    We had an amazing time at the Asian restaurant. They provide delicious food. Outstanding atmosphere. Great service and hospitality. Friendly and respectful staff members especially "Marnel" Mr. Yaakoub (F&B Manager) was making sure that everything is perfect & ensuring the high standards. For sure we will come again.

    Staying here in Century Hotel for quarantine was AWESOME!!! Thank you so much for the warm welcome from the beginning until now, all the staff were so friendly,they give right away what i need. And also i want to recommend one of the staff of Century Hotel Mr. Emil, he was so kind and friendly. He always give me my food by greeting me and have a big smile on his face. He gave me excellent customer service.i really appreciated sir. keep it up.🙂

    Worst stay of all time I was booked by discover qatar as a welcome hotel from them saying it’s a 4 star. If I was the one rating this, I will give it minus 4 star. I reached early on checkin date around noon, I was told to come at 2. I came back at 2 pm. I was given a room and before I could leave the reception, I was told, sorry room has been given to someone else. Waited another hour in the lobby and finally got my room. After I settled in the room and came back down stairs in the lobby to check for restaurant and came back and the key to the room doesn’t work. Went back downstairs and they fixed the key and came back to the room. Key still doesn’t work. Went back again and finally key worked. It’s been 2 days and I had to get the keycard fixed 4 times already. The staff is super useless. There were no towels in the morning. I complained about it and guess what they cleaned the room and still no towels. Not sure who gave them 4 stars.

    Stayed briefly here during a layover. It's not far from the Hamad international airport, the staff are courteous, one particular staff members was really funny and entertaining. The rooms were standard except they didn't seem to have slippers. Rated this facility an overall 3 because I didn't stay long enough to give it any more or any less. Looking forward to next time!

    Don't go anyone to this hotel. Very bad service . I've spend one night quarantine. They don't ask for food. Also they don't give lunch after day. I'not completed one night. They told checkout to afternoon. We pay money for all facilities. But very bad hospitality. I think manager is not professional. 🥀

    I stayed in this hotel yesterday and I got room in 7 th floor with great sea view room. The room was very spacious and looks excellent. The food was good. Food service was on time. If they provide more food options would be great. Its just a suggestion. Thanks to all departments.

    Hotel Century offered a superb stay. The service surpassed expectations, featuring an incredibly friendly and customer-focused staff. Your hospitality is greatly appreciated. I wholeheartedly recommend this exceptional hotel. However, I was disappointed with the room setup. Despite booking for 5 people, I only received a single King-size bed.

    This is my first and last booking at this hotel. For future reference, please make sure your welcoming services are more acceptable. Qatar’s outsiders and visitors are looking for a warm welcome to the country that is hosting the FIFA World Cup. The first Arabian country and the most welcoming. Please, and I humbly request that you look at your staff and their capabilities (qualifications). People want to see and feel that they are welcomed. Thank you and please accept my feedback for future improvement.

    Our stay in this hotel yesterday at the 9th floor was excellent, i just called up for booking same day and they replied promptly. The room was excellent while the price is affordable. We enjoyed the pool access and breakfast buffet was great. Receptionist are very nice. The guards are very polite and helpful.kudos to the food services as well. Looking forward for another staycation in this hotel.

    There is no stars to be given for this hotel. Date: 18.12.2021, Room was booked for 2 days for quarantine. After the hectic formalities at airport, we around 20 people reached hotel around 2.30 in the morning. But there was no rooms available for us. After some people checkout only they will have the rooms for us. Still during writing this review we were waiting in some areas in the hotel. (Now time is 6.0 clk in the morning). Will update the details after getting the room. Terrific experience had with this hotel.

    Thank you Century Hotel for my 4 months stay. The ambience of the hotel is very nice. My room is always clean. Thank you also for all the crews, they are all friendly and very accommodating. Thanks to Melody, Julie, Febie, Judy, Alla, Mr. Issa, swimming pool crews and all the house keeping staff. I will surely miss this hotel. God bless you all!

