The restaurant food was really delicious apart from the pizza missing everything else was good the restaurant team was amazing especially miss Faine her menu knowledge was admirable all the food you recommended didn't disappoint big thank you. I'll most definitely stay with you guys if I come back to Qatar.

I had a stay at Premier Inn Education City Hotel with my family. The place is extremely comfortable and the staff is very responsive. A special shout out to Francis from housekeeping who had been very helpful throughout the stay. He was meticulous with taking care of anything we needed and ensured timely replenishment of the amenities. Also, Gopal from reception had been very hospitable and helpful. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stay in Doha.

I saw Binda in the hallway and i told her I needed housekeeping she was on it right away after a couple of minutes she came back and cleaned my room. Great service and fast too. This is an amazing employee!!!. The hotel is nice too super clean and quiet. Over all great service.

Calm and quiet place. Had two nights there with my family. The staff were helpful and supportive. 24/7 customer care is very useful. They reuse ♻️ bedsheets or towels which I didn’t like, otherwise the place is awesome. Last but not the least , their room charges are pretty cheap.

We are quarantine here for 5 days. Room are cozy and clean. Food was nice and serve on time. We would like to give thanks to receptionists Angelika and Priya for their assistance.

I have stayed at Premier Inn Doha Education City for 10 nights for my quarantine. I felt like home, the staff are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable. Angelica and Akshay were very hospitable and there for every need of mine and the food was very delicious, Thank you. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit it again.

I stayed for 10 days here. It was an awesome experience. The place is pleasant and cozy. The hotel staff are good from reception to trolley staff, and most notably the kitchen staff; Special mention to cordial Ms. Angelica, wonderful choices of meal. As for the food I would say impressive you can choose from Western, Indian and Arabic cuisine.

Writing on behalf of my wife. My wife and kid stayed here for 2 days quarantine. Although no one likes quarantine but they are happy that they are being taken care very well. The hotel is located in Doha Education City. It is also a part of 'Discover Qatar' hotels / Visa on Arrival (VOA). Hotel location is good but far from main down town or city. Regular Doha attractions are also not in immediate vicinity. About hotel itself, the stay was wonderful. Rooms good for 2+1 configuration. Washrooms: Good House keeping service: Daily Towels / Basic amenities available. Good for families. Swimming pool : working and good. Cons: Only thing I didn't like was the breakfast menu. It has very limited choices. Hotel Management need to work on breakfast menu / variety of dishes to make it a perfect choice for future stay. Overall experience: Good

The staff at the hotel is very courteous. Lorah is very polite and professional in her work. Hotel has all the amenities, good gym and clean swimming pool. Comfy rooms, delicious breakfast and wonderful hospitality, overall very satisfying.

The service we got was pretty good! I and my friend got there at about 3 am and I was so hungry, so I decided to want a fork for my noodle from reception shamefacedly and he even brought it 😂. Cleaning was perfect, their attitudes were good and the reception crew were so kind and smily. Location is a bit far away from the center but it's not a big deal. Services, faces and conditions were very good. Thanks a lot, guys!

Stayed here for a week and was really impressed. I have nothing to complain about at all, was good start to finish and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Not too far from a lot of the main city areas, but far enough out that it is quiet.

My family and I stayed at Premier Inn Educational city for 2 weeks. The rooms are comfortable and clean, housekeeping is very attentive to requests and our rooms got clean everyday no matter the time. The hotel location is quiet and within reach of Doha’s main attractions. The restaurant is very decent and prices are reasonable. This hotel is not luxurious but is a good one, reasonably priced and with good service, the front desk is very cordial and welcoming.

It’s okay if your booking for a business visit, because long stays in the room can be very claustrophobic The room is not very clean, if you are sensitive to dust, then you may wake up with a cold. They cleaned the room for us after requesting, still for our dust allergic family it wasn’t ideal. The food quality is poor. Basically frozen fries and nuggets cooked. Some of the freshly made pizza is okay. The lemonade had ants floating in it. Not returning.

It has been a few weeks now staying at the premier inn education city. the location is GREAT in case you want to be close to Education City. The service is great, Binda is the housekeeper that usually comes to my room. She is very sweet and always leaves my room clean and tidy.

We enjoyed staying here. Swimming pool is good especially for kids. There's a free use of life vest. The room is very basic but it's just worth the price. The toilets are clean.But there is no toiletries, you need to call and request for it. Overall its good.

I was surprised to see the well maintained rooms, it was clean, cozy and spacious. The bathrooms were clean. The only issue was the location is a bit away from. The city, no options of market around. But the I house restaurant was good option.

