You can see the picture , it tells everything. Nice restaurant on the ground floor but at breakfast time there is insufficient food. Very quick service. Clean rooms. Good location. High quality shampoo and bath tools. The location is very quiet at night but try to avoid going out at school time. I would like to stay here again and again.

I stayed there for one night then i have been shifted to Isolation for eactive results. only complaint i have that they should give me a copy of letter which can proof that i have been shifted from hotel to Govt isolation so i can apply for refund. and their email address and phone is not working

Excellent stay experienced by my family during their quarantine for 10 days in Rubban Suites. Very comfortable suit rooms with all requirements for a living place including washing and food preparation facilities. The food served were very good during the stay. Very good staff with good attention and care. Totally an excellent experience with Rabban Suites. GREAT DEARS..👍👍👍

We had a wonderful 2 days stay in the suite. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel itself is very clean, including a pool and play area, gym, restaurant, SPA, children’s area! Service and great value Would definitely visit again. Love it!!

The hotel is well located, it’s rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone was very friendly during our stay. The only reason we are giving it three stars and not four is because we had a repeated issue with the shower flooding the room. The first day we reported the issue and they were supposed to fix it, and they didn’t. We found out the next day wen I showered and the whole roomed flooded again (see pictures). Our bags, shoes got wet and it was pretty uncomfortable.

Their front desk and restaurant staff were very nice and accommodating; but I found our room dusty that got me allergies and it seems that they do not have enough housekeeping staff to keep up because they took a long time to respond. Our room service dinner tray was outside our door for almost two days. They just ignored it even after requesting for room cleaning.

Voco has become my home in Doha, and it’s all because of their amazing team, especially Ahmed from sales! He always goes above and beyond to make sure that I’m having the best experience. The hotel’s location is nice, rooms are spacious, and price is reasonable and competitive.

This hotel is super nice. Staff is very professional and the room has a washer/ dryer that is very slow but it works none the less. There's a microwave and a good coffee maker in here and a nice size fridge. The pool is pretty and the bed is comfy. Ask for high floor. I haven't had the breakfast yet but I'm sure it'll be good. The bed is all so comfortable and the TV is nice. I would stay here again.

If you plan to book at this hotel, and you have to make check out for any reason, it is better to take your money (refund) immediately before leaving. Because I’m waiting for my refund for 2 months and till this moment I haven’t received anything yet!!!!😃. I called tens times but nothing happens. By the way I have IHG membership 😉

Excellent location, modern and super clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment which comes with a full kitchen and all the amenities. Rias at front desk was one of the nicest people I have ever encountered. The only downside is it is a dry hotel and does not serve alcohol. Highly recommended!

As a long-stay guest at the hotel, my stay was very comfortable. The staff and amenities made the hotel feel like a home away from home. Be sure to try the seafood buffet at the Social restaurant on the ground floor if you're ever there on a Thursday night - the food is great value and Nancy and the other staff go out of their way to take very good care of diners.

What a lovely fantastic experience. Everything was amazing from A to Z. Everything there exceeded my expectations. Had a wonderful experience at Voco Doha westbay suites. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment at the 40th floor for a 2 night stay and the room was very clean, spacious, very comfortable and the city view and sea view were breathtaking. Had a nice view of Doha skyline right by the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can even cook your own food if you wish too. The amenities like indoor swimming pool, game room, play area for kids, gym, sauna, spa, changing room are well maintained. The staffs were pretty amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Was really impressed with the attitude of each and every staff of this hotel. Every staff member we encountered, from the check-in, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help, specially Michelle at the The social restarant gives us excellent quality service. Thank you! And also the food at The Social restaurant was great. Indeed a 5 star experience! I highly recommend this hotel for vacation or staycation with family and friends. It's also a perfect hotel for a weekend getaway.

Our stay in voco West Bay was simply excellent, the location is great and close to the action and the rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. But what really mattered for us was the amazing staff! We arrived early after a long trip and my 10 yo nephew was tired but the whole voco team was eager to help and gave us the room at 9 am. This was a great gesture that we didn’t expect specially if we consider the busy time (world cup) and the big number of visitors. We thank everyone specially Mr. Fatih Kartal who helped us greatly through our stay.

