It was ok till night time omg it’s not secure at all because the clubs and we didn’t know about them no one told us the crowd and noise very unprofessional!! We saw some people fully drunk & laying on floor outside the hotel doors and we were so shocked for that! Supposed to have different entrance & elevator! We couldn’t go out easy or use the elevator because of those people coming to the clubs !! We would never stay of hotel like that if we knew before booking! Not recommend for family or ppl who want to relax! The staff are nice though and facilities is good but this hotel for day time only and the problem you can hear everything from outside! Our experience is not good we even went to nearby hotel for restaurant because the restaurant closed early & hookah! They focused only on their pubs as service for the hotel / we were so scared to get in the hotel

To be clear the overall quality of the hotel would be more than 1 star, but the safety of guests and the inappropriate behaviour of the staff needs to be considered so even 1 star might be unreasonably high. During a World Cup match at the hotel bar a few male guests who were drunk began creating problems with other female guests at the bar. A table of three men in their 50's were harassing seemingly all women around them they could find. I confronted one of these guests and asked him to stop his behaviour, and this was to no avail as he refused to admit he was in the wrong. The performance of the hotel now sinks because of the actions taken by the security team, who not only refused to remove the harmful guests but also targeted me as the problem. I was repeatedly told to not cause any problem, and believe me causing a problem was the last thing in my mind. Following this, the three male guests including the one who attempted to grope a waitress began taunting me, attempting to create problems. Repeatedly the security team did nothing regarding these guests' behaviour even as they began getting aggressive towards me and my father. One of them was even seen attempting to break a bottle, an action which was stopped by a random guest who was much more helpful than the security team. I'd want to know why the security team was so weak in responding to this problem, and why they would rather create problems with the guests who identify an issue instead of the ones causing an issue. I'd consider any attendance to the hotel bar a threat to the safety and wellbeing of the guest.

Breakfast was very very limited.the general manager was rude I asked for a Cheese omelet they gave me plain. The jam was water everything was very very cheap clean hygiene is something they never heard of. I asked for coffee it came cold and watery. I don’t know how they are in business. They better shut down.

We had to 14 hour overnight stayover in Qatar. The hotel is definitely not 5 /4 star. Its a 3 at best. The rooms were very clean but everything seems a little worse for the ware. The room service burger was very good and so was the pasta dish. You can prearrange a shuttle from the airport. The staff service was excellent. In summary the hotel did it's job. A place to kip for a few hours.

It's better than most of the other star hotels in Doha. it's near to the Qatar Museum and also near to the corniche area. Metro is also accessible nearby. Rooms are not the best in class but fulfil all the requirements. Rates are kind of moderate but could go high or low as per demands.

Lack of basic necessities such as toothbrush and toothpaste. The first day I stayed here they didn't get to make up my room. Not even take the trash out. Not take my dirty clothes for laundry. I had to stick a post-it-note on my door to remind them to do those as hotels normally do. The coordination between departments is very bad. My room package comes with with 2 pieces of laundry everyday, but the staff asked me money since he didn't know it is included in my package. Same thing for breakfast. Got my breakfast delivered late (came after I went to office) because they didn't know the breakfast is included in my package. I had to order in the morning and wait for 30 minutes but it didn't come. Some rooms are equipped with bath tub, but don't even bother to use it since the water is not hot enough. Called maintenance guy to check and asked about it, he just told me to wait for 3 minutes and repeat the same answer even though I already explained that I waited more than 15 minutes everyday, but the water is just lukewarm, not even hot. He insisted that the water temperature is normal, and after I found out that he said all other rooms condition are similar, that's when I knew nothing can be fixed although he said he will check the heater. Out of 4 elevators, only 2 can be used by guests. Sometimes I need to wait so long just to get back to my room because it's full of pub and club guests also. You can hear the music/noise coming from the club in your room at night, even other noises like people talk in the alley. There was control panel with buttons for laundry request and "do not disturb", but it's not working. Asked the staff about it and they said it's just don't work. No door bell also. The staffs are okay but the management isn't.

The hotel is clean. Staffs are helpful and accommodating. Souq Waqif is walking distance approx 700m away. It’s always easy to get Uber or Karwa. Being near to MIA Park is a plus point. However, the room service food needs improvement. Overall my experience is great.

