The staff was super kind. The hotel very beautiful and in front of the beach, but the rooms a little bit small. Very clean, amazing bed and pillows and great services. We are at their restaurant and everything was so tasty. The only thing is that it’s a little bit far from the center of Doha, but we took Uber and it was everything fine. If you prefer a quiet place this is an amazing place to stay.

My family and I tend to stay in 5 star hotels but this one stands out as it's the best 5 star hotel experiences we had. The staff is extraordinary; they will go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. Also the unique structure of this hotel and the close proximity to the beach is just the cherry on top. When we visit Qatar, this will definitely be our home. Thank you.

Staff seems unable to handle the pressure of work demands and requests from customers.. Food below average Price are very expensive compared to the quality , clean , and service!! They have to work much and much to reach for stars!!

Absolutely brilliant hotel, which is a stones away from the beach and the promenade, is conveniently located close to the souk. The rooms are traditional types of homes converted into hotel rooms which gives a nice old with the modem twist to it. This hotel has two sides to it and have to catch a golf cart to get from one side to the other, this is easily done though the main reception, it has disable friendly rooms. The breakfast buffet was absolutely spot on and the staff were all friendly and willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you to Mohammed, Allen and the rest of the staff who were amazing and who helped us with all our needs.

I stayed here through Discover Qatar during a stopover and it was an incredible experience! Beautiful heritage hotel, clean and comfy room, and top notch service. In-room food is also excellent!! The Tivoli spa inside the hotel was also exceptional and Ann (the therapist) was incredible!! They kindly accommodated me despite being fully booked. There was a confusion about an offer that the hotel reception advertised but the spa staff handled it for me.

The staffs were amazing and I loved the food, the cleanliness as well the serene environment. I had a lovely time with my husband and the stay was worth it… I am looking forward to visit again in future with our children.

We went to try out this hotel as I saw the photos looked really good, when I arrived a few service staff assisted us to the reception and assisted us to check-in, all staff were great and friendly and as you walked around the reception as check in is being process you can notice that football and gloves were signed (England football team was staying there for World cup 2022) it felt like an experience to be sleeping where the England football team slept that’s really cool. But anyways other things like the swimming pool and gym were also well available, they had a SPA and some buggies to bring you around the hotel, which I found really useful as the summer weather was not helping us at all. Hotels were really clean and modern considering the outside was based on the old Qatar buildings but inside was really nice toilet was really beautiful as well, would love to come back here with friends and family as we can also book a compound that only belongs to us! Which would have been awesome. 10/10 overall experience.

This hotel is one of the loveliest in Doha! It gives a traditional luxurious vibe. The hotel rooms are sooo cute. They are like independent villas and it feels like home! One thing disappoint me though. It’s the super deep pool! Hahaha I’m 5’2 and I can’t even stand 😅 well, I can’t swim so I did not enjoy the pool much. Everything else was awesome!

This is a must see/stay hotel! The atmosphere is beautiful. If you live in Qatar, you will feel like you traveled to an oasis far away. The service is outstanding -the staff goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Very nice spa and restaurant, too. I loved walking along the sea front between the main building and the annex and watching the locals on the beach. The sea front has lovely places to sit and have a coffee. I can't wait to return!

Our stay at the Souq Al Wakrah hotel by Tivoli was nothing short of sensational. The staff were helpful beyond measure, the facilities were outstanding and the hotel was in immaculate condition. It has character in abundance as it is considered a heritage site, whilst simultaneously providing an impeccable service through its outstanding staff. The backdrop to this is a beautiful beachside location on either side of a Souq which provides a vibrant and busy atmosphere. It is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my life. Words do it an absolute injustice and I cannot genuinely speak highly enough of the institution. You are greeted with a smile every single day from the lovely staff in reception like Amaldev, Sagee, Salim, Noreen and Nur who were all on hand to assist with any enquiries we had regardless of the time of day and were always offering to help us plan a route or to figure out our itinerary. To the staff who do the day to day activities like Tahir, Desmond, Khalid, Peter and Shahin who escorted us to and from the bus stop to helping us find a sim on our first day and giving general expertise when it came to needing a haircut or advising where would be best to pray for myself and my wife. The breakfast staff were just as important to making our stay a brilliant one with Sharon and Tariq always greeting us with a smile and Rosemary for cooking us up a delicious fresh breakfast every single morning. That’s without even mentioning the countless staff who go above and beyond in their endeavours on a daily basis who may have gone unnoticed. The stay was fantastic and staying at such a brilliant hotel has only enhanced our experience and truly left Qatar in our heart. Fantastic hotel! Very peaceful in August when I visited as not too many people around. Perfect location on the beach and next to the Souq. Particular highlight is the staff, so friendly and welcoming. As and England football fan I was very happy to have been upgraded to Harry Kane’s World Cup room. Pool is small but really refreshing, suitable for couples and people looking to relax and unwind.

I would like to thank Mr. Mujahed from restaurants management, we had an issue, and he solve it with 1 phone call and made our stay great. The facility is fabulous, especially after adding a swimming pool. Wish to add another pool for kids. See you soon !

I recently visited a vacation destination where I received exceptional care from the friendly and accommodating staff. one particular member of the staff, a Sri Lankan woman provided exceptional hospitality and always had a smile on her face making our state even more enjoyable. This is really one of the better hotel experiences that I have had. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. We booked 2 different rooms but the complimentary fruit basket came to just one of rooms making it the reason for the 4 stars. The food is expensive but still good. Lovely place for breakfast buffet! Great service, cozy peaceful area, best seating for outdoors and the best view of the Wakra beach. Perfect for a lazy Saturday breakfast with family and friends. Buffet has decent variety and it's reasonably priced. We were served by Catherine who made sure we had everything we needed. Great service and keep it up!

I recently stayed in the hotel and had a really good stay. The hotel is located right next to the beach making it easy to relax after visiting the city. The food served was tasty everytime. While the staffs took good care of the requirements and were helping, the hotel kept special care to keep the rooms clean. While the hotel gave a soothing feeling with its traditional look, it had all the modern amenities that one can wish for. I would specially recommend to use spa. Serene, idyllic hotel, which was once an heritage House. Beautiful location next to Souq Al Wakrah and the beach. If you want to get away for some peace and quiet and away from the hussle and bustle then I can't think of a better place. If there was one gripe then it would be the poor quality if the WiFi, however when we spoke to staff they assured us it would be rectified in the near future

Like many others, our stay here was excellent. The rooms are first class, the layout is unique and the location perfect. If you are here for a visit why choose a city hotel when you can have a Souq and sea outside your door.

The rooms are large and comfortable with safe lockers , bathroom slippers , ironing board , fridge , welcome drinks and fruit basket The complementary breakfast has a good enough variety and the breakfast room is very Magnificent.

5 star....from Front Desk personnel (Ms Nura) up to our check out date. On the day of our arrival, we got an upgrade of room which is unexpectedly given. Our request for additional things in hotel related needs been granted straight away. Beddings are so comfortable, clean and Service overall is 👍 and excellent 👌 Will do plan again definitely in winter months.
