Excellent service! Every staff member was so incredibly helpful, polite, and went above and beyond for an smooth and stress-free stay. Breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was spacious and made up each day. Close to airport, easy taxi or Uber ride to/from. Highly recommend!

I booked 2 days quarantine through discover Qatar . 1 star too much to rate. All services are poor . Food is very bad . No one helped to drop my baggage to room ,not provided dinner and I called they provided sandwiches to me and my child . It’s not a child friendly hotel . Staff behaviour was worst . I understand it’s a quarantine hotel but since there were basic amenities missing in the room . There was continuous calls for essentials like paste , drinking water , slippers , coffee powder , and sugar . Please don’t book this hotel for quarantine or any purpose. I am sure this is my worst hotel experience ever .

My younger brother stayed there one night for quarantine. The service was very very horrible. My brother had very bad experience. We can't even think about staying there again. They took 500 riyal for one night stand.They provide only one small sandwitch & one small juice for dinner. When he called reception for food at 12 am,they said room service alredy close.There was nothing to make tea or coffee. Really bad experience. Please don't book anyone this hotel.. Trust me they deserve below 1star tag...

One of best and peaceful, calm hotel in Doha. All Staff (security, reception, cleaning, maintenance) are cooperative and professional. I just felt like i am at home. Staff is very caring and ready to listen when there is any request/issue from my side during my stay there for almost 1 week. Security personnel are very welcoming. Maintenance guy (Ram Babu) was too supportive and professional as well. Reception ladies and gents are cooperative and always available to listen and solve the requests. Parking slots are available and even on Eid day, they have managed to park my car in front of hotel in avoiding any inconvenience. Excellent and remarkable stay.

The hotel is really close to the airport. With 15 euros taxi you are 15 minutes far from the airport. The distance to the city center is walkable approximately 30 minutes but there is also close by the option of metro or again taxi is cheap and easy to get. The rooms were very clean and the beds are spacious and really comfortable. We would really recommend it as an option close to the airport for an overnight stay or for a big layover

Stayed here for 1 night on a long layover. The hotel was nice, not far from airport (15 min cab ride). Good value for money. Rooms were good size and tidy. Had no problems with noise, although the rooms have doors shared with other rooms (in case of family stays), they are locked, but I can imagine that the sound proofing on that point is not that good. Metro is within a walking distance (5-7 min). Have not eaten at the restaraunt of the hotel, but can recommend the Indian place across the street, good value for money. Overall positive experience with the hotel. Can recommend for stays close to the airport. Only minor point of complaint is that the free shuttle bus service from the hotel runs only every 2-3 hours, given the proximity to the airport, could have run more frequently.

Our stay at this hotel, during our 1-day layover in Doha with a group of 11, was nothing short of exceptional. One standout feature is the complimentary shuttle service to and from Doha Airport, adding convenience to our trip. The hotel itself impresses with its cleanliness and overall quality. The receptionist (Lavina - sorry if I mentioned wrongly) and manager deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. They not only warmly welcomed us but also offered invaluable insights into the best places to visit and the ideal times to do so, helping us beat the scorching Doha heat. Our experience was so delightful that we are already planning to return. This hotel has certainly left a lasting impression on us, and we can't wait to be back!

The best place to stay. All the hotel staff is very polite and very helpful. Rooms are very neat and clean. From restaurant department Mrs.Sree and on the reception Mrs.Lavina who we remember very well for their politeness. Also being so close to airport there was no disturbance at all. Close to the airport (Taxi 25QR day price or 50QR night price), Friendly staff, spacious room, good price. We were there only for a transit between flights. However, our room (#208) smelled smoky, the button for flushing the toilet was not always working.

Hotel is within walking distance to the closest metro station and close to the airport. If you need a short, comfortable stay, this hotel is a great choice. Rooms are big enough and clean. We had a 15 hour layover and the hotel was a good choice for us to get a good night's rest and a hot shower. The staff at the reception and restaurant are very friendly. We did get to try dinner at their restaurant and that was good.

Festus was so helpful with my bags and also went and got me a new room key when I had trouble with it. A+ service. Cindy was kind and quick delivering my room service dinner. The food was delicious! Lavina at the front desk gave me wonderful advice on what to see during my day in Doha. She’s a friendly, lovely person who really made the start of my day fantastic. And the room itself was so comfortable. The bed was amazing - I didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this hotel

My family and I were transiting via Doha and had to stay there for 12 hours. We decided to stay in Premier Inn not far from the airport and we enjoyed our visit a lot. The hotel looks great including the room we were in, the buffet breakfast was lovely as well. So, happy with everything and I can highly recommend this hotel.