Stayed overnight from our layover, and it was great. The hotel room was clean and comfy. The staff was amazing and helped out quiet a bit, and the restaurant was also amazing. They brought our food fast, and the service was great. They even arranged a tour of the city, which was great. Highly recommend.

I discussed with supervisor but he said either pay or we call POLICE I was like seriously dude 🤣. they behave like 1 star hotel so i give them what they deserve. I can write more about this hotel but don’t want make big this comment. There is so many other good hotels in Doha, So guys please keep away with this hotel if you don’t want to spoil your trip.

Most depressing hotel on earth. It's not the staff--they're friendly. It's the hotel itself. From the dining room to the "free upgrade" suite, what a dump. Non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. Fixtures old and broken. See photos for a blood stain (!) on the lamp. Every single thing is dirty, dusty, crusty, and busted. Even the complementary cotton buds are so cheap they scratched my ear canal. At half price, this hotel still wouldn't be worth it. Management needs to renovate ASAP. I spent 1 night here, slept horribly, and couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Went across town to a different hotel and was immediately much happier.

The plece have many issues the rooms are old and many thing are not working like the TV and woernout furniture, the elevators are old and slow and there is always a jam. The security always on high alert and I see. Two conflicts in 3 nights. The jump at your face shouting with maners. Do you have room and need to see card not. The hotel clam to be 4 stars hotel but I give them 2 stars The worst thing in my trip to world Cup is the hotel, that I go to the next hotel for service

I was there on October 25. cut long story very short, you better don’t go there. The hotel is old and done. Bathroom and bed dirty! I’m afraid the bed was already used by field marshal Rommel some 70 years ago. The breakfast served in the room only and you don’t miss anything if you don’t take it. They have the night clubs at the 14 th floor and you can listen to the music in your room at 9th floor as well. If the music is not waking you up the ongoing construction will do for sure.

The hotel is nothing like advertised, surrounded by construction. After checking in I was told there would be no electricity or hot water from 7am to 12pm in the morning!! Ofcourse no refunds also. Avoid at all costs!!!

Crossroads club is One of the worst places bad destiny can take you to. Beside the very cheap service, weak communication skills of the workers. I was literally forced to stand up from a table with my friends to give the chair to another person, the waitress name was Rose, she is one of the most disrespectful people working there, I will never give a chance for another visit for such poor customer experience.

The bed is OK, the shower is OK, the room and the building are a little old but the real problem es THE NOISE. 1. The building is not sound proof 2. The building has 3 or 4 clubs in it so you'll hear loud music until 3am every day, specially the bass. 3. The honks of the cars are absolutely unbearable. My best guess is that taxis are constantly trying to call tourists attention to pick them up. This is the worst thing of all. 4. There's a mosque right in front of the hotel and they'd start praying through a speaker at max volume at around 4.30am. 5. The walls are really thin, you hear everything from other rooms. Bottom line, the Old Doha zone is not the best for tourists. Instead go the West Bay.

I went into 3 of the 4 bars and they aren't great tbh, the amount of people and the amount of cigarette smoke is awful it really hindered the experience. The price for the drinks is expensive and they are really poorly served wouldn't recommend. I guess the hotel is okay but the bar experience isn't good.

I wanted to love this place... Location is right by the Corniche, rooms are extra spacious (biggest rooms ever for a BW) and beds are comfortable. However, the constant smell of cigarette smoke on every floor coupled with jack hammerng all night from nearby construction, and booming night club music made for a difficult stay. Bathrooms need a good cleaning too (black mold). Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety (for vegans too) and great staff. This hotel has potential!

Service is not good. The guys from the reception couldn’t help me out with a toothbrush. I asked them to hand me one. The answer was: „ we can’t hand it to you because you leave no room here. I paid for 12 Days one of the best rooms they offer and then they can’t hand me a little toothbrush. I needed one before my flight. Refreshing before leaving is actually no problem. They proofed it is. Bad service and no accuracy according to exchanging simple thing like toilet paper. The forgot to bring new towels and stuff like that. I will never come back. One hour before departure annoying me was to much. They also couldn’t handle within 12 Days the TV. I asked them to fix it. Nothing happend. Looking for a cheap hotel and no service required? You will be happy here. Otherwise go for a different hotel around here. Sorry for that but it is how it is. - bad service - dirty beds +room actually ok +building actually ok - loud area (club is in hotel) loud taxi sounds like horn or screaming

Avoid this hotel like the plague. Rooms are in a terribly run-down state (look nothing at all like the images when booking) and smell badly of damp. The worst worst worst thing though is the booming music that makes your room vibrate from various bars and night clubs on floors above the accommodation - until 2am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! We are four floors below, but it is still far too loud to even try to sleep. Miserably tired hotel we are prematurely checking out of in the morning and certainly won't be returning to.

