    Man... just don't stay there It smells like smoke so smothering It is dark and makes you feel down Noisy all the time. Just doesn't seem right at all. Staff trying to be nice. Most of them are well mannered Towels are so outdated smelly and harsh on the skin. There is no parking. They do not allow Talabat to come upstairs

    The hotel is a golden oldie... very outdated design but the staff are so warm and welcoming you instantly feel at home. But the biggest issue for me is the parking. Its stressful trying to navigate the underground parking.

    Good hotel with awesome staffs ! . Hospitality is awesome . Food quality is good enough ! . Property is not very new.. but cheaper than similar star rated hotels in Qatar. Hotel Wifi is a real mess ! 🥴🤐 Maxmm speed you can expect is 5mb/second 😹. (Average speed 500kb/second ) Metro station at walkable distance from this hotel.

    Worst hotel experience in my life by far. Very poor service and impolite staff. Walls and carpet are dirty, room was very smelly. Very poor insulation, you could literraly hear your neighboor like if he was in your room. Hairdryer doesn't work but that was the last of my issues. No one cares if you try to ask or complain about anything.

    We went to Desi fusion restaurant. The night was best for me as there was singer available. Evergreen gajal were sang by him. Food and other service was perfect for a outing. Keep it up. The only concerned thing is parking is hard for newbie. Inside parking is hard to get on due to narrow space. Other good

    The only thing nice about the hotel is the roof top pool in which I didn’t get the chance to even swim in. Sadly the staff especially reception make you feel really uncomfortable. They very cold. The only person I was comfortable with was the bellman who took my bags and the security. They don’t answer the phone politely. They really not interested in your enjoying your stay.

    Try to avoid if you can please, dangerous pift doors. The room service staff was fast and helpful. Wifi was ok. The reciptionists were not friendly and don't speak clearly. Parking is very narrow and doesn't fit big salons. It's actually hard to not have your car kiss the walls. Seimming pool was closed for maintenance. Overall yhe hotel was smelly and not clean. Elevator doors close quickly and strongly the closest example to it is Mortal Kombar fatalities. You can easily lose an organ if you are not fast enough to enter and exit

    I was staying for a month with my husband. And I love the hotel and the staffs are very kind and helpful. The two receptionist lady’s are very kind and always helping. The Night Shift should improve their assistance in the reception, you call multiples times but no one answer. Out of that all is amazing. Specially the bell boy. Very helpful

    The Hotel did not inform us that their pool is under maintenance until September 30, 2022. So do not book there until the maintenance is over. We just stayed there for nothing. We did not have fun. The facilities also is not very clean, especially the bathroom. I will not recommend this hotel.

    Customer Fraud. That hotel refuse our booking. After several attempts with the reception we used another platform for booking. They do request cancellation fees for the other reservations. So beside paying a room you pay cancellation fees. Manager - Reservations & Marketing is not open for any solution. Never saw something like that in my live

    Definitely not worth the price. The outside of the building and the lobby, do not match the condition of the rooms. The rooms were musty, with dirty carpet, stained walls and holes/ hair on the bed sheets. The bathroom ceiling had mold on it, the towels were dingy and the shower looked dirty. This property/rooms are long overdue for an upgrade. Only thing pleasant was the staff. This property should not be any more than $45-50 USD per night for the condition its in.

    every day we had to call reception to get clean towels, once got clean ones they always had spots on themselves. no hoovering of the carpet at all. never cleaned the bathtub. they probably changed bedsheets after a week. although staff was very friendly and kind.

    Salem and Ms. Raspreet K are both the worse in the customer service industry. I had an emergency come up and tried to get the days to be changed and the company agreed, but Salem and Ms. Raspreet K would not honor it and they took my money and called it a no show even though I was at the hotel personally. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone I know. Bad service and hospitality and I’d recommend going elsewhere.

    Scammers! They double charged my credit card and begged me not to tell booking.com but refused to give me my money back. Very rude and mocked me. Will say the security guard was nice but the rest of the staff were rude and condescending. I was here to see my first grandchild born and theft was on my mind the whole time. To make matters worse there were literally 3 other customers complaining about the same unauthorized charge on their credit cards! With no resolution! Sketchy hotel.

