Liked: Breakfast is nice with a wide variety and delicious, plus a free cappuccino. However, it was exactly the same for 10 days. Would be better if some variation was introduced. The staff are professional and friendly. The lobby is fancy. Valet parking is complimentary. The rooms are very clean. Disliked : Humidity in the room had to change several rooms. Staff is aware of the problem; they tried to cover it up by spraying air freshener! not professional :( Mattresses in several rooms were lumpy. Carpet in the rooms is stained.

I'm currently writing this review while staying for 3 nights at this property. I was a bit hesitant at first to choose this hotel over westin but I thought of giving it a chance. The reception was fine and cooperative. I asked for a few amenities at first and they were delivered without any hassle. It always took 2 to 3 times to get through to the reception. The real dilemma began when I asked for some extra water at 9 pm. The receptionist told me that he'll send it right away. No one brought the water and I called back after half an hour. This time the receptionist told me that he'll tell the housekeeping to send some water. It's been 3 hours now and no one brought any water. No one bothered to confirm if water was delivered or not. I had to run to the nearest supermarket to get some water since my kid was super thirsty. I also asked for maintenence since the safe box in room wasn't closing but no one came to fix it. Completely pathetic service. Utterly disappointed with the service as an Accor member. I was thinking about extending my stay after 3 nights but I will be moving to westin as soon as the 3 nights are over.

We ate at the Cigalon dinner buffet. It was amazing.. a lot of variety, very good quality, great service. Out table master was Vinod and he was amazing.

La cigale hotel is 5 stars hotel, my experience with them 3 stars more than enough, The cleaning staff very nice and helpful and I really appreciate their cleaning and fixing the things in room make it as new, The Breakfast is awesome and the guys who do serve and clean in the restaurant lobby are awesome and helpful, Unfortunately, my recent experience with the customer service at this 5-star hotel left much to be desired. Upon arrival, I encountered a lack of attentiveness and warmth from the staff at the guest admission desk. Despite the prestigious reputation of the hotel, the customer service fell short of expectations. The staff Karen and Ahmed at the guest admission desk seemed disinterested and failed to provide a welcoming atmosphere upon my arrival. Their lack of enthusiasm and warmth made me feel unwelcome as a guest of the hotel. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of attentiveness to my needs and inquiries, which was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. It is my hope that the hotel takes steps to improve the customer service experience for future guests.

I was there for conference purpose, the food was good, but the behaviour and guest dealing quality of Chef is not up to mark, they need to change their attitude. They should always be polite and helpful i believe.

I am using the health club - gym and swimming pool - very good facilities. Sometimes dinning there too. Recently I’ve been well served in the restaurant by the waiter Tasaduque who was doing good job with visitors. Thanks for all.

The shisha garden at la Cigale. Is nice hidden spot with good lebanese food. The flavors are authentic and the portion are descent. The service need some more attention. Ambiance is nice with authentic songs too.

Staff resolved an issue with my booking in a friendly and swift manner, and also upgraded me for the inconvenience. The concierge was friendly,the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the hotel lobby was beautiful. The location isn't in the heart of the action but Uber was very easy to get and it is steps away from the Metro. The rooms are luxurious, but dated. Still, they are impeccably clean and beautiful. I would absolutely recommend. I booked this hotel through Discover Qatar and I was able to check in right after landing, instead of waiting until check in time, which was fantastic.

Great hotel in a good location as metro is a few minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful, They provided great assistance and were very professional. Checkin and Checkout process so easy. Rooms are so clean , food is excellent. Good view for skyview bar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel La Cigale Qatar for one and a half months, and I must say that it was an overall wonderful experience. The hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with excellent services and a friendly staff. Although the food didn't quite match my personal taste buds, the exceptional service from the staff made up for it. The hotel staff were always available and ready to assist with a smile on their faces. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction was truly commendable. I would like to express my gratitude towards the restaurant staff, especially Mir, Javindra, and Mursaleen. These professionals excelled in their roles and treated guests like family. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs made dining at the hotel a delightful experience.

I have been to Sky View to celebrate a friend’s birthday on a Tuesday night. From the entrance to our seats, we were assisted and welcomed very well especially the head bartender Mr. Rex and our waitress Ms. Jane. The Ozone Gym and Spa at la Cigale is amazing! Facilities and staff wise. The manager Annaliza is exceptional, very kind and professional always welcoming with a smile and willing to help in anything! I tried an hour full body Massage with Marissa and she is truly awesome! i have tried massage sessions in most hotels and spas in Doha, and Marissa was the best! I will definitely keep coming for more

I stayed 4 nights in La Cigale, it’s one of the nice hotel I have ever stayed. The ambience and hospitality is above a 5 star level. Rooms are beautiful and neat, staffs are very professional especially Mr. Tijin Thomas from room service was serving me all the four days with all my request. His way of patience to understand my needs and fulfilling was much appreciative. He explained all the restaurants in the hotel, and I ate from Italian restaurant, international buffet and had some good time in the sushi bar. Thanks for La Cigale management for maintaining the quality and good staffs.

