Racist hotel in Doha. Floor manager only took white people inside the hotel from back side without reservation. We called them to a reservation but they said walk in. When we go there more than 10 people outside but they only took these two guys without reservation, management should take action about him. Discrimination!!

I wanna talk about the unrespectful service + late service .. for example u ask for water and that's the easy thing Min of time u need 30 mn to receive it ! We can't talk about the late of the room service 😔 i asked for someone bring the trash out at 9:24 am i received 11:00 pm soooo dirty

What they advertised is not what you get. We booked for 2 nights to enjoy family vacation before we leave Qatar and they put us above the Red Lion club which is very very noisy. Washing machine is not working and they could not replace or fix it. Noisy sorroundings, TV is full of scratches, floor rag is so disguisting. There is smell of cigarettes. I don't recommend this hotel at all. Please avoid and look for other alternatives.

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL, most RUDE and SCAMMER hotel ever. Many people had it, now i see in comments but I am rewriting it; They are trying to charge you for the "removable stains" after you used such as on the bedsheet. And they ask you to pay 50 riyals. If you don't pay it, they try to make it a scene. And since you are with your girlfriend or wife you are paying it. They even raise their voices! And you are a guest there! Worst experience ever. If you are booking here, be ready to pay 50 riyals more for any non-sense reason they will find and try to charge.

Positives: Booked the family suite. Had a great city view. The room was clean and quiet with all the facilities included such as washing machine, fridge, 2 TVs, living room with a small dining table and a cooking stove. Overall the stay in the room was excellent. The hotel management was nice and friendly. The Red Lion pub was amazing with nice food and ambience. The car parking is very accessible in the basement. Negatives: If you are planning to enjoy a day at the pool with family, you won't be able to do so. The pool will be mostly taken by students learning to swim. There is no dedicated pool for hotel residents. Women will surely feel uncomfortable swimming there. Also the Jacuzzi was not working during our stay so don't be misguided by the photos. The breakfast is a set menu and not a buffet at a restaurant. It will be provided in the room. Do no expect a fancy sitting with a multiple dishes environment. Overall, 3/5 stars.

Very nice, cosy hotel. Very neat to down town. Rooms are clen, housekeeping is very nice, The only handicap, is the noise coming rom the night club which is situated in the meazzine floor. So try to avois the rooms close to the night clup.

Very disappointed in this hotel for this time. I used to come this hotel because I felt enjoyed, comfortable and nice room when I went first time to stay here. But every thing is changed now. They gave me very small room even I booked good prices and broken water pipes in the washroom. And there’s some small soil in the bed and they want to charge over 100qr for that. One Filipino girl who is working in the reception she doesn’t want to listen what customers want to say and negative attitude

The fact that the room access card was not available and a key was provided to open the room leaves me completely unsatisfied with my stay at the Al Mansour Suites in Doha, Qatar. I unintentionally left the key inside the room along with my bag and several valuables, and the management doesn't have a spare key to unlock it. They keep me waiting in the hotel lobby for thirty minutes while they look for a way to enter the room. They are unable to open the room, thus their only option is to provide a different room. It occurs to me that if someone were locked inside the room, the management of the Al Mansour Suites would be unable to respond right away. All I can say is that the Al Mansour Suites rooms are too risky because of their door lock mechanism and could put customers in dangerous situations because of their delayed response time in an emergency. I am expressing my utter dissatisfaction with Al Mansour Suites and would not suggest this hotel as a result of my negative experience.

We booked the hotel for a transit visit in Doha from airport, and had to cancel after 10 mins , due to the non availability of the transit visa in qatar, we explained this to expedia and they tried to reach out to the hotel for the refund on the booking which was done 10 mins prior, hotel refused to provide any help first and rejected the refund request after multiple followups!

The bathroom smelled disgusting at night. The staff did not leave us towels or wash cloths and when I requested them, they would only give me more towels. The bathroom was tiny. Parking is absolutely terrible. The room is spacious though.

