Good hotel, clean, with wonderful customer service.

Even before I entered, the staff greeted me with a smiling face. He took my bag. The staff are both very polite and very helpful. When there was a problem, they always solved it. Also, Mr. Abdulkadir is a very good person. Thanks for everything. Lastly the Hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This is my go to hotel every time I am in Doha about 30 nights per year. Rooms are spacious and Zenit and the staff are all wonderful and location is great. Highly recommended.

Nice and quiet place. Nobody will say it's in midst of a busy area once u get in.. Comfortable place.

Very quiet and pleasant, amazing service, maybe the best i've seen, and the food is very good. Only small issue - closest metro is 20 mts walk

Their reception and service was good, however I was not pleased with the quality of the room and I was given a king bed although I actually booked a twin bed room, not worth the price in my opinion

I don't feel a motivation to come back. (Bed blanket wasn't clean!) The man at night in reception not responds to my greetings 🫠

This place great, but the only problem I've had is that they don't treat their employees fairly, some have been rejected and their work habit abused by management. I'm thinking of reporting this place.

I will recommend this hotel they all friendly starting from the front desk the filipino guy (Rjiel) very accomodating even the manager the day i booked that hotel july 3 its monday the staff are friendly they will help u all ur needs ... Thumbs up for them 👍🏻

Highly recommend Baraha restaurant for shisha and food. The shish tawook was brilliant, so was the hummus with meat. The service is always with a smile.

We spend nine days in this beautiful hotel Everything was wonderful. Customer service was top-notch. The food was delicious. Everybody’s super nice… we even met the owner of the hotel. Very nice gentleman. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Qatar

10 years ago, this would be a good 5 star hotel, however now, its surprising it can still be called 5 star. The hotel is located on a very busy street with housing surrounding it. The parking is a fence off area and only way to access it is to go behind the hotel taking small streets to get to it. Check in was such a hassle. Emailed hotel 1 week prior to confirm reservation, with no reply. 3 days prior to check in had to change stay dates. Upon arrival receptionist still had old reservation. After 15 mins of talking and giving new booking confirmation, they pulled up the correct reservation. On the first night back, door handle to room was inoperable. Had to get security and their engineer to come fix. The only good thing about the stay was how friendly some of the staffs are (doorman, security and engineer).

Wow so impressed amaizing hotel and super clean, stuff professional, welcoming is amaizing, I tried wasaby restaurant roof top I advise all to try amaizing atmosphere, the best fresh sushi ever I taste , the japanese Asian fusion menu amazing , the steak and chicken so tasty and fresh , I advise all to try this amazing WASABY restaurant

i stay in this hotel 30 November 2023, but my experience was not so good, i found the room was note cleared well, found indise washroom so many insent, Tv also not working, carpet and sofa was coffee stain mark

I visited this hotel a couple of months back n I must admit it’s a excellent hotel with cozy and comfortable rooms and extraordinary service right from the time you enter the hotel till u leave..unfortunately I got to know that this hotel does not pay salary to it’s employees and that’s very disheartening as people really work so hard for the reputation of the hotel..it will be great if the management looks into this matter so that we enjoy the loyal love ,care and service of the employees
