Older property, however has all the amenities I needed in a hotel. Separate Whirlpool, steamroom, and sauna for men and women is a plus. I had a great rate from online. Front desk offered a late checkout of 2pm without me asking eventhough I was leaving much earlier it was a nice addition to offer. Exercise room and outdoor pool are adequate and very nice. Room service prices from restaurants are reasonably priced. Room is spacious it could just be brighter lighting in bathroom. I will be visiting again.

My first visit in Qatar Jan 13 - Jan 15 2024 I chose this hotel primarily because of its convenient proximity to the metro and bus station and supermarket nearby was a major convenience. With easy access to public transportation, particularly the metro, it made traveling around the city a breeze during my stay. My first impression after coming to the hotel the receptionist was very friendly. She helped me out with the check in and answered my enquiries. I stepped out of the hotel hoping to find a restaurant nearby, but to my disappointment, I couldn't locate one. However, I noticed a convenient supermarket close to the hotel and decided to buy some snacks there instead. While shopping, I asked a fellow shopper if there were any restaurants nearby, and they pointed out a place called Mom's Tea just a short walk away. Excited to try Mom's Tea, I went there and ordered a large shawarma. The staff mentioned they offered free delivery, but I completely forgot about it amidst my busy activities. As a result, I often returned to the hotel late at night without having eaten anything. Looking back, I realized I could have avoided this by using food delivery apps. Learn from my mistake and remember to take advantage of these convenient options. Upon returning to the hotel around 5:30 PM, I was pleased to find my room to be very spacious with a comfortable king-sized bed, a work desk, and a smoking chair. Although I didn't have a city view, I was aware that my options were limited because I had chosen a smoking room. It was a pleasant surprise to discover a bathtub behind the door, as I have only used one a few times in my life. The bed was so cozy that I found it difficult to wake up and explore the country. Consequently, I missed breakfast the next day. However, on the day of my flight, I couldn't sleep so enjoyed the breakfast, and even take a moment to check out the pool. Although the hotel had gym facilities, saunas, and jacuzzis, regrettably, I wasn't able to utilize any of them. Please note that when using the elevator, you will need your room card to access your desired floor. If you plan on inviting a friend or having a good time, you will need to personally accompany them to your room. While housekeeping services were available, I chose to leave the "do not disturb" sign on my door as I didn't require any cleaning. However, if you want your bed sheets changed, simply leave the housekeeping card on the door and place the "change sheet" card on the bed, and they will accommodate your request. I believe that covers all the necessary information. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was amazing, and there were no smoking restrictions. It was great to have the option to choose the type of room I wanted. The price may have been slightly higher due to it being January, but I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Qatar. I highly recommend this hotel, and if you're feeling confused about which one to choose, trust me, this would be my top choice.

The hotel overall is excellent. The only issue I faced is that I need the room card to enter the parking area then use the card to open the door then use the card for the elevator then enter the room which sometimes is not working or becomes difficult if you have something to carry with you . It's good for more security but last day, the card did not work so you need to make the checkout then go to your car in the basement

The hotel is very grand from the outside and lobby. However, the Front desk/reception staff could be more friendly. The rooms are nice and spacious, the bed is comfy. My deluxe room also had a shower and separate bathtub. But it is severely outdated and needs a desperate update especially the bathroom. Water pressure is good. They gave only 1 set of towels and very few amenities. When requested, the did kindly bring the things up. It's cheap for a 5 star hotel and you can see why. But as said, it's old and outdated and needs an update.

I stayed on this hotel 3 days and 2 nights for my quarantine before joining my work. It was a short and nice stay on the hotel. The rooms are big and old and some furniture upholstery had old stains. They have ok amenities like gym and swimming pool. The food is great specially for breakfast and the lunch & dinner can improve more. The staff are very responsive to all your needs. The guards and the reception staff are very friendly. Definitely going back here.

