They do party games, give out small gifts to winners, for extra cost you can book magician, clown, jugglers etc.. they also provide food and goody bags at the end. Luckily I have no kids- I had to take some friend with 3 kids, I can't understand why would I need to pay QR35 per hour for trampoline 3 times, if we needed to play for only 10min!!!!???? Our experience was a disaster especially that the supervisor let came to offer me to pay for 2 kids and have 1 kid play for free - has changed his mind 2min after, and asked us to leave if we don't wish to pay for all!!!! We tried other automated cars, we discovered that are out of service but still withdrawed our money from our card, the technician came after 8min, and said I can get u a free ride but your money cannot be refunded to the card!!!!!!! I honestly felt that they took advantage of me.. we were inside the play zone for 1h40min, the kids played 17min!!! What a waste.. !

The collection of their games are as well more. They have a 7D cinema, a art and craft area and a neon themed bowling alley for kids and jumper section as well. Overall a very good place to spend your time. Didn't find any other issues yet.