Room and Amenities: The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a great view overlooking Stadium 974. The Wi-Fi connectivity was excellent throughout my stay, which was essential for my work. The bathroom was clean, and the toiletries provided were of great quality. Once i informed them about my needs, they pulled our a special bed made for my children to sleep in along with the king bed we had in our room. It was well placed and the room was very spacious. Service and Staff: One of the highlights of this hotel is its exceptional service. The staff was friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist. From the check-in process to room service and restaurant recommendations, they were attentive and accommodating. Specially at the time of the check out. Since i was departing close to 3 AM for the airport and i had young children with me, they made special packs for us and our kids for the airport so that the kids get to have a quick meal before boarding the plane. Every single member of the hotel team was so helpful in welcoming us, accommodating every single need and helping us navigating with the city routes and amenities close by. I cannot thank them enough and i cannot wait to fly out to Doha and avail their services again. Dining Experience: I had the opportunity to dine at the hotel's restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of dishes, catering to different tastes. The restaurant staff was attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. They were so helpful with my little ones and the mess they made after our dining experience. They would cater to our needs of child seats and special cutlery for our children. The food was great and the staff was nice. Location: The hotel's location is convenient, situated close to city landmarks, corniche and airport. It made it easy to explore the city and access various attractions and restaurants nearby. 5 stars in my book and a must stay if you visit Doha.

Booked this hotel for World Cup stay in Qatar and at first did not have high expectations for that reason. However, the service was really good and we enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and food from hotel restaurant was delicious. We also watched couple of matches at the bar which was very convenient and nice.

I'm staying At Room 704 right Now on 5 days Quarantine package... I checked in on 23rd early morning 3 am and 23rd April morning 9 am they took my antigen test and around 11 am they called me saying that you test is negative you can do checkout.. I asked them i have booked for 5 days then why to do checkout then they told report is negative you can proceed checkout..frequently got call reception asking for checkout but i said let me check with my employer if they can do arrangements.. and finally today I made arrangements for checkout And i informed reception yesterday night that I'm doing checkout today and got confirmation. Around 12 today I went to reception for checkout and they were searching my report and told that they don't have my report and asking me do you got report.surprised me by saying they will take another test tomorrow then update you.it was a miscommunication... From 4 days.???????? How cool it is to say this... Pathetic management and pathetic hotel...

I stayed here for one night for quarantine. The service was horrible. I had very badw experience. I can't even think about staying here again. They provide only Bun for breakfast and 2 piece of bread for dinner. Room was not clean. They didn't provide soap and there was nothing to make tea or coffee. Really bad experience.

Like many others, we stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport. It would be best to consider whether you can use the free bus from the airport to the hotel because it is rare. We didn't catch the last bus and had an inconvenient time in the morning, so we ordered an Uber taxi to the hotel and the airport. If the bus time is inconvenient, it might be worth choosing another hotel. The hotel staff was accommodating. They advised us when to leave the hotel to ensure we got our flight and provided information on nearby shops and attractions. In the morning, I went for a run by the seaside, which was perfect. We were initially given a room with a strong cigarette smell. However, after we complained, we were assigned a new room. There was nothing much that we found inconvenient. This is a great place to stay if you have a layover.

I like how the hotel is close to the airport. There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel. However, you have to be mindful of the shuttle timing as it not as frequent. The staff were very attentive to our needs. Perhaps the hotel could do something about making the check in process really quick especially when guests are arriving at midnight. Like printing necessary papers ahead so guests could just sign and not fill in a whole form. Check out process was super quick. The rooms were big and clean. The sheets were crisp and smells really clean. I love the white big soft towels. No boxed facial tissues provided. There was complementary water, coffee and tea. Breakfast is also of noteworthy. Clean and well arranged dining area. Kitchen staff were also very attentive.

I would like to highly commend the front of house and security team working last Thursday 22nd February. They were so caring, kind, compassionate, friendly, and informative. I stayed there for my hotel quarantine. The room was well maintained and cozy. No complaints there. The staff were helpful, especially the restaurant staff who made sure everyday I got the best food menu. And special thanks to Mr. Ram Babu for fixing the AC unit very early in the morning whom I might’ve woken up from sleep. My only concern is their fixed quarantine food menu. Didn’t feel worth the money I’m paying to stay there. I hope they improve their food quality. But everything else was great. Best wishes to the Premier Inn.