Slightly dated but kept to a good standard. Really big rooms, room service meals were nice enough. Breakfast options were good, cooked breakfast was OK. Overall service was as high a standard you could wish for. Slightly out of the way in terms of location but you can get anywhere fast with Uber. Would stay again.

Where do i start? You enter with a smile and leave with even a bigger one. Top notch customer service on front desk and restaurant. Food is fresh and very delicious. Rooms are spacious, spotless and well kept with a cosy design. Definitely will be one of my preferred hotels whenever i am in Doha.

This is not a 5 star hotel, at the very least the things I noticed when I enetered the place didn't give the vibe of 5 star hotel. I didn't stay here, visited someone. In my view, at best, it can be officially rated as a 3 star hotel.

I wouldn’t compare this hotel to a real 5 star hotel. Furniture is not that good. It gives a 80s vibes (dimmed light, colorful overused furniture) the restaurant is smelling fish not ventilated well, and the food is below average (taste and presentation wise). Try it only if you have to through a transit flight and if it was given from the airline, otherwise don’t.

I was placed here by the airline due to a flight delay. There is no way this is a five star hotel. The lobby is nice and clean and the service at check in was fast. But the rooms and the rest of the hotel is tired. The room I had had mould in all corners of the shower cubicle (see video). I arrived in the early hours of the morning and I was only staying one night so I did not look to change rooms - I wasn’t confident the next would be better. There are few amenities in the bathroom other than soap and I was not offered anything extra (of course I could have if needed). The breakfast was adequate and the lunch had a nice variation. The laundry service was fast and efficient. I understand that the the pool is only open until the early evening.

Hotel is ok, food is not good in room service. Caesar salad was pathetic- pizza was hard base was crispy. I think they have Indian chef who don’t understand Italian or continental food. Rather I saw Indian food was OK in looks. They even forget to keep coffee / toiletries. Best is one day they forgot their cleaning towel in my room 😝😝

Have tried their spa services particularly the massage. All I can say is the hospitality rendered by Sir Dominic was really recommendable. He really did what is beyond expectations. The spa facilities are great as well. I have tried their sauna room, steam room and their jacuzzi as well! It was really a stress reliever from a long day of hard work. Payment of the spa services if you are not a hotel guest is done in the main reception in the lobby area. Payment for a full body massage service is 200qar per person which is good for 45minutes only. As mentioned, you will have access to other spa services.

The hotel is ridiculously old it needs to be updated /remodeled for the most part. Nobody speaks any English I don’t understand how you working hospitality and you don’t speak English. I thought it was an epic fail disgusting. And if you’re smart, you would never stay here anybody who rated hotel, a five star clearly lives in a shack. The bed was hard, literally like laying on the floor. Oh, and I checked in with three other people they put all of them on the same floor and separated me for no apparent reason . They shouldn’t get one star if I’m being honest, fairly inconfident staff, outdated hotel, outdated furniture, uncomfortable bed it smelled like cigarette smoke even though I had a non-smoking room. Epic felt like if I could give them a -20 I would.

Not beautiful place , there are many other new and big hotels with nice infrastructure and large interesting areas . So dont expect too much

Concorde Hotel is a remarkable destination that excels in various aspects, offering a memorable stay for visitors. Nestled in a great location, it provides easy access to nearby attractions and conveniences, enhancing the overall travel experience. One of its standout features is the exceptional value for money it offers. With its excellent amenities and services, guests can enjoy a luxurious stay without breaking the bank. Seafood enthusiasts are in for a treat at Concorde Hotel, as it boasts a reputation for serving delectable seafood dishes. The culinary experience is undoubtedly a highlight for those seeking to indulge in fresh and flavorful marine delicacies. For families, Concorde Hotel proves to be an ideal choice. Kids can revel in the joy of the swimming pool, providing them with a safe and entertaining space to splash around. Meanwhile, the spacious rooms offer ample comfort and relaxation for both adults and children. The rooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable stay, making it a haven for weary travelers. However, while the rooms are spacious, there might be a slight setback for larger families. The bedding arrangement might not be sufficient for two adults and two kids, potentially requiring some creative adjustments to ensure everyone sleeps comfortably specially in Executive suites for families. In conclusion, Concorde Hotel combines a strategic location, excellent value, delightful seafood, and family-friendly amenities to create an inviting and enjoyable experience for its guests. While the room bedding might pose a challenge for larger families, the hotel's overall offerings make it a sought-after choice for a memorable stay.

