am
a
regular
traveller
to
Doha,
this
was
my
first
stay
at
the
Mondrian,
really
glad
I
stayed
as
had
an
great
time.
I
had
2
Terrace
Suites
booked
for
my
colleague
and
I
for
3
nights.
The
service
began
before
we
even
arrived.
3
days
before
our
visit,
had
a
call
from
the
Mondrian
to
welcome
us,
explain
what
we
had
booked
and
if
there
was
anything
they
could
help
with.
1
day
before
arrival,
another
call
from
the
hotel
to
explain
that
as
I
am
an
Expedia
gold
member,
they
were
upgrading
us
to
the
Loft
Suite.
I
travel
all
the
time,
this
is
the
first
time
a
hotel
has
called
to
upgrade
me
before
arrival,
so
already
impressed.
On
arrival,
welcomed
at
check
in
as
an
Expedia
Gold
member
and
all
benefits
explained
like
the
upgrade
and
20%
off
food
and
beverages.
Got
to
our
rooms,
as
you
will
see
in
the
pictures,
a
huge
and
well
laid
out
room
so
impressed
again.
Zero
complaints
throughout
our
stay,
all
staff
so
welcoming
throughout.
The
service
highlighted
to
me
when
I
asked
for
matches
at
reception,
because
they
didn’t
have
any
available,
the
gentleman
offered
me
his
personal
lighter,
of
course
I
didn’t
accept,
but
just
summed
up
the
overall
hospitality
they
provide,
Really
nice
pool
at
the
top
of
the
hotel
with
sauna
and
steam
rooms
if
required.
Excellent
restaurants
in
the
hotel,
we
went
to
Morimoto
and
had
a
great
time,
will
write
that
review
separately.
A
big
thank

Mondrian
for
a
great
experience,
I
will
definitely
be
returning.