Have stayed here previously and will stay here again as the opportunity allows. Customer service great, standard of the apartments wonderful, location very good. There is not a negative to mention. For someone in Doha on business the apartments great, solid internet connection, good work desk etc.

Booked by Discover Doha package, chose this hotel since I am IHG Platinum member, although I do not entitled to get any points and nights credit due to booked by third party, however I was still warmly welcomed by the Duty Manager - Anas, who was very helpful and professional in explaining everything from facilities to dining options. The hotel is just in walking distance within 10 min from metro station and The Gate mall. Room was very clean and nicely furnished. Swimming pool was little small though. Nice hotel if you have stop over in Doha and perfect location for exploring around.

The restaurant staff is very unprofessional. Had booked a room for two which included breakfast. The staff approached me while having food and started arguing that breakfast is not included. Further, asked the manager to come over while I was having my breakfast and started asking for hotel receipt. Totally unacceptable. Request voco to file a complaint regarding the same.

Moved in recently to this hotel for long stay. It’s nice and really comfortable. The first days I had some small issues with the washing machine, which were fixed very quick by Al Amin engineer. And all requests were resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you guys for making our lives easier 🫶

We have been very satisfied since our arrival! The reception staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Charlene, Hamad and Gehan! The three of them made us feel very welcome and helped us with anything we needed. There is a family atmosphere at the hotel which makes it even warmer! We also recommend the restaurant with its delicious food, while thanking the staff who always know how to recommend the best dishes.

Hi, I hope all are going well, I am writing here some issues about this hotel. Basically they are charging for 5 star fecilities, but the service is below 3 star. Me and friend is staying there, for food there is no separate menu. They are pushing to accept their own foods, The reception not attending the calls also. They must listen what we needs. I believe they can change this attitude, expecting better service

I still have two more days in Rabban Suites. It has everything that you need in a 5 star hotel. My Deluxe room (one person) is perfect with the best view of the city. A cute kitchen in a spacious room. In my 8th day of my stay I already feel it is my home. My own. I wonder how grand and beautiful the other rooms would be to live in. Everything is so clean and tidy. It has this modern Japanese theme room. I love it. They make sure you are provided with everything that you need. The best food, best front desk help and the best housekeeping. I asked them several times for new bedsheets and they are always up for it. They do not question your choices. BEST HOTEL STAFF: Hotel is represented by its working staff and they have got the genuine ones. MR. SANJEET LIMBU - Excellent at his job. Very professional yet caring. He makes sure I do not have to wait for my requests to be fulfilled. He follows up everytime whether I liked my food or not. To be honest, he made Rabban Suites for me as my home. An honest Rabban Suites employee. He makes sure that he does not fail to prove that Rabban Suites is the best hotel for anyone to stay in. Best customer service. 👌 MR. DAMINDA - The chef. I am a vegetarian without onion garlic; apart from Indians others do not understand how the taste sets in. BUT he made sure to make the best of it. My breakfast were my favorites. Yummy south Indian dishes. Best coconut chutney with appam, bonda, dosa. And he makes amazing soup. Name any and he will surprise you with the taste. Ask him anything he never fails you. With him in the kitchen I feel my mom is there and I do not have to worry about food. Thank you Mr. Daminda you made me happy with your food. MS. CHRISTINE ESPIRITU - The front desk that picks up. She has been so supportive and helpful in many queries that I had. She also did follow ups whether I had my problem solved. She is sweet, soft spoken, caring yet very professional. I could hear her smile on calls that she is genuine to talk to. Not some one who is just doing duty. She made sure Rabban suites is the best with her professional behavior and performances. HOTEL IS NOT ONLY ABOUT SERVICES BUT A LOVELY HUMAN TOUCH THAT MAKES US STAY WITH THEM MORE. THANKS TO THESE THREE HOTEL STAFFS WHO MADE ME FALL IN LOVE WITH RABBAN SUITES.