The hotel is well located, the price is comparatively quite affordable for such a standard. Probably due to its location outside the city centre. The room are clean and smell fine. The staff are professional, the facilities are topnotch the gym, sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi is a good compliments, it makes our stay enjoyable. Is a place to have 5 star experience with small amount. But the monotonous serving of same breakfast is what I disliked. For the 8 days I stayed in the hotel with my wife the breakfast are same same. They need to make some varieties especially in breakfast to make the hotel homely for the guests.

Free stopover hotel from biz class Qatar flight. I would ask for a different hotel for future trips. This is not a true 5 star hotel. Things are dirty and dates. Buffet was okay but nothing special. Highlight would be the staff - all very friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at Hotel Concorde Doha and had a wonderful experience. The staff, right from the doorman to the room service were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean with bare basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and I slept well every night. The bathroom was also very clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Doha. It’s close to many popular tourist attractions such as the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif. The Al Jadeda metro station is right beside the hotel. There are not too many restaurants and cafes nearby, but the metro can get you places easily.

The hotel service is good. I wanted to watch movie on the TV and they were kind enough to provide the HDMI cable. Swimming pool is clean however the changing rooms needs cloth hangers and the anti skid mat. Also, I was expecting a mini fridge that would be a great addition too. Overall the stay was satisfactory.

Stayed here for a week and absolutely loved the experience.except just one incident mom was just feeling low during checkout and she was resting a bit on the couch waiting for to bring my car from service as we have long drive to go ,she was told she can’t rest there in the waiting area and needed to be seated.she was old and should have offered assistance as I was getting late than expected as I didn’t get my vehicle on time as promised and she was just waiting for me to get there

We had a reservation for three people through Qatar Airways for a layover and they just offered two twin beds or one king, which is not clearly for three people, if we wanted extra bed we had to pay 37 dollars. In addition they said the pool is closed at 19:30, which is really disappointing that it is closed that early. The lady at the reception was not nice at all. Do not expect Netflix or similar, the TV is really old.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the metro which gives good access to Doha. Would highly recommend purchasing a weekly metro pass for 40 QR which allows unlimited travel on the metro for a week. We stayed in a twin room; the rooms are spacious and the bathroom is excellent. The wifi is very fast; perfect for doing work and teams calls. The hotel includes facilities such as gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Good enough standard for a hotel, the gym has limited weights. The jacuzzi is pretty small, only max 2 people allowed at once. Although no-one other than us seemed to use it. The breakfast was a good standard, nothing special. Chef was on hand to make omelette. Overall, a good hotel with value for money. Not as good as the other 5 star hotels in Doha, but is good value for money. Housekeeping by Levie in particular was very good.

I am an American journalist who was stuck here on my way to Sudan, and because of the coup, we were forced to spend a few days in Qatar. I have tried other hotels in the area, but this place is beyond expectations. The price was a little higher than the other hotels and we tried getting a better deal because of our situation, we were not very successful but we were lucky with the amazing staff and great hospitality level. I met Nagendra and another sweet African lady for two days in a row, they know exactly what they are doing, very sweet and very well trained. Nagendra provides us with the items we need for our stay every morning, with a big warm smile I see him take care of us and others on the floor. I want to thank the hotel for choosing a staff that loves what they do and is good at it at the same time. Thanks for making our stay easier!

We tried only the Olives restaurant for Iftar, it was awful! Too crowded, not organized, not comfortable, tables too close from each other’s....The taste of food is very bad and they said intercontinental food but it was 80% of Indian food, the desert was a joke really! Same flan with different color 😐....for 200 riyal! We don’t recommend the restaurant AT ALL!

