I had 2 days of quarantine stay in this hotel.Room was spacious and clean, internet speed was also good as well as housekeeping was also good. Food was good and served timely but the way they are serving is not good,Food put it on floor outside from room door and informed through door bell. package of food was also average. Serving of food/Meals should be better definitely. Better than other hotels,recommended for stay.

No customer service at all. My friends daughter was hit on the head by a 2 metre long wooden structure during breakfast. The managers response was ‘these things happen’. What an insult. We are staying at a hotel not a construction site these things should NEVER happen. Fix your team and your hotel. I don’t think we will ever feel safe in a Crowne plaza hotel after this incident. Make sure you bring your hard hats if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

I was quarantined here for 5 days, but it didn't feel like. I was very well taken care, and the protocol was followed of quarantine. The food served was good, and the staff were really sweet. They were friendly, since the time of checking in till I checked out. Their response to the requests made was quick. My overall stay and experience was fabulous. Kudos to the team.

Hotel Quarantine. I had pleasant stay (Two days quarantine) at this hotel this week and it gives me so comfort ans peace. One disappoint which i felt the wash basin drainage was blocked wen i began to use it and i informed at receptionist. They said will drop someone will make it perfect. Then again i am compelled to call reception because of no one passing by. I appreciate the second receptionist,because right away he send a technician and he sort out the issue.Thanks for the technician anyway and second receptionist also. The room was very clean and neat,was good smell and rest everything was fine. Food :) Food was very good and dessert so yummm. Whenever calling for any item like water,tea bag,sugar all are sending right away after i called.Highly appreciated. WiFi was very speed and city scene from room was very nice.Staff behave very good as well. ONLY THE WASH BASIN DRAINAGE WHICH I MENTIONED ABOVE MAKES ME UN COMFORT. I hope this wont happen anymore because its 5* hotel.THEY SHOULD KEEP THEIR STANDARD.They exceed what customer needs not only meet what customer needs,like the hotel says. Thank you.

Had there for 2days quarantine. The rooms are good and spacious. Room service is also very good. Very prompt service. The food quality was better than my previous hotels but not at par the expectations set by Crowne plaza airport road.we were there for 7days quarantine at airport road, the food options and taste were super awesome. Just missed that. Rest everything was very good.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked the package with them. It wasn't cheap but I think as per Qatar's standard, the price was okay. The stay was very comfortable. The staff is excellent. Very hospitable and their service was excellent. food quantity was very good but taste could have been begger. overall it is Recommended..

Had an seamless & effortless hotel booking courtesy Front desk Manager Mr. Kamal Husaain, who provided us with an amazing discounted room rate, with early check-in as well. Wonderful welcome service at reception provided by the ever smiling & attentive duo of Ms. Jerica & Ms. Sanjana, really made our day. The surprise upgrade provided by Mr. Kamal for the grand suite room on the 35th floor with the most breathtaking spectacular view was a treat! And the treats kept on coming, with the delicious Birthday cake, chocolates & sweets (it was my B'day on the next of our check-in) kept in our suite room which was a pleasant surprise! The suite was super spacious, clean & enjoyable. So was everything else - the pool, executive club lounge, dinner & breakfast at Nidayaa. The staff know their job well & are ever ready to attend to every needs - right from the front desk, restaurant & lounge staff, as well as room service & housekeeping staff. Everyone goes that extra mile to make your stay special & comfortable! All in all, yet again we had a super enjoyable & memorable family staycation. The hotel is like a hidden gem. Excellent service from the entire team specifically Sanjana and Ghaffar. Got upgraded to the best room. It’s a must visit. Overall team leadership from Hadi was fantastic.

Many thanks to Mr Solomon, reception staff and the hotel manager to let us enjoy the hotel just a bit more the next day after delayed nightflight. The service was really nice. The rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The shower could be better, only a rain shower from the ceiling is available, no detachable shower head, only in the bathtub.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early in the morning. I got to hotel super early due to flight and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The stay was excellent, I was escorted by Mr. Akash and Ms. Sanjana at the reception desk ,I was facing some issues with the check in process online but Akash got it solved and handled the situation really well , Ms. Sanjana helped me through my paper works , The staff was very attentive and helpful I really look forward to visit the place again! Im staying here at the hôtel i've been going to the club lounge every night to drink and to Chill, I would like to thank Jerica the lounge she is very friendly and she assist us perfectly and I was shock the 2nd time I went there she greeted me with my name I feel Welcome, I'm happy she knows my name. One of the best stays ever! We got an amazing room, one of the best customer service and the friendliest people! I had an unpleasant stay at this hotel. The windows were dirty, the bathtub was not clean, and the bed sheets had a strange smell. Despite my request, they didn't replace the kettle, which was also dirty with a weird yellowish color. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The hotel was so nice very tall and nice lobby .. staff was so kind and generous And so helpful Maria from the reservations offered me late check out till 2 pm and Sanjana as well both were so helpful .rooms was so spacious with nice city view . Spent a four week stay here and it was very pleasant, the gym is quite compact but well equipped. I didn’t use the pool this time but did the last time I was here. What is quite nice is the staff, genuinely pleasant to be around and super helpful. Sanjana and Maria were looking after everyone in the executive lounge and they were the best, from sorting out printers to making sure we were comfortable. Overall, definitely recommend.

