He will give you few forms and take them to cashier inside the same room 6. You'll be paid in cash 7. It hardly took me 5 minutes

Never rent a house from Ezdan. It’s a trap. House rent before world cup in Ezdan Gharafa was 6400, and now it is 11,500. They play with legal terms in the contract. Never accept their promotional offers when you rent unfurnished units. Such a pain moving in and out. Very much not recommended.

This tower may be the best tower on Ezdan’s list - the reception is good, the lobby is clean and spacious, the bedrooms are a reasonable size and have most services - the bathrooms need more care and cleanliness

The receptionist took over 40 minutes to check us in. The receptionist was speaking with an annoying and unnecessary tone and i would recommend if the staff gets more training dealing with customers. Bathroom needs remodeling. Rooms and beds are barely ok. Price is ok. Internet is worthless. NEVER coming back here again. Plenty of better options Qatar has to offer.

Service very bad and no respect for the guest from the employees and no one come to check the room and I make orders foods from talabat application at lunch and this time I’m at work talabat call me they told me from hotel not allowed to go upstairs I call the reception when I explain to him and they close the phone I feel like I didn’t paid And I meet the manager and I told him about everything he didn’t help 😡

It was my first time to come here in this hotel. Its really nice the pool. The kids enjoying it and they have also a play area for the young ones. Its really nice the ambiance of the hotel.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Bad very bad this not a right hotel standard for Qatar It is a poorly maintained hotel with dirty rooms and cockroaches. unworthy to be a hotel In Doha Qatar The internet is of very poor quality the cleaning teams do not have the right equipment to clean the rooms the entire hotel is old and worn out. It is in urgent need of a thorough renovation

Facilities are ok. Apartment housekeeping consist only on bedsheets and towels change, they don’t really clean up the room. It is SO DISGUSTING that people SMOKE INSIDE THE APARTMENTS, almost every day I’ve the cigarette smell inside my apartment which also causes me cough because I’m allergic. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel if you are a non smoker person.

I live here and love the stay. I have access to the gym and pool for free :) a bit overpriced on the food side but all hotels are. Would recommend to stay for international people who may be worried about a culture shock because there are many international people that stay here.

Very good hotel . Value for money . All facilities available . Bed was not king even though we booked extra large bed . Anyways good stay.

We really enjoy and love the place,it's clean and comfortable to stay. The receptionist are very kind and helpful especially (filipina and indian guy). We will visit again soon.

After visiting the hotel: First of all, the reservation service is beautiful and the dealings are sophisticated with the development of the required recommendations by Mr. Richie. Upon my arrival at the hotel, the reception is nice, the dealings are nice, the service is fast, and a role was chosen according to the request and desire, in addition to nice view (the sea view) by Mr. Altrin The room is clean, the air conditioning is great, and the internet is available But the house keeping for the room not good, they are not provide tissue and low serve Breakfast: The food tasty and nice Notes: - Internet is slow - Divide the elevators according to the floor, if it is even or odd not good - Breakfast time is very short from 6:30 to 10:30

Don't ever visit this place during Ramadan. They always close the swimming pool and fabricate a story that it is under maintenance, every year. Then they expect people to use the pool cafe after sunset. Sorry no chance. Wish I could give 0 star rating.

If there's less than one star i will give.. They closed all the parking around.. And they don't have park service.. The reciption staff very tough and rod and they don't know about customer service anything..NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Good experience to my family 😁 our 5x going here to stay to unwind and enjoy in swimming pool, my 2 daughter are so much enjoy in pool and play ground, they love to stay here,, they don't like to go home hahaha

not recommanded at all , am writing this from my room in tower 2 , its the worst ever and am going out soon , we are in 2023 and they provide the worst internet service at all !!!!!! ,althought i complain many times and i informed them that all my work depands on internet , how come in 2023 internet speed and conectivity is an issue !

The food and the buffet were really good, although the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. In addition, Tower 4, where we lived, is already pretty shabby and in need of renovation. The staff was very accommodating and kind.

Good value for the price. Great location and big rooms, though parts of the hotel seem a bit dated and the bathrooms smell funny. Helpful staff, but they don't clean the room daily despite turning on the "Clean my room" indicator.

Brilliant premises with great location and if you get the view of Tower 1 you will able to see West Bay residential villas till a very long distance.

Had been residing in Ezdan Tower since last 3 years off and on. My stay their was comfortable overall. They make up the room on daily basis. Beds are not comfortable, food is okaish, staff is friendly and cooperative.

Hotel location is good. Rooms are not that much standardized. Service is also delayed in everything. Reception is good but slow.

If you want cockroaches and pest in your room then this hotel is your place. Those who will be using this hotel during the world cup stay away, it's far from a 4* hotel don't be fooled.

Nice and clean Customer service is good but one of the reception guys is not so polite and hospital Room service is good Restaurants: Althuraia great breakfast buffet and nice food tastes All the service and chefs are superb However its not working for dinner and lunch every day. Splash good and i recommend the Orange rush juice its great with the heat of the summer. Pool clean and kids friendly Playground is ok but not in summer with the humidity

A never ending construction site. Dirty corridors. No cleaning for common areas like halls. Very dissappointing. Used to be clean and neat.

Rooms are too ugly, basically its in beige colour and furniture are in dark brown which giving you negative feelings all the time. Rate per night at reception is more than 140usd despite its just a 4stars hotel. They kicked out alot of staff last year and now you wait half of your day to get house keeping in to make up your room. However they have a good pool and gym, not fully equipped but you can manage your training inside. The worst thing about the pool that they open it for daily use visitors which you can find it too crowded in summer and special occasions like feast.

We have been upgraded to a suite which was extremely nice and spacious with a beautiful view of skyline. Very helpful and accomodating staff. Thanks to Ms. Rose beacause we enjoyed our stay and surely will go back.

This is without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything is full of mould. The roof in the room is full of mould as well as the bathroom and curtains. Everything like bags that you keep in the room grow mould is absolutely disgusting major Health risks when staying here. Main hotel corridors are cleaned maybe once a month and the same mop used in the corridors is used in private rooms. Rubbish / grey water streams and stains in main corridors from tenants removing personal waste left for weeks. Fire extinguishers not inspected. Customer service is horrendous and water leaks can be seen coming from the upper rooms through the walls. Supposedly this is marked as a 4 star hotel, maybe the rating service was paid to achieve the awarded rating. In my person experience this is a 1 star health hazard and football fans must avoid it at all costs

Not a good experience at all. Tried to check in 5pm, booking was for 3pm. Room not ready. Check in staff busy talking and bantering with each other. WiFi poor in room. Sink drainage poor. Toilet didn't flush properly. Deposit taken on card and only able to return by cash - no point as I'm flying back out. Couldn't give me an invoice as not part of their internal process. No regard for customer service.
