To begin with, I would like to note that the hotel is located in an excellent location and has beach and access to the sea. There are several restaurants and bars. The service is simply great in most cases. Recently I had the opportunity to try the services of spa. Is I evaluate from the moment of booking until the end of the treatment, then the service deserves only excellent. All the standards of a five-star hotel were met. There was a mistake on my part during the reservation but the staff found a solution and fully satisfied my needs. Treatment was wonderful. I was offered nice refreshment after. All my preferences were considered. I would highly recommend this spa.

I really enjoy the service I received from my first time. The hotel staff members were more than accommodating for our needs. They were prompt, polite, and made us feel at home were all very friendly and accommodating. They were ready to help us with anything we needed. I really enjoyed certain amenities such as the breakfast. The pool and view was very nice and there was a lot of activities available.

Trader Vic’s restaurant (my favorite) unique an amazing place with Polynesian cuisine and it's got a pleasant ambience. The service was very quick & warm. The staff ASEP was very friendly, helpful & most importantly very respectful which I liked a lot. I appreciate their assistance. The quality & taste of the food was amazing. Everything was more than expected. Highly recommended to everyone!

One of the best stay in Hilton, fully booked but customer service is outstanding, individually taken care for every guest. Lily is guest relations Manager and she was outstanding and very humble, Specially with kids. Hussein in concierge is excellent and very very helpful in every aspect as he guide you, booked taxis for you, advise us for different restaurants and attractions.

Best Iftar in Doha near the pool. Service and Food were amazing. Clean setup and kind staffs. Multiple varieties and international cuisine. The Director Georges visited us multiple times to check everything is okay. Will repeat it again for sure.

I stayed with my family. Hilton provided me with big suite rooms facing sea side which was really refreshing which made us happy throughout. It was Good Food. Good services. Good maintenance. And very good friendly staffs.

The best place to stay in all of Doha! The staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms were cleaned frequently (Teddy did an amazing job ensuring that I had everything I needed). I came here to watch the finals for the world cup. The staff at the shots bar somehow managed to keep everything under control with the crazy crowd. They were quick with our drinks and food. Highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich. The wings were also delicious.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and spacious but there was an ac Noise all the time+party loud every night. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. They give me a warm welcome. My Suite was always clean and tidy. Sometimes there were some noises from the near night club till late night. Not a problem for me but could affect others. The personal service at the executive lounge was great. Especially Manish was really nice and very attentive. He made my day more than once. Thank you! The service at the hotel is outstanding. In the concierge suite, Deepak was wonderful. He managed to meet the needs of all the guests, smiling and interacting. Both times we’ve stayed at this hotel, he has been a pleasure. The breakfast is wonderful! So many great food choices and excellent service. Thelma, Dominic, and Dede waited on us while we had breakfast at a tables outside near the beach every day. They are incredibly attentive and delightful.

The Hotel is of a good standard. Breakfast is below standard for a 5 star hotel Restaurant are good but not outstanding Check in was unpleasant with the front office personnel not able to understand the conditions of the reservation and voucher. My reservation was including breakfast and fully paid by the travel agency but the front desk was not able to understand the book coding and tried to charge me the room and breakfast rate. It took one day to clarify the issue

There are very helpful and attentive staff in this hotel. As everywhere there are small flaws, though staff are professionals in their work. All problems are resolved quickly. I especially wanted to underline the restaurant Mawasem and its staff such as Joriza. Dishes in the restaurant are always very tasty and there is a large choice of dishes. I’m really recommend this hotel for everyone.

Had a great meal at the Mawasem dining. Was greeted by several waitresses and they were all friendly and attending. One name pops out to me, Joriza was exceptionally friendly and kind. The food was good but the service was amazing. Keep doing a great job.

Great Hotel at the beach . Good pool and attentive pool bar and snacks . Staying in the Executive club room there are rooms on higher floors with city views. The club lounge has an excellent choice at breakfast time ,light refreshment throughout the day and in the evening alcoholic drinks and canapés . The rooms themselves are extremely spacious and the bathrooms huge ! There are restaurants on site and the hotel itself is central to most places in Doha . Only a short taxi ride to the souk .

Good location the pool and beach are clean. Room was okay it has a view of the city and the sea. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Ditto the waiter in the beach restaurant was so helpful and make sure you get what you want.

World Cup construction site stuff wasn’t as bad as everyone was complaining. Guess especially since incidentally I was there during the weekend. Liked tanning at the beach and swimming in the Gulf. Room was nice and thanks for the upgrade.

This 5 star is located next to the Arabian sea with a nice private beach resort. Location is perfect as just 15 mins walk from the City Centre. I stayed 2 days and enjoyed my stay here. You dont have to worry about looking for a food place as there are loads of places around.

Breakfast was amazing, everything was served fresh. There was a wide selection as it was an international breakfast buffet. The servers were all very attentive and friendly. Sir Aldren was such a good vibe. He kept checking on us if everything was okay or if we needed anything. As Asians, we wanted rice and so he made an effort to go inside and get us rice. He also offered and gave us omelette and salmon on the side. He was very attentive as well and mindful of everything. He also established very good rapport, so people will be at ease with him. He converses very well. We love that he constantly checked on us even as we were about to leave. Keep it up!!!