    I had a long term stay here due to work. My room was supposed to have a washer/dryer but it couldn’t dry anything even having the drying function on for hours. One of the maintenance staff said it’s supposed to do 70% dry. They ended up gave me another machine which actually worked! On my first night here there was even a cockroach crawling by the night stand. Candies were found under the bed. The worst thing is the deafening fire alarm. Hotel guests are actually allowed to do some cooking in their rooms which is good, but the fire alarm goes off as soon as there’s a little bit of smoke. The fire alarm is way too loud and nerve wrecking. It sometimes goes off multiple times during nighttime which makes it impossible to have a good sleep. Even without the fire alarm going off there’s construction sites all around the hotel that carry on with their construction works even after midnight. The only good things are hotel staff are generally helpful and the location of the hotel makes Metro easily accessible. Don’t recommend anyone to choose this hotel unless you have absolutely no other better choices.

    The Filipina receptionist was amazing. She gave me a room with the good view from the Top and keep asking me what I need more. But the Arabic man in the morning. Telling all people who call to ask the reception where is the breakfast lounge and he told us that breakfast is in 3rd floor, and we went there to check, 🤦 end up?? lots of people are checking there but the breakfast lounge is at the 1st floor. Oh my.

    I had great time at the hotel century, the service was excellent. The hotel staff is very friendly and customer service oriented, particularly I want to shout out Fairoz who was excellent in providing personal level of attention to each and every client.     This hotel Serves To A large variety Of rooms and Services. We had an amazing stay, the staff is super co operative Especially Fairoz and Kamal They Were A great Help They both are best in guiding Everything also they are Very Kind beings. God bless them. Overall a great stay with delicious breakfast and A lot of Amenities.

    Only stayed here 24hrs because Qatar airline provided room due to flight delay. They gave 250 but nothing to spend it on. Room service do not answer, nothing in minibar. They tell me I can only eat at in their food room which serves really disgusting stuff. Only pineapple juice and water to drink. Bathroom wasn't clean, no dental kit, or charging adaptor (given this is used by international travellers who forced to stay here by Qatar airline with no luggage that is really poor). WiFi didn't work. After complaining many times finally they put a modem in my room (that's the only positive)

    Have Been staying at this hotel and service has been excellent but the front office boy Nihresh morning duty not sure what his name was rude enough to receive his guest and Mr Afsal denied straight away to have a conversation with me. I stay Regularly at this hotel and this is how you treat your regular guests and charging them full pay for early check inn.. when I told the front desk manager and asked him this is how you treat your guest and he proudly says yes we do ..!! Pathetic completely disappointed..

    At the outset I would like to give 5 Star Rating to this hotel. Almost all the basic requirements are good viz, location, ambience, food, cleanliness and more so it’s wonderful hospitality. I would like to mention in particular Mr Fairoz, needs a special mention. His PR qualities and customer delight is a value addition and star to the Hotel. Special thanks to him for making our stay comfortable, memorable and enjoyable.

    We stay at the the Hotel for 1 night, because of a flight delay. We got a beautiful big room and the service was great. Especially Mr. Fairoz was very polite and helpful. He do everything for us and get us to know more about the City of Doha and the World Cup Stadiums. Best regards from me and Richie.

    I had the best time. my boi Fairoz helped me with taxi and made sure I don’t get over charged. If you guys come her to stay you should talk to him he is funny guy but know what he is doing.

    Nice hôtel very well situated, the staff are really helpful and efficient. The rooms are little oldish, and the cleanliness is not a great point 😕. Fairoz was a really nice guy he helped us during our stay, and he gave us excellent tips to visit the city and different great spots to take tours and pictures.

    I had excellent service from the front desk, breakfast team and engineering. Hotel is very neat and clean. I found the location excellent, close to Qatar National Museum, the metro, mosque, super market and restaurants. I had an issue with noise from house keeping staff. I reported and spoke to the front office manager. He assured me it will not happen again. Mr Issa moved me to another room. It was an amazing experience. I would think this is a 5 star hotel but it's a 4 star. I would like to say thank you to: Ansari, Marcel, Ajmal, restaurant manager and Sara from the restaurant. As well as Glen from the Sushi night. The Sushi was amazing. Jeremie (very helpful), Hajati, Nazeem from reception/front desk. Kojo, Frank, Jackson, Vincent and can't remember the other security guards name. Always smiling and opening the door to enter/exit the hotel. Hussain from house keeping. Nita from the coffee shop. Mahnesh from engineering came to assit me with the weak wifi in my room. Nishaan from the pool. Hope I got all the names correct. Thank you to all the staff for the amazing service. I would appreciate that the hotel management please pass on my compliments and thank you to all the above staff. Apologies if I missed anyone who assisted me and made my stay wonderful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! PS: I stayed 7 nights at Century Hotel! I highly recommend Century Hotel, Doha! Thanks Moin Khan

    Very decent room. Staffs are good as well. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star is because it's a little hard to contact their customer service plus the location is not that good. But all in all, I can recommend this hotel.

