Not bad overall, the location is convenient which is close to pretty much everything in Doha or just 10 min drive if you want to get to the other side of Doha. The place is old and you can see this in the carpets inside the rooms and the metal scary ceiling and it is very expensive as well. I wouldn't recommend this place for families.

So frustrating that they gave us a very dirty room with a kitchen window that was opened and very dusty inside..sofas' were dirty, the whole room was uncleaned, even the AC was not working and when you need something in reception theyre not polite..we expect that filipina are very friendly but the receptionist who was assigned on that day(Feb.24,2023 @3pm)was so rude..treat people nicely please as u want to be treated the same...and please before giving a room to customers let your staffs(housekeeping) to double check the room to avoid embarrassment.. poor service.

Big apartments, good for families The maintenance service is good The hotel is not clean that much, the furniture is old, needs to work on maintenance and quality. The smell sometimes is very bad due to ventilation system.

Friendly staff, spacious room, BUT everything is quite old and there was this terrible smell in the kitchen coming from the (maintenance) hole in the floor. Also, the staff are not knowledgeable about local customs and traditions, can't adequately recommend what tovdo or where to go.

Stayed here for 3.5 years. Rooms are big and sufficiently equipped. Furniture is old but they are renovating in parts. The reception and the staff is very friendly and helpful & Always went a step ahead to make us feel at home. The place is strategically close to metro station, bidda park, downtown and Souq Waqif. There’s a small gym, jacuzzi and small pool - sufficient for a small family outing. Definitely recommended for long/ short stays

Very bad hotel, don't trust them, they can cancel the reservation if the are loaded or there is increased in room price. Not recommended at all. Be carful…… not trust…

No hot water in the flat they gave us, The interphone was not connected and the main door was making noise all the time ;poor maintenance ,bathroom not cleaned ;I though I was in prison not in a 4 star hotel…

Close to souq Waqif, and friendly service. The room was dirty and not fun to stay at, we spent 9ur time outside as much as possible.

Nice and large apartment with separate Kitchen,suitable for family stay. Location is not so good nor bad because lot of construction projects started surrounding but its located center in Doha.

This is one of the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. Smelly rooms, dirty flooring , probably a very old building. The kitchen has cockroaches everywhere.

Old hallways, old tv, even theres not enough sockets and no wires for charging. You cannot enjoy small rooms small kitchen. Also the staff and managers is no good manners don't know how to communicate to customers.

The receptionist is soo grumpy(the night lady) and will not even greet you upon arrival. It's like she is doing you a favour by doing the check in. I even asked for her name to which she replied soo rudely again.I hope the management looks into this matter.

Nice ambience. Rooms are spacious and airy. Convenient for travel, since the main metro station (to all lines) is 1 minute strolling distance Highly recommended, polite and understanding staff will guide you for everything.

It was very outdated furniture, need upgrades every things, the swimming pool looks like abandoned 😑 😕, but they have friendly staff, but still the hotel need deeeeep cleaning.

Everything was just good and looking forward to be there my next vacation

My parents rented a service apartment here for a few years. Kind staff and a nice spacious hotel but over time, the quality of room service went down. However it’s a great location, right next to downtown and walking distance to mushreib and Souq Wakif!

Cooridoors are not cleaning. Wifi is very bad.

Worst experience ever, We booked our room for birthday party i called before booking and asked if we can accommodate 20 people they said yes and we can celebrate parties. but when we reached they suddenly asking 50qr each to our guests. Very poor customer service

The worst hotel I’ve ever seen, manager acts you like you’re nothing Everything is old and dirty, fridge doesn’t work, dishwasher doesn’t work, the walls are dirty And when you ask them to change,they will change for other old stuff that doesn’t work too, there is no noise insulation at all. I’m so disgusted about them

Too much bad services, reception people don't even know, how to talk, costumer service us very bad. Very arrogant people.

The information provided by the agent and the actual is very different. When we reached the hotel, they said the rooms are occupied and also the 2nd tower / wing is under refurbishment. As such, the photos shown are not the same. It was a huge disappointment.

Good place but missing something for 4 stars hotels, u have to pay for deposit 1000 QAR didn’t know about it until I got there but pass it out with what u have of cash lol

Hotel is nice my experience was quite good with them as rooms were big and staff was good also but you need to be focused on check in dates as before landing in doha you should make sure about the check in date i lost my 2 days stay

This Hotel has good impression to me since the reception personnels are humbly serving us at arrival and daily cleaning of our rooms were constantly occurred during our stay.

Excellent location, the rooms were extremely comfortable, and the staff was accommodating and really friendly. I'll definitely stay here again without any hesitation.
