Very nice Restaurant on this location, Good customer approach,

One of the best bakery, restaurant i have ever seen in my life, for the quality of product though little costly. The kadakk tea, fresh milk tea both make your day energetic. The variety of tea snacks makes it my favorite tea spot. You will get delicious foods also. it locates at Safari Mall, Abu Hamour, near food court.

Currently one of the best restaurants in Safari Mall. I Tried their tea, snacks and shawarma. Everything tastes good and are reasonably priced. Especially the shawarma. But some of their products are very expensive just like their other outlets.

One of the worst restaurants in Doha. 2 times I got food poisoning from eating their stale snacks. But it's always crowded mostly due to slow service (order placement & delivery). So people think the food is good. Experience is limited to MRA snacks. After getting stale food 2 times never had the stomach to order more. World's slowest service - They have 2 counters.. which are kept very close together so both are always occupied with same customers... meaning a group of customers (family or friends) block both counters. You won't know they are together until they leave. Sometimes only one counter is manned... sometimes both are unmanned... while there are other staff busy doing things around it. So you have to wait and wait till the counter staff returns to the counter. This is very frequent and very irritating. Never witnessed such thing in ANY OTHER restaurant than MRA (Safari Mall). Their tea is more expensive but not good in taste. If you think all this is a lie... Just see the number of 1star reviews it has got. Most of their 5Star reviews seem to be fake.

I ordered a dozen of Samosas but I was disappointed by the taste, first of all the Samosas were not fresh and crispy moreover it did not taste well. Previously the Samosas here were crisp, fresh and tasted good, being a regular customer atleast they could have informed me to just wait for a fresh prepared item instead of giving the old non crispy ones. Need to improve.

When you don't have biryani, say not available.Please don't cheat people by giving tikka curry white rice in the name of chicken biryani. food quality also very bad.not worth for the money charged . very bad experience. Poori Bhaji also not good. I feel stomach upset, next day. maybe because of oil they used. Do service for the money collection from people.

MRA has raised bar of taste for me. But disappointed with fish Biryani today. Biryani without Basmati Rice ??? Can't think of it, When you are charging 18 Riyals for it. I guess regular lunch and other items seems nice. Not tried myself through. Payasam/kheer was satisfying (which need to order separately.) I have tested other restaurants in Safari food court and easily can say- This is best place out of rest if you are not Keralite or Tamil....
