I stayed in Mondrian Doha as part of my 2 day mandatory quarantine Hotel stay. So couldn't go out of the room during the stay. But I had a good experience. The staffs were very attentive and professional. The room was very spacious, neat and clean. The food was room delivered and was just average.

Amazing staff. And good food but you can drink at the pool area it's a policy. I think they management should change. Good massage.. and you can definitely enjoy the sauna and stream. There is separate spa rooms for men and female I liked that . If you are married you can have a couple massage together. Ambiance is exquisite

Best hotel stay I have had in the world. Super friendly and personalized services. Their staff is the absolute top of the range in excellence. Marwan at the front office, was such a star. We connected on our love for Man City and he got me a personalized post card (and chocolate) with the club logo to welcome me officially for my stay with them. 5 stars are not enough 🙌🏾.

Stylish design, clean rooms, warm welcoming and perfect room for service. I like the consumer centric approach, since I am too sensitive for noise (even ac sound bother’s me) I asked to change my room twice, and I’ve been offered the most quiet room, and it was perfect for me :)

One of the best hotels in Doha. The location is the best and the rooms are very spacious even the standard rooms. The service is superb I stayed at the hotel few months ago and when I visited the hotel a couple of days ago, many of the hotel staff still remembers me, which made me feel very valued as a guest at this property. The only thing I did not like here is the noise especially on the weekends and the valet service which can be slow sometimes even in non busy timings. In conclusion I do always recommend this hotel to my friends as I always have a great experiences with them.

One Star for the location and another one for the facilities (restaurants & SPA). First of all, the receptionist doesn't know anything about hospitality, you would need to tell them what to do, for example I was informed about the depost to withdraw QAR500 cash, they didn't ask for it, I told them what to do with the cash now! 2nd no one ask about the stay when checking out or if they cas assisst with anything, again you have to ask and inform in ypu have car or lugguge its very bad service overall. Breakfast you are on your own, they take your room number and thats, although there are few tables occuppied at least the stuff could guide us where to set and ensure the table is ready. Finally, the room furniture is in bad condition, such low quality against the price of QAR1400 per night. even they didn't check the safe battery which wasn't working. It was my first visit and surely they didn't meet my expectations; there are many options with better prices and better quality of service.

The hotel costumer service on my opinion is number 1 , especially Mary ( She makes me happy while I’m staying). Thank you all for your hospitality and I am sure that I will come again 🌹👏🏽👏🏽

Amazing hotel, full of decorations. It has a stunning interior design. Even the pool was like an art gallery. Super clean room with marble bathroom and bath. The front staff, Sheima, was so kind, she upgraded my room for free.

The reception welcomed me with a huge smile, I know they're telling the truth about how they complement me in my dress. I forgot the name of the lady who accommodated my check-in she have brown skin like me and stand almost 5ft tall, she recommended me the Tavern since I am starving and I love the food! I really feel that I'm in Houston / New York . she is very good she explains everything. Mr. Ricardo Clarin is a nice guy he complimented us with roses and chocolates. The staff around will give you a hand for aesthetic pictures, thank you for Mr. Lukman the lifeguard, experienced photographer we will cherish those picture he took. The restaurants first I would like to thank Morimoto for still letting us inside even they will be closing the kitchen within 10 minutes and still took our order. I really recommend this place, the reception who accommodate us and give us a very nice seat and view i cannot thank you enough. To Mr. Who took our order and understands everything since my husband have seafood allergy. the Morimoto and the ramen will be recommended to my family and friends. I love the Mondrian Bistro the team are very nice and how fabulous the waffle they served us. i really enjoy my stay i hopefully we will return soon. i would love my family and friends experience these. if only i don't have to work the next day, i would love to stay one more day. The Swimming pool & interiors you can never forget. THANK YOU MONDRIAN!

NOT ONLY THE BEST HOTEL in Doha but the most unforgettable hotel stay that I’ve ever had during my world travels. The front staff, breakfast staff, room cleaning services, restaurant workers, etc are incredible! Super clean and new rooms, marble bathrooms, great location but it’s also very quiet and peaceful. I also got an amazing free upgrade and the reservations department regularly checked up on me during my extended stay. This is the only place I will stay when I come back to Doha. My friends have booked here as well and have had similar experiences. Make sure to check both with the hotel website and online with apps like Expedia to see which is a better deal.

Mondrian was fantastic! The staff namely Jamil and Ricardo were very helpful in finding activities, taking pictures and making us feel very welcomed! We were welcomed warmly and provided multiple dining and spa options both on and off the premises. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and would make for a great staycation!

