Customer
service
was
quite
good.
The
staff
were
very
polite
and
tried
to
sort
things
out
when
you
raised
issues
with
them.
Also,
the
location
wasn't
too
bad
-
about
10-15
QAR
to
several
places.
There
was
also
a
mini
supermarket
downstairs
where
you
can
buy
something
that
you
need.
Disliked

We
got
a
2-bed
deluxe
apartment
and
it
was
filthy!
As
soon
as
we
got
in,
we
needed
to
do
a
quick
clean.
This
isn't
dirt
that
was
in
areas
that
are
difficult
to
clean-
imagine
just
coming
from
travel
and
needing
to
clean
in
a
hotel.
These
were
dirt
as
a
result
of
neglect
for
a
long
time
or
not
being
bothered.
I
could
use
baby
wipes
to
clean
some
of
it.
The
bathroom
was
covered
in
mould
and
the
shower
curtain
was
filthy.
It
took
all
of
in
me
not
to
check
out
the
first
day
and
look
for
somewhere
else.
Honestly
ruined
my
holiday.
On
day
1,
we
asked
that
the
floor
be
mopped
and
they
did
just
that
and
left
a
dirty
towel
on
the
floor.
On
day
2,
we
left
a
please
clean
room
sign
and
no
one
cleaned
(we
stayed
somewhere
else).
Apparently,
if
we
need
the
room
cleaning,
we
needed
to
call.
So
we
called
and
the
cleaners
asked
if
I
needed
anything
cleaning,
but
everything
was
dirty.
There
was
an
old
dirty
tissue
under
the
kitchen
sink
that
God
knows
how
long
it's
been
there.
Never
been
on
holiday
where
I
was
counting
the
days
to
leave.
This
is
meant
to
be
a
covid
quarantine
hotel.
It
is
not
clean
and
definitely
nowhere
near
sanitary.
All
in
all,
an
awful
stay-
ended
up
staying
5
days
instead
of
7.