The staff for breakfast buffet is always welcoming and friendly. Unlike the usual self-service coffee machine, they make amazing barista coffee for you and send to your table. We had amazing coffee served by Jerry who is very experienced.

I love the Hilton Doha the pool area and beach are amazing it several different places to eat from snack type food to semi casual dining. The room was very nice with a great view of the ocean and nice balcony to enjoy the evening on ( a little traffic noise but not bad). Overall I enjoyed it and will stay there again..

This is the first time we visit Qatar. We chose the Hilton Doha and are absolutely delighted with the service. The rooms are very clean there is nothing to complain about. In the outdoor area there is a normal pool and one for the children. There is always enough staff and lifeguards to look after the children. The breakfast buffet is amazing and I highly recommend it. We’re staying 1week at this wonderful hotel and the staff are amazing. The staff at the front desk upgraded our room because we celebrated our anniversary and they also surprised us with a beautiful cake. That really warmed our hearts. The staff at the buffet restaurant, all the chefs, the waiters and waitresses. A special thanks to wonderful and hardworking waitress named “Nice” who does her work with a smile on her face. The consierge “Indra” who helped me receiving my lost luggage 🧳 by calling several times a day looking for it. Without him I would still be without my luggage. I’m so grateful to all the staff at the hotel. They really work hard to make the guests to feel at home. The service is outstanding they really care. The breakfast was delightful and changed in our 3 day stay. The rooms are clean and comfy, but the twin beds rooms all are connected rooms which was our only discomfort during our stay. The beach and the bool are amazing. There spa services was so satisfying

Everything was good and meeting the 5-Star standards; however, there is one thing that is not acceptable and doesn’t not meet international standards which is the extreme noise from the night club during the night. Imagine, you would not sleep between 10pm to 3 am. Weird and unacceptable. At least they should isolate the noise from club. I do not recommend it for family.

Stayed for a two day stop over on our way home. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff are amazing! Fahim saw us struggling with our bags and stopped what he was so doing and came to our assistance. Jenny at reception made us feel so welcome and upgraded us to a lovely room on higher floor on our second night. Nothing was too much for any of the staff. Would come back in a heartbeat.

An amazing hotel! Friendly staff, concierge is terrific and the perfume scent in the lobby is gorgeous! We got spa treatments and did some water activities and we got 15% off as residents of the hotel. You’re right on the beach front also! A short taxi to town centre is QAR15. It’s a perfect spot to set up base to access different parts of the city. Highly recommend.

I arrived at the Hilton after a long flight delay and my baggage getting lost. As soon as I walked in the door my day turned around. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the staff were lovely (Lily and Sara were very helpful and dedicated). The room was immaculate as the facilitates. Would highly recommend staying here, weather it be for a layover or a vacation in itself.

First of all, thanks to Shanti from front desk for her outstanding support during our stay. The hotel was excellent but needs some improvements and room maintenance. The balcony door lock was broken and isn’t safe for family with kids, most of the lights were not working, bathroom wasn’t clean, AC dripping water….

This is a great 4 star hotel I wouldn’t go as far as saying its five stars Be careful of their valet!!! They don’t park your car in a designated area that only staff can reach. As a result, I had my car scratched with no solution or compensation from their Egyptian hotel management and staff. For that I’m giving them this poor rating.

I spent 2 weeks here in a king room. Very nice room and facilities, gym is a little small but well equipped for its size. Plenty of very helpful and friendly staff on hand at all times. My housekeeper Ankita was especially friendly, happy to help and did an excellent job every day. Location was fantastic, on the beach easy to get to by car and only a few minutes walk from the malls and other downtown amenities. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

The following morning, we inquired about the possibility of a late checkout due to our late arrival the previous evening. After a quick check on her computer, Miss Jenny graciously extended our stay until 3:00 pm. We were overjoyed with this gesture of flexibility. Our children had an absolute blast at the pool and the beach, and every member of the staff, from the vigilant lifeguards to the evening security team, were eager to assist us with genuine smiles. In sum, our stay at Hilton exceeded our expectations in every way. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire Hilton team for making our time with them so memorable.

We received a very good service and assistance from Ms Jenny the front office Shift Leader. There was an issues with 2 receptionists from breakfast but Ms Jenny helped and fixed the issues. She was very respectful and expert on handling the guests and customers needs and problems. Thank you to Ms Jenny and Thank you to Hilton Doha for the wonderful experience.

Place and view is amazing. Enjoyed the music, and mostly appreciates Teddy’s service. She was great, friendly, and had a warm smile. Will definitely come back again.

I enjoyed business lunch here. Reasonable price and delicious food. And some table has the ocean view, which is very relaxing. Especially, Teddy was our server and she’s amazing and kind. We appreciated her.

Very friendly staff! Most comfortable beds I’ve had in a long time and I travel weekly. So clean! Great location. In the beach and nice pool! Highly recommend. Manish was so helpful, efficient, friendly and kind. An asset to the hotel.