I booked my reservation and 20 minutes later cancelled due to the airline canceling my flight and re-routing. I’ve followed up with the hotel directly for a refund, never did they respond. Don’t plan to stay here. With the airline industry being volatile, planning a stay here should be taken with caution. If you feel comfortable losing money and not getting a refund after having the option (on their site) to obtain a refund if reservation is more than 72 hours, stay away. Words aren’t honoured Emails aren’t answered Plus visitors need a Qatar ID, had no clue only found out after reserving with my credit card. Avoid

This hotel was disgusting. The rooms are filthy with cockroaches. We were offered another room which was just as bad and checked out and found a much better place.

Staff from Reception are very efficient and accommodating they allowed us to check in early at like 10am although there check in time is at 2 PM . We got to earlier than standard check in time. Thank you to the staff and their manager on duty who approved to let us in early. Housekeeping  were extremely accommodating and amazing , rooms were clean & very comfortable to rest after tiring and stressful day from work. Only the thing was , they placed  only 1 towel and little bit old , slippers on request , no dental kit. The service was exceptional , overall , we indeed a great stay .  Will definitely come back again.  Special thanks to Front Office and Housekeeping Team . Thumbs UP to all of you.

The checkin took more than 30 minutes..next 30 minutes for the bags to come up to the room..The room was on 1st floor right above the club bursting music through the night...requested for additional water which also took long to be brought...totally disappointed 😞...would not recommend it 😕

Make sure that if you will visit Qatar, or if you want to have staycation remove this hotel from your choices and skip whenever the booking sites will recommend and suggest. Not worth the money and not even worthy of guest. 7 years in Qatar, Ive been to numbers of hotels around this country and so far by far, this is the worst staycation experience.

All my request was not granted knowing that we booked for 3 nights and it was weekdays so I expected they can transfer us to other much better room. On our 2nd day, we went out at 6am at went back at 6pm, surprisingly, nobody clean our room which is we expected that cleaning everyday is mandatory. On our 2nd night, i had a lot of itchiness and redness on my legs. I thought maybe there was mosquito. On our 3rd night, I woke up because I felt itchy again, then my husband checked our beddings, we found out a bed bug. I am verrryyy disappointed. This is the first time it happened to us. We will never go back on this hotel again.

Scam operating at this hotel.i booked thru booking.com.i turn up and they say my booking has been cancelled, even tho on the app it aint.they then say they can give you a room at a more expensive price .its a con. Hotel is dirty ,in bad need of a refurbishment. I would avoid

I hear all noise in my room. And worse was charge because of stains. I fully understand but is in too much? As a worker of hospitality industry, i never expected that will hsve extra charge on it. Room rated does include laundry expense ifnim not mistaken, unless stains will not remove i think quite reasonable for charge. Every week im checking in the hotel around doha, just this time so happened my period came early that i expected but this make me realize that this things exist. As my previous experience in different hotel i wasn't have this kind of embarrassment durong check out time. But half way my mistake as well. I wasn't feel when i was sleeping. Hope other properly will not be this like this. And as a 4 star hotel rated. Stnthe end of the day charge to new unexpected experience.

Please don't select this hotel unless and until you have no other options. The front reception staffs are very rude and treating guest like criminals . Shows lot of attitude towards the guest who booked rooms online. They made us wait more than an hour and ignored us even after showing all booking confirmation details. Very very bad behavior

I was positively surprised by the price to quality. The room was quite large, spacious, clean. Kind staff and fast service, for a small surcharge we were able to check in a few hours earlier which we wanted after a long trip and an early arrival in Qatar. I recommend

Below average. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The bathroom smells, the AC temperature can't be adjusted, the hot plate stops working suddenly, there's no microwave, the curtains aren't thick enough to block out the light and there's noise from surrounding rooms.

The service at reception was not very pleasant. I got an additional room for their inconvenience,but at the time of check out I came to know about this additional room.

