5 star hotel with a super respectful staff, who certainly cares about the customer service. (visitors must be either FULLY VACCINATED or RECOVERED from COVID-19). best food cuisines are there. very tasty food especially Market By Jean-Georges🏅🏅🔥 most importantly the hotel has a valet parking service. the night life in it is much better than mornings. music is loud but not noisy. the waitresses in the restaurant are very respectful and quiet. the manager always come and ask if we needed anything 👍🏽. P.S: Never go there and not order the SHREDDED CRAB SUSHI & CRAB SALAD!

The W Doha is a luxury hotel located in Doha, Qatar. It is known for its modern design, upscale amenities, and vibrant atmosphere. The hotel offers a range of facilities, including stylish guest rooms and suites, multiple dining options, a spa, fitness center, and meeting spaces. It's a popular choice for both business and leisure travelers visiting Doha.

For a 5 stars hotel , you would a better breakfast than what was served. A quality you could easily find in any average 3 stars hotel. Very disappointing. I would not suggest to be honest, options are many in Doha with very competitive prices as well

My recent stay at the W Hotel in Doha left me feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. While I must acknowledge the exceptional service provided by the front office staff, I cannot overlook the hotel's woefully inadequate security measures. Despite intentionally leaving my Apple AirPods Pro in my room, believing they would be safe, they inexplicably disappeared. This incident has shaken my trust in the hotel's ability to provide a secure environment for its guests. When I reported the loss to the front office, they were sympathetic, but the subsequent response from the security office was nothing short of appalling. I felt that my concerns were brushed aside and not taken seriously. The lack of urgency and attention to this matter is simply unacceptable. It is evident that the hotel's security protocols are in dire need of improvement. Guests should feel confident that their belongings are safe within the premises, but my experience has shattered that confidence. The security office's lackadaisical approach only exacerbates the issue. The management must take immediate action to address these shortcomings and ensure the safety and peace of mind of their guests. In conclusion, my stay at the W Hotel in Doha was marred by a profound sense of disappointment and frustration. The lack of effective security measures and the dismissive response from the security office have left me deeply dissatisfied. I urge the hotel management to prioritize guest security, reinforce their security protocols, and restore the trust of their patrons.

We celebrated our 10th year anniversary in this very luxurious hotel and we get what we paid for. Rose in the front desk was very accomodating and professional, she upgraded our room to a very nice junior corner suite with a surprise cake greeting. She added a late check-out for us even not asking for it. The hotel is very luxurious and clean. The food and services deserves more than a 5 star. We enjoyed and had fun staying.

The kindness and the focus to detail is exemplary. I truly have enjoyed my stay. The way the staff take the time to engage with u as well as offer assistance is the best. Thank you W for taking great care of us during this vacation. Will be back.

Good hotel with exceptional staff Had a very nice long stay here with my family. All hotel staff were great especially at breakfast who literally brought orders before they were actually ordered. Special mention needs to also go to our housekeeper Yuzana. We really appreciated the attention to detail she showed and making sure we were always supplied with all we needed

We stayed here for an 18 hour layover with kids. Overall, it seems like a great hotel with the typical W vibe. The check-in staff was warm and welcoming. We had an upgraded suite for the evening, a beautiful room with a great view. However, when we entered the room, we were greeted with a heavy smoky smell. It seems like someone had smoked in a non-smoking suite. Not sure why the cleaning staff didn't report it, the smell is definitely not customer ready for such a premium room. The staff who showed us the room was quick to make an arrangement for a room change which took about 10-15 minutes. Shortly after settling in the new room, I found the TV remote was not working. It took another 15-20 minutes for housekeeping to change the battery and engineering to reset the TV. Waking up in the middle of the night to order breakfast and check email at the work space. I was hoping to enjoy the view but noticed the sheer curtain control didn't work, it couldn't open. I was too tired to call the hotel to get it fixed. Our departing flight was at 8am which means that we would not be able to use our free breakfast. The hotel did allow us to have to-go breakfast instead. But they forgot to mention it to the catering... So we got charged for the supposedly free breakfast with the status. They did correct the billing afterwards. The alarm clock time was off, but not sure if it was like that or caused by us. Usually none of these are not a big deal (except the smell one). But for an 18 hour layover, a good one hour was wasted, which literally means we didn't get to check out the mall (kids tapped out after the TV is fixed). And it's the number of small issues encountered at a "W" grade hotel that annoyed me. Having said that, the staff we met were friendly. They brought an extra bed for my son so he can get proper rest, which we appreciate. We ordered in-room dining, the food exceeded expectations. We had butter chicken, salmon, and avocado salad, all were good. The pool is also pretty nice.

it was a bad experience staying in this hotel that is overrated. Swimming pool very small. Receptionists scan you from up to down to decide how to treat you. It’s all based on looks. The breakfast was okay.

