I came here for 2 days quarantine and stayed from 06 to 08 Jan 2022. Everything was fast and the room was given quickly. The staff were very much courteous and quick to respond to my request. I asked for few additional things and it was provided within 5 minutes. Room was spacious and neat. Last time when I checked into a well known 5 star hotel I had to wait and literally argue to get the room which was booked much in advance. Nothing to comment on the food as I heard that it is not great anywhere in the quarantine hotels. So nothing to complain. Thanks to the staff of Swiss Belhotel.

New name is AMT MENA Hotel but still not updated on google and also sign board and billboard not installed on building. Location is also nice near to souq waqif. Surrounding roads are under construction due to which access is limited. Some hotel staffs are not polite, fire alarm ringing again and again but they are not rectifying the issue. Rooms are good and spacious. Housekeeping staff is also need to be trained.

Its centrally located. Ambiance not very appealing. Lobby was quite dirty with service elevator in poor condition. Room was very big but again carpet sofa very dirty. Tv with limited options. WiFi was very good. Washroom was again in poor condition. Food served was okay with only option of vegetable and chicken. Breakfast was disappointing. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Food here for vegetarians is very bad. Only rice and curry is served. Curry will be very pale and not tasty. Restaurant persons are not co-operative enough. We do not get eggs also on request. Really not worth of money. We have spent such huge money and its waste. We are here for 10 days, daily 2 times rice and curry. For breakfast it's only dry bread and some cut fruit. How can a human have same tasteless food daily??? Very disappointed...

Beautiful n spacious rooms. They have only limited food options still they serve delicious food. Neat n clean space.

We quarantined in Hotel Swiss Bel. What we liked: The staff is kind and friendly and very accommodating. My wife was tested positive. Her report came very late in the evening. The hotel let us stay for an additional night and offered food free of charge. The food was great both in terms of quality and quantity. Also the variety was good. We really enjoyed this aspect as our previous quarantine experience wasn't great w.r.t food. The rooms are huge. We had a connecting suite and it was almost as big as our apartment. What we did not like: There is no reception for quarantine visitors. They have to sit in the parking lot while waiting for check-in and are dealt with by security personnel. We had to wait for an hour before check-in and it was cold. After a long trip you don't want to sit in a parking lot. Because there wasn't a proper receptionist, there was no one to tell what's taking so long. The security guy disappeared with our QIDs and came back after a long while. The breakfast is served at 6:30 am and the staff rings the bell although there's no need to do so. They can just leave it at our door. Also the restaurant calls around 7:30 am to ask what you want to have for dinner. This was pretty annoying and the management did not change the protocol even after we mentioned our concern. Our kids got up at 6:30 am every day because of this. The location and access to it is really bad. All in all it was a good experience.

Absolutely horrible. 1. It’s very dated and the rooms are not kept well. For the money they charge, you’d expect better quality. 2. They changed us three times (see below), and each room still had a smoke smell, despite us requesting no smoking. The attendant said sometimes they cannot control who smokes in the room. That is true, but there were cigarette butt stains in the furniture lol, and deep smell in the carpet and walls. You can’t control who smokes, but you can invest in cleaning the smell out of the rooms and fixing the furniture. You can tell they’ve refused to do that for years. 3. The NOISE: there are two clubs on the first floor open 7 days a week. One closes at 3am 7 days a week. They switched us three times because the bass from the speakers used in the club kept us from sleeping; it was unbearable. The speakers permeate all the way up to the sixth floor (we were on the 2nd and 6th floor). If you want to sleep, DO NOT stay here. The attendant smirked a bit on my second complaint saying party life was part of the hotel. I obviously told him it’s a hotel where one should be able to sleep. I will NEVER in my God given life stay here again and I hope you do not either; go elsewhere.

My company was given the privilege to construct the road leading to the hotel and its surroundings, and per my experience, it will be lovely to be a Guest.

Hotel name have confused me booking times amt Mena and when I trying to search in the map the writing Swiss bel it's wasting my time about 2 hours Cleanliness very poor the floor is very darty ac not working even I complain but not repaired and about room service when called at late night that need water they told me all sleeping and direct drops the call with attitude no manners to talk with customers and wifi also not working and at time of check in they don't switch on the breaker for power sockets so we are unable to use the coffee maker and mobile charger

Service is quick, but interior is old.

I was stay here may be 6.to 7 times always I am upset with resption specially that guy wearing black court fat one he always ignore guests never smile never never say hello hi .they give me smell washroom and I ask them to change they take more than one hour I go 3 times down .now good bye to this hotel

Clearly attempting to take more money from the World Cup. Placed into what appeared to be worker’s accommodation with holes near sockets, no towels (2 reception requests to get them), a bathroom which was decaying, a tv with literally no cables and generally run down condition. Staff were lovely, and reception was nice. Acceptable for catching 2.5 hrs sleep but otherwise a pretty shocking stay.

Room was very dirty when we went, since we had late check in, they give us key card, but when we went inside it’s soo dirty and not even cleaned, everything was mess. We tried to call reception they said they cannot send any housekeeping staff at this time, they can only send tomorrow. But see how can you sleep here if you cushions and bed is used already and messy in this corona time, how can this MOPH let this kind of hotel facility functions. MOPH should go and check this hotel for security and safety purposes of the clients staying here.

