The hotel is good for stay...the staff is very cooperative and humble. The place is middle of city, so that all the metro, restaurant and other things you will find out very nearby. The main problem for this hotel is unavailability of secured parking. Many of the times local people damage your outside vehicle which is parked in the front of hotel. Otherwise ambience of the hotel and restaurant is good.

I was afraid of staying at the hotel because of some of the comments, but after I stayed at the hotel, my view changed completely. The room was spacious and the view of the city was wonderful. The services are very good and the response speed of the reception staff and the room service is okay, so I give an overall 95% rating for this hotel and a very reasonable price for the money. The place is good but as me times they forget put towel in bathroom and twice I go here there r still this issue left under the bed and table from the customer who go here n the room

Why i gave it four stars??? Because it is a very very affordable place. Basically for accommodation as you find nothing here but the room and restaurant , but hey it is cheaper in price than most of the hotels. So pick this one if you want to stay in a cheap hotel.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. The reception staff were excellent and helped me check in early. They informed me that the room I had reserved would only be available in the evening, but I could relax in a free room they offered me and then move to my reserved room later if I wanted to. However, we preferred to stay in another room from the morning. Yes, the hotel is not new and there are some defects, but it is clean and comfortable. The price is affordable. It is close to the metro (5 minutes' walk to Souq Waqif metro). There are some nice cafes nearby. The downside is the noise from the construction site nearby. It can be 24/7, but that's Doha. The city is under construction almost everywhere now.

A two star hotel at best. - Great looking lobby, which serves as a facade to the inferior quality of rooms which are actually within the hotel. You notice a strike contrast as soon as you walk out of the elevator doors of the upper levels when coming from the lobby. -Clean rooms. However, the interior style and decoration is very old. -Toilet was really small and the shower was super uncomfortable. The water was extremely hot even when I turned it to the coldest setting. -Rather unhelpful/uncooperative staff who didn't even offer to help with the bags. Overall, really expensive for a hotel of its sort. I got an amazing deal at a much better hotel for a similar price a few days later.

I booked the room when I went there they told me I can't pay with cash but in booking don't com they don't tell you that..and receptionist tends to be rude.

When I come Last week, I stayed at front room was very good. Next week I mean today hotel was full and have to do stay back side room not bad. Stuffes are very kind and smiling. Price is normal.Very close to cendere and you can find many salla markets around hotels

I was very worried about the content of the hotel due to the comments written at the beginning, but I was very pleased with the service. Both the people at the reception and other hotel employees are very friendly and pay attention to the work they do. Since it is located in a central location in terms of transportation, I could easily go anywhere I wanted with Uber. Housekeeping service is provided for the rooms twice a day. If you do not expect much luxury like the Hilton or Doubletree hotel chains, I think this hotel will more than meet your expectations.

The hotel is simply the best 3 star hotel. Little old but very well maintained. The superior rooms are very comfortable.

Not that bad acceptable for business purposes with cost saving since you are most of the day outside still construction under the building

Clean but very old hotel, need an upgrade in Bathroom and in general everywhere, only one towel provided :( Hot water was switched off, so morning shower was very refreshing. Good view to Westbay from Level 8, but area very crowded so you probably will wait for Uber much more as mentioned.
