We got a nice family room, the reservation team are not the best welcoming people I had an issue with the extra beds bit hopefully Mr. Shankey assisted us, he was very kind and helpful, also people in the reception don't answer the phone all the time, you have to keep up trying. The breakfast buffet was delicious, a lot of choices available, I think it was one of the best in Doha as per my experience, the staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Smooth check in process, the gentleman at reception was very helpful in guiding me to the best options, and welcomed me as an IHG member. Clean surroundings, comfortable and clean room, very cozy bed for some well deserved sleep. A nice experience overall!

Firstly, the Wi-Fi connection in my room was occasionally slow and unreliable, which was a bit inconvenient. Secondly, although the hotel's decor was elegant, some areas showed signs of wear and could benefit from refurbishment. Nevertheless, these minor issues did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. Crown Plaza Doha provided a pleasant and comfortable stay, with excellent service, quality amenities, and a convenient location...

The parking assistant are all very decent, even though they are working in this weather. The hotel lobby is very cozy, clean and neat. Security at every friendly and they welcoming us with big smile on their face. I like this hotel and will definitely try their room soon. Thanks and regards.

The new staff Rodizio are way better than before and they are very friendly and welcoming. One of the best things they did today was that they took care of my Wife's allergy and made sure to cook for her specially which is one of the rare experiences in such food concepts. They also have a band that comes on weekdays except Sunday that you can enjoy as well Kudos for Ali & Suzan as for both Visits they were excellent and added value to the place I've been a customer for more than 6 years here and these guys now Rock in their service and food quality

Had a wonderfull facilities at the hotel. All the staff is very helpful. Even the restaurants are awesome. I always have my coffee in Meesh coffee almost everyday since i am resident in Qatar as well. BEST COFFEE EVER!! Everything was very good from the people on the front desk to the person who cleaned my room every day. Chef Karon was polite and friendly. After a day or two he knew what omelet I wanted. All in all the stay at this hotel was great

It’s always good to spend a night in Misturado lounge. Especially with the waitress’s SU service. Very humble, polite and friendly girl. Her service is amazing and she always somehow makes us wanting to come back to Misturado. Which we do. :) Nice place with music drinks and food. 👌

I have lived in Crowne Plaza Hotel for more than a month. Everyone was very nice, decent, professional, cooperative. Food was very tasty and delicious. I would like to mention Mr. Ameer Abdullah who was very kind and nice, his cooking was very impressive. The culinary experience at the hotel's restaurant was outstanding. The chefs showcased their talent and creativity in each dish, and the flavors were simply exquisite. We were blown away by the presentation of the dishes prepared by the chefs. Every plate was a work of art, demonstrating their attention to detail and passion for their craft. The chefs' ability to cater to dietary restrictions and preferences was remarkable. They effortlessly accommodated our needs without compromising on taste or quality, resulting in unforgettable meals. The chefs consistently impressed us with their culinary skills throughout our stay. Each dish we tried was expertly executed, and the combination of flavors was both harmonious and innovative. I stayed at Crowne Plaza Business Park for 4 nights. It was a nice stay with them. The hotel has all the amenities and services you need. Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good but can be improved. It was a hub for us to visit the different places in Doha. Ideally located for businesses and not far from Souq Waqaf.

Stayed here as part of the ten day quarantine. The room was spacious, clean and had full windows allowing a lot of sunlight to come in. Hence, I didn't feel locked up (compared to smaller and darker rooms)!! The food was catered from outside as part of the Welcome Home package and had multiple options. The quantity and quality of the food were good. The housekeeping and food delivery staff were very helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The rooms are quite clean and average size. amenities are all adequate, nothing special but it will do the job. gym and spa is good. calling the front desk or reception is impossible. no one will answer it. so better move and just go to them directly if you want something.

I travel a lot due to work. Have been to different places and stayed in different hotels. This hotel is extraordinary. Iam giving 5 star for the good services and best staff. The buffet breakfast served at the restaurant was extremely good plus the staff were really polite and helpful. Stayed here in Aug 2021. My stay was pleasant and overall received very good service barring one specific incident. I'd like to speak of the positives before I speak about the upsetting incident. The reception, the concierge, room service, all of it was excellent. I got very good treatment and I had no problem getting in touch with services. Coming to the bad part. This was something that happened to me at the restaurant during my morning breakfast buffet. I remember setting down my laptop bag on one of the chairs near the entrance of the restaurant. I then proceeded to serve myself food from the buffet which was arranged in a circular fashion in the middle of the restaurant. As I was speaking to a waiter, a woman staff approached me holding my bag, asking if it were mine. I found her behavior and manner of speaking bordering on rudeness but did not think of anything. I said yes, and they requested I sit somewhere else because the section where I placed it wasn't open to service. I agreed and decided to sit near the rear of the restaurant. I had no particular desire to sit anywhere as I was about to leave for some work. However few seconds later I saw the same staff seating a Caucasian man where I was initially sitting. I looked around and realized many seats were empty but she had chosen to seat him exactly where my bag was few minutes ago. I did think perhaps they had reserved the seat but why did the staff lie saying it wasn't open? And is it not inappropriate to touch and remove someone's bag/belongings without their permission? I felt deeply agrieved but didn't say anything because I had to be somewhere else and later had a plane to catch.

The room is clean and everything is in order. The staff are warm and courteous. The fitness center is complete. Buffet breakfast has wide selections of food and the serving staff are attentive to the guests. There's free laundry also. The only thing that would've completed my stay is the microwave in the room (or an access to it).

Rodizio is an amazing restaurant! The dishes are phenomenal. You get to really experience the flavors of all these different cuts. If I closed my eyes I'd feel like I'm in Brazil. I definitely recommend this place.

We live in the temporary residence part of the Hotel but have also stayed in the regular hotel rooms too for the last 7 or 8 years. Love all the Restaurants! Service is good, never had a bad experience. Christmas Dinner is Amazing at the hotel. The Brazilian steakhouse Fantastic!!! We have had the same housekeeping staff since I can remember. Kabie is superb!!! We now ask for the same room on the same floor just so we know we will have him. Anything that needs done is taken care of with in 24 hours if not sooner. He goes over & beyond to keep everyone happy! I wish he would come home and clean my house in the US. LOL The hotel is very close to the Metro stop, I have used it to go to the Airport or shopping many times. Great customer service and staff.