Good hotel in a good location as metro is a few minute walk away. The only issue I had was that there is some construction going on just now and can be a bit noisy when in rooms but this can’t be helped I’m sure if there’s some upgrading going on. Staff were really friendly and helpful but would like to mention one person in particular as he was the nicest most helpful young man. His name is Arun and he is part of housekeeping team. There was nothing too much trouble for him when I asked him.He’s a credit to the hotel. All in all a great stay in this hotel. :)

It’s the little things. I won’t comment on cleanliness and basics because this is a Banyan Tree after all, these are all expected. The rooms’ livability is what ruined it for me, things like the shower door being flush so one cannot place a descente de bain at the door, you have to step out and shift to the towel. There is nothing to hold on to in the shower, if you slip, well, you keep slipping. There is nowhere to hang the face towels after use, so you just leave them there on the sink. Speaking of which, is placed so far back you have to reach out all the way forward to wash your face. A night light with movement sensor will strike you in the eye should you get out bed at night. Doors are heavy glass and steel, so not under any circumstance toe bump any! It’s refreshing to see the absence of a buffet to reduce waste, yet the menu is designed in a way that bar reading the entire thing thoroughly, you wouldn’t get a decent spread. The seats are sofa loungers, impossible to sit up straight to eat. Staff are wonderful, truly great hospitality, this is why the 4 stars. Sans-staff, this would have been a solid 3 stars.

It is a good stay. However, as discussed to your front office we have not have enough sleep during our stay. the next room wake us up so early with the NOISE!! it was 4:00 am in the morning. not sure if they are having a party or what I have reported to the front office but still, they are so NOISY. During our stay we are happy anyways, especially in the restaurant La Cigalon for the Dinner and Breakfast. kudos to the whole staff very accommodating and very polite. the foods are the best! over all stay is good we enjoy and surely will come back again.

Had an amazing Arabic hammam, the services was a superb, When I entered they welcomed with smiles and offered a very refreshing drink, I filled up my form and straight to the desired area. The receptionist and Marissa both were very well trained. The quality of product are high - worth visiting and will be coming back again next month.

I haven’t seen the rooms so I don’t have the right to rate the hotel in general. But I have tried the branch Friday buffet, and it was very nice with the multiple sections and a big variety of foods. 🤤😋

Although the check-on was smooth and quick, the room was very ordinary. I just could not get the aircondition to settle at a comfortable temperature. I was stopped by your security and made to open my bag even after I had checked in and settled in. He would not believe me when I said I was carrying a bottle of olive oil in my haversack, he was grudgingly satisfied only after I showed him the bottle. Very demeaning as I have never been subjected to such a search as a guest in any of the number of hotels I've stayed in Doha. The room doesn't even have a socket besides the bed, one has to call for an extension board to able to plug in electronic devices besides the bed. I could go on and on, but that would only sound mean and that's not what I wish to publish. Personally I would not suggest this hotel, there are far better ones in Doha for the same cost.

The property is quite centrally located and conveniently accessible from the airport. I was very happy with the room offered to me on the 12th floor, was probably refurbished recently. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast and lunch options at the restaurant. All of it came as a good package for my short stay which was very comfortable.

This is my second time visiting this hotel and it was just as lovely this time. The rooms are so comfortable and every convenience is thought of. The restaurants and rooftop bar were really nice. The location was good for me and close enough to attractions or wherever I needed to go.

This is one of the earlier hotels which sprung up in a busy intersection but has maintained its grace and charm. Though located in an arterial road it has managed to create quiet and relaxing spots. This still remained as landmark reference even after taller buildings covered the intersection. 16 Dec 2023 our birthday group came for the breakfast buffet at the cigalon. The spread is ample and diverse, multi regional, you will find intercontinental, British, Indian and Arabic breakfast fare. Conveniently located at ground floor it offers a wonderful glimpse to the well thought and planned lobby.

The whole team of La Cigale are wonderful people. They made our stay incredibly great. Most especially my main man Faisal. Much love I gat for you brother. Hope to see you again.

I stayed for a month in this hotel and I loved my experience in it. The food was always great with a wide variety. the staff was super friendly and professional a special thanks to M.murasleen and Devindra . the room was very good but I wish it had a balcony and the room service was very good and clean but Betty was the best she always paid attention to all details i was happier when she had the shift to clean the room.

Such a wonderful hotel eventhough we were there due to airplane delay. The rooms were spacious, the service were excellent and the location is quite easy to find ln the centre of Doha, Qatar. Surprisingly, i met one of the cook/chef from Indonesia and he was such a polite and kind person. Have a great success for the upcoming years and stay excellent 👍😊❤️

Stayed here for 7 nights. The room was spacious, clean and the Bed is very comfy and the large screen tv contains a lot of local and international channels. Due to Covid-19 the restaurants were closed and I had to order food by phone to have it delivered in front of the door. Given the situation and therefore totally understandable, the food was alright. Staff were very friendly, attentive and informative especially Mr. Osman.