Very bad service we lost our child bag and they couldn’t find it we were waiting all day but no one care . Smells very bad and the blanket dirty they bring three blankets and all dirty. I don’t recommend at all

The hotel room was ok, but the chars, wardrobe and kitchen things were broken, it doesn't give the feeling of 4 stars. This place has an alcohol bar, for which I don't recommend.

i cant expect that they reject my visitors and when i come in the room too much dirty, there is a nails in dresser, the sofa too much dirty, thw floor roo much hair and when we are staying almost 5 hrs the ac is not working, i didnt enjoy staying there that is why i left early i paid this room but i didnt enjoy staying here. The manager also and the guard so rude especially the guard in the reception he higher his voice to me why i dont have mask. but the other people sitting in reception no mask, the manager he reject my visitors and he is so rude, first he said they will charge to visitor and after i told to him its ok you will charge and after he change what he said. Nice hotel with decent size rooms. Food options were limited but food was good enough given the quantity of the dishes. Hotel staff is nice and amenities are decent. Could definitely do better for the price they are charging.

I had my 10 days qauratine here. Medical team has done a good job for conducting test and all. Food and beverage is fine but can be better. When you select room, check for the amenities offered very well as post entering room, nothing will be provided extra.

Special thanks to Suraj Sunar to provide immediately our requirements really appreciative, friendly staff, nice swimming pool but as I have seen some people are entering in the swimming pool without shower which is not appropriate and regarding my dinner experience from room service was very disappointed have ordered green salad I got Greek salad it was good and well presented and beef burger was smell bad hard to bite and cold rest overall experience was great see you again thank you .

My family was stayed in this hotel from 26/oct/2021 to 05/oct/2021. Due to light dirt on floor mate & bed sheet which can be washable in laundry however they have charged me 160 Qatar riyals and also hotel Mr.Haytham is not polite to customer and he is saying this is damage .i made an complain in ministry to commerce and industry also. I strongly recommend all people who see reviews in google not to stay in this hotel.they are like scammers

it good for short leave to escape from the work pressure. great staff with full support the issue only the elevator take long time to serve you. only two for 7 floors - pool closed for maintenance.

The filipina receptionist was not friendly & rude. The smell of non-smoking room was stinky. The televisions was only for display. We call the staff to complain but they told me there is no technician. The water in the shower room was too hot there is NO COLD temperature. We are so disappointed in our stay! 👎

Positives: Executive Room was spacious with one bedroom and one lounge. I stayed there for 12 nights so I liked the space. Laundry and fridge was helpful. The restaurant downstairs is fun. Good food and you can sit there for as long as want and enjoy tea, sheesha or smoke there. But definitely not for kids. Negative: the bed wasn't comfortable. The toilet was placed in a very weird place and it was very cramped. The breakfast is very limited and I got bored with it really fast. The WiFi coverage is really bad and even in the room it didn't work in some spots. Had to disconnect and connect again many times. The service overall was great. Very friendly staff. I believe it was value to money.

Very very impressed with our stay here in Al Mansour suites hotel We had opted for a deluxe room and we had a tiny cute kitchen here where we cooked and made beautiful memories room is well maintained and the housekeeping service is also very good Beautiful view outside the window and its peaceful 😍

The service is poor and the elevator sooo annoying it takes too long to get to the floor . And when it’s get it is fully packed. It makes me not coming to this hotel again.

I used this place montly 10 days for 2 years before the Covid , because my suit has kitchen area, living room and bathroom. Very good location, car park at the basement and front of the hotel, very kind , helpful and professional stuffs, at the ground floor a good restaurant with many kind coffee and the flat is always immaculate clean. Good value of money and good location parking can be a big hassle on busy hours.

The place is nice and quite. The rooms are OK. The pool is decent size and indoors which makes it a good option to entertain in cold weather. Room service is pretty decent. I highly recommend their clam chowder soup.

Very unsafe hotel, the mat and the towels not clean, there is no sound insulator and the people next to us is so disrespectful and they make alot of noises and we are not comfortable with it and sometimes we can’t even sleep , very bad experience for the 1st visit in qatar

Tried to visit a friend in his room but front desk demanded my ID then photo copied it against my protest. He said he will not allow me to go up unless he copy the id. Very unusual policy for normal insignificant hotel Also all floors are smelly.
