Really really Glad i chose this hotel for my layover in Doha! The service is excellent. Special thanks to Jessica (hope I got your name right) during my check in. She was super helpful and sweet! Went to stock burger for a drink and I must say all the staff was super friendly and attentive. Even housekeeoing and staff in Sirocco was great! Definitely will come back and stay here if I come by again. Kudos to you holiday inn!

I am a bit late to write this review. I stayed here in October 2021 for 10 days as part of mandatory quarantine and loved the experience. I would give food 10/10! So much variety and quantity and you can choose from their elaborate menu daily. Caters to all tastes....Indian, continental, Asian, Arabic, etc. Food is served relatively hot and on time. The room is amazing and has all facilities including an ironing board. Loads of bottled water for the entire duration of stay was provided. You can call them up for towels/tea/coffee and they bring it to you right away. Check in and check out was super easy with no hassle. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall, an amazing experience and would love to stay here again.

Just stayed there for 10 nights recently. Excellent service by all staff, good quality food, very clean and good facilities. Good value, and the Stock Burger bar is great. I'll be back soon.

Exceptional location, service and room cleanness, I checked in at 1:30am , Mr Eric was at front desk he did warm welcome at middle of night with lots of energy. Hats off to him, he even recognize that I was last stayed in here in 2018. What a gesture. Room was nice and comfy bed. Closer to the Airport only 10 min from the airport. So no doubt easy in and out. Scirocco restaurant employees are also phenomenal in service. Lots of vegetarian variety to choose from to fill your empty stomach in morning. During check out was easy and faster to check out as well. Same way as smily faces at front desk. I would recommend anyone who want to have their stay memorable.

I visited the Stock Burgers and I was served by Mrs/Ms. Maria. She’s very professional with her job. She has great customer service. She consistently checks on her customers to see if everything is okay. I loved her energy and attitude. She has positive energy. The food was delicious as well, the place is very clean and nice. Loved it!

Great hotel! Easy drive from Hamad international airport and easy spot to get around the city of Doha. Nice views from the hotel upper floor and good restaurants. Breakfast buffet is a must to start your day, there is a lot of variety and fresh cooked eggs options. Also a wide variety of fruit juice and coffee and tea. Comfortable rooms too with clean shower. It was great to stay in Holiday Inn. Rooms are large with big windows for natural light. The location is near very to Metro, thus easy access to the rest of Doha. Housekeeping, restaurant and reception staff are very friendly. Just for example, I met Mr. Wahab here, the hotel gave him an opportunity for an internship he is very dedicated to work, and talking with him gives a personal touch.

As part of our FIFA itinerary, this was the second hotel we stayed at for 4 nights after Millennium Plaza. Our initial thought was that we may not like it very much considering how great our experience at Millennium Plaza had been, but the stay was fantastic. Room - We had Ana executive suite which we didn’t expect as we had paid the same amount of money at different hotels and all of them were standard king rooms. Very spacious with king sized bed and separate longing room with couches and tv. Bathroom was pretty big with a shower area and a bathtub. Bidet was installed separately in the bathroom. Huge window in the bedroom overlooking the front of the hotel. Amenities - Room stocked to adequate standard with appropriate bathroom utilities, including dental kits etc. which have become rare nowadays. Air conditioning was very good and temperature could be controlled. Toiletries were good. Regular replenishment of drinking water which was provided only in large format bottles. Not very handy to carry around outside if you need to. Staff - OK experience at check in. The reception always seemed very busy and it always took a bit of time to get your query answered. But not due to Al k of attention or anything, it was just a busy time. Hotel facilities - The pool is quite nice and partly covered such that it can be used during the day, but very shallow. So i would suggest good for a quick dip. Gym facility next to it is standard. One buffet restaurant which was only open for breakfast but we never tried it. Stock burger is in the restaurant which is good, you can check my review of it. Lobby has a small cart cafe which serves tea and coffee. 24 hour room service as well which we tried a couple of times for breakfast and it was good. Nearby - Very convenient to reach anywhere as the metro station is a 5 minute walk. A few restaurants right next to the hotel and a couple of them within a 10 minute walk. Their sister property Crowne Plaza is right next door and it has 5-7 restaurants / bars as well which adds to the options available in the hotel. I want to mention that even though it was temporary, their use of their ballroom as a football screening area with a huge screen, served drinks and food. That was a fantastic idea which made it easy and enjoyable for the guests to enjoy the matches in a nice environment. Overall - Fantastic experience. Hotel is well maintained and facilities looked new. Location is nice and easy access to anywhere within minutes. Definitely include in your shortlist if you are visiting.

