Stayed for 2 nights on a stopover. Very comfortable rooms with efficient air conditioning. Very comfy bed with amazing pillows. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Every single member of staff went out of their way to help. The service was outstanding. Great location. Would highly recommend and would definitely visit again. Thank you so much for a relaxing time.

Fantastic stay and service. And, the location near Souk Waqif (not too far from the airport either) is extremely handy too. I took the breakfast as well, and it was continental but pretty good. Would recommend for your stay in Doha. PS: I got a room upgrade as well.

I booked one room for a night with this hotel due to the fact there was a long layover between my flights. Qatar airways made changes to the flights & layover became couple of hours so I contacted the hotel (months before my stay date) hoping they will understand the situation & refund me my money back. They staff refused to refund me saying that I don't have insurance for my stay & one of them decided to cancel my stay even though I was just asking for a refund or credit... I did not stay with hotel. The staff were unprofessional with clients/guests so I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with my family as part of the 2 day quarantine policy. The hotel staff was exceptionally cooperative. There were a few shortcomings but all were immediately resolved. The reception, security, room service (delivery) and especially the food delivery team did good for us. They considered our baby while preparing food. Unlike other hotels under the program, they never pressured us to check out after our discharge certificates were issued. Highly recommended for people within this budget.

I will definitely come back. Curtiu · Staff very friendly. The receptionist (Igor? Can't remember his name for sure, but he was from Marroco, he was young) gave me many tips of what to do the next day, despite the late hours I was arriving. Very friendly. The bed, mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Bathroom is amazing, perfect bath after a long day of walking. Location is perfect. I would love to come back. Cons: The pool could be open until later. The furniture in the balcony, outside the room, were dusty, sandy. But because of the heat, I wouldn't use that space. Loved it.

I cannot fault this place, visited here twice in the last 3 years with the second visit being longer then the first. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Hotel is super clean and tidy with the interior decorations and general design quite comfortable. Probably not ideally located for everyone's tastes but for me personally, found it to be ideally located next to Souq Waqif market which has a wonderful vibe and for the culture of it all, definitely worth visiting. Found that the display on the TV in the room to be a bit dark though which made viewing the evening movie to be a bit difficult.

Had a very pleasent stay in here; rooms are quite spacious, international/local breakfast is very good and tasty, staff is friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever. It is right next to the metro station and 200 mt from Souq Waqif where you can find various places to eat or chill. It was my first time in Qatar but will absolutely return for the next trip.

One of the best Hotels within the city and the markets (Souq). Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Ask for a room which has a view of the Gold souqs. They can help you in booking local attractions. Breakfast was great too.

Everything about this hotel was top notch and great value on top. Perfect location for exploring Doha, beautiful and well equipped rooms, and an incredibly kind staff. 100% recommend. The staff at Al Najada even prepared a nice little surprise for us as this stop was part of my wife and I's honeymoon. Thank you so much.

My room didn’t have hot water. I stayed for 3 nights and I called the reception everyday regarding the hot water problem. They sent someone once who said the water was warm enough and didn’t fix anything. The other days they told me they’ll get back to me and never did. 3 nights, 3 cold showers. The breakfast in 2 star hotel level. The cheese platter has 3 slices of cheese only, one of each kind. I was shocked. No verities same options every day. The hotel is in a construction area which is not their fault. So getting to the hotel and out from it is a total headache. I requested my room away from construction they gave me a good one, didn’t hear anything. Rooms are not soundproof. I can hear the next room talking. They didn’t give us parking card, we had to call reception to send someone to open the gate for us which is time wasting and one time we waited for a while before someone even came. Last, the concierge is not always available. And when available, I asked for suggestions and they seemed clueless and had to Google information which I can do myself. Concierge didn’t do any help except for arranging my restaurant bookings. I want to mention the good things: The bed is very VERY comfy like a cloud I slept like a baby I already miss the bed. The staff were very friendly.

Had a lovely stay here and would recommend this place to everyone. I landed in Doha at 5 am and didn't want to wait until 3 pm to check in at my current hotel booking, so I called a bunch of hotels in Doha to see if someone could give me an earlier check-in time. The staff at the reception of the Al Najada Hotel were very accommodating and were able to book me in for a room AND give me the early check-in! They also gave me a quiet space to wait while my room was being prepared. The room itself was lovely - clean, spacious, and with amazing design touches. The view out of the room was stunning. The walkability around the hotel is 100% worth staying here!

Al Najada, is simply first class. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and large and the location is directly across from Souq Waqif. Everything about this hotel is perfect. Especially the delicious food presented in the Breakfast Room.