We had to leave a review for this hotel as we recently spent 9 nights here with my family. The staff/service is second to none. Literally everyone there is approachable and very friendly. They are happy to help with anything you needed. I really have to praise all the staff here from the front door to housekeeping and everyone in between. The rooms are really good and spacious. Plus it was extremely clean which is what we always look for. I've stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this hotel has really made me consider only using W branded hotels from now on as we all really enjoyed ourselves here!

W Doha is a very beautiful & luxurious hotel. We were in a suite and it was gorgeous. We were fortunate to get upgraded since my husband is a Marriott Ambassador. The room was stunning with its decor & view of the city. The hanging swing chair was a fun touch! The staff stood out from start to finish. Rose checked us in & then checked on us a couple times to make sure everything was to our liking. We went to the pool bar to have a drink & Tun took good care of us. Paul, the cabana boy, was so nice to talk to & we really appreciated the frozen grapes snack on an especially hot afternoon. Also worth mentioning is Nur. She approached us in the lobby when she noticed we looked confused. We were trying to figure out which of the 5 options in the hotel we should go to for a cocktail. She was sweet to explain each place to us & then offer her suggestions. We ended up inside at the bar by the pool & we had a great time. The staff is definitely top notch. We would love to stay here again when we return to Doha. -Traci & Jeff

Great hotel in Doha. Everyone was very friendly and kind. The only negative comment is that the AC was a bit noice. The food in each of the restaurants is excellent.

One of my most favorite hotels in the whole world. Every time I travel to Doha for work, I stay here due to the friendly service, beautiful décor, convenient location, and ease of room service. Please- never change!

we had a great time. the place is clean. has a good location in west bay. easy access. I really would mention that Rose is the best. she is kind, helpful, and professional. I wish that every global hotel has someone like her. Someone like her s a must in every hotel to succeed and knows how to talk to and treat the residents. You will be satisfied. Malak is nice she always keeps smiling which is an excellent thing and she is welcoming, Helping Rose. They are top class Before I checked in I was thinking of bad expectations. When I came to the reception to check in and met them, they change everything in my mind. We were satisfied, enjoyed our stay, and were happy Read less

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are huge, clean and pleasant, the staff is friendly. What's more to wish for? There's one more well-kept secret - Sisley Paris Spa. First of all, there's sauna and great relaxation area. Secondly, there're massages and other spa treatment by the most wonderful therapist Atsa (the one from Nagaland). 💓 Thank you for the most effective deep tissue massage and the ginger wrap and massage treatment. These are divine.

There are some good people at this hotel, but unfortunately they are outnumbered by the sub par ones. Not 5 stars. I have been a guest at this hotel for over 30 nights. Although the rooms are not the newest rooms in the city, they are old actually without even smart TV's, the restaurants & service are what swayed me to stay here. I was greeted by Tarek & Sameer who are professional and all around kind, good people. However, they are overshadowed by the less than great ones. Everything was fine during my stay until recently. I eat at all the outlets. I have a regular table I eat at for breakfast and dinner. Every morning I sit at the same table. And order the same thing. There are no surprises. I also have signed my meals to my room since the beginning without any issues. Thursday night, I confirmed my dinner reservation at La Spiga myself as no one called or texted, I showed up on time only to wait over 40 minutes for my table, which was reserved 7 days prior. Not only that, I was overcharged on my bill initially. After signing, I went upstairs to my room. At approx 11:15pm I was called from the restaurant stating that someone from the front desk told them that I couldn't charge my meal, which was less than $40, and they asked if they could come upstairs to collect. I was in my pajamas. I'm a long time guest, over a month at this hotel. And over 1100 nights with Bonvoy and titanium status. I have no room balance, in fact, I have over $1,500 credit on my room as I prepaid for 2 weeks in advance and settled my prior bill less than 72 hours to this dinner. Yesterday when I went down to breakfast at the Market, the hostess Caitlan, who is an absolute pill to deal with, had given my table away. I sit at this table every single day at the same time, 10:35am. And I eat the same omelet everyday. She's done this at least 5 times most likely to wield her power as a hostess. LOL. It's not the table, it's the principle when a regular guest requests a table politely repeatedly and it gets given away repeatedly that makes an establishment not worth the trouble to eat at again. There literally is no preferential treatment even for loyal guests of the brand. Even for such a small request. My breakfast is included in my rate. I didn't eat it the last 2 days, nor will I be in the future due to these 2 incidents. Also, there is a stalker in the hotel which I've informed security about. I am uncomfortable using the gym for fear of being alone with him. There is no common sense from people who are running the front desk, with the exception of Khaldoun, everyone else is incompetent. The rooms are old. And now that the service in both restaurants is going downhill. I see no value paying to stay here. Just not worth the trouble. I will be checking out.

