    Before you book at this hotel read the following: I stayed their for 6 days and I liked their cheap prices and location as it is close to the airport. However I disliked the following: 1- The noise: I could hear the elevator going up and down from my room, the hallway is not carpeted therefore I could hear the noise of everybody outside. They have a problem with the fire alarm. almost everyday it goes off at the noon. I called the front desk several times, and each time she says “it is a testing” when I said how come every day there is a test? she hanged up the phone! They have a bar downstairs and you can hear the noise from you room. So if you care about comfort, this hotel is not the one for you. 😖 2- The coldness: an hotel supposed to control the room temperature during winter, but they did not so it was freezing all time. 🥶 they only reason why I picked it is because of their cheap prices, they are cheap for a reason.

    Worst Hotel in Doha for Quaritine. They will keep you wait for 4-5 hours due to non availability of Rooms. Service is pathetic.. If you ask for Chicken item they will provide you beef that to without any intimation.. so be careful while having food at this place... Rooms are dirty.. service is very poor.. Suggestions to everyone not to go for this hotel . May be it will cost more 20-30 QAR you will get a better hotel than this.. don't just go with the cheapest price which will show online ..

    It's the worst hotel ever. They were not able to follow a simple instruction of give vegetarian food to my mother. Every day I had to call the reception and ask them to change the non vegetarian food. And the replacement came very late and most of the time my mother had to stay hungry for a long time. When I called about this to the reception the staff was very rude and asked why I was mad. So it's not only about food, even the staff are very bad. Called for a dental kit still no response. Discover Qatar must remove this hotel from their list.

    1. I stayed 10 days in Quarantine. Room was a flat partition, near by room's door from my room is closed and hidden behind the wardrobe. 2. I am an Indian but hotel is not at all Indian friendly. Food is full Arabic food. Break fast is very bad, soups are too salty always. We cannot order even by paying any Indian food in that hotel. Receptionist says only their menu food for quarantine is available. Even Milk is not giving for tea. they giving only black and green tea bags and sugar. I had to arrange milk powder from outside through the friends. 3. Not a single Indian /Hindi Television channel is available in TV. Full Arabic and 3 English channels only. Like hotel is for Arabs only but most customers are Indians coming by mistake. When my friends booked in another hotels like holiday villa and other hotels with the same amount they got Indian food all the three time and good service. Very good tea facility with milk.

    One of the best hotel in Doha... Excellent and exceptional service from Reception team... Mr.Kabir and Mr.Haitam taking care of my complete stay very well and good. They are always helpful... Right place to stay...

    It's a very nice place.It has a very sophisticated feel from other places in the city.The view is nice.The staff are nice.The place is clean and tidy.Everyone should experience this resort at least once

    Worst Experience during Quarantine, the receptionist are the worst lot, rude and with a ton of egos, we're to call them up for all the needs, but they don't know anything we ask. No system of follow up or writing down any requests. Morning 06 they will keep your breakfast out side your room. No Microwave provided in the room. Literally having cold meals everyday. Not mentioning how much has been charged by the hotel for 10 days. Seems like there is No quality system in place for this hotel.

    For 10 days quarantine, I got a room as an Partition in an flat , The food menu is really very bad so i have to choose something really small in portion because i don’t want to waste the food . They don’t even provide actual tea or coffee , you will just get tea bags and some small sugar packets. So obviously you never taste milk in your 10 days quarantine life They will provide you the used laundry bath towels and while check-out time they will check if there is any stains in it? if there is any stains, then they will ask you to pay money for that bath-towel! Most probably those bath towels will get stain due to the detergent or bleaching agent they used while in the laundry. So my advice is when you get inside your room IMMEDIATELY please call the receptionist and inform them to remove bath towels and face towels from the bathroom and use your own towels for the god’s sake . The most shocking thing i noticed from a receptionist while check-out time is that she never asked me “how was my stay ? or was there any problem during these days ? “ !! Nothing like that . It’s my first experience in my entire lifetime like this . In hotel business industry, A hotel receptionist should greet or ask for feedback while check-out !

    I was stayed in this hotel one night I get from the staff some good memories there all staff are very kind , very helpful specially the reception staff very helpful I want to thanks mr Ashif who’s assistant for me all the services that he provide for me during my stay it’s really amazing 😻 also it’s Very welcoming atmosphere with smiley faces in reception , specially its clean good spacious rooms with valuable price good experiences.

    Very Rude respection staff / security.. insulting me about my handwriting that he cannot read the name and mobile number I've witten.. does he expect all the visitor to be perfect English Men or Women ... and Is that no other national is acceptable at this hotel??? Poor customer service.. very disappointing service from staff...

    Before it was allowed where ever you wanna take the Scooty now you have to ride in a small area and not allowed to take it out only the big one is allowed which is 500-800 per hour, Rate for this one in photo is 80/hr in E2

    A great place to stay. Centrally located and well maintained. The staff there is very proactive and helpful. I would like to esp mention Mr Haitam at the reception who is very pleasant to interact with and pays great attention to your every need. In case of any issues the entire staff is quite attentive. The rooms themselves are well maintained and quite comfortable. Couldn’t use their restaurant as they were closed for Ramadan.

