Currently staying in this hotel for 2 days mandatory quarantine. Facilities are great. But please bring your own water. Because I requested 5 tiems and no one brought water yet. Water! Just imagine. I am planning to ask a friend to bring some water to me at night.

One of the most luxurious hotels in west bay, doha. The place is beyond the expression of "elegance"... The view is out of this world with most of the downtown side seen from the hotel rooms. Service is 5 star with amazing staff either at lobby or cleaning of your room, everyone is delightful. The hotel contains underground parking for guests with long stay, a health fitness centre which includes a gym and swimming pool with addition to spa service. The hotel represents residential suits and normal rooms depending on your requirement. Guests visiting with no limitation on the budget must think of this choice

this is the first time for me to stay at this hotel, the hotel is very luxurious! first I arrived at this hotel, the bellboy was very initiative to help carry my bag, then I was greeted by a receptionist named Eliza, I was greeted with a very friendly smile. the room is very big, the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious. I only stayed here for a short time so I can't give much feedback yet. however I will definitely come back again to experience all the facilities in this hotel. thanks and good job....and thank you for the chocolate….❤️😘

Well kept property in the heart of West Bay Area. Stayed here as a part of 10 day hotel quarantine. Check in was smooth. Got a free upgrade and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Rooms were bright and the views definitely helped me through the 10 day quarantine! You can choose from veg/international/Indian food during your stay. The food portions were ample enough. The bedroom, lounge and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The staff were all very kind and helpful.

The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and luxurious amenities. The rooms were spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality linens. The service at the Intercontinental Hotel was top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with many attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options, with the food being fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. Overall, I would give the Intercontinental Hotel in Doha a full five stars. It is a must-stay for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience in a beautiful and convenient location.

Great location and service is great, although it usually is in Doha. Rooms are large but decor is dated and not in top condition. Location is good, short walk to the DECC metro station and close to the mall and lots of other west bay hotels and restaurants to visit. Good selection of restaurants to visit, although not all easy to find as they aren't all in the hotel guide and its not that easy to work out where they are or what they serve. Enjoyed my stay though.

My favourite hotel in Doha, great hotel with good location in the middle of the city. Walking distance to the City Mall. Rooms are big, and clean always Great gym, and they also have a rooftop pool. Unfortunately the pool has a roofing so you can’t sunbath, but who cares when the summer temperature is above 40+ Celsius, then the shades are good. They just open a great restaurant “The Square “ check my pictures- great food and fantastic staff, look no further eat here!! Especially the Asian section is great with reasonable price, and the seafood buffet is a must 😋😋

Such an unfortunate waste. Don't go on the amazing facilities and views, which no doubt are great. The two stars given are for these things. But service quality is very poor and the staff aren't trained well. Twice staff members told me to be patient when they had taken ages to do everyday regular things like check in or bringing luggage up. I opted for this hotel for my mandatory two day hotel quarantine because I waned to be looked after. The meals were not from the hotel but from some low quality take away. Make no mistake, they charged us even for my 5 month old daughter! But still the food was way below par. The mini bar was empty. The shower tap was broken so only spewed out hotel water! 5 star hotel? I think not. I must admit that I was very excited when they upgraded me to a suite after the bad check in experience. But STILL, the problems above were present. I dont think I'd ever stay here again.

Certainly a world class hospitality and management. I would like to specially mention about the service of housekeeping staff. I have been staying for over past 8months at the apartment suite and the apartment was serviced by Ms. Mina. She is a dedicated and hardworking person. I appreciate her efforts to keep the rooms in pristine condition. A 10/10 for her sincere service. Needles to say that the stay at Intercontinental is an excellent experience.

Very nice. The room was large and so was the bathroom with both a tub and a separate shower. Shower had both a waterfall and hand sprays. Service was quiet and efficient. It is very reasonably priced. The breakfast buffet is amazing.

I have stayed 3 nights in the hotel and everything was perfect . Comfortable room. Perfect location , amazing view and excellent services and food varieties . Personnel is so kind and specially Mr- Ali Faouni . Many thanks and hope to return back soon .

