The
cleaning
staff
very
nice

helpful

I
really
appreciate
their
cleaning
and
fixing
the
things
in
room
make
it
as
new,
The
Breakfast
is
awesome
and
the
guys
who
do
serve
and
clean
in
the
restaurant
lobby
are
awesome
and
helpful,
Unfortunately,
my
recent
experience
with
the
customer
service
at
this
5-star
hotel
left
much
to
be
desired.
Upon
arrival,
I
encountered
a
lack
of
attentiveness
and
warmth
from
the
staff
at
the
guest
admission
desk.
Despite
the
prestigious
reputation
of
the
hotel,
the
customer
service
fell
short
of
expectations.
The
staff
Karen
and
Ahmed
at
the
guest
admission
desk
seemed
disinterested
and
failed
to
provide
a
welcoming
atmosphere
upon
my
arrival.
Their
lack
of
enthusiasm
and
warmth
made
me
feel
unwelcome
as
a
guest
of
the
hotel.
Additionally,
there
was
a
noticeable
lack
of
attentiveness
to
my
needs
and
inquiries,
which
was
disappointing
for
a
hotel
of
this
caliber.
It
is
my
hope
that
the
hotel
takes
steps
to
improve
the
customer
service
experience
for
future
guests.