    I will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends or to anyone who’s reading this review.. If your planning to have some party please try other hotel. This hotel is not for you. Every hotel we know there’s policy on visitors on how many are allowed. But once you exceed, they will let you pay on every visitors. Thats okay for us.. but the thing is your goin to pay each visitors according to their own policy.. at reception they has a different fee that they are asking. The girl(divya) asked us from 30qr down to 20qr and the other boy(kabeer) asking us 25qr!!! Were asking them the policy regarding this exceeding visitors fee but they never showed us! (This is not our first time to check in, in this hotel,, this is our first time asking us to pay their own policy and this will be our last to be in that hotel)

    I booked for a suite and paid through online and when i checked in the receptionist told me that the suites are fully booked. They've showed another room and i have to upgrade my booking so i don't have a choice. The room was not complete, there is no sleepers, no chair for table, no youtube in the tv and no soap. The emergency alarm keep on alarming many times. its not really worth it

    I stayed in this hotel for a couple of nights, i was impressed by the quality of service they are providing, the Rooms very clean and neat Gym and pool 🏊 it’s very good ,, the reception staff they are very helpful specially Front office Girl Lubna she is really Helpful for everything ,, And I would like to thank you for providing a VIP service for your guests guys I really recommend to stay this hotel 🏨

    Because of a little blood in the bed cover, it was returned to be cleaned .... Because of the cleaning supervisor in the hotel ....... The truth is that the receptionists are respectful ....     "Amazing hotel with amazing staff!" I stayed at The Al Mansur park inn hotel this week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The reception staff Who take our luggage he took care of us from the moment we arrived at hotel it made our experience extremely pleasurable not having to worry where to go When we arrived we were welcomed with Frsh cold water We were then brought to our beautiful room that was large, spacious and modern. We got to experience the spa as well which was the best massage i've gotten in a long time. They have beach chairs out in upside of the hotel with a swimming pool , so you can leave all your stuff on your chairs when you want to go swimming and not worry). You have to visit their the ground floor bar restaurant as well, also u must vist morning time swimming pool as it is the most stunning view of the sunset and sometimes you have it to yourself as it's not too busy. Positioned in the heart of station 2 you are walking distance to all the shops. Cannot recommend this hotel enough I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you Lubna & Ashif that you give us Good Stay 🙏

    I had booked for a room last minute for my stay and the kind lady from Morocco at the reception desk made sure my stay was accommodated for. In addition to the amazing food at their restaurant, the hotel allowed food from outside, they have an indoor pool and friendly staff. Great customer service!

    I am my 15 days in this hotel,which my husband book for 22 days,in my period of days here that I observe is the ground staff that answering the phone, not answering at all and when they answer you ask water which they should everyday but didn't sent at all, we need to buy the necessities like water and toilet paper an so on, the worst is they simply giving our room key to a new guest today 29.12.2023 while I and my husband in the room, as for now I am shock and scared and we still have 7 days in this hotel. My super concern that this hotel could take fast action on this matter immediately starting today 29.12.2023.

    This was an extremely charming , elegant hotel with beautiful rooms specially its clean good spacious rooms with valuable price good experiences. & specially the windows when I open the view from my room was amazing. When I was entering the Hotel Assistant of helping our luggage to bring Our room .also he’s Connected to our WiFi connection he’s wery kind Person , The receptionist Ms.Lubna was extremely helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to be extremely kind to a very weary traveller. Would highly recommend a stay. On top of all first class hotel receptionist, Ms.Lubna. She made me feel that my experience at the hotel was personally important to her. I think she deserves most of the credit over all the other staff. The pool and bar restaurants was good as well . and the public areas are relaxing and serviced by an attentive team of staff. Thanks

    Customer service was quite good. The staff were very polite and tried to sort things out when you raised issues with them. Also, the location wasn't too bad - about 10-15 QAR to several places. There was also a mini supermarket downstairs where you can buy something that you need. Disliked · We got a 2-bed deluxe apartment and it was filthy! As soon as we got in, we needed to do a quick clean. This isn't dirt that was in areas that are difficult to clean- imagine just coming from travel and needing to clean in a hotel. These were dirt as a result of neglect for a long time or not being bothered. I could use baby wipes to clean some of it. The bathroom was covered in mould and the shower curtain was filthy. It took all of in me not to check out the first day and look for somewhere else. Honestly ruined my holiday. On day 1, we asked that the floor be mopped and they did just that and left a dirty towel on the floor. On day 2, we left a please clean room sign and no one cleaned (we stayed somewhere else). Apparently, if we need the room cleaning, we needed to call. So we called and the cleaners asked if I needed anything cleaning, but everything was dirty. There was an old dirty tissue under the kitchen sink that God knows how long it's been there. Never been on holiday where I was counting the days to leave. This is meant to be a covid quarantine hotel. It is not clean and definitely nowhere near sanitary. All in all, an awful stay- ended up staying 5 days instead of 7.

    It’s affordable and the staffs from security to the front desk personnel are efficient and very approachable . The housekeeping staffs are courteous . Meanwhile , the rooms are much acceptable - clean and tidy . Although few things that needs to be improved such as the toilet fixtures need to be maintained . Rugs I believe needs to be shampooed . But overall - it’s a great place to stay . It was a good experience .

    One of the worst quarantine hotels in Doha. Still waiting to get a room. It's been more than 5 hours now. There is absolutely no communication from Hotel. The staff are very rude and they don't care about guests. I have asked for food, there is no food given so far and don't even bother to provide drinking water

    We checked in on Thursday. Everything was perfect except night time. Our apartment was on 7th floor, we couldn't sleep well due to the loud music on penthouse.