    The worst experience I've ever had in my life in a hotel. Be really careful with everything they hand out to you to sign. We had booked 3 nights for 3 people, however, I was the one that checked in first cause my husband and friend were still flying. When I checked in, the receptionist handed me over a paper and asked me to write my name, nationality, phone number and sign it, that's it, she did not emphasized on the information stated in the paper for my reference or cared to directly inform me about any particular restrictions or specific rules of the hotel (which apparently are very strict and they don't even bother to explain them to you out of pure laziness). A friend came to the hotel to pick me up, and since I was not yet ready I asked her to come up just so she didn't have to wait in the car. When she came, she informed the hotel staff that she was VISITING a friend, and no one mentioned to her that this hotel has a strict NO VISITORS rule. They scanned her ID and allowed her to proceed to my room without calling me to make sure I was expecting someone. That night, my husband and friend arrived at the hotel and were informed that only one person was allowed to stay in since a second guest had already checked in (my friend), so all confused I went down to the lobby to talk to the night shift receptionist which was unbelievably rude, condescendent and had absolutely no social or customer service skills. He told me he was not gonna let them both check in cause my friend came earlier and the hotel prohibits visitors. I was shocked since nobody informed me about this during my check-in process, and my friend was very clear when she told them she was visiting a guest. Also, I find it highly unprofessional that the hotel has these strict rules, and on the other hand, they expect customers to know their procedures without informing them properly. They had the obligation to reconfirm with me and call to my room to make sure that, #1 I was actually expecting a visitor, otherwise why would they let a stranger roam around the hotel and #2 the minimum they could do is call to my room and informed me that someone was doing a check in under my reservation and asked me for confirmation before checking her in. It's a total shame on every single aspect. Safety wise, they just let anyone come and do a check-in to any room without informing the person who made the reservation. After we had an argument, the receptionist called someone and asked for passports and checked them in without any apologies. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here.

    Rude staff. Pool not available, despite special requests. Nowhere to sit and enjoy the sun. A must for uk travelling. Complain about the quality and service and just had a don't give a s***t attitude and refusing to refund. Advice to everyone is to find a better hotel where the customer is treated like a customer.

    Spacious and neat hotel. Hotel located in a prime location and metro is near. Don’t miss the offers available in booking sites, those offers are not available during direct walk-in. Prefer to choose rooms at top floors for a great view of city.

    -The executive suite was below average. -There was a weird smell in the bathroom. -Very stingy when it comes to soap, shampoo and shower gel bottles. -The suite was poorly decorated. -They wouldn’t give me more than 2 bottles of water a day, and sometimes they might not even send you those two. -A lot of traffic jams around the hotel. -The walls are too thin. One night i had to listen to my neighbors “enjoying their time”, for a whole 20 minutes. -Most of the employees i met were nice and welcoming. -The bed mattress was very comfortable.

    The hotel is very nice the food is also very nice. I really enjoyed it. Just one thing tho the staff especially the Room Service staff they should be more polite. And more water should be available in the room. As well coffee. They mentioned in the booking we have coffee in the room but there was nothing. Over all the stay was good!

    Terrible service & attitude. Refused to give another towel until we returned our first one?! Refused to give more than 2 water bottles for over 5 people (in a large suite which was meant for 5 people). We had a visitor/relative who came but they refused to let him upstairs without us paying extra for a half day for one more person (just to visit for a couple hours). They took any opportunity to ask for money. Would never recommend to anyone.

    Spacious clean rooms. Showing signs of wear and tear. Fabulous, attentive, pleasant helpful reception staff. Great pool area and pleasant temperature. Good value for money. Quiet hotel, big bed, bathtub. Mini fridge in room, Good lighting throughout.

    It's not look like 4 stars hotel its like what i rated it. The one star is more than enough fo it. The room furniture in bad condition. They changed the TV 2times but still not working. Cannot control the AC temperature. The staff not professional as a 4 stars hotel.

    We had a room booked at another hotel which was given away because we arrived late (2AM). So we had to scramble and look for a hotel . This one was available. They charged us higher than listed price for the last minute booking. The room is huge but very plain. Bathroom was stained with mildew (cleaning with bleach periodically should help). There was only one bath towel. We thought it was because the late check in. But the next day the wet towel was removed without a replacement until we had to ask for. Front desk and concierge service were good otherwise. Thank you for the accommodation but definitely the cleaning service need much improvement

    Worst WIFI ever , I ordered King suite but provided queen suite ,requested for room change it never happened and room service is worst you have call reception min 5 times to get anything from room service. There is a communication gap between them. And the worst part is room mats were not good and I found glass pieces lying. Overall never saw this kind of hotel .

    Affordable price as ì got discount. Carpet is old with marks of stain. Toilet bowl seat needs fixing. Personnel are nice & friendly. Bed is fine and comfortable. Room facing the sunset was warm though A/C is working fine.

    First we entered the hotel NO OXYGEN. There was only one receptionist that made us wait 40 min. The room we booked and prepaid for was not available and they gave us another one, once we mentioned that this is not what we asked for they gave us a bigger one. We entered the room, the bathroom was not clean, the tub was stained with grey smudges. The carpet was stained with black spots all over it, the drawers are broken, the table was in bad shape, the furniture was in really bad condition. Unfortunately we prepaid for 28 days and it's non refundable.

