We couldn’t stay here and I’m glad I didn’t stay the staff in front reception is very very rude don’t even know how to talk being in an hospitality industry, I called in the morning to book me a book for the night as we had work and we were checking in at at the girl said me sone different amount and said please come anytime we have so many rooms available when we reached at night the male staff in reception said us a higher amount and later when was not able to book online the room as the amount was less we agreed to book with them he was too rude to us like as if we are not paying and he’s doing us some favour and after so much he said we don’t have king beds available he wasted our so much time for no use. Will never recommend this hotel it’s very bad.

Located at strategic area. Many shops and restaurant around the hotel. And very close to the mosque. Around 5 minutes to the nearest Metro station. Room is fair enough. AC is cool but cannot be adjusted, maybe because the panel was broken. The receptionist is very nice and helpfull, especially Angel. Note; I did not try the restaurant.

Good value for money budget hotel. I booked for Qatari Riyal 1050 for 5 nights including breakfast. Reception wasn't aware booking is with breakfast and I have to acknowledge them 2 times to get it. Reception is very cooperative, Room service is ok, restaurant responded only after 5-6 calls. No water bottles provided and Restaurant manager asked to speak reception which said they are sending but didn't turned up. These are small issues but overall experience is good against the value paid off.

Unsatisfactory with room service. AC was not working. not fixed after complaining. (i prefer to all to use Agoda application for hotel booking. it's very cheap comparing if u directly book from any hotels)

Service is too slow, room quality is not good looks like old building, i call for fix my shower but they are not interested, middle of the night we wake up for heavy sound from neighbors room we complain but they say can’t help too bad service. Price is different before booking ask them and check online

Called many times to receptionist for fixing the ac of our room 306 but he ignored. Don't book this hotel for your stay. As they are not polite and behaviour is like king.... Worst service ever.

A little dated, some parts of the bathroom looking a bit unclear, good water pressure though. As we visited the hotel was under reconstruction. The workers and debris were going by the elevators, which caused a long wait for an elevator at times. Location and views not memorable.

First parking not available, reception was one Indian very rude , and never ware mask and never follow instructions of ministry, I book for king bed the give single Only, room was dirty very bad smell of toilet in side all room , Electricity you coming and going time to time I don’t know 🤷‍♂️ how the get authorization to exercise activity of hotel everything was bad .. my opinion 🏃‍♀️ run from this hotel don’t loss your money and your health there !!!!!

Disappointed in room. They put the two beds together. No necessities like coffee, tea, water, dental kits, comb etc. Only one towel in the bathroom. No remote control for the TV. Rude staff especially night shift receptionist Nepali guy. I don't know if he has a personal issue or something. It's my 3rd time checking in because it's accessible and spacious. But will never come back because of what the receptionist did to us. Not professional at all. At 180qar??? You can find a better hotel. Chairmen hotel 👎🏼. Don't waste your money and stress yourself.

Need to improve customer service And need to know the value of customer. It was my life's wrist experience. On the less price then them. You will get best experience. And good customer service Better to avoid go there. Special at night time when shift change.

I didn’t stay in hotel but, I’d like to inform about Yonicure Massage spa in level 1 at your building . I visited today and they were very bad management. I hope to see my review in their google review to know what is happened to me.

I won’t recommend this hotel.very bad service. Air condition was complaint and they changed the room after two hours.we waited in the lobby at 12 am and shifted to new room at 2 am. Parking facilities are very congested. Visitors please don’t take this hotel and rooms are very untidy

I have stayed in Chairmen hotel yesterday with my wife and kid due to cancellation of our very own flight. I got a king bed room #108,basically its an accessible room. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and was busy with having tea however he helped me upon my checkin. He failed to inform us about the room. Ac temperature never changed from 26.5 till checkout even after all corrective adjustments. We called reception and security personnel came in and set the temperature but not sorted the issue. I have requested for dental kits and the answer was "out of stock". (Please carry own dental kits those who all gonna stay here). The carpet is not vacuumed, kettle dirty, no drinking water, ac defective, wall seepage, skirting broken, minibar fridge dirty and not working! The room should go under Out of order to fix the issues please🙏 The hotel is Qatar clean certified hotel! Staffs should trained about complete cleaning and disinfection process to avoid such issues in this current pandemic stage.. The Nepal national security who dealt with my luggage is an asset for you

My wife went to the hotel late in the day, and she went to relax in a Moroccan bath there, and she found everything there dirty and it was not permissible to work in it, and a girl who worked with her told me that her name was Wedad from Morocco, the height of their despicableness, and their dispensation with the means of hygiene and the inappropriate price, the owners of the place could not afford Even providing suitable housing for girls who work, and they are 14 girls in one house. Don't mind the comfort of the customers. This hotel does not cost the price it took from me.
