    Really Terrible experience. The service from reception is rude, inexperience, and unhelpful. The rooms are EXTREMELY dirty. stains everywhere, dirty bed sheets, broken curtains, showers don't drain. ZERO HOT WATER. no towels in the rooms. I was stuck here for a mandatory quarantine and I feel sorry for anyone who chooses to stay here on their own choice. All of this could have been made better if there was any sort of hospitality in their staff, a lot of bad things can be overlooked but service was just so so so so bad on top of everything else.

    From the coffee take away cups that was soo small and weak, that it broke to only 1 sachet of coffee. No tea even. I called them for pillows only to be told the pillows are in the cupboard which is fine, but had no cover on. Then in the bathroom only one towel that was so ragged it looked like a rats nest. The A/C not working properly and woke me up countless times because of the heat coming through. The staff was very helpful though and tried their best.

    To be there was a nightmare for me. I booked Victoria hotel for quarantine.they claimed to be four star hotel but I believe even two star hotels would be providing better ambiance,food and services than Victoria. food quality and taste was so bad that we had to order food from outside. It was painful to find that the huge amount we paid to hotel couldn't get us good meal for atleast one time. room's carpet and sofa were also dirty. Bath room condition was also worse, tiles and ceiling were broken.Bath tub was too d

    we went there yesterday to check in but the room is not ready according to the staff no clean room available we wait there for 1 hour.. we went there early yesterday to decorate inside room because my friend have will celebrate there 1st year anniversary. we comeback at around 9pm to arrange our food in the room but your staff receptionist not allowed one of my friend to go inside tooooooooooooo much question before he let my friend to go inside. your staff asking why we are 6 person there we only need to do is to surprise our friend bf and the we will eat dinner after that we will leave also we will not stay there for overnight because all have work the next day.. only 30mins we stay there and we packedup our things and food because my friends bf is not in the mood already because of your inpolite receptionist name JAFFER.. he is not accomodating person..in short not good. and your room is not clean eventhough your cleaning staff clean the room. the headboard ob the bed toooooooooo much dust.. we are so very dissappointed #1 to your receptionist..service not goood. i think your staff is indian.. much better change your staff or else you will loose customers. we will not recommend to others your hotel and service

    Very beautiful elegant hotel. The hotel boasts a rooftop swimming pool with spectacular city views and a restaurant to enjoy coffee and shisha. I had a wonderful evening in this magnificent hotel for anyone who enjoys a city vibe with an enjoyable view

    We are in the third day of hotel quarantine, since two days there is no wifi here and we are paying to charge data to work from hotel. Food quality is very very poor as there is no menu. Same answer from reception that it will be ready in an hour... So please please dont pick this hotel...

    They took booking from Qatar discovery for the date people arriving early morning at 3am or 6am but they don't provide rooms until 12noon. people need to suffer and wait at reception until 12 noon. ~15 people were there who was suffering like this. And when someone asked them at reception there respond will be "If you have issue ask Qatar government not us". This type of rude behavior and hospitality is not good.

    booked bed room with living room and balcony from India for quarantine ,They provided only bed room -there is no balcony or living room.when asked about this ,hotel management did not give satisfying reply. WiFi signal is week,unable to connect.they are just ignored. its better not to select this hotel.

    A very average hotel with a good location. The only perk of staying here was the location as it was right next to metro and Lulu hypermarket. Otherwise the room was very small. Also, I was only getting hot water from both sides of the tap. But they are generous with water bottles. Plus, the hotel needs serious maintenance.

    I am checked in with 2 person on 07/09/2020 as 10 days quarantine..from the gate onwards I feel terrible experience.. very poor service ... we our self took the luggage.. food quality very poor ... we paid for hotel around 6500 qr but we received single bed room ... i have asked about this in reception..from there also i received terrible replay.. #qatar

    Pros: The service was EXCELLENT. All staff super kind and warming. It is super close a to a metro station, which is very convenient. Cons: There is no way this is a 4 stars hotel. If they sell it like 3 stars, that would be more accurate, but it is old, the reception smells like cheap perfume, the towels and sheets were usually broken or with old stains, the spa and the restaurant are not working. I believe it used to be a better hotel some time ago, but now it’s unrealistic to say this is 4 stars. If you arrive with a 4 stars hotel expectation, then you will be disappointed. If you arrive with a 3 stars hotel expectation, then it is a great place to stay.