It's pretty rare I write a super positive reviews on hotels (and i've stayed at many great hotels around the world), however I felt compelled as the Mondrian in Doha (in my opinion) is easily one of the best in the world. Our suite was beautiful, spacious and decorated for our arrival. From the staff at reception all the way through to in-room dining, the service was flawless. The details they remembered, and the insights they offered were truly appreciated and always delivered with such a friendly and thoughtful manner (always accommodating our 6 month old baby). I'll be telling everyone who's travelling through Doha (for work or leisure) to make sure they stop off for a few nights at this beautiful hotel. The only negative... I think you've now ruined my future hotel stays, as i doubt they'll be able to match the wonderful experience we had. Thank you for a very special few days! you should be case study in how hotels are managed globally!

The service was very excellent and the staff were all helpful and from time to time they asked if we needed anything and if we wanted anything they provided quickly. Ricardo was with us from entering the hotel until leaving he is a very good employee.

The hotel is nice, however their service is slower than a 2 star hotel, it took 45 minutes for them to bring my order from the lobby then another 30 minutes to bring my car from the valet only to find out they didn’t even find my car.

The Mondrian staff was absolutely superb! The service and the resort are exquisite and elegant. I was treated like royalty, wonderfully and lovingly. Best place ever!

Arrived on early flight, Ward ( Reception) was amazing, great service let us into our room early and included breakfast. As I work in travel he offered a tour of the hotel which has so much to offer. Spa is a huge highlight but it doesn’t stop there, the indoor pool, gym and option of restaurants. Cannot rave enough of the Mondrian Doha will definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality. Superb, such flair and yet minimalist. Loved it.

The Mondrian Doha might be my favorite hotel I have ever stayed at. From start to finish, I was well looked after and wowed. The architecture and design of the hotel is stunning, and the rooms are beautiful and well-appointed, the morning breakfast is plentiful and tasty, but where the Mondrian really shines is the staff. Both Wijdan and Aya at the front desk went far above and beyond anything I have ever experienced at any hotel in making me feel welcomed and at home. From arranging a room to be ready at 8am for early checkin to help planning my time in Doha to sharing stories about their home country Morocco in the hours after the earthquake (and where I had just arrived from), both Wijdan and Aya were immaculate hosts. Thank you and Shukran to both! I will not hesitate to return to this hotel next time I am in Doha, and in fact even during this stay I extended my time by a night. The Mondrian is awesome and should be proud of the team and hotel they have built!

Loved the hotel from the check it to check out The room was modern we even had a big tub in the room loved the decor loved every single detail in the hotel, the beds were comfy the room was clean + Evian water for free everyday. The staff was very friendly. But the location was hard to get to. They should put signs on the highway. Next to the hotel was a small shopping mall called the lagoon mall 2 minutes walking. 6 minutes by car to the pearl. The only thing I didn’t like is the breakfast! They don’t have a lot of variety of options they should serve a lot more than what they have, for a 5 star hotel it’s very below average. My review in 2018

If i could give it a lower review i would Bad managment specially night shift i had my interaction with prasand his attitude and managment skills are to be maybe a laundry delivery guy as he is persistant to get my attention but as a manager he wouldn’t fit . Wrong people with wrong roles . The entire management would be held responsible if they know if not thats a bigger problem since no customer care is held to a high level . My issue and just to shorten it , i have had with me electric essence burner that i got for the car since i understand the policy of hotels and wouldn’t use it in the room . It went out of battery went in the hotel got stopped by security which i mentioned i am going to charge it only he was trying to get to his manager to confirm he took 5 min no reply i left and said let them call me went up slept since i have work early morning suddenly i hear knocks on my door keeping in mind there was a no disturb sign . He kept on knocking until i opened the door and he woke me up cuz i have this in the room . Keeping in mind i am booked for 10 days half way there he goes i will prep your invoice to check out . Since i have not used it in the room you can never stop me from having it , until i use it you dont have rights when i use it you can do whatever you want . Knocking on the door with the sign on is a no no . No one called me from any kind of management for any kind of follow up . And after a day i get a message from the front desk saying i have exceeded my credit limit ( only used laundry ) keeping in mind i have paid my stay in full from day 1 . I would never ever stay there nor will ever advice anyone to do so

Rooms are large and clean. The service is very good. The staff are very cooperative. The prices are very reasonable. Had a little problem with the hot water, the service team offered me a different room. In general, it was a great stay.

Love the design of this hotel! It has an Alice in wonderland theme cafe, a staircase to nowhere, giant lamp shades, curious columns and a great spa. Love their elevator system. Local event organizers love putting up celebrities in their penthouse suite. It is definitely an instagrammable hotel.

