Best Hotel in Doha, and very clean toilets and rooms. I would recommend this Hotel again and again. And hopefully I will visit Qatar during World Cup. And for sure I will come back to this hotel in the future. The Prices is affordable. And the lobby is big and has great amenities

My husband and I stayed here for three days during the World Cup. The hotel staff were very friendly and very accommodating. The food was delicious and the staff in the restaurant were equally friendly. The bed was very comfortable, which typically hotel beds can be a mixed bag. Our suite was spacious and very clean. Thank you for making our short stay feel safe and welcomed.

I was really lucky to have my wedding at this hotel, everything was perfect beyond expectations, from the reception staff to the events managers Mr Mohammed and Ms Soukaina. Everyone were very friendly and very accommodating .They gave us "the grooms" a suite with a jacuzzi and a delicious dinner and breakfast which was very nice of them. It was unforgettable experience. Special thanks to the event manager SOUKAINA, she has been very supportive through all my wedding ceremony.I am very grateful and thankful to her.

Experienced A Dinner Buffet at Sapphire Plaza Hotel , I will Rate Food 8/10 , Service 7/10 , Cleanliness 6/10 as Washrooms are like Public Bus Stations. Anyhow, the Experience was best Value of Money 👍

The staff from receptionist, coffee shop and especially from the restaurant are really accommodating and helpful. The room is good, it's just that smell little bit of cegarrete. But other things, I can says amazing

I have stayed in the Hotel from August 1st to August 17th and the stay was so pleasant. Healthy breakfast and splendid customer service even in this pandemic. The house keeping is excellent and I would like to add a special mention to Petrine who took very good care in keeping my room well maintained and she is always so attentive for anything you need and always willing to help and also a mention to Tlosaria (Not sure if the name is correct but it is on my hotel invoice) on the front desk who helped me with the smooth checkout process. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Loved the stay. Thanks to the whole team for such a great hospitality. Looking forward to come again soon!

Right from the reception, the staff are very welcoming, the General room set up and cleanliness was elegant, the floor, beddings and the bathroom, not to forget the housekeeping department they are so helpful when. Needed, Mr Mouhidine the housekeeping manager he was amazing,

The hotel room it so big and bed it aslo big it so enjoyable you can't imagine the reception it so good people they keep calling when I enter the room to know if everything it OK I have experience for many hotels in doha but this hotel it so fantastic

Nice room it's very colorful and spacious. Has a huge and comfortable bed. The way to connect to the wifi is a bit redirecting, none of the front desk people informed us how to do it. Good value for money.

Good hotel.. Swimming pool no showers/ no towels / sauna does not work. Breakfast timing need to be extended like 30 minutes. Fire Alarm was triggered wakes us like 3 times at 2 am.

Unfortunately there is no zero for review Still surprised how they got 4 stars When we arrived the hotel around 9pm with my family they ask me to park the car in the parking area since they they have drivers for wallet parking Booked the most expensive rooms calls suite and agreed to give extra bed for my 9 years son while checking. But after paid all the money they informed me it will cost qr 100 extra. I said no at least give one extra blanket They said we don’t have extra and refused to give Called for water and laundry bags but given only one water bottles at the time and we have to call each time if you we want would never recommend or stay in this hotel. There were bugs on the bathroom tub when I arrived; The swimming pool was dirty. The changing room Dissappointed

This is my first visit to this hotel, which was recommended by a coworker. I am extremely pleased with my stay. The room is very clean and tidy. The room is spacious and really comfy. The price is reasonable. The only thing is that the location is not immediately accessible to local retailers. You must walk 700m to get there, but I am fine with it.

Surprisingly good! We loved our stay. Room is quite old style but spacious and clean. And also the bathroom is quite big with a tub and a big mirror and a makeup mirror, and also a blower. Toiletries are also complete. They have cabinet and iron with ironing board. They also have Gym, sauna and indoor pool in the hotel. We are just not impressed by the taste of foods offered in their restaurant and coffee shop. And also the location is not that good but manageable and safe.

Very good rooms. Excellent service. They upgraded my room, and the room I got was just amazing. Good ambience. I would say the buffet breakfast could be better served. Somehow I felt it was understaffed. Might be because I went there during peak hours. This is not a place where you can have your breakfast quickly. So plan your time accordingly.

Friendly receptionists. Clean and tidy room. Helpful Housekeeping Mr. Mouhydene and Mr Joshua. They availed my requested items without hesitation. Room service were also cordial and their BBQ was delicious. Complementary wifi was stable and fast...looking forward to visit again. Bravo!

The staff is very polite, internet is good, and that's it. Airport transfer costs 100 QAR, when the taxi is 30. The pool is not for swimming, but for kids. The rooms are dirty. Some appliances are not working. Some are standing in the corner where there is no socket. Flexible booking is expensive.

It was a delight to stay here, although the bathtub is a bit on the small side, the design is very inviting and relaxing from a hard day of work.

This hotel has a kind of good lobby with a good vibe and peaceful environment but not too much fascinated or you can say you cannot feel the WOW moment when you see the lobby, the overall experience regarding hotel reservation and staying at the hotel, I have not experienced so far but from the lobby point of you I’m inspired, but it needs a bit more working to attract more customers

I love this place, its calm and cozy. Prices are fair and not exaggerated. The food in the restaurant was nice. Staff are nice and helpful. Rooms are not as small as most hotels. Only problem is the parking garage which is very tight and crowded.

WORST hotel to ever have a party in. They ruined my bridal shower and had NOTHING ready on time. 30 mins before my guests arrived I was chasing after them to put the decorations that I paid for and to get everything ready. They ruined the day I’ve been waiting years and years for, it’s been months and it still upsets me. And on top of that, they still took my money and did not accept to give me a refund for NOT EVEN doing their job. Anyone thinking of having their party here, DONT. You’ll be disappointed. I had 3000 QR left to pay for the party bill and during the party they refused to serve the food to my guests until I left my party to go get my card in my big dress and paid them. Worst service you can possibly find.

I was there for the restaurant and not the hotel itself. I tried the buffet on a Tuesday, which is of course smaller than in weekends. The buffet was nice, and had a good variety but not big like other hotels but it had all the basics and some more. It was nice that they offered fanta among the drinks, which is not regular but hated the glasses they had for the juices. They were very small and didn't make sense for juice or soft beverages

Probably the best 4 stars hotel in Doha. Excellent location, close to Souq Waqif but also to West Bay, direct access to Al Rayyan highway. Very clean and comfortable rooms with modern amenities, very nice restaurants. And the staff ... well ... the staff is amazing, always smiling, always helpful! One thing to avoid: the Opera cake at the ground floor cafeteria - it is SO GOOD you will eat too many (as I did, unfortunately)!

We had dinner at the Al Maha restaurant. Every Thursday night is Seafood BBQ, tasty

What you expect in city hotel ? they have everything include business lunch , even you can come just a lunch. smiling staff clean room. a little trick please ask your room location before your check-in some room don't have good view you can see just construction :)
