    Just want to know if there is no room service for the rooms of guest who are staying for quarantine and no choice for food? Daily same kind of breakfast? If they request for room service or any changes in food do you ask to pay for that? Is your hospitality depends on the country from which they are coming and their purpose to stay in your hotel?

    Stayed here for 2 nights covid quarantine. The hotel room was big and nice, the cleaning people were great. The management was unprofessional, particularly their medical team was rude, delayed test results, and did not communicate with guests as we were treated like an actual prisoners. Paid for full board services but their food was terrible — had to order from outside. Do not stay here for quarantine days.

    We had a horrible experience at this hotel. Actually this is my second stay at this hotel, I decided to give this hotel a second try to check if they take the guests comments into consideration, however I can tell that they does not even bother to care about their guests. First thing I noticed is that we requested from the housekeeping to change the bedsheets and when the person came to change the bedsheets he was not wearing gloves!! I mean at least during this time with the ongoing situation they should wear gloves! Second thing is the same thing I complained about few years ago, which is the smell and the dirty carpets in the room. Third thing which I found it the most disturbing to me is on the checkout day at exactly 12:05PM which is five minutes past the checkout time we started getting too many annoying calls asking us to leave the room quickly as there are guests that are actually waiting for this specific room (Claiming that the hotel is full, although you can barely see anyone in the hotel other than the hotel staff. Also the guests parking area had only 6 cars parked there and the valet in front of the hotel had only two vehicles) after I told them that I will just take a quick shower and I will leave a lady came from the reception threatening us by calling the security and the police!! which was totally unprofessional. I have stayed in so many different hotels all over the world and in many of them I was late to the check out time I was never treated the same way as I had at this property. I have been staying in many hotels which was actually full of guests and was never threatened with security and police, although one time I was late for more than three hours in a hotel and we sorted everything out in the reception without calling the authorities. Overall I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel, as with the same amount you can try many different hotels that has professional staff that knows how to deal with guests even in case of the same issue I had here.

    Currently I am staying in room 220 for 2 days mandatory quarantine. The room is excellent, service is good enough, cleanliness and amenities are perfect. But I must say they provide the worst Indian food I have ever tasted in my entire life. Even after many complaints they kept serving the same which forced us to ask them to stop serving food. I am damn sure no Indian would like the food here.Even though it’s a 5 star hotel the food quality don’t even deserve a single star.

    I spent my 10 days in this fabulous hotel as part of my mandatory quarantine. And let me tell you that I had a WOW experience. Though staying for such a long quarantine can be quite taxing and a gruesome experience, however it has been a ‘feel at home’ for me here at Al Rayyan Hotel Doha. However I must admit that when I landed at the hotel at 1 am in the wee hours (10 days ago.), I did face few challenges. I had to wait for almost an hour at the reception for my room to get ready. Further the room allocated was also not as per my expectations. However, once I communicated my concerns to the management, all my concerns were attended in the most professional manner. The staff has been Courteous, accommodating and empathetic. I have been getting regular calls from the reception to know my well being! This is awesome folks! I must compliment Mr. Luca, the GM of the hotel, who looks into every issue at a personal level and tries to make the guest as comfortable as possible. The food has been nice. My food preferences were catered to. Overall it has been a satisfying experience and now when I come out of the hotel after my 10 days quarantine, I feel as fresh as ever! Thank you Al Rayyan team ! Keep it up folks!!

    Hi, me and my husband has travelled for past 12 hours altogether and reaching choosing this hotel for quarantine was a wrong decision. The reviews were bad and the general manager keeps saying he will do the needful but nothing has changed. We reached in this hotel at 8AM for checkin but now it 10AM still not done. The reception staff is helpless. She says DQ has not given any passenger arrival details, rooms need to be checked out to accommodate. We were around 10 people here with the same concern. I wonder what is this kinda of hospitality. We r so tired after traveling and this approach is really disappointing. Kindly remove this hotel if they r do not want to provide this service rather than repeating the same concerns for all.

