Terrible receptionists. Extremely slow and questioned us about a bag of chips as they made us and our uber to the airport wait 15 minutes for them to check the room on check out… when does that ever happen? Is that a Qatar thing? I travel quite often and have never had to be “cleared” for check out. The room for two came with one towel and then we were given an attitude about receiving two more. Then the receptionist questioned how long I’d be staying even tho we had over 12 hours till check out. Excuse me, but what am I paying for exactly. Bathroom was gross and so was the bedding. Btw whoever stays in 233 next I hope you see this, because they didn’t change the bedding after we left. Would not recommend a cockroach to stay here.

Checked in for 2days hotel quarantine, I feel very comfortable and satisfied with the service. Room is very clean & quality of food is good , Supportive staffs. Thank you for your good service.

Nice place to stay in Doha. I have stayed here for two days for my business trip. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Property has gym and nice roof top pool. Food also amazing.

Friendly and helpful staff. The beds were comfy. Maybe the (bath)rooms could have been just a bit more well maintained and cleaner. The breakfast food was very tasty. Overall, this was not a bad stay at all for 2 days during FIFA World Cup.

Worst experience ever in this hotel. I was booked this hotel for quarantine, and the service was so bad. They don't even provide the things that are required. Called So many times, receptionist don't even bother what we need. bad bad experience. I never recommend this hotel. If you are quarantine, don't expect the things that you want. They provide you as per hotel rules.

The service is ridiculous. No one answers the calls. No one asks for food. Unless u complain nothing moves. They seem to be less bothered about quarantine guests. They done serve any other option than Indian food. So beware before booking. U can pay lesser and stay in better hotel. Guests are shouting for help with doors open but no one is there to support them.

This hotel is simply amazing from the main entrance to the lobby it's very artistic. I liked the concept of the colours and decorations. The food is amazing the facility itself is very conducive for family. I will definitely come back again and again. The security staff Abdulatif is very polite and always smiling.

Very helping staff and security. I just finished my 10 days quarantine there, it was amazing. Really appreciating Mr. Arjun (reception supervisor) for his help and arranged a wonderful room for me. Rooms are really big, food are very nice and service is very fast no delay for anything. Only one thing no menu for food for choice its serving there own choice , if you can provide food with some choice it will be more helpful to all. I am really recommended this hotel.

We had breakfast at their buffet after an Instagram guy recommended it. We were really impressed with the selection. The price was only QR50 per person which was great. The staff was friendly and efficient. We only went for their breakfast buffet but based on the reviews we will definitely return for a stay.

I could not give much of the time but enjoyed the time I spend. From the very start while checking in Ismail greeted me and jerin gesture while doing the check in. The housekeeping team is also excellent and very helpful will do visit again

I totally surprised by this hotel. It looks normal from outside. But it's having all facilities like Bar, restaurants, shisha, a big function hall, pool, and gym. I never expected it in wakra area. The beautiful lobby attracted more. I tried their breakfast and brunch. Very reasonable price but the quality and taste of the food were very good. I believe the brunch is available on Fridays only Any way i strongly recommend this hotel to the people who love to stay a relaxing atmosphere. I surely come back to this hotel again with my friends

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was really comfortable. The hotel staff is helpful and accommodating. There is a bar Krossroads on the top floor which is very good with in-house DJ and bands playing on weekends. The bar staff is very kind and friendly especially Ms. Ever. Highly recommend.

I stayed there two weeks ago, the carpet had few stains and it was annoying not having remote control for the ace I went to complain few times and I met one of the managers her name is oda she was very nice and attentive and handled the situation in a professional way luckily. It was our first time in Qatar and she recommended places to go. I was satisfied after all but wish the hotel will fix the issues.

I was given information in a 6 minute call in June about their pool membership in which they claimed that there was membership available for children for a nominal price. Excited about getting a membership, I even visited their hotel the same day and was told the same information as in the phone call. I repeated my request that when I come back from holidays, I will take a membership for myself and my kids.I left for holiday in June and when I came back, they completely retracted and backfired saying that they don't have any membership for children and that there is only a gym membership for adults. We went to the hotel all ready to swim and were turned back. Staff was not accommodating at all.

It was my wife's birthday and our 14th wedding anniversary and time rako gave us One of the best breakfast experiences we ever had. Excellent environment and the food was outstanding, even the humblest egg was cooked with perfection all thanks to chef and his team. Wide variety of dishes and great international breakfast buffet. Great and very friendly staff, a special thanks to Mr.Naresh at Medzo for helping us throughout👍staff like him makes the hotel top notch.

I had a wonderful stay for the week! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop pool, the gym, and the spa. Slight improvement may be required in washroom area, then We could be able to listen the moderate music till 2am from party hall lead little uncomfort. Apart from that I would highly recommend this stay, and my honest opinion I would give it 4.5 / 5.

Outstanding hospitality. It's worth the price. A decent international breakfast spread.Special mention about chocolate fountain in the breakfast spread, that delight kids. Regarding the quality of bathroom, the hand shower was leaking and the dustbin lid was broken. Really appreciate the wooden toothbrush provided. Good quality and earth friendly.

