We
have
known
this
hotel
for
long
time
since
the
celebration
of
our
Honeymoon
in
Doha.
The
hotel
has
decent
rooms
with
breathtaking
view
on
the
Arabian
Gulf
just
across
the
street.
The
hotel
service
at
that
time
was
beyond
expectations
and
the
food
delivered
to
the
room
was
so
delicious
and
affordable
at
the
same
time
for
a
4
star
rated
hotel.
However,
our
experience
changed
dramatically
last
year
as
we
approached
the
hotel
again
for
celebrating
another
occasion
with
different
flavor.
The
misleading
information
given
by
the
hall
manager
caused
multiple
inconveniences
to
us
at
the
day
of
the
event.
And
the
most
evident
issue
was
told
by
the
hall
manager
that
we
are
going
to
be
offered
with
a
room
couple
of
hours
before
the
event
to
facilitate
our
preparations.
It
turned
to
be
that
we
were
offered
upon
check-in
a
FULL
SUITE
WITH
SEAVIEW
FOR
ONE
NIGHT
WITH
COMPLIMENTARY
BREAKFAST!
Of
course,
this
was
late
and
we
could
not
take
advantage
of
this
privilege
since
we
couldn't
take
a
leave
for
the
following
day
from
the
workplace
due
to
this
extreme
late
notice.
Hence,
we
returned
the
keys
directly
after
the
end
of
the
event
:(
The
hall
manager
was
approached
several
times
for
this
and
surprisingly
enough
rejected
that
wrong
information
conveyed
to
us
during
the
reservation
process,
and
refused
to
compensate
us
for
this
deserved
night
stay
at
suitable
timing
in
the
future.
In
addition,
a
message
was
sent
through
"Contact
Us"
on
the
hotel
website
and
again
was
shocked
that
no
confirmation
email
received
telling
that
we
received
your
message
and
will
respond
as
soonest.
Whereas,
the
system
relied
on
primitive
thank
you
message
only!
Do
such
responses
are
acceptable
from
a
well
known

STAR
hotel
at
the
heart
of
modernized
area
of
Dafna?
