DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OTHERWISE, YOU END UP IN THE STREET & LOSE YOUR MONEY This hotel is making a trick, publishing the low rates and when the customer will come for check in, they will refuse because of the low rate. They will blame the online website partnering their hotel when they are the one controlling the rates. Even no one is assisting to solve the case.

We planned for get together with our best 3 friends & we book the hotel one week before @ QAR 265/- at the same time we contact Reception we are 3 friends & if any problem please let me know, that time they confirmed if Gents there is no any issue on the basis we booked . When we enter reception lady her name NEREENA said we can't occupy 3 person we didn't confirm with anybody. Due to Covid we can't 3 person in one room. I told your team confirmed on the basis we booked, after that she saying need to pay additional 100. I told if we are paying 100 there is no any corona problem. considered one person as guest and 2 persons including 3 we stayed,(few months before also we stayed there was no issue) when we enter, the room is very hot AC not working bathroom drainage issue. We wait one hour and called them that time another staff saying Nereena didn't inform you ,after security also said this room have problem. She intentionally given this room & our lot of time wasted after few hours they given another room. Next day morning 12 clock we exit the room when we gone Nermeena is there she is very roughly speaking, not considering we are a customer and they need additional Qar 100 ,after that I paid & leave from the Hotel Gokulam. my concern is not Qar 100/-. firstly we got wrong confirmation after they given wrong room, & her attitude & way of talking is not acceptable. Many times we visited this Hotel it was nice , but I got first time bad experience from this Hotel. Suggestion : Need good reception staff, improve Internet speed

We had our company year end get together at banquet which was arranged as requested .We all loved the quality & taste of food in two cuisines .I really thanks Mr ANWAR for this all arrangements with his team.I suggest others too for cost effective price for this property . We will be planning more get together at this Hotel soon!!

I'm sorry to tell you that,very bad experience with the customer care staff when calling for booking confirmation. Additionally, it's disappointing that the rooms were not good and did not have smart TVs or soundproofing, especially with the irritating outside working sounds. Given these circumstances, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

the hot water was not working they did not allow me to check in before 14. Also the lights were not working properly, you needed to use a thing with buttons and was very confusing

This review serves as a warning to others - do not stay at this hotel. I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The hotel management and staff were incredibly unprofessional and the condition of the rooms and cleanliness were the worst I have ever experienced in my life.

Nothing to say. Very close to the national museum and the yellow metro. The rooms are big and the restroom as well. There is a club inside the hotel, it is good, the only thing is a bit noisy, anyway, the noise is not so big

The place is great. Rooms are clean, well arranged and spacious.. you might like to order food from outside their menu is a bit expensive. I didn't like the security checking my bag for an outside drink. That was disrespectful i felt violated..

Dilmi is the best waitress at gravity doha. She will take care of you from the beginning till the end, so patient, kind and informative and attentive. She was patient with our indecisiveness of what order and gave great recommendations. Thank you for the timely service too we had a great time. Keep up the good work. Kudos to Dilmi.

I visited couple of times, friendly staff and great service. Great spot to grab drinks or relaxing and enjoying the vibe. Especially their live show which is conducting at night, is outstanding. Restobar at M floor is good for family too.

The rooms are spacious with a beautiful interior design . Nevertheless the access control system on the doors was not working and there was lots of trash under the bed. Be Cleaning the rooms thoroughly .

The only thing positive I can report about is the person at reception, Sinta, who went out of her way trying, unsuccessfully, to make my stay enjoyable. Otherwise I 'enjoyed', mold in the aircon, holes in the ceiling, cracked and dirty wall papers, filthy outside windows, long waiting times to get hot water, no or extremely slow WiFi, and, to top this off, vibrating basses humming from the nightclubs not allowing for any sleep until after 2am

We visited the restaurant in 1st floor was terrible. noticed staff using toilet and serving food to guest with no washing hands. my siblings shouted at me for booking this hotel.

Worst pun ever visited in my life in terms of customer service and staff politeness. One really black guy, a bouncer stole my earphone while left it on the table. I searched for it and later when I get down in the lobby one fellow table mate told me ,he saw the bouncer picking it from the table. When I complained about it in the reception, the old good for nothing manager who wear suit and sits said we will enquire. I asked him to check the cctv, he said it's not working. What a pathetic reply from a manager. Worst place and will never ever me or my friends will visit it again. Such a disastrous indian pub.

I pay some money to hotel from credit card. it is a buiness trip. my company want to pay my hotel cost. my company say me can u take a signed and stamped paper from hotel and this paper include when you were there you pay only accomadion cost. but hotel dont want to write this letter

Even if u raise a concern they would say somebody is working (nobody actually will work) I tried to get the contact number or the IT person he said he will resolve and after that he will never answer your call

Positive: Food and room service Negative: -Worst reception service -Poor internet connection. We need to call them every time. -Room and toilet are not maintained properly (Not clean). -When someone smoke cigarette from the next room, the entire smell will be in our room and its not acceptable for non-smokers. When we call the receptionist they will not mind. Note: If you are looking for good food and service you can go ahead and stay here. Do not expect more from them.

Terrible experience with the bar in 12th floor called gravity. Particularly with the bouncers. I wouldn't say all but mostly are not trained on how to handle customers. I wonder if they even have the basic human consideration or mentality. I have been to many places before, but this was the first and worst experience in a bar. I have been in same place before, but then there was no issues regarding the following. If photography or videography is prohibited they should place a warning sign for that, rather than provoking the customer by pushing or venting their frustration. Still I don't understand what's wrong in taking pics of your family or friends peacefully. Looks like they just hired goons rather than bouncers. Again I wouldn't say all are like that. But atleast have the basic courtesy to handle a situation and train these people before appointing, rather than placing your reputation (if anything is left) in the hands of these goons.

We stayed 2 nights in Gukolam hotel. And It was a excellent experience. Especially the receptionist Ms. NERMEEN. She give us 100% guest satisfaction. She upgrade our room which is I'm very happy. Even the security they assist us very well. Excellent service! The room it was clean well and organized. The lights, washroom, mini bar. Excellent!

Went for Ifthar Party. There is some works going on in 1st Floor next to ball room. Contractors everywhere, noises. Budget hotel if you want to conduct any small event.

First of all reception lady was rude, when I came for check in 30 minutes late after my time, the room was not ready, wifi is so bad, they gave me a towel with holes in it. Only thing I saw good was room service guys.

We had a farewell party as two of our friends were leaving for good… I thank Mr Anwar and his team for the wonderful arrangements and we had a lovely time… all the families liked the food, the spread and the ambiance… the size of the hall was so perfect for the number of guests we had… Mr Anwar’s hospitality right from the day we booked the banquet hall and till the time the farewell was over, it was unmatchable… hope we have many more get togethers in your hotel..I also would like to appreciate the way in which the changes in menu was accommodated…

Please try to avoid thus one. Went to it with high hopes during FIFA 2022, had really slow service in the bar, when we were the only customers to attend to. Also the price we paid for this was unjustified. I believe this used to be in a better shape and may have had its best days in the past. Now its obsolete and you may get better alternatives for the price.