This hotel should be called the Worst Western Hotel. A lot of noise pollution in the evening until 2 am! Room on 8th floor, later moved to 6th floor. Still major nuisance from disco on the 14th floor and 1st floor. We stayed here for 7 nights unfortunately! Ladies at the reception lie about the evenings when the disco is open. They say it's only on weekends, but it's really every night! Hookers parade in front of the hotel and the area in front of the hotel is also busy with women who pick up men for sex. On the street there is a lot of car honking, also audible in rooms at the front of the hotel and people shouting. Breakfast is good, the guys working in the breakfast room are very neat and polite. But when the hotel is fully booked, breakgast is chaos. The room is large, but also has flaws. Lamps and coaches that are broken. The breakfast room is much too small when it is busy. There is a 'strange' man at the elevator in the evening who guides guests to the bars. Very strange people come here, not reliable. Hotel security checks backpacks, but does not check whether people are also hotel guests.

Honestly had an okay time inside the bar Krossroads (riddled with african and asian escort women) and before that a great great time in Irish Bar a couple of floors below where we were met with a very kind bouncer and the owner an Irish Lady... But once we left the Irish Bar and decided to check out the Krossroads we were met with a very depressed/upset indian guy at entrance who scans ur IDs... No Hi, Hello or welcome... Regardless all that was ignored from our side... But once we were done and leaving, found the same guy at the elevator... We as gentlemen maintained our best behavior as it can be reviewed in CCTV footages by the hotel management... I pressed the elevator down button since it didn't light up once so I pressed a 2nd time... The guy goes 'wait wait wait' in the presence of a group of ladies trying to embarrass us... I told him sorry i thought it didn't work the 1st time and he started arguing and became disrespectful in seconds... I'm sure the reaction of all the people will show how he was behaving as everyone was shocked. I told him we all are gentlemen here and he says 'you are not a gentleman since you are claiming to be one'. I had never witnessed anything like this before in Qatar... Regardless he carried on berating me after I tried to explain and calm him down but definitely he was not in his senses... Gave me his name as John and said do what you can... Once I was down at the reception I was met with another guy of same kind... When I ask for a night manager, that guy Fayaz the receptionist said there is no manager here... And you can tell me what you want to say... When I explained the issue he says that club don't belong to the hotel and you can go and complain against the club. I mentioned I will write a review and the receptionist encouraged me to do that keeping his attitude intact although I noticed he became a bit nervous once started documenting everything. Then he disregarded me standing at the desk and started interacting with another guest who i watched for a bit and noticed he irritated that guest as well... Unbelievable place... Leaves a bad impression of Qatar... Executives need to take note of this review and get in touch with me as I got contacts of the witnesses at hand. Shame on Best Western, an international chain for accommodating such creepy people and clubs in their hotels... Shame shame shame. Anyone reading this review kindly pay attention to that sad, despicable man who will scan ur IDs before entering... Share your thoughts if you find my complaint to be valid... Shouldn't let anyone get away with such pathetic attitude especially in business.

The hotel say it is a 4 star hotel, but believe me it is max 3 star in Europe. Absolutly not recommended if you would like to take rest. Lets start with the positives: The bed is perfect The room is big, it looks good The breakfast is good Negatives IT IS LOUD!!! Every night I listened the bass, it is not possible to sleep. There are 4 pubs in the hotel, 2 in the top and 2 in the bottom so it means you can hear the music everywhere. Smelty: I do not know what is that, but everyday the room has a special smell. It is something like when the air stuck inside and not refreshing. During night time all the taxi staying in front of the hotel and horning continuously. Because of the pubs, the elavators are always full, sometimes you have to wait a lot (Specially in late hours). Television does not work, no channels. Even you stay in the nine floor, there is no view. You can see only the other hotel, which is only a few meters away. No sunshine, the room is always in the shadow In my room there was no chair for the table I had to ask it. When I closed my window, it turned out the handle does not do anything. You can open the window, even you rotate/close the handle For that money I think you can find better place, DO NOT RECOMEND!

