I had a very bad experience with the restaurant staff.The most arrogant and disrespectful people I have ever met in a hotel. While I was eating food, one guy wearing thobe and white cap came across me and asked me to take the food and go from there. I was like, What?" when i asked what is the issue,he told me you cannot eat food which brought from outside, which i already asked the security guy while receiving my food from the talabat guy can i eat from here, the security guy show me place to eat, so i sat there and begin eating, the staff of restuarent said he is the manager of this hotel and he was watching me all the way i am bringing food and sitting there and while i almost ate half of the food, this guy saying to take the food and go to my room which is very disrespectful thing ever to say a person who is almost ate half of his food from the restuarent table!! i said i will not go until i finish my food!! Then he started to ask my room number and all and said typical Malayali, which is also very offensive, and took my pictures. He was like, I did a big crime!! He called the security and told to throw me out from there as i am like a cat or dog sitting on his table,the security guy was so helpless and poor guy he doesnt know how to handle the situation, because the manager told to throw me out which is insane!! He called his general manager,I respect that guy,the general manager understands the mistake is with restuarent manager and sorted the problem very easily, but this person, I wonder how they gave him a position as restaurant manager if he doesn't respect the food at all! Very offensive! Disrespect!! I wanted to call the police after arguing with him!

The room was nice, but the amenities in the bathroom were quite old. The check-in was quick, but I received confusing instructions regarding a taxi to the airport. There is no sound proof so you can hear all the guests talking and walking around. At 5 o'clock in the morning, some drunk individuals was smoking, triggering a fire alarm that kept going on and off. Was unpleasant to see none of the hotel personal taking any actions regarding this. It’s a budget-friendly option for a night in Doha, but I would definitely search for another place with better value.

I’m very disappointed. Suspicious privacy as per the following, The sleep which is very important for hotel quality, it was very bad and uncomfortable it was interrupted due to (the extremely poor insulation) of the room, imagine there is a door for next suite to you where u can hear the people's neighbour next to you. Furthermore you can hear the entire conversation and fight with his family or friend idc Very bad experience compared to hotel classification and price.

Absolutely not even worth one star! Booked a room a week before arrival and spoke to the manager if check in at 7am was ok and she said yes! Then when I arrived they said there was no room available and they put me in a smoking area to rest and I even drank water from the restroom! they completely ignored me for hours!!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL.

Near a metro so good location. Rooms are not nasty but the cleaning team need to do a better job. With little effort this place can do a lot better. Would recommend for the fair price.

I came from my trip today at 7 am, and they woke me up and I couldn't sleep because of the sound of roads and construction. I spoke with the receptionist and he told me that there is construction work on the 7th floor. I told him I didn't sleep, and he told me we start work at 10. I'm very upset, and you should stop booking if you have construction work, The rating is very bad .

Great price, convenient location close to the airport, and good customer service as they woke me up for my flight as requested. Some opportunities for hotel to improve, a) USB charging station or international power adapter, b) more soaps in the toilet. Other than that, overall good experience.

There is no flexibility in reservations, the room was too small and not cleaned, one of the staff told me that the owner does not allow them to offer a late check-out for guests. The place is quiet enough, very close to the airport, supermarket, Cornish, Islamic Museum, and Qatar National Museum.

Always in love with their swimming pool, super clean,controlled water temperatures, less crowded, pocket friendly day pass and not to forget, they got the best lifeguard/swimming coach around by the name John, applause fir him.

Very good Hotel with Very good staff. Located at central Doha near the old Air Port. A metro station is also available nearby. A restaurant is available at the ground floor but very expressive. Rooms and services are very good. 2 types of Bars are available with Happy Hours .

It is worth to point out that the facilities are good and Room provided was supery comfy, considering the price tag. Pool is of medium size and roof top lounge is small. Not much of variety of drinks are available at lounge and prices are chèesy during Happ Hour. Only the problem we had was with the food delivered from both Restaurant and Bar.

I enjoyed the stay here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean, the bed is comfy, good facilities. The location is perfect, it is close to the metro station. A quiet and relaxing place to stay.

Room sizes are small but I guess for the price it's what you expect. The breakfast was also terrible and the underground parking is an absolute nightmare if you have a large car; luckily a large empty plot next door gives you a chance to park without incredibly steep entrance and exit ramps like the hotel. However, the staff are incredibly nice and kind, rooms are cool and quiet and it's located right next to a Metro station for getting around town.

Its ok. Rooms small. Interiors are dated. Details are poor. Water pressure is good and hot water comes quickly. Lobby is nothing to shout about. Reception is helpful and quick. I probably wont stay again, but if rates are super good and since its near airport, its convenient

I have been to many hotels around the world Marriott, Hilton Intercontinental, Le meridian, St. Regis, many budget hotel. I'm still in shocked the way Strato had trained its front office staff to communicate with customers. I didn't even think that street vendors would communicate to anyone the way Strato receptionist did . I was visiting two of my friends who were staying in the hotel. I had to go through this rude, mannerless, impolite and arrogant receptionist named Sara. She asked me who are u visiting I mentioned the room and she replied in a rude manner u have to keep the ID with me as there are already two staying in the room. I said ok. Then she mentioned can u ask your friends to pay for the hotel charges. I was like what. In my mind have they done any damage to the hotel property. I had no clue. So I asked how much they have to pay. She bluntly replied are u going to pay. I told her tell me the amount first then I'll tell you. She said only if you are going to pay. I was like what the hell is this woman talking about. I told tell me how much. She again replied in rude way no only if you are going to pay or else go and ask your friends. I was ok I shall find out what she is talking about with my friends. So decide to leave rude queen there inquired with my friends. I was so embarrassed what happened at the reception. I was so lucky that no one was around me at that time. Upon inquiring they were shocked to hear that this woman reveals guests confidential information to me. Then I realised she is clearly targeting a certain type of nationality to show off her ego. I will never ever recommend anyone to stay in this hotel untill management make employees understand who pays their wages end of the month and teach them to respect all colours and nationaties with respect and dignity.