    Beautiful rooms, nicely made comfortable beds, smart TV, very good lighting/ great ambience. There was a shower area and bathtub for soaking with the bidet for ladies. Generally, it's a very good hotel that is close to the National Museum Qatar and the Arabia Ocean view.

    Placed here for free by the airline. Piece of glass in the bathtub pricked my toe. 24/7 room service was not picking up the phone until I went down to the lobby to complain. But location is good and technically it's free if the airline provides it.

    I stayed in this spot for two nights. The location was great for tourist it’s walking distance of the museum of Qatar and places to eat. When I first checked in the guy at the front desk wasn’t really welcoming. The hotel is decent for the price. The wifi was horrible in my room it barely worked. I only really got wifi in the bathroom. Other than the wifi I had no real complaints.

    Little gem in the heart of Doha.. from services to food this place is 🥰. I missed my connection flight from doha to India for the compensation airline offered me stay in doha at this amazing hotel. I really loved my stay over here. Spacious room with great view from the window. At a very reasonable price, they offered a nice lunch buffet. Staff was looking after me. I recommend you guys to visit Doha. This place is full of attractions. It's just hidden gem

    View from the top 13th floor was awesome. Food was good enough, but still can improve breakfast dishes. service wise needs improvement especially in the bathrooms. No proper drainage slope on the bath floor so always water is on the floor due to lack of slope to the drainage. Bedside back sofa fabric was coming off continuously, that must be changed periodically. Otherwise, bit cheaper and best for families/couples and singles.

    👎Average Stay 23rd Dec I had an average Stay there, but expectations ruined after seeing their way of hospitality. It took 1hr and 30 minutes for Tea Kit and water delivery to my room, i call reception #111 5-6 times and there was literally no answer and the experience was frustrating, everytime the #111 was no answer Food was average, and should change the breakfast menu 23rd Dec, During discharge around 2pm one of the Filipino guy (in black shirt and pant) told me very rudely to go outside for waiting or other side as he told me other guests are coming so don't wait here wait outside, his way of hospitality was totally rude and it feels very bad after paying huge bucks for two days stay and in return what customer gets? His rude behavior makes me feel very sad, really i was and still today i felt very bad how he told me to go outside and Don't stand here,very rude behavior!! I will recommend all the People who are looking for an quarantine stay DON'T Book this hotel, have so many options or if you add 50-60 riyals to your booking you will get 5* property with good hospitality and well behaved staff

    Great hotel with great staff I spent 10 days in quarantine I never got bored. I would like to give a special thanks to all the staff at the reception, the girls in the floor service and the room service team. They were very kind, especially Jenny from the room service.     Day 10 of my quarantine. Room is nice. Service is good although there were instances where my requests were mistaken for something else but overall the experience was great. Mr Emil of the F&B was exceptional to take care of everything I needed. I just wish there was a variety of food served for each cuisine.

    I stayed here for 3 night and I noticed that the staffs were very welcoming and accommodating, it really made me feel I was home during my stay. A home away from home indeed! My special thanks to Mr. Issa the Front Office manager for always seeing to it that every guest's needs are provided even the smallest ones coz small things matter. Thank you and definitely I'll recommend your hotel to others.

    One of your front office is really helpful and has an excellent service, i forgot her name but she's really, cute, gorgeous and friendly, she knows her job very well even if she's small. Her name starts with F i think. Your staff in room service are also great, sarah, jeremy, and jenny help me a lot. I really recommend this hotel for the excellent service, good quality and friendly staff. I'll be back for sure.