Everything was amazing. I went to Morimoto. Food and sevice is perfect, nice sushi, soba, and fried rice. Jenny who work in Morimoto is nice and kind. Bar team also was good. I enjoyed their cocktail so much. Thank you for everything.

The Mondrian Doha in Qatar is a 5-star luxury hotel known for its stunning design and excellent amenities. The staff are very nice and very kind not to mention very eloquent. The buffet breakfast was very amazing a lot of choices. The panoramic view was one of the best experience in the hotel.

This brand new hotel is full of luxury items with well appointed rooms that have everything you can think of an amazing spa downstairs a very well equipped fitness center next to the rooftop but indoor pool. The Japanese restaurant is outstanding. All the staff are exceptionally helpful and kind.

The staff is attentive, kind, responsive, helpful...the list goes on!! We stayed there on two occasions and both experiences were amazing! The Deluxe loft suite is world class. What an amazing way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Special shout-out to ANWAR and MIA and all the others for their exceptional service. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mondrian. The service far exceeded expectations. We were given the loveliest room and Anas took care of us upon our late check in. We enjoyed the Hudson Bar with Santa as our fantastic server. The night music and vibe at the Patio was so fun. It has been the most relaxing and pampering weekend. Definitely a memory maker.

Mondrian is truly a beautiful property. Artful design reflecting local patterns, Arabic writing and historic souks. From the hotel lobby, to the restaurants and the rooms everything is so well put together and it flows seamlessly.The staff on site is absolutely phenomenal. Kind and thoughtful they really make the guest feel at home. The Spa in addition to being stunning to look at is also offering variety of treatments that I am sure anyone can enjoy.

Extraordinary place to visit! Architectural and its interior designs are intricately detailed but unique in every shared spot of the hotel. Luxurious sauna, steam room and indoor pool will relax you. Hudson Tavern will excite you with their delicious buffalo wings alongside draught beer. Breakfast is splendid, served in set though you could request for another to satisfy your craving! Staffs will even surprise you with a small, though sweet token if you are celebrating a special occasion! You could have an unobstructive view of The Pearl and Westbay from the Rise Skybar (though the bar temporary closed) Lovely to be back for another enchanting experience! ❤️❤️❤️

My stay at this hotel was exceptional due to the treatment I received from your staff. Woooow!...The night spent there with my family is our best since our days in Qatar. They have the friendliest staff I have ever met in any organization. The break fast was filled with all anyone could possibly need to start the day.

This is a very special place to stay. I am very lucky that I am staying a couple of months. Every aspect of the hotel looks incredible, from the moment you walk into the lobby you know you're going to have an enjoyable and comfortable time. The food at the restaurants and bars in the hotel is amazing, with plenty of variety and good value for money. The best part of the Mondrian is the staff. They are always approachable and go out of their way to make sure you are having a great time, from the valet parking, the bell men, security staff, reception staff and the restaurant/bar staff, they are always friendly and hardworking, always with a smile on their face. I'd like to give a special mention the Laerto, he is a hardworking guy and is always ensuring that I'm being looked after, he is a credit to the hotel. Its been a pleasure staying here.

Clean but room service for food is too expensive for the value + facilities are barely existing there’s no jacuzzi like what??? 5 stars hotel without a jacuzzi is a NO for me the pool is indoors & barely enough for people and cold + they even turn AC on Clean yeah but never again

One of the best hotels I have stayed in Doha. The concept hotel has wonderfully designed rooms, it has a wonderful lobby. The pool and all other areas are as spacious as possible, it has a nice ambiance, and the staff is very friendly, and the location is very close to the pearl area. Espa spa is a must try. also Morimoto reataurant is great, I stayed 4 nights it was worth every day, highly recommended.

I booked deluxe suite, and nothing special about my styaying, it was so annoying they kept bringing wrong stuff to my room! Flowers, and other guests luggage and bags. Which it is annoying, the service is too slow. I found cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom. Also there is nothing satisfying after paying this amount for the room no special service and no complimentary things. One more thing I cleared the mini bar before checkin and in the morning they kept ring and knocking the door to check if I used anything from minibar, which they should know that it was cleared from checkin !!