The room service is really bad.. we just try to ask to borrow plates and spoon he said no its not allowed to borrow. You should teach lesson to the room service. Its only plate only 1 plate.

Welcoming staff Clean well maintained rooms and corridors, Most of all easy access to central business areas using metro which is two minutes away, Not to forget is the easy access of pharmacy and line of shops just after the fly over... I was there for just night and I was welcome by a pleasant staff. My first room 511 was full of smoke and I informed the Front Desk they gladly changed it for me. It's close to everything and I didn't need to use a taxi I will stay again. Good price too

Not even good enough for catching some sleep The positives: affordable compared to many other hotels, close to a metro station, a supermarket and the airport, rooms were decently sized and okay clean (apart from some mold in the bathroom). Staff was overall quite friendly. The negatives: it is a very dated hotel, giving a bit of a 90s vibe, and there are quite a few signs of wear and tear. The rooms smell of smoke, not extremely so but enough to be noticeable. And you will hear yours neighbours’ wake-up alarms, strange noises from the plumbing, as well as the highway outside. But even worse than that, they have a nightclub and you will here the bass pumping in your room regardless which floor you are on. Sometimes the bed even vibrated a bit. I was offered another room in the smoking area because of this ( I declined), and the staff promised to speak to the night club and then get back to me (they didn’t) I would not quote Warwick and call this an “Upscale Hotel”, it does not even suffice if you want to get some sleep. This gets one star from a European/Nordic perspective, but as it was my first Qatari hotel I do not know how commonplace these things are there.

Good location near the airport. Room is nice, but TV remote wasn’t working. Also, there was a lot of noise from outside the building, which made it difficult to sleep.

One of the very good hotels at a good affordable tariff. Well mannered staff and a good restaurant as well. Will be better if they give the tariff with breakfast.

The room have nice simple furniture but there is no small sofa, carpet and walls have some stains and batches in paint . Toilet is clean but hot water take time to be functional. The room Have small fridge but have big piece of ice on the cooler. Kettle have rust inside which is really bad. Overall it is good budget room but some concerns must be addressed immediately especially the kettle thing.

Good hotel to stay in Qatar with well arranged room. Room service and reception was really good. Have swimming pool.

No restaurant on-site anymore which is why I booked the hotel to save time and headache. Order I'm from MRA Bakery or Bombay Chowdurry.

No foods and customer had to go down to pick up food deliveries. Sliding door is not working properly and my 3 years old son hit his face and bleeding from his nose but hotel don’t have a ice 🧊

I been in Doha Qatar for a month now and I can say strato hotel is the best hotel In Doha, stuff is amazing, rooms are super clean, I would like to say I’m so sorry guys I feel so bad bc I left a bad review on booking by mistake I meant another hotel in el doha they stole my stuff so I’m so sorry for that and thank you you guys for everything ❤️

The location of the Hotel is not that good due to the parking issue in the area. Underground parking is very congested and the way to basement 2 is so narrow that u will 80% hit your car on the wall. The scratch marks are very visible on the wall Other thing Check in time is 3 Is clock and check out is at 12. You don't even get 24 hours to stay. And they only extend for 30 minutes and if u need more time they will charge you The bed head coushins are fixed on the wall which is very annoying if you get 2 single beds joined as one

Strato Hotel Name is Enough, the Strato hotel has a calm atmosphere and it’s quiet and relax, the room is comfortable with the needed essentials, Breakfast has a little expensive but with a lot of varieties 😋I have spend two weeks along with family in Strato hotel, I am too impressed from the Strato staff I always found them very much cooperative and helpful, Strato hotel is worth visiting with family and friends 😊

The rooms were so tiny, the staff were in the room service were so delayed. And I’ve requested for plate the lady she refused to give me. And he offered me to send paper plates. But I didn’t even receive it nor even a notification as that they can’t send. And the extended checkout provided till 1 only.

The stuff are really nice, but this is the most dirty hotel i've ever seen in my whole life !! So dirty that you see stains on the duvet on the towels on the doors inside the toilet and outside the toilet , they dont clean it very well they just wipe it You see hair everywhere specially in the bathroom We told them that the room is so dirty and the've sent the house keeping to clean it and i've watched them how they clean and i couldn't handle it ! For example they've put the duvet on their shoes to fold it !!! How is it possible to put a duvet on a shoes ! The dirt on the toilet has not been cleaned! The shower and the certain are so dirty you will be amazed when you just try to take a shower The location is good and the stuff are nice but the hotel is so dirty

Clean rooms and the check-in was easy as well as check-out. Prices are good and the location is excellent. It is about 15 minutes away from Hamad International Airport.