    Excellent hotel and staff. Mr. Akhilesh and Mr. Sayib helped us check-in and were extremely polite and helpful making the process very smooth. The lobby looked great and was very well maintained. I stayed on the 11th floor, the room was clean, however requires some maintenance due to old furniture and equipment.

    I was put up at this hotel by Qatar Airways as my flight was delayed. The rooms were comfortable, service quite good, and the food super tasty. Fairoz at reception makes guest feel very comfortable and the staff in general are quite helpful.

    The rooms are old but well maintained. There are fridges, washing machines with drying functionality, and electric stowes in the rooms. Staff is very friendly and kind. Dinner and lunch served is pretty much same every day. Mostly asian and arabic cuisine. Probably because of the guest profile… The whole neighbourhood is entirely under construction. Not the best part of the city.

    Room was good . But service was very bad. Men receptionist is so arrogant. Charged 100 riyals each for airport pick up and drop, we asked to cancel the airport drop they didnt agree. And dropped with hiace. Very bad service

    Service was seriously so bad here. They don't speak politely with customers. We pay for our stay but they talk like they pay for us. Room service staff are not professional at all. Housekeeping was good. I am not satisfied with this hotel. Strongly not recommended.

    As much I was in quarantine (negative) as per the country law's, your staff need to have some dignity and stop the stigmatization of quarantine customers. The rude knocks on the door,poor choice of food for quarantine customers. And no room service . I had to sleep for one night without water in my room even after calling the house keeping staff. And you need to check the trash hidden under your beds left by previous occupant's. Open boxes of juice cartons

    Stayed on an overnight transit. Big room, fast wifi, good location. Had a pleasant encounter with Mr. Said who was at the front reception desk on both my arrival and departure. Great smile and very nice to talk to.

    Very Poor Customer Service. Will surely not going back. (Rude staff) 1. We book for 2 but they said 1 breaksfast only. I spoke to one recep and she said they will make it for 2 but during breakfast they don't allow us to eat because they said break fast is only for 1. the food service staff is very rude and unprofessional. 2. They are now welcoming when you enter the lobby and you have to request first before they will assist you woth your thing. even trolly should be requested. 3. Upon booking, receptionist doen't understand english they don't even know what baththub is. 4.We request for plate in the room. follow up 3 times before they will come. 5. Inside the room, there is not enough tissue no bath robe and when you request for it. it takes forever. To the management of this hotel. make sure to hire presentable, welcoming, polite and smilling face staff. or atleast provide a proper customer service training to your staff. For everyone who will visit this hotel, hoping that you will not feel the same irritation and anger weve been through. it was supposed to be a rest day but turned out to be an uncomfortable stay.

    stayed a month. the staff was outstanding and the rooms extremely clean. FRom breakfast staff to room service they were superb. Fairoz,w ho was often on night duty, was especially accommodating and helpful throughout my stay even when returning from work very late at night. Polite and professional throughout.

    BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! No one come to clean the room even when you make request!!!! Front desk staff RUDE!! Bed uncomfortable!! I don’t know how this hotel got 4 stars!!!! They deserve 1 star max!!! NEVER THINK ABOUT THIS PLACE AGAIN!! The manager tried to make things right when I complained and he offered for me FREE BREAKFAST!! Thanks but this is not enough for what I paid 2 nights around 4000 QAR!! There are many alternatives with this price

    Just your standard hotel. Reception has better decor than rooms. Rooms are small but functional. Beds are comfortable. They have a coffee maker (water heater) and refill coffee / tea / sugar and water bottles. That's all you get as amenities in the room. There was no iron. No information card for calling reception or room service. My stay was for 10 days and twice room wasn't cleaned. Had to call reception and rooms were cleaned. A simple request for a coffee sachet / water bottle takes a minimum of 15 minutes to serve in the room. Views from the room are non existent as the view from my window was a building wall, literally a few meters away.

    I stayed for just one night. Based on my experience, the room was big and spacious. The lighting was superb and very relaxing. Exceptional services and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and delicious, it would be great if they had more options. However, my only complaint was the wifi was not fast enough.

    When we got to the hotel me and my brother. The hotel manager told the two languages ​​that the reservation was cancelled. I explained to him that the reservation was confirmed and that the deduction from the visa had been made. We found out later that he wanted to cancel the reservation to give it to others with a higher price without any care where we go.
