2 days quarantine at the torch was good except for the delay in delivering breakfast on day 1. Had to call several times to get it. We booked double room for 2 adults but for some reason all Consumables and food was delivered only for one person until we called and followed up. Otherwise the stay was good as the room was very neat, clean and comfortable

the hotel is beautiful, but the room was extremly cold even when youbturn the ac in the summer, i think something wrong with the ac the temp inside the room was 20 after 4 hour of ac shout down. if your not a cold loving person bring heavy cloth

Didn't stay here but stopped for lunch in the flying carpet restaurant, we actually made a special trip for the revolving restaurant on the top floor but it was closed for renovations (when we checked it had said on the website it was closed so our fault for not checking) however the business lunch served in the flying carpet restaurant was excellent and we'll priced. Good views of the football and Olympics stadiums next door and the vilaggio shopping mall next door is a must to visit.

Staying at this Hotel was an absolute delight and a truly luxurious experience. The location couldn't have been better, offering easy access to all the attractions I wanted to visit. I always had bad experience with this hotel . First when I stayed during quarantine time last year , dirty bed room, torn sofa but foods are good . Receptions are rude, not even make eye contact when pass me quarantine certificate . Second when I tried to book 360 restaurant for anniversary. unfortunately it was closed during fifa time, I was ask when will it open again but the lady on phone yelling said it's closed then hung up the phone . I'm speechless.

It was amazing experience , stayed here for 2 days of quarantine, the rooms were good with internal connectivity. My kids also enjoyed the stay. Menu and Food was excellent and perfectly on time, optional kid meal or kid friendly meal for lunch or dinner might be better. Thank you making my stay a wonderful experience.

The security are very friendly first of all, very welcoming. While walking to the escalator I get greeted by the staff. The food is spot on in the 360, very tasty and the aesthetic was humbling. Such a luxurious hotel, would visit the hotel again very soon.

A perfect hotel to relax, full view for Doha, room is very luxurious room with hi-tech room automation (curtains, t.v., lights..etc.). The food was super delicious and There is a direct access to villagio mall. Amenities are excellent (gym and spa) the pool is not that big. But it's iconic.

Dear Torch Tower, I have had such a pleasant stay here. It excelled my expectations. Staff were always available and always so helpful. Giving us room service twice a day and leaving a date was such a warm gesture. I would specifically like to applaud the aid and advice Mr Abu Baker and Mr Naser had given me. I had numerous questions to which all were answered by the two lovely gentlemen. They had spent well over an hour conversing with me and I will cherish those moments with both gentlemen. Tea Garden Cafe - experienced high tea and the food and drinks are lovely for just 150Riyals for 2 people!!! Great service too!

The waitress at the tea garden was incredibly friendly, explained everything to us and gave us an incredible table with a stunning view. The food was divine. It's pricey but worth it for the experience.

Very nice place. Location is great, right next to Villagio mall and Aspire park. Walking distance, except very warm days. Reception was sparsely manned during my stay, there was always a line and things went slow. They misplaced the laundry for a friend. Rooms are good, but not enough power sockets/outlets close to the beds. Water pressure in the shower is not impressive.

The manager taking reservations at 360° Restaurant in the morning today was extremely aggressive, racist and impolite. We are cancelling our plan to dine here due to his rudeness. He is not fit to deal with customers from different nationalities. He is also a terrible listener and assuming things on his own.

This skyscraper certainly stands as a gem in the city skyline, becoming a symbol of modern architectural brilliance. The view from the top is simply phenomenal, revealing an outstanding panorama of the city. The interior oozes luxury and the services offered are top-notch.

If you are going for visiting for business meeting or anything like that, they have lobby on the ground floor . Also we went there in our wedding anniversary and we throughly enjoyed it as it gave us a feeling of some royal palace where we clicked pictures. If you’re going to have coffee, then there is tea garden, where you can sit back and relax , gossip and spend quality time with your loved ones with an amazing view of khalifa stadium. Best place to watch the crowd from top view , sitting peacefully. Never ever visit #360 revolving restaurant, they have the rude staff, they will only allow you to enter if you are going for fine dining. I had visited many restaurants and cafes but there staff member and everything about that restaurant is disgusting. They serve food, which tastes average and very less quantity as per the price.

I came about 1am to kofik cafe and it was closed but the manager helped us and took our order. So the service was the best also both coffee and sweets were so delicious 🤤.

Located at the 47th floor of The Torch, 360 offers an amazing panoramic view of the city from its revolving restaurant . We were a family group of 8 - the service team was courteous ..prompt .. Food quality - good but nothing special --at par with other restaurant of this stature . As per the telephone information , children below 6 years are not allowed- though we have seen a couple of that age . There should be more interaction between shifts of the front desk people about the booking details - as we found some confusion . Overall an evening well- spent

We went to the restaurant. They don't have nuts milk. Only cow's milk. Very disappointed. Every place I go have this option. We weren't able to take even a nice coffee there. The waitress wasn't sure, the service was not impressive at all. I was expecting much more.