Wonderful location to stay at in the center of Doha. The Souq Waqif is literally across the hotel passing by the gold souq and the carpet shops. The metro is also a stone throw away. The rooms were huge and very comfortable super king beds. We slept very well there. Reception was welcoming at check in and unfortunately we had only one incident at check out- waited for the receptionist for 20 minutes. Housekeeping was wonderful at keeping everything spotless and left us a lot of drinking water bottles. We would come back to stay here for sure

A great location and easy acces to the metro to get to see places. Nice and clean hotel with nice friendly staff .Always there to assist and to talk to. I think the breakfast could have more variety but what they serve is enough to fill you up.Also complementary drinks served to guess as they arrive would be nice. I have enjoyed my stay.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I couldn’t find that many photos on the website for the deluxe room, but the room was better than my expectations tbh. The view from the balcony was very nice, and the room was a lot more spacious than it seemed in the one picture I could find. Only downside is the construction in the area. There was no noise, but definitely made navigation a bit tricky for a visitor. Would definitely come back here again, though!

Excellent service! I personally thank Ms. Mary for the setup done and for the complimentary cake upon our entry in our room. It was so lovely and impressive. I really appreciated the effort, hospitality and the artistic ability of the rest of the staff. I enjoyed the pool as well and the 'yummy on the tummy' breakfast with a nice ambiance along the glass window wall. It's just the right place to relax. I'll definitely come back and next time it would be for a longer stay.

We stayed here for quarantine so didn’t get to experience their hospitality at all. But the only reason we chose this hotel was because they have nice balcony, overlooking Al Fanar Mosque and are at a very strategic location. The rooms are really spacious and property is really well maintained.

Cannot fault my stay at this hotel! Service was excellent, rooms were lovely and huge, the beds and bedding was the best I’ve ever slept on, and I have travelled extensively! Location was perfect as well ! The only negative I would say is to improve their donuts at breakfast and please include Nutella instead of chocolate sauce for the waffles. These are minor though and the rest of the breakfast was great!

The hotel is located in an authentic and quiet part of the city. It's right in front of Souq Waqif and we took the opportunity to go there every night. The service is impeccable, the breakfast buffet is high quality with lots of choices and the room is big. We had a lovely stay.

Al Najada hôtel as any hotel experience, it really depends on what the client is looking for I stayed for 15 days. I had no issues. Amazing staff from A to Z. Wonderful people really. The hotel is clean and decent. The location was incredible. I was supposed to stay only 7 days here then the remaining 8 at the Sheraton West Bay. Glad it was setup this way because I cancelled my Sheraton reservation and extended my stay here. The metro is a minute walk. Souq Waqif is basically your front yard:) I love the metro in Doha. The highlight of my trip. So easy to get everywhere. Traveling alone, I felt safe all the times. Hotel restaurant staff and manager are amazing. Great experience overall.

The hotel is not in a good shape to receive guests at the moment. It is surrounded by construction and it is nearly impossible to walk without bumping into it. Taxis hardly reach the hotel for the same reason. Buffet breakfast is not available and only a scarce choice of not so tasty or not so fresh dishes are provided for breakfast instead. The service is on the shaky side as staff does not seem trained. Most of the hotel is still dedicated to COVID quarantine guests. Only one floor is dedicated to not quarantined guests. My room, on the other hand, was very comfortable and I was lucky not to face the construction. This hotel needs 6 to 8 months of retraining and recovery before it can reach the level of its pre COVID reviews. I trust it will get there. The management does care.

Stayed here 6 weeks ago. Been to Doha plenty of times and stayed at other 5 star hotels but this hotel is my favourite. Excellent location and non-pretentious service. Door staff are very friendly. Room was lovely. We made friends with the local tiny ginger cat who sleeps nearby. We will be coming back to the hotel again in time for Eid al adha!

Fantastic way to break up the Sydney - London trip. Our time here was amazing and the staff could not do enough to help. Room was heavenly and in 5 weeks no other bed met the same standard. Definitely recommend.

Just completed my 8 night stay at Al Najada Hotel in Doha. The rooms were amazing and very comfortable. Balconies were huge and spacious. The service was the best I’ve ever experienced from any stay in a hotel. All the staff from the housekeeping to reception staff were amazing. The ones that were especially helpful to us were Zahra, Mubarak, Akshay in the reception and Sunita in the breakfast area. They catered to every single one of our needs and made sure our stay was amazing. The location of the hotel was also brilliant, literally a 2 minute walk from Souq Waqif (traditional Qatari market) where you can find anything from clothes to souvenirs to food. Would strongly recommend this hotel to anybody I see and if I return to Doha, I will definitely come back to Al Najada to stay.

