No for families if you know what I mean. The rooms were dirty. Check in is around 40 minutes waiting. Do not recommend breakfast. And the swimming pool only have sun in 3 sunbeds during the day the rest in shadow.

The hotel cancelled our confirmed non-refundable reservation less than 24 hours before our arrival! The manager Amine (I'm not sure of his name) was rude and unprofessional. We were not the only ones there with such a scenario. I have seen 4 other families/groups suffer from the same issue. This is nothing but a fraudulent place run by a despicable manager.

One of the worst customer service ever seen in my life. During checkin they give me a key for à used room by another guest. They didn't clean the room until I called three times the reception until 9PM. Second day, I was sleeping and found another guest entering my room, they gave him my room key as it was vacant. Reception they never respond to your calls. A real nightmare 😫😩😪

The hotel is good but the service is really really bad. I stayed 5 nights & had a very bad experience. The hotel had multiple pubs n bars so if you are working whole day there is no way you can sleep till 3am as the music is so loud. So you need to ask for room tats far from the pubs. The shower will make the whole bathroom wet I promise. I asked for hair dryer at 7am & kept calling till 9. Every person pics up phone is really lazy & no urgency for anything. The hairdryer finally came at 9:15 wen I insisted talking to the manager. I ordered food at 10pm , called 2/3 times to follow up & finally at 12:30 I was told shift changed & no handover was given. Also the staff was extremely rude n said “ is it my fault ? Wat do I do? “

You are definitely not safe in this hotel. First of all, the police can come and take you from your room immediately. The reception complains about you to the police when you go with your friends. Although there are four clubs in the hotel, it is not nice that they sell people to the police for money in such a comfortable hotel. Neither the staff nor the pool cleaning are good in terms of cleanliness. It is not a hotel, it is already bad in terms of security and I definitely do not recommend it. I have been to many hotels in Qatar and I have never encountered such things. This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I was victimized by them.

The hotel room was no doubt beautiful and clean. But the staff very laid back, heartless too I can say.. (because an apology should come from the heart) the front desk specially. We are all living in a world with short staff during the pandemic but the least that one can expect is common courtesy and humbleness. Few of the staff like the restaurant staff were very polite but the rest TBH nothing much to say. Such a beautiful hotel but very sad outlook of the staff.

Extreme cleanliness is the #1 service needed to get me happy!! I felt comfortable and safe here. The room had some minor wear as expected but it was clean. I truly enjoyed the bathroom with it's separate toilet and glass door. Room service is prompt. Overnight front desk service was far better than the daytime staff. I would recommend and stay again.

I gave the hotel 2 stars for the amazing staff and the good (just good) food. I had to stay for a couple of nights for quarantine, room is dirty, carpet has stains allover, traces of food from previous guest, coffee cup was dirty with coffee marks and the list goes on and on. Very disappointed,

Nice rooms , neat and clean, as well as the toilet with everything set, such as the bath towels , face towel, brush, shampoos, and all of that. I wouldn't say that the hotel is the best in class but not the worst either. It maintains the standard, and you'll be fine with everything.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at VIP Hotel Doha and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who were more than willing to assist me with anything I needed. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and furnished with modern amenities, providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city skyline. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, and a delicious on-site restaurant that served a variety of international cuisine. One thing that stood out to me during my stay was the excellent customer service provided by the hotel staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, from arranging transportation to recommending local attractions and restaurants. Overall, my experience at VIP Hotel Doha was exceptional, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Doha.

I really don't recommend the hotel as an option, I was booked a connected room due to chilled, hotel wasn't ready for that thy are plan to give a separateed room, there are a disco in the basement (B2), my room in level 3 and the sound like in the lobby, I don't recommend for a family at all, Security keep insisting on me to use barking are on level 2 so I have to pass with my kids through the disco, one more things room wasn't super clean you can see damage wall paper, after bath all the water come out side of the bathtub. also when you need a services you have to contact a reception many time.