Trader Vic’s brunch was awesome ….totally worth it for the “my book” offer….amazing Cocktails…not watered down like most places…these were super strong and and hits the spot. Food was brilliant and of high quality. Fantastic vibrant ambience with a fantabulous live band

The people in this accommodation were some of the best I have seen. We only had breakfast here and it was good value, large variety of foods that seemed to be hand made. Even the honey had different flavours added. I would only recommend to have the pool hours open later. I had a lovely conversation with Anjali at reception. She showed a genuine interest in my thoughts and provided a safe space to be open and honest. It was a positive way to checkout.

Enjoyable stay at Hilton Doha. The rooms are very nice, and a good size. The facilities are excellent. The executive lounge is great, with nice refreshments and attentive staff. Manish took great care of us there. Thank you.

Amazing restaurant. The atmosphere and food is great, service is 5 star, all staff know every item on the menu, good menu and drinks. Special thanks to Asep, he is very friendly and attentive. Very recommended for this place. We’ll be back again soon.

Everything is amazing about this place. Probably the best place in the Doha, ambience, food, cocktail. Quick service, very polite staff. And the host Asep is great will make it a point to see that everyone is comfortable. Definitely must visit place if you are in Doha.

The room was amazing with a stunning sea view. The food was also great. The only inconvenience was the beach and pool working hours. I want to go swim early and at night, but they only allowed that from 7 to sunset.

Stayed here during F1 weekend 2023. Had a lovely time. Jenny at the front desk welcomed me with a lovely warm smile. Got a great upgrade as a Diamond member. Mannish at the Executive Floor -great guy. Very friendly and warm. Will definitely be back.

It was a real pleasure to stay at the Hilton Doha. The service was wonderful, especially jariza did a great job at every breakfast we had. The location was great, right in front of the hotel is the beach. Really clean and calm. All in all we don’t have anything to complain about.

The room was very big with a king size bed, a huge bathroom and also with a very nice secretary to work. Much appreciate the house keeping lady called Lila that did a great job during my 8 day staying.

We had a lovely stay at the Hilton. The rooms are mildly tired but still very nice and amenities good. Restaurants were a little average but the Staff made up for it and were very good. Communication with concierge regarding hotel cars went side ways twice but they redeemed themselves and credited us one of the rides. Check in was complicated and room smelt of smoke so they upgraded us without question. The staff worked very hard to accomodate us and fix small but important things for us and we were very grateful. Joriza and the breakfast team were super lovely and the guys cooking omelettes for us were super nice happy. People make for a nice experience not buildings. Great location to go anywhere really.

I was on the tournament in Doha. I stayed at this hotel and I enjoyed my time here. Polite hotel staff. Clean and luxury rooms. The waitress Joriza is very kind and smiling. I hope I'll be back soon!

Great Hilton hotel, as usual. The private beach in the business district was a nice touch. One thing that really stuck out to us was the buffet was excellent👏 normally at an all inclusive the food is not that great, but this buffet was way better and the food was prepared very well and top-notch🙌 kudos to the chef and the restaurant staff

Great place to spend lovely night with friends or even alone. They have indoor and outdoor seating areas and the bartenders are friendly and supportive. The location is just on the sea and it was breezy night. 😍😍 Thanks for Teddy who took care of my table for her great attitude 🌹🌹. I would come here again and again and again.

One of the highlights was the outdoor pool and the beautiful beach. The pool was well-maintained and the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. The hotel's buffet was also a standout feature. The variety of dishes offered was impressive and each one was cooked to perfection. The presentation of the food was also visually appealing, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. I enjoyed it a lot also the exceptional staff members. They were friendly and very kind Recommended!

The hotel has a lovely location with a small private beach and is close to all amenities. The metro station is not too far, which we used regularly, as the tube is cheap and very reliable. The hotel has good facilities; the rooms are spacious and clean. The only drawback was that the bathroom/toilet was separated by a glass wall to the room, which is not very convenient. The rooms were always cleaned, and the bedlinen was changed regularly. Only some days it took quite a bit of time for our room to be ready, which one wants it to be, especially after coming back from the beach. The food was fantastic, compliments to the chef, who organised 3 fantastic nights with grilled meat, fish, and lots of other seafood. One of the waiters who supervised the outside tables was absolutely amazing. I can't say the same for some of the other waitresses who were sometimes too slow or stroppy! Overall, we liked our stay at the hotel and can recommend it to others. We liked Doha, as there is so much to see and places to visit.

Overall, our stay was pleasant. Amazing view, the room we chose was panoramic Seaview family suite. Which was very spacious. We had a connection room which had too single beds and a separate bathroom wich was great. The highlight of our stay was the service we received from Mr.Adriatic from the restaurant. As my children don't eat seafood, he went out of his way to make something special so we would be satisfied.

Yubraj did an excellent job cleaning our room he was very courteous and professional. He paid great attention to details. He was friendly and got the room sparkling. Went above, and beyond to ensure that the room was tidy and clean

Alex and his security team, and Ahmed at the front desk, were constantly on the ball! Great from them. Slightly poorer service from the restaurant staff on the beach, and the shisha there could definitely use some improvement. But overall, a good experience!