I was not a visitor to the hotel, but I went to have dinner at the Al-Qronfol restaurant inside the hotel. It is an elegant, organized restaurant. The food is very good in terms of variety and taste, and the service staff in the restaurant is excellent. I recommend it for an excellent family dinner.

Stayed on 12th floor suite. Hotel manager was using suite next door to smoke hookah and conduct business and social affairs. My associate called front desk and asked to order a hookah for our room. The front desk said that hookahs are not allowed in rooms and that only the manager was allowed to smoke his hookah in the rooms. That is not fair nor professional.

Booked the room with Qatar Airways stopover option so it was a great value for money The location is good, a walking distance from the promenade and MIA park, the closest metro station is 20min away though The room was very spacious, there were both a shower and a bathroom, but everything was outdated, mould in the shower room, TV had only one working channel, only two electrical sockets were available, the window view was an adjacent building wall Staff was friendly If it wasn't for the price I would have put 3/5

I checked in 09th October and when I arrived to the room I found the bathrobe torn like that. In an era of covid-19 and the maximum hygiene are being taken this is what I found. I asked for Ceasar salad, they didn't have shrimps neither salmon to add on it, only chicken. I wanted smoke salmon sandwich, however due to the fact they don't have salmon I had to order beef burger. Next day I have work at 4 pm, requested for a late check-out considering my time, they only gave me till 01:00 PM. Next morning, since 9 or 10 am till after 11 am, a non stop fire alarm, so I was forced to wake up at 9, 10 am while my work is at 4 pm, not a single compensation offered, not a single apology offered for the inconvenience and the disturbance caused, I asked again for a late check out cause of the non stop fire alarm early morning, they were way too generous and gave me maximum 2 pm. Breakfast through in-room dining should be at any time, as in-room dining is 24/7. No breakfast offered, no alternatives offered. I asked for cheese croissant, they said they only have plain croissants, and small ones, I had to accept it in order to have something to eat before going to work. I received the order with one plain croissant, one chocolate pate, and 2 small bread!!!!! I asked for American coffee, I had less than half a cup!!!! And definitely I can't say about the taste.

I would not recommend this hotel for quarantine. I have stayed in other hotels and services were pretty good for quarantine however this hotel has minimum level of service for quarantine package. Front Office Manager Tamer went out of his way to help me out apart from that nothing in this hotel was really worth. I hope they change the way they treat their quarantine customers. I have no idea for regular stay may be they treat you better.

Have been a resident for more than a year. The offer for a long term stay is good value for money if you consider the spacey suite, the decent housekeeping service and free breakfast and laundry which is provided within the package. Plus, it's location it is very convenient. However, in my opinion there is room for improvement regarding the amenities in the hotel. Specifically the gym could be maintained better and being equipped with more and new equipments and it's operation should be available 24/7. Regarding the access to the basement parking it could be more easy by installing prior the gate a device where you can swipe your room key and the barrier opens automatically instead of waiting for the security to open manually. Another unfortunate situation is the construction activity around the hotel area which makes the access to the hotel quite difficult sometimes due to the traffic diversions and load during busy hrs. The available bars at the hotel surely are an extra reason to enjoy your stay. Finally I would like to highlight the consistent effort from more of the hotel staff to ensure a pleasant stay especially I would like to mention the efficient and friendly services of Mr Sanjay (Duty IT Manager) who he is always available to support and solve any related to IT issues.

I’ve stayed 2 days hotel quarantine and this is the Worse hotel in Doha I’ve ever had, due to below points; 1. Keeping guest waiting for 4 hours to check-in 2. Bell boy doesn’t have even minimum guest curtesy 3. Reception is not responding on calls 4. Room amenities are not provided 5. Menus are just for showing, everyday same food…. (Soup, fry fish and white rice only) imagine, how will you shallow 6. The person coming for swap test was even worst, knocking door like crazy….. just imagine, while reaching from bed to door…. She knocks 3 times while I was saying, I’m coming 7. As soon as they recieve my PCR result, they wanted to kick me out of room even though I had booked 2 nights and it was only one night I stayed so far 8. While waiting to get room to check in, I left 2 packet of cigarettes which I bought from duty free. When I enquire for lost and found. “The simple answer was, as per room service team…. They didn’t found” Neither the less, this hotel is really not advisable to stay.

