    NOT RECOMMENDED / DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL We took quarantine for our staffs for 2 days and this hotel provided only single bed for 2 person. Bad response from the reception staff. When we called and checked about this, they were shouting and telling hotel is fully booked and no beds available even if we booked and paid for 2 person for 2 days. Reception staff should learn minimum manners and service. Better you change the staffs or train them how to behave with customers.

    I took five day quarantine .first day could not sleep due to bedbugs . Second day mid night someone tried to open my door during sleeping ,when I called the receptionist the response was very bad. Third mid night also experienced the same like 2 nd day If you wish to sleep peacefully then go for any other hotel not this..

    Very rude staff! They also ask for deposit and won’t return it full because of bank charges. Chanaka is the name of that one staff and when we check out there is this arab staff without name plate who is rude as well. They gave us smoking room despite the request of non smoking room.

    The airline gave us a room here as a stopover hotel, we saw a lot of the reviews were saying it is not good and staff are rude… we just checked in and the two reception staff were excellent and friendly, and the dining room staff were also very professional and friendly. The buffet breakfast is actually really good for this budget, a lot of options to choose. Ignore the old reviews, this hotel has improved the service.

    Already booked a whole month. The room is spacious and somewhat clean . Bathroom is well equipped. However, once I asked for room service at 5:15 pm, the receptionist replied that it is not possible after 5pm. It is really strange.

    The staff are incredibly sweet, caring, helpful and beyond. Thank you for your hospitality. If i do have one slight comment, maybe its time to change the carpet in the hotel. Since it is very humid in Doha.. it is starting to smell. Best of luck in your business and thank you for the incredible staff.

    Very bad experience …. Its start from the reception onwards; even if they pick up the call for your service they will not response.there is no toiletries in the toilet.each time you are planning to go outside and comeback to the parking we have to go to the reception and they will contact the security and open the gate; only God knows what time they will open the gate until then we have to wait. I wish there is a zero rating for the first time 🀯🀯😑😑🀯

    Not recommended. Very disappointing stay even after paying very high. Starting from the entrance where there is no porter to help you out with your bags from taxi, from reception to room, from room to reception. Sitting for more than 2 hours at the reception to get to your booked room. When you enter the room, it was even more disappointing with dull curtains n dark carpets. Entering the bathroom there was no dental kit, no proper soap, shampoos and to the horror when entered to have bath the only shower was broken. Breakfast was Ok but lunch and dinner were pathetic - no salad, no fruits.... Just a box with rice or a khaboos with one piece of chicken. If you call reception there is no proper answers and a rude time replies you back. Any requests have multiple followups and that too hard to get it. Survived for those two days but will ensure not to get into this hotel anytime in future.

    Extremely unpleasant stay. The staff are very uncooperative and untrained in the realm of hospitality, and do not even help with your heavy bags, even when you ask. They didn't even hold doors for me whilst I was struggling with the heavy bags. As soon as I walked in the door, a whiff of bad odour hit me like a ton of bricks. There was a reeking stench of meat in my room. I couldn't even open the windows for ventilation, coz they had completely blocked them from moving. I managed to get someone to come in and spray some stuff to get rid of the smell. My room's door did not open from the outside, rendering my key card useless. Every time I had to come back to my room, I'd have to call the hotel staff and they'd get their key to open my door. I'd have to wait outside my room for minutes. Absolute rip off at the price they're going for. Not worth it at all. Much better competition at similar price ranges.

    Not recommended. Hotel staff was illmanner. Food was tasteless it was looking they r sending food for animals. 5 days hotel quarantine I through all food in Dustbin. At the time of checkout they were asking extra money for cleaning towel and bedsheets. I was in mood to call police. Worst experience of my life

    Descent stay.. Beds are in comfort zone.. Hygienic, all basic amenities provided such as complimentary tea/cofee with kettle, bottled waters, iron box with stand,soap, shampoo and enough towels.. It was a good stay..

    Worst hotel and employees are rude. Better find another hotels in Doha Is this hotel or army cam...?? Hotel owner need to teach the employees about Manner's and behavior. We are not beggers and we have paid money exactly what they said. After paying money their attitudes are differs. If there is below 1 star or 0 star, i will only -5 star 😑😑😑

    Really bad experience in this hotel the room is smelling even the staff they are really bad in service. one will say one thing another will say another thing we need to stay 4 day but we just stay 3 days it's not about money it's about the service and cooperation which was really bad 😑😑😑i will suggest not to stay in this hotel.

    Worst Hotel I have ever seen #the_town_hotel 1) No proper answer from the reception, even if u call 3 or 4 times. 2) Receptionist should change their attitude 3) Worst food provided 4) 700 ml drinking water per day only provided, they say as per management decision, I ordered drinking water from outside food delivery service. 5) Worst behaviours from service team 6) Air conditioner makes sound louder 7) Stains on the walls Better go for any other best hotel rather than wasting your money here.