I was helped by Besit to check in. Absolutely A-Grade service by this gentleman. Very friendly but also I enjoyed having a laugh with him. Ali also had a laugh with me about my bright socks. I’m not a “can I carry your bags” kinda guy, they’re not my servants in my humble opinion. They’re just working people who deserve to be where they are. But I still very much appreciated the effort they went to.

We wanted to stop and see some of the Middle East so stayed here for 2 nights in June. Despite the exciting trip that awaited us at our final destination, it was hard to leave this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed (LOVED the robes!) and the public spaces in the hotel are lavish and spectacular. Breakfast was extremely generous and all of the staff went out of their way to take care of every detail. You are often thought of and much missed now that we are back home!

Very nice and atmospheric hotel located at the heart of old Doha near Souq Waqif. Helpful staff, clean and extra large rooms. Breakfast is ok but you need to talk to personell in order to get something different than standart menu (because of Covid there is no open buffet). Otherwise - highly recommended.

We had the most amazing service by the front desk staff, especially Basit and Zahra. We had a "swallowed" credit card issue and they were relentless in finally recovering this just before our flight out. This wasn't a hotel issue at all, but they were very professional and also showed a huge amount of personal commitment and concern when all bank answers seemed "no". Thanks again! The hotel is very well run and is in a great location as well.

Erin, that was the receptionists name who welcomed me and my wife. After our 14 hour flight to Doha, first visit, she made sure the hotel went above and beyond our expectations. Our stay at this exceptional hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I walked through the grand entrance, the ambiance exuded sophistication and charm. The meticulously designed rooms were a sanctuary of comfort, adorned with thoughtful details. The breakfast experience was delightful, with each dish showcasing culinary mastery. The attentive and courteous staff anticipated my every need, providing a level of service that set a new standard. The hotel's amenities. This establishment effortlessly combines luxury and genuine hospitality, making it a standout destination. An enchanting retreat that exceeded my expectations in every way possible. This will be my hotel going forward, am locked in 👍

The rooms are spacious and well designed, with great attention to detail. Check in was not as efficient with only 2 staff members at the reception desk. However, staff members were pleasant and did their best to assist. There is a wide selection of options for breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of Souk Waqif and Msheireb Museums. Overall, a great experience staying at this hotel.

My senior citizen parents were staying at Al Najada for two weeks & stay was extremely comfortable. The staff was outstanding & extremely helpful, in particular Mr Sharif who went out of his way several times to help my parents in lining up logistics to quarantine lab. He also checked on them personally many times. The food, service & rooms was excellent. We highly recommend it.

I stayed alone from 24th December to 26th December two days. Staff overall extremely supportive and well attended. Strongly recommend to see the qatar culture and nearby attractions. Ms Mary on reception was so cooperative during my stay there. She supported for any issue regarding food selection during my stay. Room was so clean with scenic balcony. Well done all staff of Al Najada Hotel.

The location is very good and overall our stay was nice. It was the second time that we booked this hotel. Unfortunately, they charged us twice for the whole expenses (10 days with breakfast) via our credit cards. We are trying to get in contact with the hotel ever since, but we never got a reply and we begin to think that we get ignored on purpose. The hotel manager may reply to my review, we are looking forward to hear from you.

The hotel location is very good, as close as it gets from the souq waqif, and from the metro station. The only inconvenient is the amount and intensity of public constructions going on around the hotel, making it a loud and dirty area (not their fault, but still worth mentioning) The inside of the hotel is beautiful and clean. Service is very good, with a very polite staff. The fitness center has very good equipment and the swimming pool has sun all day long. Breakfast was expensive, but good.

Exceptional hotel stay - beautiful property, large, spacious clean room in a quiet area. Right next to the souk. Good shower, good wifi, nice staff. The pool was closed during my stay but you’re allowed to swim at their sister property a few minutes walk away. Wish I could go back!

Our Al Najada stay was fantastic. We spent 3 days in Doha and we couldn't have picked a better hotel, the location was great as it's 5 minutes walk from the Souq. Our room was great, plenty of space including a seating area with a desk, which was very useful as we had to work on the day we arrived. We had the best sleep in one of the most comfortable bed we've slept on in a while. I'd love to know where they got the pillows from! Breakfast was excellent and plenty to keep you full most of the day. Unfortunately the area around the hotel is a construction site at the moment (because of the world cup) so we could hear construction noise during the day, specially if you are in the pool. I would definitely come back and recommend to stay at Al Najada.

