Benjarong located in West Bay's Dusit Doha Hotel serving Thai food, in a cozy atmosphere. We went during lunch on Friday and was surprisingly empty. Started with their mix of Chicken, Beef and Prawn Satay Skewers with a side of peanut sauce. Honestly really liked this, the skewers were tender and bursting with flavor. The sauce complimented the spice of the meat. Also tried their Papaya Salad served with sticky rice and chicken satay skewers. Fresh and crunchy salad, a bit spicy and tangy but paired really well. It was a bit weird that a salad was served with sticky rice but I guess it could be because of the spicy level. For the main course, we got their Green Curry with Grilled Chicken. Creamy and spicy curry with juicy chicken and eggplants. Not the best green curry I've had in Qatar but still nice. Next we got the Mussaman Curry with Lamb Shank served with potatoes. This was my favorite dish, super hearty curry and nice and tender lamb. The lamb could have been a bit more tender but the flavor was incredible! Also got their Fried Seabass with Sweet N Sour Sauce, the fish was really crispy and mostly batter, so didn't really enjoy the fish itself. To compliment these dishes we got their Vegetable Fried Rice and Steamed Rice, both normal but nice pairing with the main dishes. Food: 8/10 Price: 6/10 Location: 7/10 Recommend: Mussaman Curry with Lamb Shank Green Curry with Grilled Chicken Chicken, Beef, Prawn Satay Papaya Salad

We ordered through talabat app delivery. And we was so disappointed of portion of food we order. Very small. Vietnam’s rolls was one piece cut on four small pieces… they call them Porpia Sod Poo Song Krueng. Thai chicken with cashew was literally 5 pieces of chicken cubes sized of my nail. Hope in actual restaurant have bigger portions. But after what we got for delivery, do not want even go there.

It is an amazing (?) restaurant that I have never experienced in Doha. We went to this restaurant without making a reservation for Saturday's brunch. We left the restaurant after hearing that the reservation was full. I was googling to go to another restaurant, but the manager came out and said he would prepare a table in about 20 minutes. We waited and went in, and the table guided by the manager was outside. No one but us came to the outdoor table, and everyone ate inside. Even the noise and dust were enormous because it was under construction on the road right next to it. I couldn't understand myself why I was eating in such a noisy chunk of dust. About food. The salad was made in advance, so it wasn't fresh at all. Except for the soup and curry taken out of the POT, all warm foods were served cold. In short, it is not a food to pay 570QR (190*3). Of course, this is my personal unfortunate experience and other guests may have had the best meal experience. I hope Benjarong will be aware that no one wants to eat next to such a construction site no matter how delicious the food is. And I think it would be better not to bring pre-made food to customers at once, but to serve one by one with all your heart. The staff were very kind. Thank you for their hard work and I give you a star.

We went for Saturday brunch. It is a sit down brunch with a set menu. It is a fairly small restaurant. We booked our table. Warm welcome by the staff. The welcome drink (Mocktail) was good. First thing first - food was very good. One of the best that food I have had in a Star hotel. Salads were served promptly. The problem started after that. We had to wait a long time for appetizers, main course and dessert. I had to chase the serving staff. All the tables were occupied. The server was overwhelmed. Was really frustrating. The food was not ready is what I was told. I felt the kitchen let down the server. Even drinks I had to ask repeatedly. At one point I walked by my self to the drinks station and order drinks. We went with soft drinks package. They didn't have drinks that was in the menu. For the main course again they didn't have the fist dish and they substited it with a chicken dish. We were there at 12:30, it is not we went late for the brunch. So that was disappointing. When asked for the bill there was problem with the billing system and at the end I told them I don't want the bill, just take the money as had to be somewhere else and already waited 20mins for the bill. The credit card machine didn't work, so paid by cash. The server was very apologetic. If I had to rate only for food I would give 5*. But overall experience was underwhelming die to the reasons above. You can use entertainer voucher for soft drinks. They charge for children aged 6 and above. The management have to have a look on how they run their service.

