Was a nice dinner, we had tried many of the signature dishes and found them delicious. Before ordering, they had reminded us that there would be no alcohol added in the food bcoz of specific reasons, which was kind of pity for the mussels! But will come and try again next time with alcohol added😬😬🤩

It was a good decision for me to celebrate my birthday at the Cellar restaurant. It wasn’t crowded and the place was cosy and lovely. The staff was so friendly, especially to the restaurant Manager - Polina, she is amazing! She is excellent in giving the customer service from the beginning until we finished. Moving forward to the food, we tried the summer brunch offer of 295 qar per two persons. Everything was delicious, I highly recommend the croquetas and Rabo de Toro. Also, their version of vegetarian paella is not bad, it is surprisingly tasty. Overall, I was impressed, the Cellar restaurant made my birthday memorable. I will surely be back and recommend it to my friends.

Very over rated restaurant.. the ribeye steak is very hard, chewy as if a very low quality cut is used.. Honestly the waiter "Rey" was very professional and apologised for the mistake and replaced the diah with the baby chicken, which was an average dish.. rest such as the black paella and the prawns were really below average.. Overall not a good experience and I don't recommend any to visit the place - waste of money!

We went to the Cellar yesterday the service was delay (the restaurant are not busy btw) and the food was not our expectation. We ordered wagyu beef and seafood paella. The beef it difficult to cut and chew also the paella was over cooked and smelly. Wasn’t a good experience here. It’s not worth it.

Attentive staff and good service. The food was tasty and generous! It's a shame there's no pork license which makes certain dishes that are usually made of pork a lot less flavoursome. But all in all a great place to have some dinner.

I first wasn’t quite satisfied with my fist drink, a bit too sour than strawberry flavored, but I didn’t say anything until Jovena came over and asked how’s my food. She offered me another one, I picked mocktail Sangria (pic 2), but it still wasn’t my type, but I didn’t wanna bother her so I said I would just keep my first drink and don’t make a third one. In the middle of my main course, she brought a mixed berry drink to the table (pic 3). I didn’t expect she would make the third one tbh. On top of that, she sent me a small dessert (pic 4). I initially planned to have Churros here, but I ended up having no room for dessert. Not churros but thank you for kindness, still really good 😊 appreciate it and I love your attitude!!!!

I recently visited The Cellar for their Friday brunch and had a delightful experience. One of the standout aspects was how the restaurant wasn't crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. The ambiance was simply amazing, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. The staff were all friendly and professional, but I must make a special mention of Sikhile, who was incredibly attentive and accommodating. The manager, Polina, deserves recognition for her hard work and excellent customer interaction. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was fine and exceeded our expectations. It's evident that she takes great pride in delivering exceptional service. Moving on to the food, I want to mention the delightful complimentary bread that was served at The Cellar. The combination of garlic, tomatoes, and salt made it a simple yet incredibly delicious treat. It was a delightful way to start the dining experience and set a positive tone for the rest of the meal. The tapas were a highlight, particularly the oxtail and croquettas, which were absolutely delicious. However, I did encounter a slight disappointment with my main course. I requested a medium rare beef tenderloin, but it arrived as medium well. Despite that, the meat was incredibly tender, and the flavors were exceptional. It would be great to see more options for the main course, like paella, to enhance the variety. For dessert, I ordered the churros. While the sauce was not overly sweet, which I prefer, the churros themselves were covered with too much sugar. A lighter dusting of sugar would have been ideal. As for the drinks, the sangria was alright, although it seemed a bit watered down, and the alcohol wasn't very noticeable. Overall, I was highly impressed with the customer service at The Cellar, and although I would suggest more options for the main course during brunch, the experience was well worth the price of 195 riyals per person. I would definitely come back to The Cellar and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who appreciates excellent customer service and prefers a less crowded Friday brunch experience. It's a wonderful place to enjoy delicious food, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive staff.

I was extremely disappointed with this restaurant. I came to this restaurant as I had traveled to Doha for the World Cup and was shocked to see that service that extremely compromised. We didn't have one dedicated server for our table. I constantly had to call someone to attend to us and this made the whole experience overall irritating. Secondly, I chose this restaurant for the mussel's pot and was also VERY disappointed with this. The broth of the mussel's was so salty. I just barely finished the meal to not have to waste it. Lastly, this meal SHOULD NOT be severed with fries as a side. Soft bread is the obvious choice for this meal ... Not sure what the chef it thinking. Overall below average experience, I wouldn't waste your time here. Doha has much better restaurants to enjoy!