The rooms are equipped very well. The view is amazing. The staff is very helpful, especially Manmohan from housekeeping staff takes really good care of the room, whatever we need during our long stay.

Overall Hotel Hospitality is superb, even cleaning staff to chef to front desk people and all other team are very polite, helpful and dedicated towards customer. I still have a long stay in this hotel, and till this time I am feeling all things are very good. No doubt all staff are tremendous, but I will like to highlight some which I met in personal: Miss Barsha from Housekeeping and Front desk Mr. Puneet and our Breakfast chef. I wish the hotel all the best and keep up the sprit high. Without Doubt the Hotel should be CROWN as best as there name suggest.

So far the experience has been great with very friendly reception, breakfast and housekeeping staff (security staff could do better). From the housekeeping staff, I really like the service by Barsha and Manmohan Singh and would request to keep these two members for my housekeeping services.

Excellent assistance provided by all hotel staff, especially Mr. Moonir, Mr. Indra and Mr. Roshan. All direct contacts with employees were made with smiles on their lips. The room services were excellent, with everything very tidy and clean. We only recommend installing a hand shower ALSO inside the shower to avoid getting a thermal shock from the water from the shower installed on the ceiling. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of treats that contributed to our weight gain. I will recommend this hotel to others, and hope to return. Thanks.

Spent quarantine days here. Room was spacious and very well lit. Mosque is next to hotel which is awesome. Food given during quarantine needs a definite upgrade.

It was a great experience staying at Crowne Plaza Doha West Bay. The hotel is so nice and our room is very clean and comfortable to stay in. The food are great. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful especially the 2 staffs who helped us during our check out namely Mr. Indra & Ms. April. I'm currently staying in hotel. Worst experience ever.. No refill for coffee or other essentials.. Medical team don't answer your call in case of emergency God help u... And the worst part is food... Breakfast is a nightmare the food is very less and not tasty at all.

Everything was absolutely amazing but it lacked in one key feature, lack of 24/7 hot water. It's always cold and I struggled with taking a shower. Everything else was absolutely amazing, they would have got 5 stars if it wasn't for the hot water service.

I have stayed for 7 nights I really liked it . The food was good the stuff are doing good work , and you find them whenever you need them and they were such a good help . There is a man whom I should be thankful to Mr Indra for his help and his guidance for me . He is a very nice , humble and modest man and he is doing a great job . Thanks for the whole stuff and my special thanks to Mr indra .

I was stayed for 2 days qurrentine. Room space is good and neat. However the food quality was poor, no smart tv and do t have much options to see TV. Considering these, I recommend to have 3 star only.

Very good location in the West Bay, at walking distance from the City Center Mall and the metro station. The rooms are comfortable and spacious and noise-isolation proof which for me was expectacular. The floors with full occupancy and I didn't hear any noise from neighbours. I was in the hotel one month and the client service was very good for regular requests and delayed for any request outside their book... Pool and gym very good as well as the bars and coffee in the lobby.

The hotel is very nice inside, it due to the world cup there is almost dangerous to walk outside, where everything is a construction site.. There is some doors in the restaurant that can't open and I think it should be repaired ASAP, but no. The staff are all super service minded. Very good stay due to the friendly staff. There are assistance everywhere. I will stay here again.

Excellent stay at the Crowne plaza. Loved the great hospitality that Qatar offers its guests. This was the best hotel I've stayed in as I don't have any negative comments. Staff are super friendly when checking in. Room was the cleanest I've ever experienced. Loved the automatic curtains and the large windows with the view. Bed was comfy and room is so big and spacious. Location is good and is near the metro and City Centre Mall. They also give 4 bottles of water so we didn't need to buy. Keep up the excellent work and I will definitely recommend. Will be back soon!

Wonderful retreat for four days. Felt pampered. Liked · This was a most comfortable stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. WiFi was more than adequate for our needs. We bought breakfast with our room and were very happy with the buffet selection. Staff were absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful, from check in to check out. The concierge was helpful in booking us an airport car and saw our bags delivered to and from our room. We would have loved to stay longer. Disliked · Our stay was too short.

Room was really nice big spacious stayed there for 2 days quarantine. Food I can say was average not much options for Vegan but yeah 2 days you can survive.. Talabat can deliver the food as city center is near and most of the food outlets are there.. Hotel staff was courteous and also responding well on calls.. Just improve the food for Quarantine package reduced 2 star for that. I would definitely come back ..Thanks