We love our stay. The family room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. The breakfast is great. Over all, we had a great stay here.

My family and I always enjoy our stay at Premier Inn. We appreciate the welcome from all staff, we are greeted with warmth and respect. Breakfast doesn't disappoint, an array of food to choose from, even hot and cold beverages are available, fresh salad and fruits are provided too. As for the little ones, they love the pool, it is worth mentioning that a life guard is on duty to keep the swimmers (and our kids) safe. With Premier Inn you are getting more for what you paid for, really. 💖

The facilities at Premier Inn Doha Qatar Education City were top-notch. The room I stayed in was spacious, modern, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.

I had a rather disappointing experience during my stay. The cleaning staff did not perform their duties adequately and only did so after complaints were made and they were watched closely. The room was supplied with only two large towels and a single small towel, which was insufficient for two people. The air conditioning was another major issue; it barely functioned, and even after complaining, the maintenance staff tried to dismiss our concerns with implausible explanations. Despite following their suggestions, the AC still did not work properly. Moreover, the bathroom was infested with tiny flies, making it quite unpleasant. The internet connection was terrible throughout our stay. What's more concerning is that these problems seem to be persistent; a previous guest wrote similar complaints here four weeks ago, and despite promises from the management to address these issues, nothing has changed. To top it off, the bed linens were not always clean, which was simply disgusting. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and it's clear that significant improvements are needed.

Premier Inn is a nice hotel with things to do. The restaurant Omnia has a wonderful patio for you to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. A moderate sized pool with a gym on its side. I did sometimes have trouble with service, but I suspect some outside factors at play then. Overall, it's a great hotel with amazing value. The main problem I had was the location, as it is somewhat far from monuments, malls and such.

Very helpful staff. From reception, people like Rahul, to waiting staff and security, everyone is helpful and takes initiative to ensure that I had a smooth stay. Convenient location for my conference etc. functional rooms with good beds and linen.

Overall I think it is a good hotel if one wants to stay away from the city. Rates are good if booked online. Directly booked us over priced. Cleanliness is superb 👌🏽. Nice restaurant. But breakfast is over priced in comparison to Premier Inn Airport and Premier Inn Education City. Overall my stay was comfortable.

I landed the hotel in midnight. Actually I am worried about I was late so what about my room... Normally late arrived room getting is difficult in hotels. My first time in an Arab Country! The front desk staffs were great and very accommodating, special mention to the housekeeping guys especially Francis whose very understanding and patiently waits for me for him to clean my room or at the least empties my trash regularly. Food was good but need to improve the breakfast buffet menu. Hotel location was very near my destination and very accessible via Uber. Even the Security Guard was very helpful. Thanks for the nice experience!

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. The hotel is connected through the Education City tram lines. So there is that. Plus, the housekeeping guys Francis and Akhter were really helpful and polite.

Stayed here with my wife for the mandatory 2 days quarantine for Exceptional Red List Countries. I actually chose this hotel mainly due to the excellent reviews provided by others even though you may not have the greatest of views and it is a bit away from the main city. Besides, we are stuck in the room anyway. Why did I like the stay here? 1. Friendly staff at the check-in, check-out and the restaurant staff (over the phone, of course!) 2. Rooms are very clean and neat 3. Food is excellent. Tried both Western and International. 4. Restaurant sometimes calls ahead to confirm the menu since we comprised of a vegetarian and non-vegetarian mix.

Hotel was very conveniently located near our training facility in HBku and well connected to the city centre by metro. Rooms were quiet, clean and the team was really hospitable and helpful. I stayed at the hotel for 2,5 weeks. The hotel itself is good, standard - nothing fancy. But the staff working at the hotel is absolutely great! They know how to make guests feel welcome and do anything to reach that goal. Faine, Nagma, Rini, Yahya took care of me at the restaurant, Akther cleaned my room (hygiene is superb!) and many more to name, but I don't know all the names. Janat, one of the lifeguards is a lovely person too and assisted me where possible. So, well done team Premier Inn! You made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable:).

This is great experience to stay here and it's very comfy and clean. Just would rate 4 for service because I requested a service at counter at time of check-in and the receptionist made a note and agreed with that and later they said they cand do that and the previous shift did not informed.

My team and I went for the business lunch buffet. It was absolutely great. They offered a good food spread. The quality and taste of the food was really good. The ambience too was very good that our team enjoyed their time. We plan to go again with a bigger team next time. For bookings, I was coordinating with Mr. Arun Chandramohan, who has done a great job and ensured that we had a very good time. Well done.

