I
am
writing
to
express
my
disappointment
regarding
the
customer
service
experience
my
party
and
I
recently
encountered
at
Glenhouse
Doha
restaurant.
As
first-time
customers,
we
had
high
expectations
for
a
pleasant
dining
experience,
but
unfortunately,
our
visit
fell
short
of
our
expectations.
To
provide
some
context,
we
had
made
a
table
reservation
at
your
restaurant,
but
upon
arrival,
we
were
surprised
to
learn
that
our
booking
reservation
was
not
recorded
in
your
system.
Fortunately,
there
was
an
available
table,
but
this
initial
hiccup
set
the
tone
for
the
rest
of
our
visit.
Once
seated,
we
realized
that
no
one
had
briefed
us
on
the
brunch
service,
the
available
food
options,
or
provided
us
with
a
drink
menu
for
reference.
We
had
to
proactively
seek
information
from
the
servers
regarding
the
brunch
service
and
the
beverages
available.
While
the
food
itself
was
enjoyable,
and
some
of
the
servers
provided
excellent
service
by
promptly
taking
our
orders,
there
was
one
particular
server,
a
lady
with
long
hair
whose
name
we
did
not
obtain,
who
mishandled
our
order.
At
around
3:30
pm,
as
the
brunch
service
was
scheduled
to
end
at
4
pm,
we
placed
an
order
for
four
aperol
spritz.
We
followed
up
on
our
order
four
times
within
the
next
45
minutes,
but
it
still
hadn't
arrived
by
approximately
4:20
pm.
The
server
finally
approached
us
and
informed
us
that
she
had
only
noted
down
two
aperol
spritz
and
that
it
was
no
longer
available.
Instead,
she
offered
us
two
cosmopolitan
drinks,
which
we
agreed
to
change
the
drinks
however
we
declined
that
she
only
provide
us
with
two
drinks
instead
of
four
since
we
had
ordered
well
before
the
brunch
service
was
over.
When
we
requested
to
speak
with
the
manager,
his
response
was
disheartening.
He
stated
that
he
could
only
offer
us
two
drinks
since
the
brunch
was
over
and
the
bar
was
closed.
Despite
explaining
that
we
had
placed
our
order
before
4
pm
and
had
been
waiting
for
more
than
45
minutes,
he
failed
to
understand
our
perspective.
Moreover,
when
I
asked
for
his
name
to
address
him
properly,
he
responded
by
saying,
"I
don't
have
a
name."
This
lack
of
professionalism
and
refusal
to
listen
to
our
concerns
left
us
feeling
disrespected
and
unheard.
I
believe
that
every
customer
complaint
should
be
handled
with
care
and
empathy,
with
a
focus
on
service
recovery.
Unfortunately,
the
manager's
approach
lacked
the
necessary
understanding
and
willingness
to
resolve
the
issue.
His
insinuation
that
I
was
being
rude
and
his
failure
to
acknowledge
our
valid
concerns
were
disheartening.
As
a
first-time
customer
at
Glenhouse
Doha,
I
had
expected
a
warm
and
welcoming
experience.
Regrettably,
this
incident
has
left
me
with
a
negative
impression.
I
strongly
urge
you
to
consider
retraining
your
employees
to
ensure
that
such
situations
are
handled
more
effectively,
with
an
emphasis
on
customer
satisfaction
and
service
recovery.
I
would
appreciate
it
if
you
could
escalate
this
matter
to
the
higher
management
and
address
the
issues
raised
in
this
review.
I
believe
that
by
taking
appropriate
action,
you
can
improve
the
customer
experience
at
Glenhouse
Doha
and
prevent
similar
incidents
from
occurring
in
the
future.

to
rectify
the
situation
and
restore
my
faith
in
your
establishment.