Perfectly fine, very nicely maintained hotel near the old airport. Next door is its corporate cousin the Crowne Plaza, so they share a (nice) fitness room and swimming pool. Excellent value, and reasonable location -- though of course nothing in Doha is walkable, so you need a car or taxi (or Uber) to go anywhere.

Excellent hotel. Everybody is very friendly, the staff is like a big family custer-satisfaction oriented and when manager Mrs. Shanti is on duty, nothing can go wrong. The breakfast is one of the best I have ever seen. The metro station at two minute walking distance is an extra asset. Well done folks!

(21 July - 06 August 2021) What an amazing time I had @ Holiday Inn Doha! Dear Mr. General Manager, you have the best team working at your hotel. Mind-blowing hospitality service they have provided throughout my stay. My entire day was of 16 days, which included quarantining myself at the same property, the packed meals were truly delicious and the service from -in-room dining dept was great - to mention Mubarak, Kisan, Chandrakala ( i hope these are the right name & spelling) did a great job. The guest service staff Pradeep & Christina were always just a call away to help. as well as Ben from FO. Also to mention, Ms. Kirani at breakfast perfectly remembered my b/f preference and made sure it was served right every day. Lastly, the Duty Manager(form L&D dept) Mr. Mahendra for your feedback call was just a cherry on the cake. I had a 30 day Stay in this hotel and it was an amazing experience. The entire stuff from reception to room service and housekeeping are indeed doing a great job. Chef Tahir and Server Aman were exceptional in their service levels and absolutely impressed by their dedication to serving the customers and in fact delighting them.

Stockburger. Pleasant atmosphere. Decent service but could be better. A sports bar with multiple screens. Overall a good place to have a drink. Menu is good with food of a good standard my favourite is the lamp chops

I started coming to holiday Inn since inception - Doha Qatar location , I would say from 2018 year for my business trips and even today we are in 2023 year the customer service Nd staff shown the high standards with great care. The breakfast @Sirocco was improved a lot to cater to all types of guests. I special thank Karen for super hospitality. Wishing many good things to happen to our IHG group.

Friendly receptionist Ben (from Kenya) greeted me. Provided a map and many useful recommendations. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was a walking distance from the Doha red line. Stayed in the hotel earlier this week for one night as part of the Doha stopover programme. Overall Great experience 👍🏻

Amazing. I’m a returning customer since more than a year. Very convenient super comfortable super clean and the staff is amazing they always seek ways of how to make your stay splendid not only good, and to go extra mile for u. Spacious rooms quick friendly thoughtful service. Best breakfast in town. Special thanks to Sazedul the restaurant supervisor he’s been more than great. The checkout experience is usually painful! If u check out in the morning the reception won’t have enough staff hence be ready for enormous wait time!!

Deepak was really nice. I like the restaurant so much. The price is so good. It’s affordable. It’s a good place to come here for relax or party. And the staff are so nice and kind. Especially Deepak, I want to admire him as he protected me from the unruly customers. He really took good care to me and my friends. Thank you. Walkable to metro station. Rooms are nice. Breakfast buffet has lot of options if traveller is non vegetarian. For Veg it is limited to handful of dishes which can be improved. staff is supportive they help if any special dish requirements is there. Ali has been very much helpful with any dish required, thanking him for same.

I met one of the most amazing attendant named Maria, she's so respectful and down to earth. She made me want to keep coming back and she rejected the tip I gave her, keep it up Maria, you are going places. Much love from Nigeria

The service was impeccable. That they had to contend with Quarantined guests on couple of floors, didn't dampen their spirits and enthusiasm to serve those other guests. Only grouse if not having a buffet breakfast was taken care of by their associate Crowne Plaza, just a few steps away. Staying here was the best thing besides the above, ad I was at a hop, skip and a jump from my office. Need I add more??