Poor reception desk behaviour from some of the front desk staff. The Indian personal were polite and helpful. But the philipino staff were showing an arrogant attitude including the cleaning and house keeping staff. Breakfast was good with professional catering staff.

I haven't stayed at the Facility but I did visit one of the venues inside. The place is called Bazooka worst experience I've had since arriving in Doha. Staff was rude, management was unconcerned, event promoters didn't have a clue what was going on and horrible customer service. I came to the venue with a party of 10 with a reservation for a VIP table only to find out the table was double booked with no other solution to the problem the staff turned their backs on us. We immediately walked out and took our business to another venue.

The hotel is not organized at all. Rooms look shady and not that clean nor good quality. But the most messed up thing the hotel did so far is LYING about the price. I booked a suite on 12th of June and checked out today, the price was 250 and THEY told us that is going to be 350 (100 extra for deposit!!) Which is shady and inappropriate. But to say that the price was 350 not 250 from the beginning is unprofessional, stealing and lying! You lost a customer and I hope everyone reads this to be AWARE of this hotel. They will definitely do anything that would go against manners, trust and respect. This hotel is horrible in all aspects.

Stayed only for a few hours due to missed connection on Qatar airways. Rooms are very large but dated. The bathroom could be cleaner. Had room service which was surprisingly good. Recommend the Mezze Plate and traditional dessert.

Please tell me why your elevators have to beep all the time? People are sleeping and dont care the door opened. If it's a busy night no rest for you. Beeeep besspppep. Beeeeep.

After searching for many options we chose BWP and after the stay we are happy that it was the perfect choice of ours. Rooms were spacious with necessary amenities, clean and well furnished. sufficient light and good Wi-Fi connection was the plus point. Even though hotel is surrounded by noisy environment due to ongoing constructions room was very peaceful. Just few suggestions: - Advisable to place for the hairdryer especially there is a female occupant. - Ensuring sufficient supply of drinking water to the room - In house food menu could have few more options. Overall I would like to stay here again and recommend anyone searching for hotels in Doha.

I had to quarantine here for 2 nights. 1. The bed and mattress was old 2. The food was horrible 3. The guy who brought me the breakfast, he came knocking at my door at 7 am. Who wakes up at 7 to eat? (Obviously by 9/10 when I woke up, the food was cold) Also, he had mood for chatting while I was half asleep asking where I'm from and how long I'm staying. 😒🙄 4. I took a shower and obviously used their towels. My hair is red and the towel was white so obviously red colour will go on the towel but you put it in the washing machine and it wash it off. This is how a washing machine works. Even if you wash it by hand, it will still go 99% of it. I know it because I did it before. I have white clothes and wash it and the stain doesn't remain. You don't have to use any special chemicals. But they did a big deal out of it so I had to pay for it. At least if I would get the towel to keep it. 😒 They hold me there for a damm towel so if you have your hair coloured, do get your own towel. They are useless and will talk over you. They will not listen to what you have to say. Not only that the hotel was extra expensive because I had to book it through the Qatari airlines, the food was terrible but they also put me to pay extra just for 1 towel? 😑 That's definitely unsatisfying. I paid 906 riyals for what? For 2 days with terrible food and airport transfer? And had to pay 30 riyals extra for the damn towel?? They were lucky that my friend who picked me up didn't have the patience to wait as I tried so hard to convince them to just give it a try and run it through the washing machine. I would have waited. I would have even gave them my washing pills to see that it can actually wash 100%. 🙄

Rooms are very spacious, clean and bed are comfortable. Could use abit of upgrade in terms of look and color and furniture. But overall we'll worth the stay. House keeping staff so amazing and helpful and full of life.

It lacks basic amenities from the room service. No towels, No bathroom toiletries, Shower pressure is as if the water has finished, TV channels take ages to change. Fridge is never cooling. The water bottles remained at the same temperature when kept outside and in the fridge. Breakfast is not that great. I was eagerly waiting to finish the stay and get back to my place. Not at all value for money even for 2 days, with the price charged.

I had very good first impression: I was amazed by the size and beauty of the lobby. The security at the entrance was very nice and welcoming. The reception staff are very professional in their approach to work. Room, very big and comfortable bed. I stayed for four nights, and had a nice time staying at this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to have a very enjoyable stay in Doha.