We enjoyed our short trip in InterContinental Doha- the City. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Complete amenities -indoor swimming pool, fitness room, etc. They provided also slippers, hygiene articles, water etc. Location is very ideal. 5 Minutes away from the Mall and the Metro. What amazed us is the Breakfast Team/Staff. The service is great 👍. They cook fresh and bring it in your table. There are many choices for different food preferences. Special thanks to Ms. Maria and Ms. Erica who make sure we are satisfied and we enjoyed our stay.Highly commendable service. We would like to come back again.

I stayed for 7 days. The rooms were neat, tidy, large and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the view of the city from the windows was awesome. Everything was great except the laundry services. I dropped off 2 items which were not returned even after several days.

Our stay was amazing. The gym has all the equipment needed and amazing views. The restaurants are good and there’s great variety too. We had a 2 week stay and the suite provided the essentials for our time spent here. Piyaseeli was in charge of cleaning our suite. She was incredibly nice and detailed oriented. She was very attentive to our needs. Thanks for a great stay!

Hotel is good staff are very helpful and nice. I am staying in this hotel for my quarantine for 7 days. Already finished my quarantine on 2nd day after getting discharge certificate but can't checkout because my company can't find any other hotel. Today is my 4th day. Food they serve is pathetic for quarantine rooms/section. I don't want to talk about the pre-decided menu they serve, they don't follow their own menu. I can live with it. But the quality of food is pathetic. Rice, Chapati they serve is like 6-7 hours old. All food is served cold. Chapati becomes so hard and cold, it feels like cold papad. So many people complained about pathetic food being served. I have already complained to management few hours back, but I don't think they will do something as in the past also so many people complained about food. Seems like they don't care. I have stayed in many hotels in different countries even in 2-3 stars hotel for my quarantine . This 5 star hotel food is worse.

Maria & MARYJOY from the Square Team were absolutely fabulous in providing a top quality service every single morning ! They were so friendly and kind and accommodating. Even though we were a family of 6, they always made sure we were seated in the best place. They were often very very busy and were always smiling and had everything under control ! I would definitely come back to this hotel because of them and the amazing staff at this hotel ANAS is also so very very helpful - he is from the Square Team. He always helped me and my children with breakfast service ! He made our mornings very very easy and is a valuable member of staff !

Excellent staff, they really look after you. Had an excellent room overlooking the city. Nice breakfast with very helpful staff. A selection of restaurants in the hotel (discount when staying in the hotel) and a cafe. The pool is very nice too. Was in the area for a short stopover. The location is a short walk to the metro and also to a couple of malls. Already looking forward to my future stays at the hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms are organized and clean with spacious space. The breakfast was full of range of varieties. The coffee though in the rooms and in the breakfast lounge was not good at all and I would recommend to the hotel to change their brand as it doesn’t taste even like coffee. They do have valet service for the car which is very convenient and fast. Overall, an excellent place to stay in.

The concierge, Innocent in particular was really very helpful, friendly and always smiling as well as the rest of the staff. The room is spacious and clean. The elevators are fast and no need for waiting time. The location is perfect. The facade is really beautiful, check in and out was quick and smooth. Safety and security of the premises is very good.

The location is central, few minutes drive to most of the major attractions. The room are spacious, clean and the bathrooms one of the largest that I have ever stayed. The breakfast has all the varieties that you would expect, though it was crowded and seating for a big family takes some time. The only thing that might need improvement is the check in time, a bit slower than average hotels. Also it would be nice if they serve coffee and dates in the lobby.

Travelled with kids to Doha, we really enjoyed staying in this property for 16 nights. Beautiful and clean hotel with wonderful swimming pool and sport facilities. Very spacious rooms with amazing kitchen. The breakfast was good amd lots variety. The club lounge was very nice and great selections of food and drinks. The staff is the best all of them, they do everything to make your stay comfortable and happy. Special thanks to the hotel front desk managers both Mr Ali & Ali (you both made our stay great) much appreciated. Also Gagan from the front desk and Noufal and all his lovely & friendly colleagues at the main entrance (you guys were the best). Will definitely come back again next visit to Doha.