We visited here for our Team lunch and I must say that from the reservation up to our cheque the overall experience was beyond words. Our host “Polina” served us exceptionally. Keeping the service in mind we visited “The Cellar” for my Wife’s Birthday. The overall experience was top-notch. We were taken care by Tanpreet Kaur, who was a standard anyone in Hospitality should follow. Our Chef Rahul was great, if only we licking the plate was an appropriate gesture, we probably would have done that as well. Last but not least the whole experience was made perfect by Viktoria on the piano. What a talent! Thank you team Cellar, see you guys again.

The best place to go for relaxing with family and friends! It is cosy and lovely, plus the staffs added the charm to this restaurant. They are all kind and accommodating, especially Polina, she gave us an excellent service from the beginning until we finished our meal. She also gave us a good recommendation for the rose wine. The food were all simple, but it was all delicious and hearty food. I had the best croquetas here (I think it was the broccoli with a touch of orange) and also the rabo de toro. Crema catalana dessert was really nice too! I will definitely be back here with my friends next time.

I've been to the cellar quite a few time, and usually had a great time. Not this time though. Food was bland at best: by far the most soggy croquettes I've ever eaten. Service was depressive. It may just have been this time, and it won't stop me from trying again. But this visit left me with a bad taste and quite underwhelmed

Came for the business/express lunch. Since there were 3 of us was able to get one of everything. Appetizers were nothing special, just salads although the soup was ok. Need just a bit more oomph here and would be 5 stars on the food. The mains however were excellent, could not go wrong with any of them. Dessert was also good although if could get more than the 2 selections would be nice. Overall a nice experience. Main negative is that the dining area mixed with the smoking area so detracted a bit from the experience.

Very poor quality and service. They considered Spanish restaurant. I asked o the menu there was the possibility to choose 3 or 2 dishes and ordered fennel salad, they took me salad with smoked duck, but no shadow of fennel . The chef come because I complained and he told me was the fennel aromatised oil . But the salad was undressed . He took the sálad and brought back to the kitchen. They took the same salad filled again with the same ingredients of before . I order fish but was neither good, untasted .. anyway .. to much expansive for the quality they offer . And honestly no trace of Spanish food . Not recommended

My team and I came here after a week of intensive training. We ordered a mix of main courses and tapas, as well as a variety of alcoholic and soft beverages. Positives: The food was tasty, and we loved the cellar-like ambiance of the place - atmospheric, but enough light to keep it feeling warm. Other than a minor issue (see below), the staff were helpful, friendly, efficient and patient with our medium-sized group. Negatives: -the Croquetas de patata y jamón were quite light on the beef, with just a few pieces around the outside of each croquette. -the Cellar Burger was a bit overpriced. -One of the group ordered a Lemongrass jasmine iced tea, but the waiter forgot to inform us that there was no lemongrass flavouring left, and served us a strange, unpleasant drink. When we returned the drink and asked him why it didn't taste of lemongrass, he was very apologetic, informed us of the mishap, and struck the item from the bill.

We ordered the shellfish bisque, squid ink seafood paella, duck confit, and profiteroles. Every dish was well prepared and tasty, just a tad pricy. Overall not bad at all for an airport hotel restaurant.

A Little restaurant inside The Oryx Rotana Hotel in Doha. Felt very welcomed on entering when we were greeted by a well dressed male. Was served by a very friendly young Kenyan waiter who went out of his way to change the 2 course menu to suite my dietary requirements being a pescatarian. Food was very taste. Highly recommended if you are staying over at the Oryx.

Nice cozy place for dinner with family and friends. Was Ramadan time and missed the lunch buffet, checked in at 4pm and choose chicken skewers. The place was empty so had good business meeting along with lunch. The service was great and courteous. Only wished the drinks menu was offered to choose, so ended up with water of the waitress choice :-). The checker was tender and marinated well. The side breads were soft and served with fresh mint grind. Request for extra bread was honoured aswell.

I love the ambience and wine collection they have. They have a variety of snacks like octopus and other meat.. But they don't have a good menu for heavy meal.
