Great location if Souq Waqif is your main reason for the visit. Rooms were OK and service was average. We woke up every morning to noise.

I can’t believe that this is a 5 star hotel the service very slow and the workers don’t have experience dealing with the guests also my mom can’t walk I asked the parking guy to take my mom’s wheelchair and he said no need cuz the room is near not too much walking and it was the opposite I’m really disappointed

Great location at walking distance from Souq Wakif & Metro station & All utilities. Excellent facilities in the apartment, self contained. Great breakfast spread at the hotel. To top it all, very hospitable staff to assist. ... Enjoyed Weeklong stay !! Would certainly revisit whenever we are in Doha

It was my home for more than two years but then I had to leave and sofa surf with a friend for two months because they wanted to charge a fortune during the World Cup. Nice way to treat people!

First and Last time to stay at a Tivoli Property Check in was smooth enough, and Ali was extremely welcoming at the reception. It all went downhill from there! Firstly the bathrooms had lotion dispensers instead of soap, no hand towels and only 2 face towels for an apartment for 4 people. Called reception twice, no answer. When going out for dinner asked a staff member only to come back 2.5 hours later with none of what we asked in room. The worst part was we waited 20 minutes for Valet to bring our car, we asked 3 times and were told the driver was on the way, when we complained to Ali at reception he went to the valet desk to find our car key still in the drawer and nobody went to get our car. I would've left the hotel, but I've pre-paid and don't want to lose my money.

Stay there for the world cup. Location was the best! The food from their restaurant is extremely good! The place was always clean. The staff super friendly. The rooms very spacious and we'll decorated. Being the world cup it was not cheap but it was also not expensive. I think you really get the value for the price. Highly recommend! 👍

The rooms were nice and cozy. I love the ambience and all the amenities were complete. The view of the room was so nice. The staff from the reservation who made our booking were so good specially Sherwin, Yvonne and Youcef. Babelyn from Al Baraha really did a great job. The reception staff also were so kind and approachable. It's worth the price and definitely would recommend to anyone. We'll definitely come back again. Room 1105 😊

We stayed in a two-bedroom type apartment for a family weekend getaway. The room and amenities met our expectations, except for the balcony, accessed only from one of the rooms. Furthermore, the balcony should be easily accessible from the living room so we do not have an issue every time we need to go to the balcony, passing the room where a family member might be inside. Breakfast is served in an a la carte type; something unusual for the 4 or 5 stars luxurious hotel/apartment, although the restaurant had opened its door to the guest and implemented strick Covid-19 protocol. It leaves us not many choices to select food, not to mention the taste, which was so so. Another thing to mention is that the waiter at the restaurant needs to improve their attitude, especially some of the male servers. The Management should give its employees proper and necessary skills and behavioural training before they're allowed to serve guests. How come a waiter dared to say, "I will take your order later as I got confused already", when we (as a group of the family) were in the middle of a conversation to choose which food/drink we would order. The waiter getting stressed by some of the specific requests. So he just said those words and left us with nothing but surprise to his attitude. That is why a buffet breakfast is come in handy to avoid such an awkward situation. LoL On the positive side, we were impressed with the bed quality, a front-side staff who helped us open the car parking gate for free, and the hotel has direct access to Souq Waqif. A side note: Be cautious about getting to the hotel/apartment. Due to road construction, many roads were closed. Use your intuition and do not 100% trust the Google Map. LoL

Good Apartments as compared to comparative hotels. But it's much costly. In other ways it's beautiful with comfortable apartments.

Stayed for two months in a One Bedroom Deluxe Apartment. Living room size a bit on the smaller side, but the apartment in general is amazing. Nicely finished, slick furniture, very comfortable and beautiful bathroom with walk in shower and the bedding is absolutely top notch, slept like a baby while I was there.
