I had a wonderful experience at the "Staybridge Suites Doha, Lusail" Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the reception employees to the to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had a fresh smell. Staybridge suites is the best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Doha.

Great Hotel for staying long and has all amenities to make you feel at home. Service if bit rigid and team are not flexible to accommodate request out-of-the way. Otherwise it is amazing place to stay..Must stay !!

Arrived early morning with kids who haven’t slept all night, they did not let us in for early check in even though we offered to pay any extra. After waiting in the reception for more than 3hrs with a sick son we were told now we can check in early with way more extra charge. Also they host fifa World Cup fans in their hotel but they do NOT have any channels to watch the match!

Miserable stay from the start. Arrived at the hotel at 5am with kids and was told all rooms are booked back to back. 3 hours later, apparently my room was available to get checked into, but now i have to pay FULL 1 day amount to be able to check-in early in an un-rented hotel room! Nevertheless, i have come to Qatar to attend WC matches and experience the world cup to the fullest, however, the hotel does not have any WC channels onboard and will now miss 5 days of matches of a once in a lifetime event in the HOST country itself. Really miserable and unhelpful staff and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

DONT EVER STAY HERE!! The most unsafe and unethical hotel. My husband’s watch was stolen from INSIDE our room. The hotel staff and GM knew about it, they stalled us for a while, did not show us the CCTV footage even after us insisting. Their hotel staff came to check the room with us, searched the entire room didn’t find anything. Took us down under the pretence of meeting with the GM and stalled us for 30 mins. When we came back the watch was magically on a table (that was previously checked by their staff only) 1. Staff is clearly not vetted 2. They enter guest’s rooms without permission 3. They lie and don’t help the customers out.

We stayed at the Staybridge during the world cup, the hotel is excellent, staff and management were super friendly, rooms are beautiful neat and tidy, everyone is helpful in the hotel whenever you ask for something, all in all it was a great stay we enjoyed our time and highly recommend.

Excellent service, friendly staff, clean and understanding management. Welcoming front desk and we enjoyed the weekly social events at the restaurant and alongside the pool. We recommend it highly.

Staybridge Suites, one of the best experience you could ever have in Qatar, very recommended, very clean and tidy, hospitality 10/10. The staff are just amazinggg very kind and very helpful and also bilingual, the food is 10/10 and it is really accessible to transport and a really nice place to spend the weekend or even for a long stay. I highly recommend. Oh one more thing, the lobby is the best to relax if you have a little bit of work to do

Very welcoming team at the reception. Always smiling . Lobby is always calm and nice. Rooms are very modern and well cleaned . Pool and gym same floor with a good view. The sea view rooms are very beautiful as well.