    Thank you for your help ... because helped my husband with his 1 night transit in Doha... the reception during the day was very helpful, especially the reservations manager Mr. Syed Munawar Hussain..for the night shift, it's a bit difficult to contact them..i asked many times before they answered, everything was very good..hope to see you again

    It's a good and luxurious place. The rooms are big and have space. The window Ac are old fashion, new split Ac are way good as customers will change the temperature as they want. Check on the towels also because one is not enough. Appliances like kettle need new ones. I enjoyed staying there

    Perfect location, very nice hotel clean and organized. Super safe with metal detectors and staffed doors round the clock. A lot of staff members present so you feel very safe. Super friendly staff in all sectors, everyone is welcoming and kind. The rooms are very nice, clean bedsheets and bathrooms. Perfect location in Doha, near the national museum and 10m away from Souq Waqif. Minutes away from Airport, Uber available 24hr a day and super convenient. Desi Fusion restaurant is a must go to on "M" floor within the Hotel.

    Stayed for 3 nights in 2 different rooms because I need to check out after the first 2 nights. Same things happened, no bathroom floor mat. Sure, I made a call, and then someone delivered it. But it's a sign of carelessness. In the first room, the electric kettle was not working, so I made a call. In the second room, water on the sink stuck, I made a call. Please always check the room condition first, customers are sometimes too tired to make a call asking to fix it. The guard in the gym, please ask him to be more friendly when giving direction. Rudeness cannot accept in hospitality business. The lady at the receptionist was very polite and helpful.

    In the evening, Booked for a room in this property by phone, Upon arrival No welcoming, Rude Receptionist, and while I've wanted to pay for the stay, I've been informed that they only take cash and the machine is not working cuz of some problem that it's only for people who has WiFi enabled in their credit card as also he was repeating that I won't understand this kind if stuff while I was asking for explanations why I was not been informed before arriving to the hotel.

    1) The Hectic start with registration -as we booked ur online portal and got confirmation but once we reached there ,hotel reception said there is not booking for us ,we shocked and we showed them the confirmation.. 2)the toilet r flooded and used water flowing to the room 3) there is no parking at all and my car parked out side by valet parking and there are atleast 10 scratches on it and reply from them 4)very very worst experience never ever come or refer anybody ..as we saudis residents used to come for weekends ..

    There are hidden charges that is not mentioned in your booking. Visitors are not allowed as well and they charge visitor 75 qar just for them to vust for an hour or 2. Good place to stay only but if you want to have a staycation, it is not the best choice. We booked the most expensive room they have and they still give us extra charges. I am not even sure if it's a scam or hotel policy.

    I went with my wife yesterday. I booked through booking.com it's really disappointed. Once I went they said it's not showed in their system. But who is working Indian manager is very kind. But that working Kenyan or Uganda black guy behaviour not nice. How ever just keep Ur reservation department must be activated. Host is very kind guy. Hats off for both of them. Rooms ok satiesfied.

    What a great experience I had there! All I can say is keep it up. The atmosphere I had there was amazing. I just enjoyed the stay and for that front office Ms anna who checks in us how wonderful she is. Very professional in his work. Keep it up Ms. Anna. Very good

    Hi, I made a reservation with my boyfriend. But we postponed it because we have work to do. We had another reservation for another day. When we went that day, they said there was no reservation. But we had sent an e-mail before and it was approved. That being the case, we asked if there was availability. But the receptionist sternly said there is no room without checking the system. Then we moved to another hotel. When I checked online, there were many empty rooms. But we did not understand why they did this. We are also in this profession. We know how things work. I think you should continue with people who do their job well, produce solutions and smile...

    Last weekend i stay Golden ocean hotel Honestly very bad customers service i face . Receptionist Not even wishing i wish they didnt repling and the staff tell me if u want Room . wait 10 to 20 minute like a bad way. Only pool warden behave nice ly About room its ok but toilet not clean and smelling. Pool is nice and room service department also good The other thing is i ask the receptionist regarding what are the facilities inside the room he not even giving clear details . Totally iam fully unsatisfied actually i come there to look the atmosphere of the hotel to condect frends meetup around 13person sorry i cant book anymore here... Hope u increase ur customers service.

The warm welcome from the reception organization 😀 is wonderful, the customer care is very welcoming.     We had a comfortable stay with hotel clean room, good food quality, ambiance was good everything is perfect but one small thing that I want to mention that they give only 2 water bottles (500ml) as a complimentary .as I asked for the extra water bottle receptionist say that hotel only give 2 water bottles if you need more you can buy from the Restaurant or supermarket, also there is no Slippers in room, no wirting pen or pencil, and wifi in the room is to horrible it's take to much time to load one single video.I was upset from these rest all good

    Sub-par service with hidden over charges, management also not very cooperative. Rooms are good looking, but not properly maintained or cleaned e.g Room curtains and bathroom Drainage system was broken. Location also very noisy. I've been to 3 star hotels that have much better service than this so-called 4-star hotel. Should change it's rating to 2.5-stars. Won't suggest to anyone at this price.

    The staff are truly amazing, the pla e is so incredibly well organized. A pleasant surprise, the room was much better than the pictures well furnished and having everything you could want. A great stay here, the only downside for me was the location which is not very practical for just walking around