I gave a 4/5 coz they need to provide a microwave for people staying for many weeks. Very few places have cribs and this places provided a crib for y 14 moths old baby with no charge. I would love my friends to stay here as well. Place is clean, room service is great, overall great experience with the employees as well.

Brilliant location and the staff were more than amazing. The room is exactly what you need and staff are willing to accommodate. There is also the option of a paid buffet breakfast if you're wanting to eat in. Kids ate free when we were there so only had to pay for the adults.

Lovely front desk let me check before allocates check in time which was great after a long flight. Was given an "accessible" room which was a bit tricky to figure the shower out, but I was just more than happy to have a room early. Restaurant Omnia was also really great with very attentive service from Anup, Diana and Cindy. And the meals were HUGE and great value for money. The only one negative point was the restaurant was very, very cold (but not a huge problem). Will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I really liked the shuttle service to pick our family from the airport and then drop us at the airport with a lot of our luggage. The check-in was seamless and the room assigned to us very comfortable. The location is also very good, with most sightseeing within 15-20 minutes ways. Many affordable shops within walking distance. The premier in Doha Airport hotel is one of my favourite hotel. I travel a lot for work at I spend most of my time in hotels. What makes the difference most times is the staff. In particular one of the staff call BANDARA, he always made sure I got taken care of throughout my whole stay, checking on every little detail. Beside being very caring and professional he gave me a hand on how to visit the major attractions of the city. He deserves most of the credit over all the other staff as he makes me feel heard and valued as a customer. Once again thanks to BANDARA for the dedication and professionalism he shows. Definitely will come back.

The staff members are very friendly and helpful when I arrived very late. They are willing to help you with any issues, and they also provide wake-up call when they know that you have to leave early in the morning. The hotel room is very clean and cozy. I had a great time staying here. The location is very convenient as well, they have free transportation to the airport. Everything is great.

This hotel is honestly amazing. It's clean, brand new, and the customer service is great. And all at a low price! My husband and I were served by Anup and Nassiwa at the buffet breakfast multiple mornings. They were super attentive and sweet! We've loved out stay at Premier Inn Doha!

My quarantine stay in premier inn airport hotel was fantastic and the rooms are in a very hygienic way. Customer service from staff is to the next level, and I must include miss. Sarbada who is so sweet and very patience to arrange the food. The ambience is also great. There are multiple cuisine options too for foodies. I highly recommend a stay here.

I would 100% recommend this hotel, staff are so helpful and friendly and try to accommodate any needs. They even let me stay extra time to accommodate for my flight times. I made a booking through discover Qatar for my hotel quarantine. The stay was excellent. COVID test was done within 2 hours of my arrival at hotel and I was allowed to checkout of quarantine within 6 hours although I stayed the night and enjoyed the comforts of my room. The food was excellent in the quarantine package with salad and dessert on the side with lunch and dinner. Paav bhaji for breakfast was okay but i personally prefer a lighter breakfast. Bathroom was spacious although it lacked moisturizer in toiletries which was a bummer. My advise would be to send the food to quarantine rooms on a plate instead of a blue polythene bag as this is a fine establishment and the poly bag kills the feel of a premium cuisine. All in all it was a great experience thanks to the polite and friendly hotel staff. One last note they should inform the guests coming for quarantine that their luggage cannot be touched by hotel staff due to COVID protocols as I was stumped why my heavy luggage was not being carried by the lobby boy until I realized it was due to the COVID protocols. Keep up the good work lads !

I booked a stay here for one night a month in advance for a layover. I mistakenly booked the wrong date, and they said they were unable to make an amendment to the booking date. Some basic customer service to allow a change in this circumstance would have been much appreciated, but since they're not I'm leaving a 1 star review. Thanks!

I was a little sceptical after seeing some reviews on this place but the moment I arrived, my mind was put to rest. Right from the reception, to the guards to the cleaning staff, everyone had a smile and greets you with the biggest smiles. The place is really clean and the rooms do a fantastic job of making your stay comfortable. I recommend this place if you need a place to crash while you explore doha the entire day.

We had a night booked for two people during a connection flight through Doha. The reservation was already paid with no possibility of return, but our flight was cancelled and sending a message to this hotel they didnt have any problem in moving the reservation to the following night with no cost. In fact, they respond us immediately and they were really helpful.