The hotel is close to Souq waqif and wakra beach. There are a lot of food streets near by the hotel. The rooftop Bar ambience and the performance of live music band were good. The behaviour of staffs are also nice.

Stayed 2 days here for the required hotel quarantine if traveling from a red list country. Service was very good. Staff was congenial and helpful. The food provided to us during our stay was fine. They also provided a separate meal each time for ulour one year old. We would've been happier if they would've asked us for our meal preferences though. They also weren't able to provide a crib for our child so she had to sleep on the bed with us. All in all our experience was fair.

The reception by security was very welcoming and polite. The place is clean and beautiful. Infact it's more like a five star hotel

The Hotel is good I loved the way the staff accommodated me and my family, also the room are very spacious and clean. The security at the main entrance are very neat and tidy I must say the management of the vicinity are well aware of what hospitality means. The Ramadhan decoration of the place is also unique and I thought I was in Spain. I had to take some photos and boast to my friend how beautiful my country is. The place location is very near to souq and the sea, please request for a sea view room when you stay.

We had opted Time rako for our post travel quarantine. I could pin point a lot of things that require attention to. 1st and foremost, the waiting is really bad! You need immense Patience to get a room. After almost an hr of waiting we were given a room. And our bad luck the bed was a double cot for 2 adults. It was very uncomfortable sleeping in that. Even though we required for change, they didn't do it since their bookings were full. 2. Their food- it's average. Since me and my husband are vegetarians, for every meal, we had to keep informing the catering that the food sent to us was non veg. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The amount of food wasted was so disappointing. Coz since you are on quarantine, once the food is provided they don't take it back. 3. The only good thing i saw was, their staff were very patient between all the chaos. No matter how many times we called, they kept a good face. That's one thing that i appreciate. Overall, i wouldn't suggest this if you need to be in quarantine.

Every thing was average... Stayed there for quarantine, on second day as soon as the medical team finishes the Antigen test; within 30 minutes we received call from reception that "Results are negative for your family and you can checkout" (Even I didn't receive msg from moph) 😃. Food quantity was too much but taste was average. I booked 2 rooms for my family but due to unavailability of rooms they shifted us to suite with one bedroom. 🙁... Good thing i have small kids so I managed and also they provide extra blanket and pillows 😜 Reception guy was friendly. Ask for few things and got good response...

Room type is ok to survive. Stayed there for quarantine, As got road view room so survived. Room was not so cleaned as i expected. Amenities given are not sufficient for 2 days. Staffs behaviour was good. Foods are good in taste. They should have arrange more items as for two days prices are more expensive. Room should be neat and clean as quarantine guests are staying.

We didn't have reservations but the concierge was able to give us a table. The band was ok but would have been better if it was a complete live band. Price for beer was reasonable.

Stayed for a month in the hotel. Its a good hotel with nice staff. Everyone makes an effort to make your stay comfortable, few names which I remember are Jerin at Reception, Assad , Haseeb and Ismail Bahi are always welcoming in the lobby also Florence at Swimming pool. Overall I was impressed and good value for the money. Two things which bothered me were loud music of Bar can be heard in the 3rd floor rooms also AC in the room was bit noisy. Rest everything was perfect, Gym, room, pool, restaurant, housekeeping etc etc. Also they don't offer you to heat / microwave the food you have ordered from outside. Anyway good job by the management I will definitely comeback and also recommend others.

Me and my friend went to had smoking shisha (hukka). Nice place for sitting, Big TV screen for football live matches. Nice service's. Very professional staff specially Dipak and Sanjna from Nepal Definitely will visit again.

The room I initially booked wasn’t available, but I was provided an even better set of rooms. It was comfortable and had spectacular city view. The staff and the receptionist staff onsite were very helpful as well e.g. providing an international adaptor when asked for and being accommodating. The Wi-Fi connection was also good, I was able to use it for a work video call. Staff are amazing and very professional. I will come back again and again.

Stayed here for 2 days qurantine week. We had booked two room for myself, wife and 2 kids. They arranged for interconnecting rooms for us which was great. Rooms were spacious, nice and clean. Staff were extremely professional and friendly right from check in to check out. Food was very good. Upon our request additional food was provided for both adults and kids without any extra charge. They also provided milk to my infant son. Our stay was very pleasant and nice.

Lovely hotel, beautiful decor, really good quality bedding, comfy pillows and large bath towels. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent , thoroughly enjoyed the variety of food served. Enjoyed the omlete station. Location was mainly why we chose Time Rako hotel because it was near the beach but the beach water was not appropriate and very smelly. Only negative comment, which is due to our personal opinion, is that there is live music playing till after midnight and we could hear the music in our room and couldn't sleep very well but other people may like this entertainment, but as a family, travelling around Doha all day, we were extremely exhausted and just wanted to sleep! Time Rako is a very good place to stay and I would definitely recommend my family and friends to stay here.
