive, polite and attentive. Facilities are all-rounded, except that the chairs in the main lobby could be more comfortable, and sleeping places could be increased. Otherwise food options are wide enough, and I enjoyed dining in such a modern environment.

One of the best business class lounge I’ve ever visited. The space, the amenities, the food — wonderful! It can be very crowded during the morning and midnight departure banks, but other than that I’ve always loved spending couple of hours here. Be sure to visit the quiet room to get decent rest for up to 6 hours. Not a proper bed like in Al Safwa, but sufficient if you don’t want to splurge for the transit hotel. A la carte dining is available during my visit in Sep 2021. Loved the salmon and pasta, as well as the ice cream.

This lounge is among my top picks for business class lounges. Its simplicity, efficiency, and comfort stand out. Upstairs, the second-floor meal service is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options. When in the mood for something quick yet satisfying, I often find myself heading to the first floor for one of their tasty sandwiches. The overall ambiance and quality service make it a perfect spot for travelers seeking relaxation and convenience.

One of the best business class lounges I have been to. They have a quiet area to have a nap. You can eat from the buffet or order from the menu from the restaurant on the third floor. Has a shower area and the whole lounge is clean and well maintained.

Ample space for relaxing. Showers and big toilets are available. Great place to eat. Food was available with a buffet or a la carte menus. Really good space to relax, unwind, and catch up with some work during transit in Doha.

The business class lounge in Dubai is much more comfortable and thoughtful. But here in Doha, the lounge concept was initially chosen incorrectly. The restaurant is separate from the entire area, and there are not enough seats in the restaurant. I stood in line to eat, this does not correspond to Business status. There are assistants standing in the restaurant and serving food, why? I can serve myself food, the chic is unjustified, stupid.

This lounge is literally the best in the world yet for such a grand venue it’s not bustling with people, it’s serene and peaceful. The food options are endless and better than most restaurants and a great start to your journey. Also this lounge is invite only from what I gather which furthers adds to the exclusivity and relaxed ambience. 10/10

One of the Amazing Qatar airways business lounges that set the standard for any self respecting world class airliner to emulate. You get individually served, the menu is quite amazing from sushi to steak, a long list of alcoholic beverages. There is shower and a spa under construction. It definitely makes a layover an enjoyable experience.

Can get crowded with incoming flights So need to Q for the restaurant. The manual system of registering name on a written list and then getting called for your turn need to be improved. Customers waiting around the stairs is not a good sight to behold. All lounge crew show exceptional courtesy and service attitude. Special mention to Mr. Jay mart who served at the bar. He brewed excellent Arabic coffee for me. I know it’s a bar. But that sweet aroma of Arabic coffee. Very special. Arabic coffee reminds me fondly of all my Arabic friends.

Business lounge at Al Mourjan airport by courtesy of Qatar Airways have four sections: dinning areas, seating place, quiet corner, and in- between ( quick snack and drink). While food varieties are less than other airline base/home locations ( e.g. Emirates In Dubai), I like ordering system on sandwiches and salad selection- both cold plates. Some choices on other cold plates ( cheese ham fruit and sweets). Shower spaces are much bigger and water is actually hot but could be overcrowded as they have few. Overall good space to chill out before catching connection.

This is a really nice and very large airport lounge. There is an area where you can order food (sandwiches, well nice toasted breads). There is a large selection of drinks non alcoholic as well as alcoholic. There are some nice chill out areas too. The bathrooms also have shower facilities. So all in all ot was a great experience

A very nice and spacious lounge with plenty of amenities including showers and well appointed and attended bathrooms. Restaurants and food is readily available, but after a long flight it is nice to have the open area to relax in the comfortable seats. The seating is spread out and all have areas for plugging in. The seats are not good for sleeping. The sitting areas have locations for luggage as well as a luggage room for checked bags.

Very beautiful. There are eat areas scattered across the lounge and a main food place upstairs and on the main lounge floor. The ground floor seemed a little crowded in the morning. The food options were good, though.

One of the best and the biggest business class lounges i have ever been. The type of customer service you receive is amazing. From check in to check out the whole process is smooth. The showers were clean. A lot of variety of food and drinks. The whole staff working from their receptionist to servers, from their host to janitors, everyone is professional and have smile on their faces. Will visit again.

This is one of the best lounges that I have ever been to. I spent close to 22+ hours in transit. Thats almost a day. I was considering taking a hotel, but decided to check it out before I did. The best business lounge in Amy airport around the world. Which is expected from Qatar airways, work's no.1 airlines. Huge lounge with a fancy interior, everything is clean and modern, the staff are professional, huge variety of drinks and food with a very quick service. It's the best way to start your vacation before flying. You'll be treated like a celebrity there.

Amongst all the lounges in HIA this is the probably the best one. Spent almost 15 hrs in my last layover. You do have to check out and re check in if they are busy. Very friendly people, delicious cuisines, variety of drinks and plenty of options for everyone. Lot of space to hang out, sleep or just rest. They also have very nice place for shower along with towels and everything else that you might need

Best business lounge in the entire world. Customer service is excellent, beyond any expectation. The interior design is zen and beautiful. Ambience is quiet and respectful. This is my third time at Al Mourjan Business Lounge and I can’t wait to be back. Menu at the restaurant upstairs is so good with different options. Business center is efficient, I had to print different documents and they were very helpful

Incredibly big and spacious lounge. I felt the food was a little bland and dry but it was close to the start of the breakfast buffet so that was understandable. The staff here were all very nice, and display exemplary hospitality. I would love to come back again one day.

Truly an amazing lounge. This business class lounge is comparable to some first class lounges. It is so huge and there are so many facilities in this place. The 2 restaurants are awesome with table service as well. Sleeping pods and a designated sleeping area is also available.

We have been traveling via Hamad International Airport for the 3rd time now. The whole airport is very organized, clean and every trip via this airport has been a pleasure. Staying at Al Mourjan Business Lounge is an extraordinary experience & we are going to be traveling again with Qatar Airways, anytime we have the opportunity to do so. Perfect!

Probably the best lounge in Doha. Has shower facilities. A La Carte & buffet options for food. Full service restaurant with premium beverages. Sleeping beds also available. If you have a long layover, this is your go to spot for business class passengers. Loved the lounge & the service.

“A lounge is a lounge” But the staff here makes the difference. A part from being super spacious it’s still nice, even 02:00 am. Food is almost restaurant high end level, and still carry in mind it’s just a “free” lounge 😜

Great way to unwind and prepare. There is a silent area where you can sleep and take a shower. Please turn your phones on silent. Snores are ok but ringtones and other unnecessary sounds are not in the quiet area. Showers are well stocked and clean. The staff especially the cleaning crew are very friendly.

Big and spacious lounge but still gets very crowded and busy. We came in at around 5:30am and it was a little difficult to find seating already. However, the food was great and service was prompt. Probably one of the top three best lounges I've been to so far.

  • 2/5 J M. 5 months ago on Google
As the flagship business class lounge of Qatar this is really disappointing if you visit in the morning. Totally unequipped to deal with exclusively Qatar business class passengers - it’s hard to find a seat and you queue for the Toilets, breakfast (one area does not serve breakfast at all) plus showers are close to impossible. The staff were equally overwhelmed and disorganised with multiple versions of my order arriving at the table, lost coffee and overall mayhem. I have visited many times and it’s unfortunately always the same. Evenings are far better and quite enjoyable. Overall it’s design over function here and a really poor part of the Qatar experience when compared to their onboard experience which is far superior.