    Really beautiful and cozy hΓ΄tel in Msheireb the the heart of Doha, near metro stations and 10 minutes from Souq waqef.     The receptinist Chanaka had the Worst customer service on the front desk had to wait more than 20 mins for check in yet i had booked online. He checked in guest who arrived after me and when i asked why he rudely said he doesnt know. Highly dissapointed

    Worst experience ever because of very bad staff... i will complain a bit abiut staff working on reception in day shift.. they are incredibly amazing no words can describe how wonderful and helpful they are especially the receptionist.. he was so sweet, welcoming, and helpful person but the staff working in evening shift.. i dont know how he even got this job.. every time he is rude he doesnt even treat you like a guest. If there is a problem he will order you to the things in a rude way. And the worst of all is.. because of some emergency i had to checkout early which is two days before my actual checkout.. i had already wasted my 300 qar extra and he already knows about it and after giving my room key i just asked for a small water bottle and he ordered me to take it from the another counter and pay for it..i mean what the hell its just a small water bottle which you provide in every room its just was not there in my room on that day do instead of calling the staff for tge room service i thought i will take it from there and he was doing this to me.. he is very unprofessional, rude, and a worst of all receptionist i have ever scene.. i'll still thanks the staff working in day shift for an amzing hospitality and the recptionist working in day shift for all there efforts

    I booked for 2 days quarantine once I reached the hotel there no porter to take my luggage later I gate in the hotel before approaching the hotel lobby the receptionist talk very rudely unprofessional manner she asked me to wait after while one hotel staff came and dump food one lobby table saying that this is your food and asked me to take in room this is totally unacceptable as this was Hygiene concern as I came from Airport first I need to take shower or wash my hand properly food was very bad I will recommend to everyone not to book this hotel .

    Clean, quite and near Souq waqif, their breakfast πŸ₯ needs more like kake and cheese etc.. but it is good hotel. We reserved by sites and got discount. If you go without reservation it will be more prices.

    NOT RECOMMENDED / DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL i booked quarantine for 2 days and this hotel provided very very bad very service,dirty and uncleanness rooms,one of sri lankan manager talking very rude behavior, 6 Hours am waiting outside lobby for room check in,for food they are nt providing good food, i booked Indian food they provide some think else when i called to room services they r response was very bad, Bad response from the reception staff. When we called and checked about this, they were shouting and telling hotel is fully booked and no beds available even if we booked Reception staff should learn minimum manners and service.     Very bad experience yesterday our quarentine started they ask me are u veg or non veg i said them non veg but after that i get in the room and waiting for food they told me it will come 6:30 but until 7:30it will not happen after that they bring food and it was very bad...     Very poor room service.porter wont take luggage even if you are senior citizen.food is very poor. Very low standard. Yesterday lunch was white rice and chicken gravy. Nothing else.location is good..that's the only thing which I find good about it.

    The floors in our room were really yucky. You can tell it has not been cleaned in a very long time. There were stains and candy wrappers still on the floor. We had dirt and stuff in the bedding. So, I would diff not be staying here again. The room was one of the worst I’ve ever came across and I travel a lot.

    Good rooms, amazing staff, and the location is just perfect. You can see beautiful skyline view from the hotel. The rooftop pool is just perfect. You can very easily get uber, taxi anytime of the day.

    I am staying right here for the quarantine and the services are extremely poor. Right from the beginning it’s a horrific situation. I had to carry all my luggage and food no one helped. The room they gave me is smelly and look like it hasn’t been cleaned from ages. You can’t look outside as the glass is dirty. The washroom doesn’t have any shampoo or conditioner only one gel for head and body. No dental kit, no spoon in food package delivered. No tissue paper. Waste of money.

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha. Overall, I had a great experience with the (TTH); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy and feel comfortable all my holiday time. thanks a lot i really don’t know the guys at reception names but they are incredible πŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎπŸ™πŸΎβ€οΈ.

    Not as expected. Rooms aren't maintained properly , time to change floor carpets. Didnt keep soap and other toiletry items. For food lovers or dieting people it will not suit. You will get only ready-made cooked items..     Great team and best staff Mr Ahmed the Lebanese person he is good in communication and strong in public relations. He took great care of us. Now my comment and review was on the 23rd Aug 2023.     Worst customer service my wife and daughter had 1 day quarantined no body to attend customer service call , some how one lady picked the call request for water and they didn,t provide. Don't choose the hotel for quarantined.

    The air conditioners in the rooms work very loudly, there were stains on the walls of the room, it is not a very clean hotel, there was a heavy smell in the room, I could only go to bed by spraying my own perfume. It's a big disaster that there is no restaurant in the hotel.

    Room is spacious with a large (43'') LED TV. Check in and check out are easy, and the staffs are friendly. Definitely value for money. Location is about 10 minutes walking to Mshreib metro station.

    Really spacious rooms. The staff is extremely kind and accommodating. They extended our checkout time till 4pm because we requested some time to complete our packing. Great value for money especially for shorter stays.

    One of the most underated hotel in town. Just booked with it by chance before, yet their great and amazing service keeps me coming back. Kudos to all the reception staff, specially Mr. MORRIS. He is so welcoming,polite and attentive to the requests. And really knows the guests by heart, even remembers my name in my 2nd visit.     πŸ‘ŽThe Male Receptionist is unaccommodating he should be enrolled in a Guest Relation Seminar he badly needs it. Upon checking in you will surely look forward for your check-out. πŸ‘ŽUnpleasant Room Smell. πŸ‘ŽEven as basic as a pair of slippers you still need to request it in the reception.

    I stayed for 2 nights, unfortunately couldn't book the rest of my stay because it's been reserved already. reception are very welcoming and helpful, staff were excellent as well and amazing. one of the best place to stay in Qatar. definitely I will book again.
