I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
disappointment
and
frustration
regarding
the
recent
experience
my
party
and
I
had
with
our
room
reservation
at
your
esteemed
establishment.
On
5/01/2024,
my
companions
and
I
made
a
reservation
for
a
room
at
AlRayyan
Hotel
Doha
through
your
online
booking
system.
We
were
eagerly
looking
forward
to
a
comfortable
and
relaxing
stay
at
your
hotel,
having
heard
great
things
about
the
quality
of
service
provided
by
Curio
Collection
by
Hilton.
Unfortunately,
our
experience
has
left
us
deeply
upset
and
dissatisfied.
To
our
dismay,
upon
our
arrival
at
the
hotel
on
05/01/2024
early
morning,
we
were
informed
that
our
room
was
not
ready
and
would
not
be
available
for
another
12
hours.
This
unexpected
delay
was
not
only
inconvenient
but
also
highly
frustrating,
especially
after
a
long
journey.
As
guests
who
had
been
looking
forward
to
a
prompt
and
smooth
check-in
process,
the
delay
was
disheartening.
The
tiredness
and
exhaustion
we
felt
after
our
journey
were
only
exacerbated
by
the
stress
and
inconvenience
of
not
having
access
to
our
reserved
room.
We
expected
a
higher
level
of
service
and
efficiency
from
a
hotel
of
AlRayyan's
reputation,
and
this
experience
has
left
us
questioning
the
standards
upheld
by
the
Curio
Collection
by
Hilton.
I
would
like
to
suggest
that
in
situations
where
such
delays
occur
in
the
future,
the
hotel
considers
implementing
a
compensatory
gesture
to
ease
the
frustration
of
guests.
Specifically,
I
propose
offering
complimentary
spa
sessions
to
affected
guests
as
a
gesture
of
goodwill.
This
would
not
only
demonstrate
the
hotel's
commitment
to
guest
satisfaction
but
also
provide
a
means
of
relaxation
and
rejuvenation
for
guests
who
have
had
their
expectations
unmet.
I
trust
that
you
will
take
our
feedback
into
serious
consideration
and
address
the
concerns
raised.

patrons
who
had
high
expectations
for
our
stay
at
AlRayyan
Hotel

we
hope

steps
will

incidents