I was about to give a 4 star, but when I saw the breakfast buffet I changed my mind back to 5. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. No noise, so I had a good night sleep on the 4th floor. My only comment is to they need to take a good care of their shower, specially the head shower in the ceiling, as the water flow was not smooth. On the royal breakfast buffet they could have done better on the coffee, freshly brewed maybe! Not being picky but I like to have a bit of peanut butter toast at the end, but they had honey and jams :)

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent stay at VIP hotelwhich took place from sept 5 to sept 6 My family and I had chosen VIP hotel with the expectation of enjoying a peaceful and relaxing stay. However, our experience was far from pleasant due to a significant issue. The primary concern was the excessive noise emanating from your bar during our stay. The volume of the music in the bar was intolerably loud, to the point that it felt like we were inside the bar itself. This noise disturbance persisted late into the night, preventing us from getting a peaceful night’s sleep. It was particularly distressing as we had hoped for a tranquil environment to unwind with our family. I must emphasize that this experience was in stark contrast to the expectations we had when booking our stay at your hotel. We believe that a hotel should provide a comfortable and quiet atmosphere for its guests, especially those traveling with their families. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue and implement measures to ensure that such disturbances do not affect the experience of your guests in the future. A peaceful environment is an essential aspect of any hotel stay, and this should be a priority for VIP hotel. I hope that you will investigate and rectify this matter promptly. We appreciate your attention to our concerns and hope that our feedback will contribute to the improvement of your establishment’s services. Thank you for your understanding and prompt action regarding this matter.

It is the worst hotel I have ever seen. There is a club on top floor and it is not possible to sleep till 2 o clock. Room is not clean. There is bloodstain on the bed lining. Carpet is dirty.I have never seen such a slow internet before. Watching video is impossible.I wanted to leave earlier than my check out date. But they didn't refund.

We stayed there for two nights. The rooms were clean and one of the rooms didn't have towels in it. So, I called the receptionist, and they said someone is coming to bring the towels. Half an hour later, no one came. So, I called again, and they confirmed that someone is coming for sure. And no one came this time again. So, I went downstairs and talked to the supervisor and waited for another 20 minutes to get the towels. Also, I had an ice pack that I gave to the receptionist to put in the hotel freezer, and the supervisor confirmed that it's in the freezer. However, when I checked out, it was just cold because they only put it in the fridge

Room service was good, though some of the meals were cool/cold when arrived. As well the Phone operator was a little hard to understand ( I understand that English may not be her 1st Language). The Concierge team/limo staff were fantastic.

It was overall a good experience. Staff was friendly, decent room, amenities were also normal. The only flaw was that rooms are NOT soundproof. Club is quite noisy and basement parking was full on one occassion where I had to argue with the staff to ensure parking for me as outside parking was also full. This should be addressed!

I spent my birthday here and I was really fascinated by the rooms that’s it. They didn’t make it pleasant for me. They didn’t explain where things are. They took over an hour to get anything to me. They made it seem like you are bothering them on your stay. I would recommend but hopefully their attitude changes once this review is seen and posted. All thanks to the chef for making my cake look special.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, booked the executive suite which was worth it. Usually the hotel’s kitchen food is just ok but their kitchen served amazing food. Hot and fresh. Everything was good the only thing which put me off was their lady receptionist. She was rude and had a laid back attitude. I was about to book another hotel because of how the receptionist treated us. But then we spoke to the male receptionist and he was kind enough and we decided to stay. The location of the hotel is convenient for people having transits as the airport is just 10 minutes away. Only suggestion for the hotel is to train their receptionists to be welcoming and have a smile on their face.

Arrived in Doha at night... This is the place I literally went to crash for the rest of the morning... Well, until noon. I like the organized deluxe room. It can take 2 people comfortably... In fact you can squeeze for if it were allowed. At the entry... Toilet on the left, bathroom on the right. There's a wall screen that separates the entry area to a square bathtub... Two sinks on the right supplied with stores, and on the left, a wardrobe, towel storage and your travel bag rack, shoes etc. Then a multiple glass sliding door screen that ushers you to the winding bed area. Impressively decor-ed... The hot beverage area is here as well. I loved the touch switches for different areas... More to come...

We arrived at the hotel at the time of reservation, and Mrs. Elika was wonderful in her reception, her warm welcome, and her generous manners. She is a very wonderful person and proficient in her work. They also thank the hotel for their arrangement and attention, and it is a very quiet and beautiful hotel.