Really nice hotel, clean and decent facilities for the price. Very close to amenities and parking was good. Very nice staff too.

Room was very big and spacious. Service was ok. But due to ongoing road construction it took us 2 hours to reach the hotel which was exaggerating and frustrating one.

The reason why I gave 4 star on the location it's about the road still under construction apart from that everything is great at that hotel they have staff's who are friendly you are hotel but you end up thinking that your at home it is so challenging for there services for the service I got there I even forgot that my day was finished to leave the hotel coz I was still enjoying the first and friendly services God bless you please of Swiss belhotel I want to visit you another time

Unprofessional front office staffs, a male manager in the afternoon didn’t even acknowledge our sides and didn’t apologies at all for the inconvenience. Where is the standard? No hygiene at the place. Very dirty and unprepared amenities. House keepers are really working hard, respect them especially the old guy who were working in the evening.

The hotel has a residential building also, I reached that building but there are no directions on how to reach the hotel from residential building I booked a room via booking.com and clearly mentioned 2 person..I went to Check in which was easy and quick and then left.. I came to the hotel again the next morning at 6 30 AM the security guard was so rude and so unprofessional... Was asking so many dumb questions... Even though I showed him my room key yet he was standing on my head till I reached the elevator and called me to my room to submit the guest ID by saying what you are doing is not good and all the stuff... This must have been done or asked by the receptionist at check in time as it was clearly mentioned during booking that the room is for 2 person The room was clean but the furniture is so old.. the scratches are clearly visible and burn marks on carpet...sofa looks uncleaned and untidy.. the bedroom has huge windows covered by curtains which can't hold the sun at all...room was booked for 2 people but had only one water bottle.. smoking room had no ashtray.. Check out time on booking.com is mentioned 1 PM.. receptionist called me by 11 to check out at 12 after explaining to her she made it till 12 30 only Pathetic customer service and poor management Hotel is not recommended at all

Room wise, its nice. Spacious and clean room. the only set back was the early morning call for check out.

Construction surrounding building makes it difficult to find entrance. Hotel is in the midst of company change to Amt Bena I think. Security had no name tags to identify all dressed in black. I felt very uneasy in the garage eventhough the Gambian gentleman was cordial about the situation. They greet you with a cold white towel at check in which during these covid times is no benefit. They should try other health conscious alternatives. On the plus side the guest room is huge and comfortable. The staff lacks enthusiasm and all need to a working knowledge of the hotel and its amenities. Corridor carpets are soiled and dirty eventhough it appears housekeeping is doing it's best to maintain.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN STAFF AT THIS HOTEL AFTER CHECKING OUT EARLY ONE MORNING I FOUND OUT I HAD LEFT A SMALL LUGGAGE BAG BEHIND IN ROOM WHEN CONTACTED WAS TOLD THERE WAS NO BAG LEFT IN THAT ROOM....MAYBE BECAUSE THERE WAS A FEW VERY EXPENSIVE ITEMS IN BAG AND 1 PERSONAL ITEM.. I TOLD THEM THE TIME I LEFT ROOM ROOM NUMBER DATE I CHECKED OUT AND THEY DIDNT KNOW WHAT ROOM BOY CLEANED THAT ROOM.. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED I REALLY HOPE NOT TO STAY THERE IN THE FUTURE AS THERE ALL THEFT........ S.B

I book for quarantine for 10 days my family, room is ok but food is worst I never think like this hotel I order food from talabat. I recommend any one of this worst hotel

came here for my 7 day quarantine. very spacious room cozy lighting AC is great and so is the water and food service. honestly not the best hotel i’ve come to when it comes to design and modernity but definitely one of the best when it comes to service 😍😍.

I have spent the just one night, so glad it was just one night and not more! Cleanliness- disgusting!!! Accommodation- disgusting!!! Interior design- horrible!!! Guys, I had a deluxe room, and could not wait to run out of there. People say that the hotel is very good, please trust me, it is the worst hotel I have stayed in, and believe me, I have stayed in bad hotels before…… this one was far worst ever . I do ask you to think 3 times before you decide to book a room in that hotel!

The place is nice for one to two people only, but the noise at night is not possible to stay in for only two days, and at night the music sounds very loud, but the reception and service are nice.

The pool was so dirty and the room is quite big but not much clean, the furniture is old and the telephone is not working at all. The wifi is extremely not stable. The hotel is under renovation but they didn't inform the guest about that nor put the information in their website. We book 3 days and 2nights but we suddenly decided to check out early because its not recommendable for people who wants to relax and enjoy the amenities and etc., from the reception looks like they are not ready to have exchange small bills.

We had a breakfast buffet here and we were gladly welcomed by Ms. Christine & Ms. Puspa. They are so accommodating and helpful with what we need. The ambience is cozy. Our tummies were full with their food choices. We had a great time and surely we will come back!

Excellent hotel! Friendly staff, room spacious and clean. There is everything you need: fresh linen, daily room cleaning with change of linen and towels, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, slippers. Breakfast - for every taste, a variety of hot dishes, cheese and sausage, a large selection of fruits: watermelon, melon, pineapple, kiwi, apple, orange. Juices, coffee, tea. Delicious fresh baked goods. Upon request, an omelet with cheese or vegetables will be made. The hotel is in an excellent location: 3 steps away from the metro, shops and restaurants. Don't read negative reviews!