This is one of the nicest hotel residences I've stayed in. 2-bedroom with king-sized beds. 3 bathrooms with a huge tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen has a huge table leading to the living room it was such a decent size. Separate elevators and entrance for residences and very family-friendly. The security and valet did an amazing job for the 1 month i stayed there. Big thanks to all the breakfast workers for always having a positive attitude and working together to make sure everything is perfect. The bartender from South africa did a great job keeping me company! Also, special thanks to Hilda for always making sure my day was amazing coming back from work. I also appreciate Mamadou for making sure my experience at the W doha Hotel was perfect. Thank you, guys. You have an amazing crew working there. Also, I'll say this again, the security guards always did a great job checking my bags and an even better job welcoming into the hotel. Awesome, guys.

This is my first time at W Doha but not the first time at a W hotel so I came in expecting a certain level of service but I was still very pleasantly surprised by how amazing and friendly the entire staff is, they literally made me feel like royalty. I’m going to visit Doha a lot and was planning to try a new hotel every week but the W has set the bar so high that I don’t think any other hotel would be able to l match the quality of their services ✨ Everyone I met so far from the welcome staff to the room service and breakfast staff has been amazing but I have to give a special thank you to the Malak who welcomed me at check-in for her warm welcome, pleasant attitude, and the suit upgrade, and Mahesh the room dining assistant manager, there was a little oopsy with my dinner last night and he was very apologetic and sent me this lovely set up with a hand written note, I’m really grateful to the entire room dining team for this gift as well as their immaculate sushi making skills 😄 all 3 dishes I’ve tried so far were delicious! I’ll be sure to recommend the W Doha to everyone I know visiting Doha

Everything was fantastic. The staff, the food, and the amenities were all amazing. The hotel has so much to offer, and was very attentive of my needs. The wet deck and gym were great. It also features a great variety of restaurants. It's one of my favorite spots in Doha, and I will definitely continue coming back to stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff , room service very fast , I had a room with nice view, the gym very tight and in my opinion not matching with hotel 🏨 name, they have very good restaurants but you have to book your table for the Italian restaurant specially in the weekends, a lot of construction 🚧 around the hotel I hope it will finish soon.

This review is on Sisley Paris spa, I have been there today for a massage with therapist (Asma) Genuinely this was the best massage I had in term of all aspects. The facility was amazing, everything needed was available it was like your own spa at your own palace The therapist was very professional, polite and which is more important her massage standard is so high i’d say 10\10 Thank you