I'll recommend this place if you have a long lay over. It's close to the airport, and has everything you would need: a pool, gym, a big shower, a good restaurant and several bars/clubs downstairs with a very reasonable happy hour.

Stay away feels like you are walking into the brothel. Bad choice from our travel agent As soon as we arrived at the reception as we were checking in we could hear the night club behind us literally 10 meters away then we noticed two hookers come out and started taking selfies half of their bodies exposed. And the list goes on . Then soon as we walk into our room, we had to go through the bathrooms in order to get into room. I have never seen anything like it. My jaw dropped. 🤦‍♂️

There is nothing 5 star about this hotel, I wouldn’t even call it 4 star. From the checkin process, the staff was unfriendly, and i had to wait a while to be attended to after such a long flight. The Alfredo pasta I ordered from the in room dining took forever to come and then sucked big time, I couldn’t eat it, how the hell do you make pasta taste like noodles for such a high price😡, I should’ve just stepped out of the hotel to eat instead but there was nothing close by. The phone in the room wasn’t working, complained to the receptionist multiple times, they kept saying they’d send maintenance and they never did until days later. Breakfast ends too early at 10am, the standard is 11am at other hotels. Very disappointing experience overall

From check in to check out i noticed a sub-par behavior in the reception staff. Felt unfriendly and not ready to deal with my type of guest (Me not being a white person or an Arabic speaker). At check-out receptionist was on the phone when i approached the counter and she literally gave me the 🤌🏾 hand sign as her way of asking me to wait. My uber had already arrived and was waiting. She took a few minutes on the call before attending to me for check out. Asked me to wait for a minute for room check (which I understand is a norm) but suddenly disappeared from her counter with no info. what so ever. Had to speak to security (who was helpful by the way) to let her know i couldn't wait any longer and exited.

This hotel is superb in service, location and cleanliness. The staff are very helpful, and friendly. I requested the receptionist to help me out with my flights ticket. Kudos to them. The security greeted me with a smile, and a welcoming tone. The pool is open at 6am to 7pm. There is ladies timing from 10am to 3pm. There are clubs, hookah or shisha lounge, cafes and restaurants. They serve alcohol in room service. We opt for twin bed, and king bed.

The location of this hotel was everything! Close to all the necessary touristic spots. The rooms were decent, very dirty carpets, with years of tea and coffee stains. The shower in the bathroom did not have a curtain or door and so the bathroom would be flooded every time. Room service, and the reception desk would take a long time to respond to phone calls and bring any facilities needed. We had to make about 4 calls and wait 5+hours just to get toilet paper. Having said that, the staff were kind and helpful and very pleasant to talk to.

Very loud music and non-behaved staff. The wifi service went down for approx 2 hours and no compensation was given... the shower makes the hallway wet and dangerously slippery. The parking priority is given for staff and alot of parking spots are reserved with poles, the customer should have priority not staff!

After spending 24 hours, the room is excellent and all amenities are available. I have a slight reproach for the food. It could be better than what is currently served, taking into account the times and quality of food in the month of Ramadan. In general, it is a beautiful and elegant hotel. Personally, I give it 4 stars out of 5. I recommend it to all visitors. Doha to listen to it

Good buffet breakfast we got from the hotel. And a few minutes from the airport. Room is digitalised and it's owsome. But one thing in design we are not satisfied. It's, we have to enter into to the room through washroom. It's not looks good for us. Also some of hotel staff haven't smile on their face. I don't know what happened to them. Talking about clean, didn't feel it's 5star hotel. Because we got averagely dusty room. 2nd day some staff came and clean without doing vacuum and mobbing floor. Then next day (Ariel) name staff came and done his job very well. Hats off to him we feel it's a hotel. Other everything is good.

I hope that the management will take action to improve their service and hire competent staff who truly understand the importance of better customer service.

Not suitable for families the atmosphere feels like a club lounge. The employees were rude rooms are not clean with bed smell there was a visible mold in AC. Cheap amenities. no mirror at the room stains all over the furniture. open bathroom & Jacuzzi. Parking is not convenient. No valet parking.