Everything is ok in the room from the beds, sofa's, towels, floor rags and complete kitchen amenities. I love the coffee machine and kettle since I love drinking coffee. The room is well maintained and very clean. Excellent staff in the restaurant, good breakfast except for the breads & pancake which are very cold and hard. We are three persons but we only have 2 towels, 1 bathrobe & 1 slippers in the room. Free WIFI access but 1 access per person. I have 2 mobile phones and I can only connect one since the other 2 access are being use by my friends. 1 access card given for 3 guests. If someone needs to go out, there will be no light and ac since the access card is needed in the lift. On our last day, around 11:15am, we went down to the pool area but the access card is not working anymore in the door going to the pool. And when we need to go back to our room to get our things for check out, the access card is no longer working in the lift. It was really inconvenient. Need to go in the reception again the regain the access for the card. They are aware that the customer is still the hotel, what is the urgency of removing the access so soon? Btw, we stayed 27th-29th August, check out time is 12noon. I requested for an early check-in by sending them message on 26th August but so lucky to received their response on 29th August 12:11pm when we already checked-out. I also phoned their reception to inform about the denim jacket my friend left in the hotel, the reception said she will call me back in 20minutes after she checked with the house keeping. One day had passed, no call from them. Failed expectation for a 5 star hotel.

Stayed at the hotel for quarantine and post quarantine stay. Hotel location is good with nice views and rooms were spacious. Hotel staff Puri and Muhammad were very helpful and provided excellent customer service. Food quality during quarantine was average and can be improved. Overall was nice experience staying there.

Suite was beautful, fully furnished and well equipped. Stayed for 10 nights during quarantine. Five stars for the suite. Food choice was limited with few dishes and inflexible menu. Although, some dishes were good. It made the long stay difficult. Quality of food and services get two stars.

VOCO Hotel is a must visit! They have an excellent service from Check-in to Check out. The room was great with a city view and it was clean. I love their commitment with the Environmental sustainability by having big bottles of basic hotel needs and toiletries. Special thanks to their effort for putting up balloons and towel decoration as we celebrated our 11th year Anniversary and with a handmade greeting card and a complementary cake.. the cake was perfect with its taste! The ameneties was superb it was our first time to use their game room. The Staff from the Front Desk was very accommodating and friendly specially Charlene and Yakoub. Their Breakfast at The Social is a must try as they have a variety of food being served in a buffet set-up. We will be back soon for a weekend staycation. Thank you very much!

Thank you for giving me feel at home experience .I have been here for 2months. I am really enjoying here,everything is excellent except the smaller window that blocks lovely view outside. The staffs service in this hotel are hand down,especially Mr Sreejith he is perfectly amiable, always ready with a kind word and a smile.

Stayed at 3101 suite apartment with my wife and 4 years old kid, stay was very nice and comfortable, right from checking in till through out the stay, staff was very warm and accommodating all our requests on time. A big shout out to Ms. Jihane who assisted us in a hassle free check in and ensured our stay was nice and memorable. I would highly recommend Rabban Suites for families with kids.

I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel for two days quarantine.Apart from the good, clean and specious room, what really impressed me was the attitude of the hotel staff. Unlike many other hotels, they treat quarantine guests like normal guests and not as covid suspected ones. Food was good and tasty, but only limited items: rice, one veg/non-veg curry and a piece of cake. But the staff was very accommodative to provide bread, salads and fruits on my request. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks to Mr. Ganesh and his team.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay in the studio suite. The staff was helpful, accommodating and friendly. The rooms and hotel itself is very family and child friendly, including a pool and play area. 10/10! Would definitely visit again.

Very clean! Studio on the 21st floor has very nice skyline view right by the bed. Shaded outdoor swimming pool. They gave a play area for kids and a game room. Perfect place for a family staycation. Unique environmentally sustainable approach with their services. Breakfast is included in your night stay. The menu isn’t too big but the quality and taste of food is great. Totally recommend!

Good hotel in a central location, pool area is very poor almost unusable due to high winds, they need to put up some screen protection. Breakfast is just about OK with limited selection and after a week or so you have exhausted your options as it never changes. Staff are excellent, very attentive and always have time to talk to you

An amazing hotel experience. We got the city view room and was positively delighted by it. A decent balcony to lounge and soak in the scenery and all cooking accessories provided for a true house experience if you wish to cook your own meals.