    The service in general is below average, especially the cleaning and dining services. Meals prices are high in compare with service. Also cleaners are much below average and rooms/suits are most likely dirty and not cleaned properly. Food is cold in buffet Finally, hotel some staff seems not ready for crowded and fully booked hotels !!

    The hotel is located right next to the metro station which convenient if you want to make city trip and also next to Mall of Qatar. Staffs were kind and welcoming. High speed Internet access everywhere in Hotel area. If you are going to stay in this hotel. I’m sure you won’t be disappointed

    Poor guest check-in process for hotel quarantine. On 11th Nov, it took more than an hour to receive the room key. No social distancing maintained in the reception area. Choice of meny and supplied food quality doesn't go with the name of Hilton. Taste of food is substandard. Rooms are not clean to a 5 star standard. Frustrating experience altogether

    Dear GM Mr Luca crocco thank you for your reply on the review. I stay in room 220 with my father and please consider this as a suggestion for keeping a quarantine menu on what food is provided each time. So that we could choose or cancel what we doesn't need so that the regularity having same menu for both people can be changed and we could inform the requirement reported in a given time provided by the hotel itself. The stay is best and the amenities provided are adequate. Operators assistance are appreciated.

    Unprofessional This review could have been 4 or 5 stars if the staff in charge were professional. If you check my previous reviews you will know that I'm not the type of guy who complains a lot. Offer was room + Iftar buffet at Mezzo + suhoor in-room set menu for 575 Qr which was a good deal in my opinion. I confirmed from the reservation dept. that I have pool access and she confirmed it, as the kids won't have a lot to do that night. Once I arrived at the reception to find that the swimming pool under maintenance for 2 weeks and nobody cared about informing me who have a confirmed booking. The reception Employee said that they announced on social media but forgot to inform those who booked, while their FB page doesn't have any information about his claims. I checked with the restaurant about the suhor set menu and they told me once you are ready call room service and they will bring it (in-room) and when I called 12 midnight to bring it at 1 am they replied you can call at 1 am directly. Called at 1:50 am to get Suhor to find that no in-room dining and it is in Sahara garden. I got mad as it is clearly mentioned in the offer and the employee referred to his manager and confirmed it is Sahara not in-room and they will end at 3 am. Trying to calm myself down by going to Sahara garden at 2 am to find the Sahara staff telling me (Sorry, we are closed) that was it... and I flipped out at the surprised employees who apologized and tried to wash their hands but one of them finally seated us at a table after I entered (karen mode) where is the manager 😠 These mistakes doesn't mean the place is not good or the food quality is low. The point here that you are taking one day off to enjoy and relax and not to raise your blood pressure.

    Excellent service, staff were very helpful and professional. Hotel is very clean, in a excellent location and connected to a major mall and the metro. The room was very comfortable and the A/C was great given the overall weather conditions in Doha (very hot). I would strongly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit.

    Amazing hotel and conveniently has direct access to Mall of Qatar. No need to go outside or travel to visit malls. Hotel food, team, service, rooms, and experience was great.

    My family enjoyed how large the apartment rooms were. Thank you for Sayed, Melissa and Belal for the great hospitality. It was great that the hotel was attached to the largest mall in Qatar. We liked the tubs inside the rooms and the indining too. Thank you.