My stay was very good. Plenty of amenities and very lovely staff. Everyone always greeted me with a big smile on their faces and always made sure I was okay. The staff in the restaurant was very lovely, especially Marlon, he took his time to check up on me regularly. This was a very nice gesture especially since I was travelling alone. Will definitely be coming back when I visit Doha next

We had a wonderful experience here for a one night stopover before heading home overseas. The rooms were very expansive with all the facilities you can think of. I was very presently surprised... they had top notch service and attention. I was there for a week, so i had a chance to visit every restaurant they had and the food in every one was good and traditional. I also went to the spa for an hour long massage and the therapist was very professional and made a point to work on joints that had been hurting for some time. I would say this is one of the better places to stay. it is centrally located and has fantasti amenities.

I had been here for last few weeks. The staffs in this hotel is very polite and helpful…a special thanks to Ms. Piyaseeli for her excellent housekeeping. She is very friendly and helpful. Overall a comfortable place to stay.

The moment we arrived until we checked out was fantastic. We had all the hotels that could serve us as much as they could, and we appreciated that. The hotel has a valet service that takes care of your car perfectly. Our room was facing the city centre, so the view was spectacular. The hotel teams dedicated their professionalism to their valuable guests with heart. Breakfast was beautiful, with many choices of food and comfort. However, the waiters could have improved their service and smiled a lot more. Overall, my family and I enjoyed our short stay, and we will definitely make the Intercontinental one of our returning list in the future. Side Note: We had super soft pillows, which were a bit uncomfortable. The TV was a bit small and outdated, knowing that nowadays, almost all movies (we are a movie-holic LoL) have had 4K resolution.

I have stayed at many up market hotels all over the world but my experience staying at the intercontinental the city for visiting the F1 last weekend is up there among the best. Staff were friendly and very efficient and our room was perfect. The hotel arranged our daily visits to the race circuit which was impeccable. Only one comment if you’re on a diet keep away from the huge selection of variety for breakfast absolutely incredible. If you doubt my recommendation you can discuss it with me at the Intercontinental when I will be going to Qatar F1 in 2024

The food and services at The Asian Kitchen are excellent. Aye, the service staff is so warm and welcoming. Food is good and the portion is very generous. Chef Zul is very friendly and welcoming too. We always enjoy our meal here.

Loved our stay at this property. Breakfast was the feel good factor every morning and we are glad to be served by Ms. Leshini. She knows her job and was very quick in serving. I cut 1 star from the rooms as we saw water dripping due to rain but that too being taken care by the service staff.

What an amazing experience we had in Intercontinental Hotel West Bay spacious room and clean, room service and housekeeping was on time whenever we need something we need. Breakfast buffet was outstanding and the service was impeccable thanks to chef Zakaria for giving special attention specially to my kids. We will definitely come back! Sorry to say but it is very bad service. I was staying 2days quarantine and all my meal was late and kettle was very dirty. Facilities are great and well maintained. But service not satisfied.

I booked this hotel via discover Qatar for 2 days quarantine. When I reached hotel reception, receptionist (Grumpy girl) informed me while room will be vacant she will provide me room. So many people waiting before me and after my entry 4 people join in waiting line. After asking her about my room she and her colleagues behaves like step-family 🤔 Finally after 2 hours I got my room at last call. Instead of sorry she argued with me. No one interested to guide me from reception. The security guard ( I forgot his name ) and room service Mr. Nozmul impress me by their service. The room and food good as always. I don’t have any complain about this. Reception people should mind that, Quarantine passenger is your customer like others, they also pay full advance and everyone not staying first time in hotel (they think this people come to hotel first time in his life for quarantine).

Stayed here a few nights. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that I could not add breakfast to my room for a decent price. House keeping staff did a great job.

Nice hotel with a good location. Check in felt a little cold as did checkout. Staff in the breakfast room were also nice, pleasant and well organized. The room service experience was not the best. I actually fell asleep during the first nights order and the IRD supervisor was actually rude about that happening. The second night was a complete disaster. I ordered a tenderloin MR. However when it arrived it was the smallest steak I’ve over seen, and was overcooked. I called down to check what size it should be and the same IRD person told me it was 250g and then actually had the cheek to argue with me when I told him no way it was 250g - he had not even seen it. He then said it was because of cooking - which I found to be rather insulting and so asked do steaks usually lose 50% or more net weight during cooking ? The overall rudeness of the room service telephone operator and the coldness of the checkin staff has made us reconsider membership to the IHG club and move on to another brand.

