A good Thai meal with good service. Their pad Thai and curries were absolute delight. Tempura and spring roll were tasty and fresh as well. Papaya salad rocked the table. My favourite of the table was the cashew chicken. Flavorful, crispy and tempting. But the dumplings were a little disappointing. The cover of the dumplings were made too thick that it kinda over powered the dumplings that I couldn’t taste the filling properly. And mango sticky rice wasn’t the best. Their brunch is perfect for trying out their food but a bit pricey though

I've been there with my friend for their Friday Brunch buffet. As an award winning Thai restaurant I was expecting a lot and it delivered. Shout-out to Ms. Kate for her excellent service, she's very helpful and took good care of us and made sure we were not missing anything, also Mr. Michael; the manager, who was so kind coming over several times making sure we were satisfied with the food and service, he also brought me mango sticky rice when I told him I just want to have it then I will be done. Bottom line, great food with great service. Will be back there soon. P.s. Their desserts are no match to the food, they were okay nothing to impress.

Felt discriminated by the staff. When i called for reservation, I asked if we could be seated at a nice spot and I was told that it is first come first serve basis since they got other reservations. Then when we arrived, I was pointing at a specific table and was told it’s not available then chose one table at a spot we didn’t like that much. Eager to change, I asked the staff again if we could transfer, then was told No because the table was reserved. On the other hand, the couple next to our table was able to transfer seats and were granted to choose another table. It may sound petty for some, but we felt discriminated.

Went for the royal thai brunch with the entertainer. The food I liked were the red and green thai curry and the hot taro with coconut cream for dessert. The selection of mocktails were also good. Service and venue were excellent. The rest of the food was average. The seafood grill were too dry and noodles with dumpling was bland.

One of the best Thai food fine dining restaurants in doha. We ordered cashew nut chicken, green Thai curry chicken, masaman dumplings, pineapple rice and padh Thai prawns. While the taste was lip-smacking authentic Thai, for the price and fine dining standards the presentation lacked luster. For instance - Simple stuff like presenting pineapple rice inside of an actual pineapple would have added some justice to the dish. While the helping of the curry and the cashew nuts chicken were good portions, the padh Thai was in a rather short supply for the price. What was commendable were the drinks. The tuk tuk (a.k.a Virgin Mary) was the best I’ve ever had. It had a tangy taste with the right amount of Tabasco and a tad bit of honey perhaps that made it so uniquely tuk tuk. The service was from the heart and loved the attention given to us. We are surely going back there.

Delicious and fresh food in a lovely atmosphere with great customer service. I loved the duck and beef ribs and various options of mocktails. I appreciated the authentic and diverse sauces. We used Entertainer and saved quite a bit. Desserts were perfect. 🍉🍰🥥🥭

Sabai thai is a hit or a miss on some nights. The food lacks the authentic thai flavors. Thai food is known for its lemongrass, gingery and spicy flavors. The food at Sabai thai lacked all of it. If you like your food not to be thai spicy this is the place to go. It was a busy night and there weren’t enough service staff on duty which resulted in delay in service and it was hard to find someone to even ask them for anything. It took them 25 mins to just serve our drinks. The food did come earlier than the drinks and it should be drinks first before food. It’s a beautiful restaurant though just need to fix their food and service issues.

Just loved their green curry accompanied with sharing style white rice. Crispy beef fry was out of the world. Papaya salad was nice and satay was ok. They tune the spice level to ur requirements. We recently visited this restaurant with some colleagues. It's located in the inner section of the Westin hotel and right from the outside you can sense the atmosphere of the place. By far the best authentic thai restaurant in town, including the Thai hospitality. They have included a new variety of other South East Asian style options including nasi goreng, Korean fried chicken etc. we stuck to the basics or Thai dishes in the restaurant and as always, thoroughly enjoyed it. The crown on the head was of course the simple Mango with sticky rice and coconut cream, simple in all but the concept. Served with the simplest ingredients but the warm malty rice and cream and sweet mango makes for the perfect close out to a sumptuous meal, any day! Brilliant as always.

From my experience, i think the resturant is over rated, i liked the appetizer so much which i select chicken sati and vegetable spring role, however for the main course which was their signature the beef cary and the fried egg noodles were below average, the meat were so fatty that i didn’t enjoy with the curry and the noodles were over cooked and it had to much of peanut’s, moreover the tum yum soup doesn’t taste like tum yum soup at all, i was eating hot water with shrimp, no sour from the lemon grass( not added) no chili flavor and too much of onions and mushrooms, i was very disappointed.

I observed brunch buffet cost ranges from 300-600 QAR and Sabai Thai was 375 QAR with house beverages and you can get 20% off if you are a Marriott Bonvoy member. It’s a good value especially if you want to try different types of Asian food. The service was amazing too they cleared out plates promptly and brought out drinks in a timely fashion. The chefs at the bao station and spring roll station was nice and they make fresh bao and spring rolls for you. I definitely recommend to try those.

Been there a few time and enjoyed it, but last time the decision was made that only one beer was available for the brunch. It was a beer I don't drink and even though I could get a beer that was the same cost but not included for the brunch there was no flexibility, like it or lump it. Went for the alcohol free option and brought a beer. Result, spent less and won't return without checking what beer is on for the weekend of at all.