The hotel has really nice rooms and facilities, clean and sharp. Nice breakfast service with lots of options. The bar stock burguer is a nice place for a drink or some food and watch a match or listen to music. Most of all the team at the bar (working) is super nice and friendly, Maria is a 5 star person when dealing with customers.

we had our Dinner with my friend. We have warmly greeted by Mr Bhaskar , he surprisingly remembered me from my previous visit which was one year ago.he is very polite and friendly. Our server was Sabir who gave us the impression that the job he is doing is his passion and the way he interacts with guests is really professional. It is very rare to have that quality service that is well-balanced . Overall staff are special in STOCK BURGER . The food was superb. We will definitely come again.thank you

The comfortable chairs and ample table space were appreciated by all attendees. Ambiance: The ambiance was professional, with adjustable lighting and a comfortable temperature throughout the day. Noise levels were well-controlled, allowing for productive discussions. Catering and Refreshments: The hotel provided a variety of catering options, and the quality of the food and beverages exceeded our expectations. The coffee breaks were a hit among attendees.

Breakfast at the Scirocco inside the Holiday in is the REAL DEAL! It was amazing! Probably 50 different dishes for all different ethnicities are available. Fresh juices, great coffee and cappuccinos. We had fantastic service from Julie and we are incredibly thankful for such a great experience. Will definitely come back and highly recommend others to visit.

Good place for those who interested in the activities at the downtown. The breakfast is really excellent with great variety of food. The staff are too busy due to being fully equipped all time.

Nice hotel for short stay, I booked two rooms for 5 persons for 2 nights, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and nice. the only thing that annoyed me is the valet parking, specially when it's get crowded in the hotel. one time they took 15-20 minutes to bring the car, and they won't give you access to the parking lot if you will stay less the 5 nights. over all the hotel clean and nice for short stay, I recommend it for the short trips.

Great option to stay when in Doha. Our room was beautifully set-up with all amenities that are required to make your stay comfortable and satisfying. I commend their initiative towards "Travel Sustainable" which abstains expending resources unnecessarily. For instance , they make your bed only if you ask to, they switch on the mini fridge only if asked for, etc. The front desk is pleasant and friendly consistently that the interactions with them are always very warm. The service staff you meet occassionally within the hotel greets you with wide smiles spreading that warmth even deeper into your stay. Will definitely return.

Had a fantastic dinner at Stock Burger Co. With my friend. Must recommended for their Uptown and Lone Star. Personal preference go for the Single patty. Not double. It’s crazy huge must say😂 but PERFECTLY COOKED AND YUMMY. And most importantly the staff made it a marvelous experience for us. “Pabasara” you’ve been the best and you really deserve a push up from the company!!! Me and my friends were served by Ms. Maria, Very amazing persons.. The hospitality which was provided by Ms. Maria was outstanding, She help us go through the menu, explained us the menu terminologies, so it was very easy for us to order the food and drinks… Ms. Maria was very attentive to us.. She Kept checking on our well being, make sure we all were very comfortable. Our food and drinks were offered to us on time, drinks were replenished on time… She make the atmosphere in the restaurant so great and joyful.. We all had a great time.. All the credit goes to Ms. Maria.. I would like to thank her for hospitality and kindness.. Pabasara was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. She displays great leadership qualities and anticipates her customers needs with efficiency. It was my first visit to Stock Burger...the food was great and service was great from reception.

I had great experience during quarantine period in Qatar. They provide list of meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be chose as our request by phone and will be delivered exactly in front of our door room everyday. The food were great, complete with appetizer, main, and dessert. They also have good amenities for shower and ironing clothes. Bed cover also neat. Holiday Inn is great place for staying.

It was great new year held at Al Massa ballroom, good crowd however the only thing was they put carpet that got people fell mostly. Organizers should keep these minor things while setting up for bulk gathering. Pricing was normal keeping in view the event. Nicely managed and ample security measures were in place.

Cleanliness, prompt response from housekeeping. Generally, whichever hotel I stayed, they provide electrical extension cable on demand. But Holiday Inn refused to provide the same, their duty manager calling and informing that they do not keep it as it was never demanded by other guest, which I do not think to be true. I purchased the extension cable from outside shop. So anybody planning to stay in this hotel and require extension cable should bring it with themselves.