We stayed there for Quarantine. The room was spacious and really clean. The food was good & as per out palette. Over all it was a good two days break after the vacation.

Had a nice dinner with my Husband on his birthday. The wagyu cheeks is so tender, their dessert is good too, the carpaccio was melting in our mouth to the extent that we cannot make it out that we are eating a raw meat and of course they have a good service. Cheers to the staff for letting us having a wonderful dinner🙂

Ali Fouani very friendly to everyone. I live here already one year. according to my experience living here. what I like is that all of them are very friendly and very caring. from when I entered I was always greeted, clean" and also the staff. For cleanliness, I think it's good. my comment about this hotel is only the style of furniture, etc., the style is too old and not modern anymore, even so I am still comfortable. one more thing I live here for more than 1 year my children can't play other than in my own room. because here there is no play ground facility. there is no garden either. so my child is often bored. that's the only drawback, other than that I am comfortable living here. My long stay was great. Spacious, Clean & comfortable room. Helpful staff at the reception & room service. The breakfast buffet was delicious but there were not many options & repetitive. After all, it was a good stay.

The hotel of "Double Standard" , Stayed there as part of an official project and the client has booked this hotel for me. The package included morning breakfast and in dinner as in room dining. Not to forget the in room dining is a joke, it will take around 15 to 30 minutes to connect the call to take order , and when ordering the staff is not sure the ordered food is available or not, at first they will say it's not available then they suddenly switches to the opposite all day. And they changes your order without consulting you( when you ask them , there will be some reasons and all , at last you are the one suffering). The housekeeping staffs forget cleaning bottles in your room , laundry guys leave someone else's laundry in your room and what not! totally fed up😪. Ps - The room and bathroom are spacious with good ambience.

It's a great hotel. Staff is very attentive and helpful, from restaurants to front desk to valets to lounge. Rooms are spacious and clean, and food was nice (ample choice). Location is also good (depending on what you need to do in Doha). It's not a 5-star rating because the hotel feels a bit dated - maybe 10 years or so. Furnishings are rough around the edges, the windows are dirty and the overall feel isn't that of a 5-star hotel. With a bit of renovation it would be up to standard however. Also, the lounge is pretty restrictive (alcohol served only from 6-9 pm, and rather inflexible on rules - e.g. bringing babies in, though they did relent). I do recommend this hotel, and will consider staying there again when in Doha.

Our stay at Intercontinental Doha during the holiday season was wonderful. The entire staff was very friendly and went out if their way to cater to my family. Our purpose for the trip was to celebrate my son's first birthday and Mr Marlon was kind enough and arranged a lovely surprise during breakfast for us. Will definitely be staying here again :)

This is the second time at InterContinental the city. The quality of service delivered by your staff members during my last trip has convinced me to come back. My first stay was amazing and the second is even better. I’m speechless for the remarkable hospitality. Thanks to the warmth and hospitality of the staff at the hotel, this has turned out to be the best vacation I have had so far.

I can only actually comment on the Restaurant called Square. What a great wide range of food. We booked for the Wednesday roast beef night, quite a few numbers. Was really impressed with the customer service and especially Maria and Apple. There was another young lady, her name escapes me, begins with J, she was also excellent. They ensured we were well looked after and were all happy to leave a generous tip. Would we dine there again? Sure, definitely worth the amount we paid, especially when using the Entertainer. All guests that we came with were very impressed 👏 👌 👍 Well done to Square management and team.

Today was our first time having afternoon tea with them. The presentation was aesthetically pleasing and pastries was good! Portion wise was very good and filling. We were attended by Mae and Lea, they are both superb. Mae even introduced to us the afternoon tea items which was very helpful for us. Thank you Mae and Lea! Definitely we will come back

The experienced we had from Square restaurant was great. From the warm greetings and assistance of the attendant to the variety of food they serve. It is worth the penny, highly recommended. We are staying in this hotel for almost 2 years and I would highly recommend this place . Cleanliness, good breakfast, spacious rooms. My big appreciation to housekeeping team member Mina! She is doing a great job and always exceeds expectations. 5 stars from me!