Astonishing - Premier Inn Doha, located at hub of the City. On our recent visit, we had a pleasure of experiencing a unique, existing and a atmosphered place. The food was amazing. I recently had a pleasure staying at Premier Inn Doha Airport during a short transit and i must say it was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I have stopped into the hotel until the moment i left,every aspect of my stay was remarkable. Situated just a 15 min drive from the airport, it provides the perfect solution for those seeking a comfortable and convenient stopover.Upon arrival at the midnight, i was greeted by a warm and friendly reception staff Raz and Ben,who made me feel instantly welcome. The check in process was swift and i was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism displayed by the hotel staff. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding service provided by hotel staff. They were attentive,courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate my needs from arranging wake up call. I would highly recommend Premier Inn to anyone seeking a seamless and enjoyable transit stay. This is undoubtedly the go to hotel for transit passengers,and i look forward to return on my next journey.

The location was great. Only 12 minutes from the airport and most tourist attractions were close by. There are a variety of malls close to the hotel with many shops and restaurants. The hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the airport at certain times throughout the day. Overall a great experiance with the family!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at breakfast at Nassiw and Shree! The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making us feel truly welcomed and valued throughout our visit. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured that every aspect of our breakfast was enjoyable. One of the highlights of our visit was the unlimited coffee offer. It was a coffee lover’s dream come true! The coffee was top-notch, and the fact that we could have as much as we wanted made our breakfast experience even more delightful. Moreover, the food at Nassiw and Shree was outstanding. The variety of options on the menu catered to different tastes and dietary preferences, and the flavors were simply mouthwatering. From the first sip of coffee to the last bite of our meals, everything was perfect. The ambiance of the place was also worth mentioning. It was cozy, inviting, and created a relaxing atmosphere that enhanced our overall dining experience. In conclusion, Nassiw and Shree truly impressed us with their outstanding service, delicious food, and the unlimited coffee offer. It’s safe to say that we had a memorable breakfast experience, and we’ll definitely be returning soon. A big thank you to the staff for making our morning so special!

I stayed for 3 days with family in Premier inn hotel. It was a wonderful experience. Accessible to all tourist attractions, location is best and also near to airport. We got family room which was clean, spacious and peaceful. Staff was very friendly and service was amazing.

I can highly recommend Premier inn as one of best hotel in Doha. Everything is superb including room service, other services. I have met couple of really good mans, one is called Paul (work as room boy) other one i didn't know the name, he is a Parkistan guy. (work as service engineeer). Both are very innocent and do their job really very well. Every persons are good including reception. So that's why I put this comment specially for Premier inn crew.

Everything was beyond exceptional. Reception staff, restaurant hosts, management and sales, and technical staff all extended hospitality and made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Rooms and other facilities deserve thoss high ratings. Hotel location is also convenient whether you are here for tourism or work.

I have been here for quarantine for 10 days and it has been a wonderful and comfortable experience in Premier Inn. The ambiance of the hotel is good, spacious room plus very near to the airport. They also serve unique taste of Arabic, Indian and Continental dishes and I love it. By the way, their staffs are so friendly, approachable and attentive to all my needs. From the reception, restaurants and maintenance staffs which they made my request so fast and easy, Thank you. Special thanks to Ms. Monica from the reception and Ms. Sarvodha from restaurant for being so polite and informative. I would recommend this hotel for their excellent and incredible. Thanks for warm Welcome. The hotel is located in a great area, with easy access to restaurants. Nice staff and environment. The staff at the reception and were very friendly and helpful specially Mr. Sanjeev he is very kind and responsive. Room is clean, and good quality food. Overall our stay was comfortable. I would stay here again and will recommend to all.

Perfect experience for a night, not very spacious but very clean everywhere, 1 bed for a family is not ideal. Easily accessible by using the card given from the receptionist to swipe on the apartment door, no noise inside the hotel so its easy to sleep. Location is not the best because its in between a quite cramped road. Not that far from the airport too.

I have been staying at the hotel for the third month now. Room service is excellent. Especially Paul and Sahan are the nicest people you can meet. They are very dedicated, diligent and respectful. They do their work very professionally. I recommend people to stay at Premier Inn because of how good the service is and the employees are.

My stay here exceeded all my expectations. The overall appearance of hotel, my room, restaurant, housekeeping, all other facilities and services meet all my needs. All the staff, from reception and onwards exercised hospitality and kindness and have made my stay quite comfortable, with Shree ensuring breakfasts being excellent start of a day.

My family had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Doha airport, the room was spacious and very clean. Reception staff were very welcoming and quickly responded to any requests we had. A special thank you to the breakfast staff, Shree and Yugen who were so kind and especially helpful with my young children, nothing was too much! Highly recommend this hotel.