We had an incredible brunch experience at Benjarong, the Thai restaurant located within Dusit hotel. The food was absolutely amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes including starters, salads, soups, main courses, desserts, and drinks. Each bite was bursting with delightful flavors that left a lasting impression. The staff at Benjarong, particularly Saranya, our exceptional waiter, truly went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Saranya's kindness and attentiveness were remarkable. She treated us with genuine care, ensuring our satisfaction at every step of the way. Her warm and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like valued guests. We appreciated her knowledge of the menu and her helpful recommendations. Furthermore, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Chef Ninja for her culinary expertise. The dishes she prepared were a true testament to her skill and passion for Thai cuisine. The flavors were exquisite, and we savored every bite. The overall ambiance of Benjarong was inviting and cozy, complemented by the professional and friendly staff. From the moment we walked in until the end of our meal, the staff made us feel like we were part of a special dining experience.

After my excellent experience at benjorang Dubai I venture to the Dusit in Doha and was equally impressed. Though both share similar dishes the presentation and atmosphere is completely different. Which is nice so you don’t feel like you are eating at the same place no matter which outlet you dine. The satay was nice but a bit overpriced at QAR 90. I should have rather gone for my Tom yum goong instead. Next time perhaps. The phad Thai goong was delicious, soft flat juicy noodles dressed with assortments all over. The aroma was irresistible. The green Thai chicken was also very tasty though a bit spicy even though we opted for it to be mild. A must try is their mock-tail Tuk Tuk. Yeah that want it’s called. Lastly while the staff is extremely kind and willing to please they need a bit of coaching in English. But then again that’s the trade off for having authentic Thai experience overseas. So don’t try small talk just stick to simple terms while ordering. Thanks to the chef for her generosity for offering us a fruit platter at the end of the meal.

Outstanding and authentic Thai cooking at this new restaurant. Far superior to Spice Market at the W in terms of quality of ingredients and overall preparation. The restaurant is newly opened so there are not many guests yet, but it deserves to be filled with customers. Well done to the Benjarong team.

I was excited to come to this restaurant. When I walked in the ambiance was amazing but I noticed a lack of enough servers (waiters).. the customer service was bad. It took the waiter 10 minutes before we could order.. I was disappointed. Good food but Really Bad service... No one wanted to take our order.

It’s our first time in this place and they didn’t disappoint us. We’ve experienced excellent service from our waitress Ni Luh who made sure we’ve got everything we need to everybody else being so approachable and always smiling. Ambiance was so pleasant. The gorgeous colossal paintings left me bewildered and astonished. The furnitures were very comfortable. The food was served on time and was deliciously flavorful. We just we’re a bit sad because they don’t have the mango sticky rice but they ended our night with a nice complimentary dessert for our birthday celebrant. They’re with Entertainer, Urban Point and My Book which was really a great deal for money. Overall, our experience was delightful. Thank you Benjarong. Highly recommended place!

DO NOT set foot in this place. Beyond disappointing. Felt scammed walking out of there. Their supposed brunch, if you use entertainer, turns out has a different price which you are not told about until the bill comes. The manager literally made up a number in his head and tried to have us "forget about the price on the menu" (his words) Food was just ok.. A lot of it was fried and cold. Service was subpar. Empty plates and glasses sat at the table for longs periods of time and food and beverages took forever to be served. There are so many other and better places to dine in or brunch at in Doha. Don't waste your time in Benjarong.

Wonderful service from the staff. Nice ambience. We went for the business lunches, 1pm + Appetiser: Grilled chicken satay 2 Mains: Phad Thai / Tofu with cashew nuts in a sweet sauce Dessert: Fruit / Thai style pudding The taste was too sweet for Thai taste but perfect for farang (westerner). I will be back. Khop Khun krap 🙏
