    Not a bad hotel/apartment. Stayed here a few months as the staff are lovely and the apartments are well equipped. Towels are poor quality though, so maybe bring your own.

    Hi ,, There is big problem with the hotel .. the Fire alarm work two times for nothing the first one at 1 am o'clock and the next day at 11am o'clock.. I have kids and I'm go down from my apartment 2306 with stairs 23 floors for nothing !!! and the hotel management do nothing 😔 just ask me no problem ,, just Calm the !!! nerves This is first and the last time to come this hotel and this group company because bad management..

    Rooms are very clean and spacious but unfortunately, their fire system alarm rings every 10 days , most of the time between 00.00 to 6am, which its very annoying when you are in Qatar for business. The lights and also the noise creating by this alarm is so strong that you can’t stay in the room, and you must take the stairs down to the reception. Phones are switched off so you can’t call receptionist , the lift are stopped even 30 minutes after alarms cuts and this happens too many times…

    I am very ashamed of this place! Although it’s supposed to be a 5 stars hotel, the service was extremely rude with the ladies wearing their heels and passing by. They didn't allow us to pass by the lobby and were very unkind. I personally had a very bad experience, still surprised about that “5 stars hotel” like how didn’t they close yet with such disrespectful behaviors?!

    I just had a Bad experience in Somerset Hotel! I arrived to the hotel to access the Glen House in the Ground floor, and I was surprised that the Security didn’t allow me to access the pub from the lobby! He wanted me to walk all around the hotel and enter from the backside. I explained to him that my leg is hurt and I can barely walk, and it would be a long walk for me to access the Glen House from the backside door, but the security at the door was heartless and rude to me and refused my request, I assured him that next time I will access it from the backside but just let me use the lobby tonight due to my case! And again he refused! Disgusting............ you have to educate your staff,and learning them what does HOSPITALITY mean........ for more knowledge how dealing with guests.....

    I stayed here for a week and from the check in to check out , everything was good. Our requirements were met immediately . Stayed in a 2 bed room apartment which was not only spacious but clean . The staff were also very friendly. Will definitely come back some time in the future.

    New and clean apartments. The staff is utterly lost to the point of testing your patience. Check in took literally longer than I could imagine while the receptionists try to figuire out how to deal with the system. I had given them the ID's twice and yet they actually asked for them for third time. Really not worth the stay.

    I wanted to book a room with corporate discount and it took 4 emails for the sales person to advise the availability of the room since they dint notice the question. The staff at the check in day was good. But the check out day, they called a minimum of 5 times asking us to vacate. There was no drier in the room and we asked for them to bring it. Because they were late we had to leave a little late from the room. Also, we were stopped at the parking asking to wait until they finish checking the room as asked to pay some fee for their 2 towels apparently it was dirty it seems. I had stayed in more than 80% of the hotels in Qatar and never had such an experience. Very bad experience and not staying there anymore.

    The hotel room overall is good enough but the amenities are 👎🏼 most concerning things I faced are mentioned below : - Worst WIFI speed and connectivity I have ever witnessed in any hotel around the world. - Smallest pool and gym in a five star rated hotel

    Really quite a nice place that has good facilities and staff service. However, the fire and smoke alarms tend to go off very frequently and these are false alarms. The alarms would even go off in the middle of the night when people are asleep. And the facility tends to have issues with water pipe bursting resulting in flooding - at least twice in the last few months. Saw some rooms with ceiling collapse during the last incident.

    First time happened that a hotel not allowing guests to enter the lobby or use the lobby to access hotel’s restaurants and facilities in a very disrespectful way. Will thing twice before visiting again such hotel!!!!

    I was with my friends heading to the restaurant in the Hotel “Glennhouse” they didn’t allow us to enter from the main Hotel door. We had to walk around 400 meters in 47 degrees in the sun. It’s a shame for a hotel not to welcomes their guests from the lobby! It’s the first time I experience this in my entire life. Very rude staff It was a very bad experience.