Male receptionist was so rude and was talking very aggressively when reached to the Hotel. There was no help with luggage. need to call kitchen every time for breakfast, lunch or dinner, even if it is full board package. Room service good.

I stayed 2 nights in a connected room with my family for our quarantine. The staff was very nice and helpful, The rooms were nice, very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Their kitchen had a very nice menu with 2 choices for each meal. You need to call when you want food and they deliver hot food within 10 min. Had a very nice experience overall.

We had an incident with a security guard as he was extremely rude but the hotel can't be blamed for him demanding I tell him what room I was staying in and not identifying himself first

Great open area in the coffee shop area The food was great forgot yo took a picture. Green tea and Turkish coffee came with tasty mamoul . Great seating atmosphere . Last night we visited orangery cafe at La Cigal Al Sadd , we were 7 ladies and although the cafe was empty it took them about 30 minutes for a waiter to come and take our order which was , 1 ginger tea , 1 rice pudding , 1 chocolate fondu and 4 chocolat moux the order was taken at 9 pm , we kept waiting for our order till 10 pm and every time we ask about it a waiter kept moving his hand from far for us to wait .. when we finally asked to see the manger he came and apologized for the delay and the lame excuse was that the chef doesn’t know how to prepare the chocolat moux which is basically (chocolate ice cream with cream) and they were waiting to bring everything together so we canceled the order after one and a half hour of wait and paid for the water we had. On top of that it took the valet more than 20 minutes to get our cars.. La cigal is not how it used to be and we will never visit there again

Had the best experience in this hotel during our 2 day quarantine stay. The best part was the connecting room for our family with kids, the room service specially when contacting Mr osman. He was very kind and understanding when we needed requirements for our children for choice of food. Mr Thelna and Ms Bellina from the reception were very kind and helpful when we made special requests.

One of the best star class hotel is La Cigale hotel. Room quality is and services are up to top. Even if just went to visit someone they will come up to you and offer you tea or coffee first then asking for any questions. I really looked the hotel.

Recently I visited Le Cigalon restaurant for dinner and I enjoyed it. Everthing was good, just a suggestion please add cheese station in the buffet. Service was great and overall experience was excellent 👌

I came to the hotel with a couple of my friends to buy some sweats and to have a drink, a staff member there named Toufic from Lebanon was very helpful and kind. He gave us great suggestions and helped us find the best sweats selection. And his drink recommendation was perfect. He even recommended we try the ice cream it was really good. A shout out for this incredible employee, hope he sees this, he was fantastic!! In my experience in sales he's an experienced sales person with great persuasion skills. Will definitely come again.

What is the best about La Cigale is the customer service. I had a small disappointment during my stay, but the team beautifully handled it on the nicest way. My impression of this hotel is that the staff works with the heart to make their guests’ stays memorable. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is very central and it has great amenities. Definitely I’ll be back by the way I was treated there. Thanks to every one from the reception staff.

I have taken yearly membership of Ozone Spa & Gym. Hygiene care is utmost. Awesome services. All the staffs are very nice, specially Annalisa Ramos is always smiling with all the guests.

When i returned from my short vacation i choose La-Cigale and i stayed 2 days quarantine. And those 2 days i enjoyed a lot. That was quite good for me..

It is one of the best hotels in Qatar. The team is extremely friendly and professional. At the lobby you can enjoy the best food specially they have the best sushi in town . The food quality was amazing . The humus texture was so soft and the taste is great . Fatoush looks so fresh . They have nice selection of sweets .

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. All the staff members were really nice and friendly. Especially the gym, it had a variety of equipment. A huge thanks to Yogesh, for his amazing tips and support during my time at the gym.

Extremely rude and cheap minded staff. They don't know the first thing about guest service. I have taken a 10 day quarantine package in this hotel and must say it's extremely disappointing and frustrating having to argue with the front desk each time over petty things like coffee, teabags, etc. They just want to make money at every opportunity even if it means offending the guest. They are always ready to pick up an argument with you so much so it seems like they were trained for it. Whatever you ask, the first response will be 'It is chargeable'. First time I see a hotel that charges for extra coffee amenities in the room. The food menu is fixed, tasteless and portion sizes are miniscule. No healthy contents either, they just want to fill you with bread and potatoes. In a time when other hotels are going out of their way to help out guests in quarantine, this kind of CHEAP and RUDE behaviour only adds up to your mental trauma. Though it is rated a 5-star hotel their attitude towards guests doesn't deserve even a single star. DO NOT BOOK this hotel and loose your peace especially when Doha is full of beautiful hotels with definitely more humane staff.

Had a great lunch in Dicapri on Christmas. All the courses were amazing. Mahima at the front desk recommended and introduced us to the restaurant. He was very kind and sweet. I would like to visit the hotel and the restaurant again.

I had the best stay in quarantine, highly highly recommended, the room is very clean, the staff is so professional,lovely and friendly. And the service is so fast, I didn't wait at all for anything They were also generous with the food, and accepted to send me healthy food as per my request.