Have been to The Stock Burger at the Holiday Inn Doha couple of times and they never disappoint with the food and the service. Staff is super friendly and always put their best to take care of you. You can enjoy live matches, nice grooves in the background while having a good time with friends Tikka Masala flat bread and Hot65 is my all time favourite. Keep up the good work team Stock Burger!

I stayed here during quarantine periods, nice place. Desk service is poor but they are having good food service. I got pure vegetarian food which was too good. Best hotel to stay.

I stayed with my friend in Holiday Inn for a weekend escapade. I enjoyed alot at the pool and there restaurant Stock burger. I requested a room with a pool view. Apparently the pool is covered because it was situated in Mezzanine. The gym has the pool view. The hotel accommodates mostly European, Americans, Latinos and Filipinos. I love that the stock burger restaurant has 30%-35% discounted offer off the bill for qatar airways, teachers and health care staff. I'm a pharmacist and I will surely go back because I enjoyed the facilities and the friendly atmosphere.

Stay in the Holiday inn is perfect. I want to highlight only one problem which I encountered during valet parking. Somehow my key was lost by valet parking person and there was nobody to give me proper explanation or to take responsibility. I had to go urgently somewhere so I had to book a cab despite having my car parked in parking. Throughout the day I did not get any news from hotel about my car. When I returned to hotel, I was really having doubt whether they found the car key or not. Finappy after inquiring for almost 20 minutes, I was told that my key was found. Got a really bad day because of all this chaos.

I had an amazing stay, the staff was really nice, the food is great and it's a really calm hotel. Even though it's a 4star hotel but it feels like a 5 star hotel. Also, it's very close to the metro and is located in a very safe avenue. I highly recommend it Thank you from 🇲🇦🇲🇦

I had an awesome experience all because of Kelvin. I’ve been here quite a few times and never have I ever had a bad experience. Great food. Good service. Awesome experience. Also, kudos to Bhaskar who manages the place so well.

An excellent place to stay if you are on a family or business trip. The breakfast buffet was good; they could improve their service a bit. They have good gym facilities, but there's no kid's pool. The hotel is not too far from Hamdan International Airport. There is a Metro Station (Al Doha Al Jadeda) which is 2 minute walk from the hotel. There are a lot of local eateries joints near this place.

Situated in the city, near to souq waqif. Great hotel, Tasty food. It has a different vibe all together. Perfect place to hangout in with your friends. Good music. Affordable

I am a bit late to write this review. I stayed here with one of my companion Mr. Anupam Kundu from 11th of December to 19th of December, 2022. ( Nine nights) for the world Cup in the fifth floor, room no. 515. One of the best hotels in Doha. Value for money. Right from receptionist to room service guys, everyone is very warm and cooperative particularly the house keeping staff Mr. Samuel is very helpful. The room was wonderful & clean. He always used to ask us whether we need anything or not. I have visited many places but haven't found any such helpful house keeper till date.

The place to stay in Doha! Very comfortable and well located! Showers good, bed very comfortable and wifi very strong. Gym slightly small but more than enough for quick workout Breakfast not amazing but okay.

I had to book a room at last minute via booking.com and I got it,But when approached the hotel check-in was not to be seen.So was asked to wait.Staff Mr.Mohammed was helpful from front desk,I was planning to check out after 3 hours then staff Mr.Chris from front desk commented that why don't I utilise the room with my family.My booking had dinner and breakfast included. I got my family and the stay was great.Staff friendly from room service,valet parking,and reception. Hotel should appreciate staff like them who care for their customers. Thank you..!!

Lovely hotel and so much cheaper than the crazy price of the transit hotel at the airport. After passport control, it is a simple 50 QAR taxi ride and 15 minutes to the hotel, so no hassle either. There are a few local shops around too. Rooms are all newly appointed and have great showers.

I’m an expat in Doha, Come to stock burger often to enjoy the food and drinks. I would like to share my experience about an amazing service provided by one of the staffs Kelvin, and it’s not just one time experience, every single time I felt that whenever he comes to serve, he has a positive body language with a great smile on his face. The small conversation while delivering the order we have is so fun and great. Since I’m a frequent visitor to stock burger, he always surprises me by saying “Great to see you again mam”. Stay was great. People are so accommodating. The hospitality spirit is abundant from every staff. Tried their breakfast at sirrocco and food was great. Staff are so joyful greeting you with a smile on their eyes.