The Mondrian Doha is quite simply the best hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The facilities and restaurants are absolutely stunning but what makes the hotel the best of the best is the staff who were all so hospitable, attentive and caring throughout our stay. Staff members treated us like family and I would like to give a special shout out to both Zoe and Basma who made our experience so special and whom we will never ever forget for everything that they did especially allowing us to sleep and shower in a room before our room was available. We will never forget your smiles and you'll forever be in our prayers :)

I am a regular traveller to Doha, this was my first stay at the Mondrian, really glad I stayed as had an great time. I had 2 Terrace Suites booked for my colleague and I for 3 nights. The service began before we even arrived. 3 days before our visit, had a call from the Mondrian to welcome us, explain what we had booked and if there was anything they could help with. 1 day before arrival, another call from the hotel to explain that as I am an Expedia gold member, they were upgrading us to the Loft Suite. I travel all the time, this is the first time a hotel has called to upgrade me before arrival, so already impressed. On arrival, welcomed at check in as an Expedia Gold member and all benefits explained like the upgrade and 20% off food and beverages. Got to our rooms, as you will see in the pictures, a huge and well laid out room so impressed again. Zero complaints throughout our stay, all staff so welcoming throughout. The service highlighted to me when I asked for matches at reception, because they didn’t have any available, the gentleman offered me his personal lighter, of course I didn’t accept, but just summed up the overall hospitality they provide, Really nice pool at the top of the hotel with sauna and steam rooms if required. Excellent restaurants in the hotel, we went to Morimoto and had a great time, will write that review separately. A big thank you to everyone at The Mondrian for a great experience, I will definitely be returning.

My stay was nice to begin with. I booked a suite and noted some of the issues I faced. WC and bath tub wasn’t that clean. I requested a crib for my child and it was heavily used (Definitely they could’ve done better than that since its a well known 5 star hotel). The staff was friendly and cooperative, but the front desk needs to be more consistent with their information and to inform the guests if they want their deposit in cash or card. I REALLY enjoyed the Espa and the massage was awesome.

I am speechless. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The hospitality, the cleanliness, the kindness, you name it, they have it all. My husband and I are so pleased and grateful. I don’t think there is anything else better than this. If anyone wants to visit Qatar, please come to Mondrian Doha, you won’t be displeased even by the slightest chance!!! Absolutely astounding experience and this is where I will always return for a hotel reservation if I plan on visiting Qatar again!

We stayed for 3 nights here, it was one of the most stunning hotels we had been. The staffs are so friendly as when our son cried they even brought the balloon to calm him down. The rooms are perfectly clean and comfortable with great views out side. Foods are great as i’m one of the amateur chef., I know they really try to impress you with food platters. Score 10/10 as I would recommend everyone to stay here when you visit Qatar

The main impression of the hotel is design, design and design. But if you subconsciously expect some beautiful surprises from the lobby, even the hotel bar, then, for example, in the pool - no. Here, the pool feels like the spread of a glossy magazine. The main thing that I did not like was the rude and annoying security.

Beautiful hotel amazing location but stinky attitude from the staff. Was there over new year and only one comment I have for them 《a little courtesy goes a long way also 1st impressions lasts forever》Its a place where you are judged by the dressing to determine whether you can access the place and once you are in everyone is too busy to serve you.

I visited today but no one assisted me upon entry there are some gentlemen at the entrance but nobody approached me to offer assistance, and I don't know where to go, the guy who was next to the scanning machines was rude, I just said to him it is my first time and I wanted to have a look but instead of to offer assistance he direct answer not allowed to take pictures he is so rude he must not direct response that way people so rude and they don't welcome people is that how they deliver the luxury service. However, the espa team is so impressive and very warm welcoming people with an amazing smiles and very accommodating, and the guy his name is Rana and the lady from reception was so kind she deliver a professional manner, and the guy escorted him to show around the spa his name is Rana is very accommodating with the professional manner as well, great job.

This place was unbelievable. Amazing rooms, clean, great service and amenities, special and unique restaurants.. honestly you could stay at the hotel the whole time visiting Doha and you wouldn't get bored. There's also a small mall right next door with a large grocery store and several restaurants to choose from if need be, and it's within a 2-4 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Restaurant very good with excellent food and service although expensive. But having had no issue with dress code or the fact that I was alone in the restaurant the management took exception to both when I went to the bar/nightclub and refused admission....very poor service and while trying to address the issues the security service were disrespectful and aggressive...

This hotel is amazing! Someone from the hotel called me the night before which I thought was great. The spa was great but very expensive, the swimming pool was definitely a major highlight of the hotel. I also like that you can have the music from the nightclub playing in your room at a low volume. My room was fantastic and I loved the huge bath. Overall I would go back to Doha just to stay at this hotel. The only thing that did annoy me slightly was that I had to keep clearing security every time I went into the hotel and having all my bags checked I thought this was slightly over the top especially when I have a small bag.

The service was absolutely amazing. The customer service delivered by Jamil was excellent. He showed me and my husband around the whole hotel, kept so much patience and professionalism and made our experience thousand times better. He deserves the best because he genuinely took care of us, surprised us with balloons and baklava, he really took care of us. One of the best services we have ever received from any staff at a hotel.
