we

Reception
we
are

friends
&
if
any
problem
please
let
me
know,
that
time
they
confirmed
if
Gents
there
is
no
any
issue
on
the
basis
we
booked
.
When
we
enter
reception
lady
her
name
NEREENA
said
we
can't
occupy
3
person
we
didn't
confirm
with
anybody.
Due
to
Covid
we
can't
3
person
in
one
room.
I
told
your
team
confirmed
on
the
basis
we
booked,
after
that
she
saying
need
to
pay
additional
100.
I
told
if
we
are
paying
100
there
is
no
any
corona
problem.
considered
one
person
as
guest
and
2
persons
including
3
we
stayed,(few
months
before
also
we
stayed
there
was
no
issue)
when
we
enter,
the
room
is
very
hot
AC
not
working
bathroom
drainage
issue.
We
wait
one
hour
and
called
them
that
time
another
staff
saying
Nereena
didn't
inform
you
,after
security
also
said
this
room
have
problem.
She
intentionally
given
this
room
&
our
lot
of
time
wasted
after
few
hours
they
given
another
room.
Next
day
morning
12
clock
we
exit
the
room
when
we
gone
Nermeena
is
there
she
is
very
roughly
speaking,
not
considering
we
are
a
customer
and
they
need
additional
Qar
100
,after
that
I
paid
&
leave
from
the
Hotel
Gokulam.
my
concern
is
not
Qar
100/-.
firstly
we
got
wrong
confirmation
after
they
given
wrong
room,
&
her
attitude
&
way
of
talking
is
not
acceptable.
Many
times
we
visited
this
Hotel
it
was
nice
,
but
I
got
first
time
bad
experience
from
this
Hotel.
Suggestion
:
Need
good
reception
staff,
improve
Internet
speed