    It's terrible experience staying here. The carpets was ugly and and overall it was a below standard experience. Long waiting for coffee powders and even bath towels was not provided initially. My booking was for 1 day quarantine and I checked in the hotel at night around 9.30 and they provide me dinner and breakfast in the morning. And around 11.30AM to 12 clock noon they took my sample for covid 19 testing and I was waiting for my lunch. After 2 PM I asked for my lunch, then the receptionist told my result is negative and I have to checkout. Till that time they didn't inform me about my negative result. So I called my friend for picking me up and he came around 3.15 PM. I was hungry and they don't even bother in that and they continuously telling me to checkout only. During Ramadan days getting Lunch from outside is very tough. So better to avoid this hotel and book with any other professional hotels.

    "I recently stayed at The Victory Hotel, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The ambiance was inviting, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. The staff members were attentive and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. While there's always room for improvement, my stay at this 4-star hotel was memorable, and I would certainly consider returning in the future."

    Worst worst worst Worst worst worst Worst worst worst Experience. small room like a bird cage. too small washroom very bad and dirty smell. towel and bed sheets are Cracked old and bad smell. when you will go at reception for check in they will keep some money as security and when you will check out they will make so many excuses like you did make dirty bed sheet towels etc. and they will deduct your money which you was give them as security. i will suggest to all guests dont waste your money in this worst hotel. also there staff are so rude and bad behavior.

    Worst experience,bad service,bad experience in this hotel with Bad smell rooms even they changed our rooms, no have a quality breakfast or food in the hotel. Even they can't provide you a service for the airport like they can't book a meter cab for you to go outside the hotel and book a Cab for you. Never recommended for the families.

    It was horrible experience.. Not at all suggest able to anyone.. Food is not at all good. If we complain they will not take car e.. Not good for quarantine.. You will loose your health if you stay there.no hot water no proper food not friendly staf. Better to shutdown hotel

    This has to be the worst hotel that you can quarantine in. All new arrivals have been waiting for 2+ hours to get a room because they are extremely late to check out old guests with antigen tests. They said they will serve "breakfast" and they give you a box of dried bread, and stale curry. Then they let you eat it in what seems like an abandoned room. If this is their idea of a four star restaurant, we'd have to hand out every garbage can four stars. You're more likely to catch COVID by quarantining here. Beyond expensive for the service. Avoid at all costs.

    Was there for two weeks from 28th August. I enjoyed so much. Clean room, bathroom and lavatory. Their food was very nice and in time. I love you Victoria keep up good treatment.

    It's been 5 days quarentine period of 10 days, Totally disappointed with wifi connection and the food they served, wifi always come and go, food below average, everyday kuboos for breakfast rice for lunch and dinner. Horrible experience

    Victoria Hotel is actually not a 4-star hotel like how it was shown on Discover Qatar. In reality it's just a 2-star hotel. The hotel is not worth it compared to the amount paid. Location: Not easily discoverable. Room: - The room is quite small even for 2 people. - The carpet, curtains & a few furnitures are old & dirty. - The AC didn't have a separate remote, but instead the TV remote had to be used to switch on both the AC and the TV. Food: - The meals aren't upto the standards of a 4-star hotel; just ordinary food. - The same type of food is given every day for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Wifi: - Quite weak & irregular wifi connection. * Quarantine procedures & management should be improved overall, although the service is decent (Request for amenities like water, coffee, tea, toiletries, food preferences etc. are responded to on time via telephone available in the room).

    I booked for 10 days Quarantine with family and my experience was terrible. The room was small and far below the room of an average 4 star hotel. Carpet and sofa were dirty and full of spots. There were so many human hairs under the bed sheet and pillow. Food was also tasteless. Bath had broken tiles and dirty bath tub.