Decent hotel as the rooms were big and the service was excellent. Breakfast had a decent variety of options but not up to the standards, quality or taste of a 5 star hotel. Not great… First I’ll go on the building itself, and then on the people working there and the service.. The place is quite fancy, the rooms spacious, bathrooms lush. Hmm if I’m nitpicking I’d say add more shower accessories mostly a chair for that size of the shower area as well as more toiletry holders, but those would be very marginal improvements, all things considered. Parking is strange. Though as I said, overall, 5 stars here. As for the service: the security and baggage guys are incredible. Security guy spends 12 hours a day standing up, it’s unbelievable, and feels unnecessary.. you can show hospitality without cruelty. You might think “well this is the market and it’s benefitting both sides”, I’d reply that the very slight apparent benefit gained from ‘a security guard standing up needlessly for practicality and mostly for show’ far underweighs the harm they feel out of this.. iow they benefit much more by standing up for, say, 6 hours instead of 12, than the benefit that customers (and by extension you) get for having them stand this much longer.. anyway, I loved those guys they’ve all been sweet to me.. however, receptionist at time of check in (I think she was Filipino, she was here around 10 pm Jan 6 I believe) started out treating me impatiently for asking a few basic questions that every guest upon checking in would ask.. she even was a bit aggressive with me. So I later reacted somewhat aggressively and that is when her attitude improved.. it seemed, and I am almost completely certain of this: it seemed like it was profiling/stereotyping of a Saudi customer and treating us all as such stereotypes… this was an absolute letdown and it is what causes me to rate the place much lower. Had it been, say, a European gentleman, the treatment would have been different I am sure. Keep in mind it wasn’t so overt.. but more cognizant minds will notice this subtle behavior from her end.. she also tried to (respectfully) warn me of sex service scammers when I asked about a Vodafone store opening nearby… sure, this is a good warning, I respect and thank her for this, though it may not have been appropriate for most customers who ask about Vodafone.. I mean, there are only about two carriers in Qatar if I’m not mistaken, and we just entered the country; it’s very normal to ask for a carrier upon check in… more on the service: I had to wash the coffee mugs and spoon by hand with soap because housekeeping simply rinsed with water and the stains were a bit obvious.. this is completely fine with me if I were to wash it, but it is nevertheless less than what I expected from a 5 star hotel.. furthermore, I waited over 20 minutes for a shampoo. And, the prayer mat must be asked to be brought up every time after housekeeping.. why would they take it from the room? And when asked about the prayer mat, they suggest going to the prayer room downstairs, why? It’s completely fine, and helpful to notify me that there is a prayer room, but again, a guest shouldn’t have to leave his room just to pray (up to 5 times a day). If he were to pray with a group, sure, perhaps that is preferable to go down to the prayer room. But you’re praying on your own anyway, so why leave your room? Just please instead of all this.. when I ask for a prayer mat: reply by telling me “okay sure we’ll bring it right up to you” and then “to let you know, we have a prayer room down at the M floor if you’d prefer that instead some time”, and housekeeping should just keep it here until the guest leaves. Instead of taking it out of the room every time.. also, fridge was empty all throughout, is this typical? All in all, pretty good place, 5 stars, service is 4 stars, only minute and subtle notes on few of the staff, while other staff in Concorde deserve 6 stars.. but plausible profiling for being a Saudi makes it 3, as well as not washing the mugs appropriately for the current customer. This is all rating them based on the fact they are a 5 star hotel, in Qatar.

Nice rooms, friendly staff. Had 2 issues. Firstly, there was a problem with the WiFi. Every 9 mins it would stop causing me to disconnect and reconnect. Over the course of 2 days this because extremely annoying. Secondly, when I called room service to ask for more water (they supplied 2 330ml bottles with the room) it was very difficult to explain that any additional costs should be billed to the room then what got delivered was not what I asked for. Besides these, it was a nice stay. Good gym, nice pool. Food was okay.
