I
have
stayed
in
Chairmen
hotel
yesterday
with
my
wife
and
kid
due
to
cancellation
of
our
very
own
flight.
I
got
a
king
bed
room
#108,basically
its
an
accessible
room.
The
gentleman
at
the
reception
was
very
friendly
and
was
busy
with
having
tea
however
he
helped
me
upon
my
checkin.
He
failed
to
inform
us
about
the
room.
Ac
temperature
never
changed
from
26.5
till
checkout
even
after
all
corrective
adjustments.
We
called
reception
and
security
personnel
came
in
and
set
the
temperature
but
not
sorted
the
issue.
I
have
requested
for
dental
kits
and
the
answer
was
"out
of
stock".
(Please
carry
own
dental
kits
those
who
all
gonna
stay
here).
The
carpet
is
not
vacuumed,
kettle
dirty,
no
drinking
water,
ac
defective,
wall
seepage,
skirting
broken,
minibar
fridge
dirty
and
not
working!
The
room
should
go
under
Out
of
order
to
fix
the
issues
please🙏
The
hotel
is
Qatar
clean
certified
hotel!
Staffs
should
trained
about
complete
cleaning
and
disinfection
process
to
avoid
such
issues
in
this
current
pandemic
stage..
The
Nepal
national
security
who
dealt
with
my
luggage
is
an
asset
for
you