My stay was less than ok but not poor. We had issues with our apartment so decided to pay the extra for a 5* hotel hoping for a relaxing weekend at the W Doha but it wasnt so relaxing: The original booking was 2 nights, the I added an extra night on the 2nd night (3 nights in total) for 2 adults and 2 kids (3 years old and 3 months old) I made a my booking over the phone, I requested a room with 2 queen beds and no alcohol in the minibar and asked they to email me the booking. I spelt my name over the phone but never received the email confirmation/receipt. At the desk I told them my email address was wrong, i wrote down for them again and I still haven't received the email. Arrived to hotel and traffic was really bad (traffic not their fault), but when we got to the door, we were rushed out of the car mainly to reduce the traffic build up. We arrived around 22:35, checked in and taken to our room, but the room was not as requested, it was 1 bed only instead of 2 and their was still alcohol in the fridge. We then had to wait in the room for another 20mins with 2 tired kids waiting to be moved to our new room. Once we were moved to the new room, the alcohol was in the fridge, so we requested it to be removed, but we then could not use the fridge because it was not working which then by 00:15 an engineer came and replaced. There was also an credit to my booking which i could use for food inside the hotel, but i was only informed about this later on the 2nd day at which point i was told I could not use it, it was only after discussions with the manager that this was resolved. When i booked the third night separately, this was done over the phone again but what the hotel didn't tell was that they were going to charge an additional 300qr to card without any notification or consent. It was only later that I noticed that additional charge and later called the manager and was informed that will will be released at a few days. No the good points, once we were in the right room, the room, bed and bathroom was nice and good size, there is a very good selection of TV channels, the internet connection speed was good. The breakfast was nice, and the lady at the front desk of the Market was very polite and helpful, but in general most the staff were helpful. I think the hotel is more suited for single/couples and or business not so much for families.

I really enjoyed the stay in W Doha but the fact that they blocked my 1600 QR while my stay total price was 1400 QR!!! That really ruined my enjoyment. It has been +3 weeks and they didn’t release my money!

W doha, is beautiful hotel in the city and it is near the City Center mall, the location is beautiful and the rooms are awesome. I was offered a Wow suite as part of the upgrade, the suite was just wow!! Big rooms and lavish bedroom. I enjoyed the stay there. There is a great lounge and the food is also good. It was great experience.

The hotel is great and everyone very nice. However it is 14 January and I have been asking to all of their possible numbers/emails for help since December 20th to help me get a refund for an extra charge they added of a couple hundred USD. They have continued to say they will follow-up and never respond. I will keep reaching out, but this is absurd.

Really nice hotel that turn into shape of the world cup, nice host, room service, plus good restaurants inside the hotel. The bar at the last floor it was something else with an amazing view of the sea and city. It was a pleasure to stayed there during my world cup trip.

The experience at the W Doha is unlike any other 5 star hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and are determined to meet all your needs. The gym and pool are amazing! They have a trainer in the gym who is, like all other staff here, super friendly and always has a chat to me when I go in for a session. I wouldn’t even consider staying elsewhere next time I return to Doha!

One of the best places I’ve stayed in terms of service; all staff members are so helpful and always accomodate your needs. We had kids with us and everyone went above and beyond. Rooms are spacious and breakfast is great with lots of options. They have some amazing restaurants on site. The pool is really nice and just perfect with kids. Housekeeping is excellent and they make sure rooms are tidy and constantly checking to see if we need anything. I would recommend this place as it’s been a wonderful stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at W Doha. Whenever I go to a new hotel it takes me time to get used to the place and feel comfortable. With W Doha I felt cosy and at home from day one. The service is incredibly friendly and helpful, quick to answer and help you with anything you need. The rooms are really well done and the beds are SO comfortable, I slept super well. Despite some construction in the area, I didn't hear anything in the room and taxis easily reached the hotel. I had dinner at Market and it was super enjoyable. Highly recommend.

The Experience is amazing, great food and service. Clean all the time when you went out from your unit... You just have to ask what you need and they will deliver it for you. Good ambiance, the only rocking your world now is the road construction that will eat your time. Also the Valet Parking the service personnel wouldn't mind turning off your car head lights that is for 4 consecutive days. Other than that definitely a go to place to stay for travelers especially for FiFA2022

Very nice hotel, staff are pleasant to deal with. Has a lot of nice restaurants. However, the way in and out + valet is disaster with the current works on the main road. Hopefully, such will be fixed soon.

Wow!!! Just wow!!! An exceptional experience and stay at the W Marriott in the heart of Doha...outstanding and courteous staff...an enjoyment to be in their presence, and never treated as a guest. Mr. Agung is an outstanding individual...we chatted about everything during my stay...the Staff were the key component that I will cherish during my residence at the W Marriott, Wow!!!

The worst. The service here was so incompetent they could not out a credit card in the machine. Such and embracing experience with our guest. All they had to do was put a card in the machine to charge it and she created a scene brining the entire bill to the table and asking me to insert the card by hand because she did not know if she could... Why would I hand you my card ahead of time and ask you the charge it if I wanted you to ask me at the end. Such and insult. I would never stay /eat here again.
