the reason to give 1 star because of my experience in the hotel.. i have booked it from 22 to 24 . i landed on 22 September 6 o clock morning in the hotel they told me your check in time is 12 o clock you have to wait till 12 i request them to give me the space at least to keep my luggage and have some rest after having 1 hours journey. they refuse to do that and said there is no room empty. but after 2 minuets the night duty reception guy said give me 100 riyal so i can give you the room. i had paid him 100 riyal for 6 o clock to 11 o clock. that time i told him how you find the empty room now. had no choice to do something else. and the morning reception guy is very very rude to talk to customers. god bless the owner.

This place is a great stop for a long layover. The rooms are inexpensive (great for storing your luggage), the air conditioning so powerful that it can cool supercomputers (which is fabulous when I visited in August), and a very friendly reception staff. The rooms are on par with the pricing, and the location is very close to the airport.

To be fair, the hotel room is neat and clean, and the guy who was in reception when we come evening was very rude, greeted us without even looking at us. We were actually the one who said, 'hello' he replied but as i said he didnt even bother to look at us while greeting us back. He was so busy with his mobile phone, he didn't even understand small words in english. We asked something, he said something else, i have no idea! he looks lyk an Arab. In my opinion, he's not qualified for hospitality industry at all.

pleasant  and clean room . All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice specially Ms. Catherine Dhillon . Looking forward to visit again but I would like to say about visitors policy ,need to do some changes as other hotels allowed until 9pm but in Sovereign hotel u can't invite any one 😇🤩🙏

Very worst experience, The old man in reception maybe Egyptian/Morocco very rude and unprofessional. He thinks we are staying here freely, not letting us to sleep, phoned many times for check out in the morning, and talk very very very rudely.

Worst hotel ever the rooms are unclean and bathroom tiles are so black and dirty and i found cockroaches in the bathroom and the service the waiter was so rude and the AC had dust in it and the location i feel so isolated its located so inside the area like can y'all even clean keep it better ? Never staying here again

For the price it was very reasonable, the bathroom facilities could have been better the toilet wasn't working properly , the toiletries were good and the A/C heater was very good. The guys on reception were very polite and professional. Would go there again but maybe get a better room and stay longer!

Hi, Respected Manager and management. I would like to inform you ..i feel very worst service from one of your receptionist, please like that person will not suitable for that place of to do the work, i just chick in on 25TH NOV. evening around 8 pm with my family , before we are booking the room we already confirmed by telephone regarding for the microwave for just for hour, when we came to hotel we just asked with that receptionist guy who was sitting in counter but his answer was very rude, i just simply asked him please provide us just for a hour then we will returned back, but he is doesn't have a manner , he said we dint have we will not provide if you want u can bring from out side and come, i really don't know why he is treating the customer like this, i asked him why should i bring from outside u guys only told me to will arrange but now what is this, this not a way of talking like the i told him i will complaint with your management but he doesn't mind us all so he spoken with me and my family u can go and complaint anyone i dint my if you want my name i will give come here like that he shows his behavior i never ever seen like that treating the customer in hotel ..i am totally disappointed with that...discussing people ..

Terrible experience. No room service, No beverage, No daily water. You ask anything and they will deny saying it is their policy