Stayed in Premier Inn Doha Education City for our 2 days quarantine and I enjoyed every bit of my stay. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Food was very nice as well (we chose western food). The room was very nice, clean and cozy and the view outside is exceptional, they have a very peaceful place here and shows great sunrise view.

Rooms are nice , comfortable & the atmosphere is good. However, the service in terms of hospitality by the staff needs to be improved. Location (Education City ) is not so impressive as you can't find anything nearby and you may not be able to afford the meal at the hotel which is slightly costly.

Francis provided excellent service in terms of room cleaning and he is very humble and kind. The hotel is decent enough for the price they offer.. clean rooms and hygienic .. breakfast also decent ... though not much variety in vegetarian

Cleanliness: this is a very clean hotel, top level cleanliness. Location: it is located in a quiet area in Education City, around 15 mins walk from the closest metro station. Though there is a nearby tram station, it was not operating at the time of writing this review. It is a bit far from any attractions though, except EC attractions. VENTILATION: This is my main negative comment on the hotel. The rooms are really small but they lack any form of ventilation other than the 'filtered' AC air. Same applies to bathrooms which lack ventilation. If you have breathing issues, this may not be the bets place to stay. The hotel is family friendly and is maintained quite well. Their breakfast is simple but it is good, I enjoyed their pastries.

I had a great stay for 4 nights at the hotel with my mom and dad. The staff was nice and professional especially i’d like to thank Moses and Santos, very helpful and amazing guys. Highly Recommend place for individuals and families. I won’t forget the nice atmosphere at the pool and the training that i enjoyed at the gym.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and loved the help. The staff were very interested. I loved them. Yahya from the reception helped with many issues while making our venture. Especially the gym was incredibly beautiful. The opening and closing hours of the pools were likewise long and beautiful. The only problem with the hotel was an electric shock when it touched everything. I haven't figured out the reason yet.

One of the best hotels in qatar, first time to checking there and it was great stay. I stayed for one week and everything was perfect, the room was clean spacious and comfy, the sheet are clean and comfy the bed was the best, the bathroom was clean, the staff was very helpful and smiling all the time and ready to help no matter what. I had a small issue in reservation and thanks to the reservation manager who solved it in less than a minute. Parking available even in crowded days. Breakfast was good with limited options but suitable for us. Also i extended for another day because i got sick and they were very welcoming and gave good discount aswell. I loved it and of course will come back again. Note: ask them to clean the room regularly since there small fly in the bathroom if you keep it without cleaning but it was not an issue since they clean everyday

[Equivalent to a 3-star hotel in the U.S.] Service 5 stars: Moses was very professional, courteous, kind and respectful in providing housekeeping for my hotel room at the Premier Inn Doha Education City. I highly recommend his services! Rooms 3 stars: The rooms are a bit old, but I am told this is higher quality than you can find for a Premier Inn anywhere else. Showers are nice and hot but it does fluctuate and will be cold for a few seconds. Location 3 stars: The location is very convenient only if you work for Qatar Foundation or one of the universities in Education City. Otherwise, it is far from the downtown Doha area (20 min drive) and there is nothing walkable here.

I stayed at the Premier Inn for 16 days, during the World Cup 2022. The hotel facilities and room are clean and spacious, the breakfast is good and well served. Common areas also help a lot (especially a cafe near the reception desk). But most of all, the staff has always been very receptive, helpful and made my stay during this period much better. Special thanks to the fantastic Faine (always helping me during breakfast with a smile in her face) and to Zina (who has helped me much in getting all the arrangements settled when I arrived). I hope I can be back soon!

Front desk staff Ms. Angelica is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to have a relaxing, quiet and peacefull stay. We will definitely visit again soon.

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. Both check-in and check-out done by Ms. Angelica were professionally handled and easy. She is having great attitude, very helpful, and always giving a genuine smile even though its late in the evening you can still feel her energy and enthusiasm.

The rooms are quite minimal. Need some extra towels and some toiletries. Irons and steamer would be even more helpful. In education city there are a lot of people coming for conferences and programs so a little bit of additional supplies can be helpful. Staff were very nice and provided excellent service. Everything in this hotel is excellent including but not limited to the friendly and helpful staff, professional attitudes, the vibes created and maintained. It is really enjoyable to be here. Right now I am in the hotel restaurant where I have just had my dinner as I usually do from time to time. The food was so fine and the service was exceptional particularly the food service provided by Preety. Many thanks to Preety and all of the staff including the amazing chef. Wish all of the staff always all of the best and certainly I will be back over and over again.