    The accomadation of 2 premier bedrooms apartment is great from space and facilities..the Hotel location is good near Doha ccity centre mall Parking free private and shaded Swimming pool is good but need to be careful with Edges are slippery also need partial shading ... The hotel staff all are great and have an excellent hospitality and smiles always Special thanks to best Guest Service Manager Mr.Ankeet Desai for excellent service that exceeds expectations

    I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the customer service experience my party and I recently encountered at Glenhouse Doha restaurant. As first-time customers, we had high expectations for a pleasant dining experience, but unfortunately, our visit fell short of our expectations. To provide some context, we had made a table reservation at your restaurant, but upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that our booking reservation was not recorded in your system. Fortunately, there was an available table, but this initial hiccup set the tone for the rest of our visit. Once seated, we realized that no one had briefed us on the brunch service, the available food options, or provided us with a drink menu for reference. We had to proactively seek information from the servers regarding the brunch service and the beverages available. While the food itself was enjoyable, and some of the servers provided excellent service by promptly taking our orders, there was one particular server, a lady with long hair whose name we did not obtain, who mishandled our order. At around 3:30 pm, as the brunch service was scheduled to end at 4 pm, we placed an order for four aperol spritz. We followed up on our order four times within the next 45 minutes, but it still hadn't arrived by approximately 4:20 pm. The server finally approached us and informed us that she had only noted down two aperol spritz and that it was no longer available. Instead, she offered us two cosmopolitan drinks, which we agreed to change the drinks however we declined that she only provide us with two drinks instead of four since we had ordered well before the brunch service was over. When we requested to speak with the manager, his response was disheartening. He stated that he could only offer us two drinks since the brunch was over and the bar was closed. Despite explaining that we had placed our order before 4 pm and had been waiting for more than 45 minutes, he failed to understand our perspective. Moreover, when I asked for his name to address him properly, he responded by saying, "I don't have a name." This lack of professionalism and refusal to listen to our concerns left us feeling disrespected and unheard. I believe that every customer complaint should be handled with care and empathy, with a focus on service recovery. Unfortunately, the manager's approach lacked the necessary understanding and willingness to resolve the issue. His insinuation that I was being rude and his failure to acknowledge our valid concerns were disheartening. As a first-time customer at Glenhouse Doha, I had expected a warm and welcoming experience. Regrettably, this incident has left me with a negative impression. I strongly urge you to consider retraining your employees to ensure that such situations are handled more effectively, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and service recovery. I would appreciate it if you could escalate this matter to the higher management and address the issues raised in this review. I believe that by taking appropriate action, you can improve the customer experience at Glenhouse Doha and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that steps will be taken to rectify the situation and restore my faith in your establishment.

    I stayed here for three days and from the check in to check out , everything was good. Our requirements were met immediately . Stayed in a 2 bed room apartment which was not only spacious but clean . The staff were also very friendly I would like to thank the manager Mr.Khizar for everything .     We had a great stay at Somerset West Bay Doha, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with best appliances which was nice since most hotels we've stayed in don't have kitchens unless you pay extra. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Overall amazing experience and we will definitely be coming back!

    The place and ambiance are nice and the room even more. It was so comfortable. The room and the things in it makes it feel like your own. Just the swimming pool is locked and you have to call as there's not always an attendant there.

    Best thing in our stay in Qatar was this hotel. Clean & comfy. Best thing about the hotel was the staff very friendly & full of joy and positivity all the time. Had good conversations with each of them. Special appreciation to Judy I'm not sure if I got the name right but I enjoyed the little chats we had. I hope you liked the mini croissants I gave :). It was a good experience overall.

    Everything about this place was perfect 😊 the staff are so friendly (special shout-out to Khalid and Suhail), everyone makes you feel at home. The apartments are so clean and modern. The cleaning staff do such a good job, and are so polite. Really happy we stayed here, and so thankful to everyone at Somerset. 10/10 recommend.

    It's a nice place and lovely friendly staff specially suheal and khaled but unfortunately the hotel is very noisy they doing buildings job inside the hotel which didn't make me to sleep for 3 days in a raw and the work is still going on so if you looking for a quiet place I don't recommend you to come here at least these days!

    The rooms and amenities, utensils, kitchen are good. Day shift staff are good accommodating. However, this hotel is not good for Group Party or Birthdays. Because of the 10pm time limit for guest to stay, regardless of what time your guest will arrived the night staff and manager on duty will annoy you with calls every 10 minutes that your GUEST should leave because its past 10pm. It will just ruin your celebrations. Cleanliness, Rooms, Amenities are great. Fast Internet.

Even when i get sick in the trip they help me for calling the ambulance and keep checking on me i cant thank them enough We would love to visit you again Thanks again for all the staff