    I had the privilege of staying on this hotel and enjoyed its superb services. Cuisine was tasty rooms were very well tended. But I want to write a couple of words commending a member of reception staff who was so efficient and punctual in her services and advice, she was miss Aicha. Please convey my gratitude to her. There was Mss Nada Ajami who generously provided me with printouts of my research papers. My thanks to her, and to Mss Nada on the reception desk also. Hope that I’ll have a chance to stay in your Hotel once more

    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience my party and I had with our room reservation at your esteemed establishment. On 5/01/2024, my companions and I made a reservation for a room at AlRayyan Hotel Doha through your online booking system. We were eagerly looking forward to a comfortable and relaxing stay at your hotel, having heard great things about the quality of service provided by Curio Collection by Hilton. Unfortunately, our experience has left us deeply upset and dissatisfied. To our dismay, upon our arrival at the hotel on 05/01/2024 early morning, we were informed that our room was not ready and would not be available for another 12 hours. This unexpected delay was not only inconvenient but also highly frustrating, especially after a long journey. As guests who had been looking forward to a prompt and smooth check-in process, the delay was disheartening. The tiredness and exhaustion we felt after our journey were only exacerbated by the stress and inconvenience of not having access to our reserved room. We expected a higher level of service and efficiency from a hotel of AlRayyan's reputation, and this experience has left us questioning the standards upheld by the Curio Collection by Hilton. I would like to suggest that in situations where such delays occur in the future, the hotel considers implementing a compensatory gesture to ease the frustration of guests. Specifically, I propose offering complimentary spa sessions to affected guests as a gesture of goodwill. This would not only demonstrate the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction but also provide a means of relaxation and rejuvenation for guests who have had their expectations unmet. I trust that you will take our feedback into serious consideration and address the concerns raised. As patrons who had high expectations for our stay at AlRayyan Hotel Doha, we hope that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.     The reasons why I giving such a low rate due some of the things I noted just arriving to hotel door was not an easy mission since many cars was already fully parked in the front (side way) of the main gate and also noticed check in was not smooth as expected since the lobby was full of guest checking out and long waiting for their bags to be brought from the room Room was great with only few details that need to be taking care SPA and Pool was a totally disappointed since pool close at 7PM and no massage service Breakfast was fair nothing changed with same items during my 4 nights stay Hotel have inside access to Qatar Mall which was great

    Great hotel with excellent facilities. Very friendly staff. Wide range of options for breakfast. Lovely rooftop swimming pool and loungers. Rooms a very good size with tea/coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Air conditioning worked well and ensuite is a good size.

    Very poor service.Quarantine package.Families are kept waiting in hotel lobby for hours reason saying no rooms vacant.Toilet wash basins are blocked overflowing no cleanliness .No response even after 2 complaints to reception.hotel booked for 2 days after 1 day they forcefully asked to check out.Fraud people.This is truly 5 star ambience.Keep itup Hilton management.cheating poor innocent people.

    According to the five star hotel the service is very useless. Reading to speak three to four times, then we get something. I've been here twice. But both times I had the same experience. The hotel is beautiful. The food is good too. The staff is also well behaved. The only problem is the service. Everything else is fine.

    WOW. An amazing hotel. I was super welcomed by Fares. Fares made me so comfortable and went above and beyond with his excellent customer service.I loved my suite, My room was so clean and beautiful. I am in love with this hotel.The cleanliness and service was Amazing. I will surely come here again. What is even better is that the Shopping centre is attached.Thank you very much.

    There are only three wastebaskets in the entire hotel. The hotel is not hospitable, the Arab staff are only good in dealing, and the Serbian security director is very good.

    They have small restaurant and too crowded. With only 2 staff. Joanah was running to the buffet to serve food and run back to bring coffee alone in the full restaurant, she looked tired but served all of us, thank you joanah for be a good hostess . The food is nice,only the water melon fruits was not nice,was for yesterday.

    The hotel is excellent and staff were very welcoming. Location is little far from city center, however , the hotel is connecting to Qatar Mall which is perfect Foos is great and rooms are very spacious and clean.

    The hotel is located very far from the city, and it takes quite a while to travel to/from it. Although it is located at the Mall of Qatar there is very little else to do around the hotel. The hotel itself is being used by Teams for the World Cup, but all other guests in the hotel were treated as an inconvenience and with disdain prior to the event. Staff and Security were constantly rude to guests and there was no communication on what was changing daily and what was expected of the guests.
