Great hotel clean and space of room is great and upper level have nice view. The reception is great and staff are welcoming. The only thing to take care is if you do not like soft pillows ensure you bring your own as they only have one kind.

A delightful hotel in West Bay with exceptional staff. Metro station a 3 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to City Center Mall. Gateway Mall 3 minutes. The staff are professional, efficient, and personable. Good pool area that is in the shade much of the day. Large, bubbly hot tub and a children's pool. Poolside cocktails. The premier lounge offers breakfast, snacks, light dinner, and evening cocktails accompanied by spectacular views. Good choice for reasonably priced downtown accomodation.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was wonderful and clean. It was even better than expected. The service was exceptional.They even gave us a complimentary cake and room arrangement for our anniversary celebration.Thank you so much♥️ Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the one who assisted us were delightful and eager to help especially Mr. Salman who assisted us and arranged everything we needed during our stay there.We are so grateful for his help and his colleagues. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable especially our kids. From the moment we walked in, we was greeted by the concierge with a huge smile, Mohamed was very professional, offered us a bigger room with a breathtaking view when we asked if there was any Upgrades. Jacob was also very very helpful, he made sure we had all the amenities, whenever i come down he is very attentive, making sure i have all i need in my room, Making the whole stay home away from home. Room service was also brilliant.

Location of the hotel is very convenient because its in city center. the staff were accommodating. We tried their dining restaurant which is the Avenue, the food were amazing especially the grilled shrimps and lamb, some foods were kind of salty but overall, 10/10 for us.

My Check-In process was quick. Spectacular room. Didn't get a great view but that's subjective. Instead I got a High floor. The room was spacious. The lightings were apt. The bedding wasn't soft. I like the beds firm and so was it. The windows were big and wide. However the window panes and shields were dirty. Weren't getting a clear view of the outside. The washroom was again spacious. Clean. Hygienic. The Housekeeping and Maintainance team were on time and on point. Unlike other Pullmans the breakfast spread was less. Wasn't disappointing, but, I'll leave it there. The Swimming pool was also neat and clean. The room service was also quick and the food served was pretty tasty. All the amenities required is available at the Hotel. All in all a good stay. Positives: + Beautiful hotel inside and out. + Great location. + Amazing view of the city + Metro is 2 min walking distance. + Rooms are nice, modern and renovated. + Beds are comfy, bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is great. + Quiet + Price is great considering what it offers. + THE LIFEGUARD IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL AND COOL GUY . He paid extra attention to the kids safety and was extremely attentive to every single guest (towels, water, etc). I honestly didn't expect such an extraordinary employee in one of the cheapest hotels in Doha. Negatives: - Average breakfast - Pool is located on the 3rd floor (no view). Would be great if it was located on the highest floor.

Moreover for Special events, There is very big halls available. And reputable and honest staff also available. So according to me it should be 7 Star Hotel.

I amazed by the way they decorated room for birthday it was very spectacular and the room was clean classic with nice view full of amenities. What experience with adorable ambience.. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful to us.

Not the pullman that we are used to! The management and front line staff are untrained and unable of making decisions, despite the Pullman being a word leading brand with a legacy of excellent services, this specific branch is not even close to meet the standards, how about exceeding! unreachable! I had the worse experience by their staff in the Pullman Spa, they actually manipulated and led me to their establishement wasting more than 45 min. of my time, once reached! they staff that I have booked with, lied. and the supervisor, played words! haha! I left because of my significant other comments of this horrible place! I was embarrassed, but that best part, is when the manager called and tried to push back at me! telling me that my decisions to leave due to a certain QAR value, that their establishment is also based on making these small little numbers QAR! funny, I spend double of what I had budget for their spa at the DUSIT HOTEL, and the experience was WONDERFUL! be careful, again, neither the staff nor their management are trained or capable of understanding world class customers, nor support loyalty or have the decency to treat potential customers with services to gain their business and satisfaction! #pullmanSpa #pullmanDoha #WorstCustomerService #RedAlert.

Had an amazing stay at Pullman Doha West Bay Hotel. Beautiful, clean and nearby all the attractions. Have to applaud and huge thanks to all the staff working at the car parking, security and hotel with high temperatures of 42 degrees. We couldn't bear the heat at times, but they working nonstop. My kids loved the hotel and loved the views from top floor. Highly recommend the hotel for family stays as everything is nearby. We would love to come back again to Qatar 🇶🇦 ❤️

Location wise it is near to Metro DECC station. Check in was swift. However we were disappointed with the room provided as it reeked of cigarettes smell. That was really a turn off for us. We were too tired to request to change room so we had to endure 3 nights of cigarettes smell. We requested for air freshener from housekeeping but it still didn’t manage to rid of the smell.

Been to meeting here yesterday, everything was really well organised. The staff is very friendly, easily accessible prayer rooms. I really liked the tea as well, has a lot of food options. If I may ask what's the name of the purple tea bag, I would like to buy it. It was written herbal tea on it.

Excellent service, good food choices even for a vegetarian like me, well trained and helpful staff, general purpose things quite easily accessible, good mix of staff and guests from around the world, and lively environment.. The only problems that I can point out are not the best of locations/view, thermostat resets to 19/20 degree Celsius by itself (every time you remove the key card) even if you had set it at higher, cash availability at front desk should be better (at least for emergencies), and ventilation of the room should be improved.

Humble staff just like others in the hospitality industry. Rooms are fine, need a few improvements. Gym has a lot many gears installed in a confined space.