The great hotel reflects a successful management system. First, I would like to thank Mr. Ali Hussein, the Hotel Deputy Manager, for the successful management of this place and for following up the customers to ensuring they comfort. The hotel is in a great place in the heart of Doha, in the old area and has a great heritage view. The room was very clean and quiet. The food times were disciplined, no delay. I thank all the staff for the gentle treatment, good reception and the flexibility at the check in and out proceedings.

I am really disappointed with Al Najada Doha by Tivoli and all Tivoli hotels as the way as they treat your customers. I booked the hotel but Qatar changed the restrictions and they put UAE on red list, then I will have to stay 2 days on quarantine hotel of government. That`s why I cancelled my stay and they charged me fully stay. I tried many times to talk with hotel but they didn`t want to manage it.

Pros: good location and spacious rooms. Cons: Poor management and bookings team. We had to cut our trip short due to bereavement of close relative in the group but the hotel still deducted full amount despite giving heads up. I appreciate the booking was non-refundable but no empathy shown given the circumstances. Not the 5* service you would expect in western world, the area manager didn’t even have the decency to get back to my email. If you’re visiting for the World Cup, avoid this hotel.

Lovely stay! Staff, room, location, facilities all 5 star. I was here for just short of 2 weeks and it never stopped being comfortable and welcoming. Gym and pool are great, my balcony view over the courtyard and skyline was mesmerizing. The smell of oud incense in the lobby was heavenly, though may be an issue for those with sensitivities. Breakfast was great, location can’t be beat being right beside the souk waqif and metro line. It’s a dry hotel but you can always wander into Msherib hotels for happy hour. There is a grocery store in Msherib too with anything you want, including ready-made meals when you just want simple take-away. Two improvements though: 3rd floor has a musty smell, likely due to climate. And the hotel doesn’t recycle, though I’m unsure if Doha has facilities. Lots of water bottles going to waste and we should all strive to do better. Thank you Al Najada for a great stay.

I've booked here for 5 days stay and hour later requested to cancel because I couldn't not make it to Qutar. Thanks to the non refundable policy $670 was collected for something that never been used. This property have strict rules and restrictions around their bookings and in any circumstances you will never get your refund back. Be aware moust rooms are not refundable no matter what.

We have reserved two bed rooms suite for four nights but stayed only two nights. There are many issues in the rooms such as curtains are not closing properly, need to keep hot water tap running for at least ten minutes to get hot water and carpet needs proper cleaning. We were a group of three and on day one, we get three breakfasts and did receive so much food. We didn't want to see food wasted next day. Therefore, we have asked to get us two breakfasts but imagine, they didn't serve us properly. We waited for 30 minutes and called them several times but no food.

Amazing location neck to the Souk, but not in the Souk. No noise issues. And the Souk provided all the Karak and chapati that you needed plus lively shopping. The hotel was friendly, breakfast was good- but no Karak. In room dining was also good. We did not try the restaurant. We had a suite- and enjoyed it- huge space to expand into- and the towel sculptures you would almost expect these days.

The hotel was immaculate and the service was outstanding. I have never been so impressed by the hospitality of a hotel as I have with this hotel. It was stunning, beautiful and very well kept. The cleaning team were always on it at all times making sure that every aspect of the hotel was clean. They would come and clean the room daily. The staff were so lovely. My stay at Doha has been made so memorable especially because of the stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet service was amazing and every single person at the restaurant of the hotel were so attentive and lovely. I would most certainly come back to this hotel.

Some of my favorite things about traveling to the Middle East are the architecture and the conservation of cultural heritage even in their strive toward hyper modernity and futuristic technologies so I loved seeing those cultural elements and architectural styles sprinkled throughout the hotel and the proximity to the Souq! That was about all I enjoyed about this hotel. Room service food was delicious too albeit slow. I reserved a room with a king bed and balcony and was put in a room with twin beds and no balcony and had to do a whole back and forth with them to my room changed (still two twin beds but at least I got the balcony)! Overall, service was not the best. Both checking in and out, none of the doormen offered to help with my suitcases neither did the concierge.. I had to request both times. The hotel itself is really old and not as well maintained. It just gave a lot to be desired and for a supposed 5-star hotel, there was nothing luxurious about it and was rather underwhelming. 2/5 would not recommend unless you’re looking for something walkable and close to the Souq. But for the price, there are better options.

The hotel looks old outside but inside is excellent. Very clean, d smell s good. D staff are friendly and helpful. D food is fine & d staff who are assigned to serve are polite and have excellently done their job. The price per room are affordable... Thus, i want to come back n stay n Al Najada Doha Hotel again someday, soon.
