I

to
inform
you
..i
feel
very
worst
service
from
one
of
your
receptionist,
please
like
that
person
will
not
suitable
for
that
place
of
to
do
the
work,
i
just
chick
in
on
25TH
NOV.
evening
around
8
pm
with
my
family
,
before
we
are
booking
the
room
we
already
confirmed
by
telephone
regarding
for
the
microwave
for
just
for
hour,
when
we
came
to
hotel
we
just
asked
with
that
receptionist
guy
who
was
sitting
in
counter
but
his
answer
was
very
rude,
i
just
simply
asked
him
please
provide
us
just
for
a
hour
then
we
will
returned
back,
but
he
is
doesn't
have
a
manner
,
he
said
we
dint
have
we
will
not
provide
if
you
want
u
can
bring
from
out
side
and
come,
i
really
don't
know
why
he
is
treating
the
customer
like
this,
i
asked
him
why
should
i
bring
from
outside
u
guys
only
told
me
to
will
arrange
but
now
what
is
this,
this
not
a
way
of
talking
like
the
i
told
him
i
will
complaint
with
your
management
but
he
doesn't
mind
us
all
so
he
spoken
with
me
and
my
family
u
can
go
and
complaint
anyone
i
dint
my
if
you
want
my
name
i
will
give
come
here
like
that
he
shows
his
behavior
i
never
ever
seen
like
that
treating
the
customer
in
hotel
..i
am
totally
disappointed
with
that...discussing
people
..