My company had a week long leadership retreat here in September and we had a fantastic time. The staff is attentive and kind, and the rooms were very nice. The room for our meetings was well maintained and we always had what we needed for water and snacks. Close to the mall and other downtown options.

We had a great stay! The hotel is located in a great place with quick access to anything needed. The room had great views of the Doha skyline. The staff were accommodating and kind. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Doha.

I love that place. I would love to lodge there over and over again if I visit Doha. The receptionists are lovely and very friendly, especially Hamza and Joseph. They made sure I had a good welcome and memorable stay. Lest I forget, the spa is something everyone need to try.

We made use of the Doha stopover opportunity of Qatar Airways and had a blast by staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly and we were offered an upgrade to a bigger room which had everything we wished for. Location is good and nicely accessible with the Dubai metro.

I’ve been to many hotels in GCC and I must say, this was seriously one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Rooms are extremely well designed, luxurious and spacious with high quality furniture. The staff was amazing, friendly and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Hamza from the reception for fulfilling all my requirements without hesitation and Mr. Pavan from the house keeping who did an excellent job. The breakfast buffet can have more variety to be honest, but the quality of food was superb. Hotel is located in a niche area with easy access to 2 malls. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend to stay in. Thanks for the great experience!!!

Wonderful experience staying at the Pullman for the F1 in Qatar, from the friendly check-in with Jonathan to great spacious and comfortable room. Also enjoyed a delicious meal at the Bice Italian restaurant. Very conveniently located for malls, convention centre and metro. Would definitely recommend.

From hotel staff to the amenities everything is great. The receptionist that attended me during my check in was very welcoming even it was already late. The security guard also greeted me nicely. The room, amenities and view was exceptional. I would definitely stay again if I visited Doha.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Doha. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was large with a tub and a shower. The guest service was very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast was just perfect too. Definitely recommend for business or family stay.

I am currently a guest at the hotel. The hotel is absolutely stunning and rooms are beautiful however the service is pathetic. You will be lucky if your room gets cleaned for the day. I have called housekeeping to clean the room and they stil haven't. It is 1711 in the evening . I have never come across such blatant disregard to cleanliness in any hotel I have stayed at . If you have kids maybe reconsider as kids need a clean environment.

This is our first time to stay in a Pullman. The experience is so amazing. The front desk staff were super friendly and professional. We were directly upgraded to a beautiful suite with fantastic views based my status. That was amazing! Every time when I passed by the front desk, they could immediately call my name and gave nice greetings. The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is very close to a subway station. It is also super easy to take a Uber. The food in Lounge was very nice. There is something different every day. All the dishes were delicious! The staff in Lounge did excellent job on taking care of everything from the breakfast in the morning to the dinner in the evening. That was a fabulous experience we had. We will definitely stay in Pullman more often.

The best hotel in Doha, all the facilities are new, everything very clean, the design is cutting edge. The staff very warm, friendly and respectful, always concerned about anything you need. I loved the hospitality, without a doubt I would return a thousand times. The breakfast buffet is incredible and the food is very good. The pool is amazing and you have near all the attractions.

Went to The Score sports bar with my team and we had a blast ! The vibe was super relaxed and cosy, the music is cool especially the sound quality. When you're there, you feel like you're at home in your living room, we stayed long so we had the whole place for ourselves, including the pool table! The staff are friendly and attentive, Eva is charming, Jonathan is amazing (reminds me of Michael from My Wife & Kids series), Montassar is great, the bartender Djuro is a real gentleman, and finally, Ratih the waitress works with grace and she is so sweet. Bravo everyone !

Good afternoon all A short story of staying by pullman that was amaaaaaazing🥰 From the beggining i was in contact with ASIRI who did booking the booking for me, he was so helpful and kind From front office, im so thankful of OMAR, with his kindness and also his good ideas about rooms , that he chose a great room with an amazing view , and also he was so caring if we need anything, also PATRISHIA with her positive energy and nice smile , she made my day once i saw her in the morning 😍 I have to say about SALMAN as he is so wellknown and well knowledged about outlets , he showed me all the outlets and explained all the detailes,  i also have to say about NOAMAN with  the way of his greeting, it was super nice About F&B, KHALID made my evening, he made a nice welcome drink wich im really interested to be back and enjoy of that special drink, from roomservice the food was so nice, and they were so on time, and the ordertaker who i dont remember his name , was so nice At the end , i have to say, u guys are amazing, so proud of u all, u all are shining, thank u for making a nice memory for me by staying with you  , for sure i will be back And for sure i will suggest u to all my friends... I recently stayed at the Pullman Doha WB Hotel and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the attentive and friendly staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was quickly escorted to my room. Speaking of the room, it was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with high-quality toiletries. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary bottle of water. What really set this hotel apart, though, was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were always available to answer questions, offer recommendations, and ensure that I had everything I needed. I highly recommend

Excellent stay at Pullman Doha. 2 minute walk to metro and great location near city centre mall. Rooms are new and very clean. Only issue was housekeeping - cups and spoons were not replaced daily and left dirty in the drawer. The shower also leaks out when showering for long. Staff are friendly. Enjoyed the warm water jacuzzi which opens till 8pm. Will definitely be back again soon!

Overall service is excellent! Receptionist are very welcoming and friendly, will go above and beyond to make your stay a comfortable and unforgettable one. Special mention goes to Yuni, Phoo and Nadira for assisting us during our stay.
