I really like desserts at Mado. The tres leches is the best Turkish tres leches I had in Qatar. The baklava is generally really good especially when fresh, but it is pricey for the portion size. Their ice cream is sooooo creamy and stretchy and deeply flavoured. Really love it. I recommend the mastic flavour. Tea and cappuccino are really good. The gozleme had nice cheese inside and it was crunchy but the dough felt a bit too stretchy and difficult to cut. I don't like the chicken main dishes and don't recommend them. The salads are decent but over-priced. Good portions, quality and service for the price. Outdoor seating is great in cooler days. They have fast wifi but only one electricity outlet, so not a suitable place to do some work on a laptop.

It was a delightful feast for the senses and left me feeling satisfied and happy. However, there were a couple of downsides to my experience that prevented me from giving MADO a perfect rating. Firstly, the prices were quite steep, which may not be affordable for everyone. Additionally, the portion sizes were on the smaller side, so I didn't feel like I got as much food as I would have liked for the price I paid. Overall, I would highly recommend MADO to anyone who's looking for a unique dining experience in the Pearl. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Just be prepared to spend a little more money than you would at other breakfast spots in the area. I give it a solid 4 stars out of 5.

MADO has many branches all over the GCC and offers a taste of Turkish cuisine favorites. The service today was efficient, and our friendly waitres Carolyn was helpful and conciderate. The items were delivered in a timely fashion and tasted good. The Borek was well layered but was flat on flavor (more herb and salt are needed). The sour soup was good and nicely presented, resembling a Moroccan Harira soup. The meatball dish was well cooked and seasoned with tomato sauce and yoghurt. Prices are acceptable given the completion and quality.

Tried their breakfast platter for two. Delicious as usual. Attentive and courteous staff. But we had to wait for the bill for 15 minutes after repeatedly asking the staff. What I loved the most: 1- Borek (just the right amount of crunch with cheese) 2- Simit (cant get enough of that) 3- Green olives from the olive plate 4- Tahina (Sesame seeds paste) with molasses.

Mado is one of the best Turkish cafes/restaurants in Qatar. Reasonable prices, delicious, great tea and coffee ♥️

Loved the spacious ambience with light music. Salad and appetizers are tasty and healthy (not too oily). Hot chocolate comes with Mado branded piece of chocolate and water (now that's a plus). Service is quick and great.

If I will compare witb the original branches in Turkey I would say only the tea was good

We’ve been to Mado after having dinner somewhere else because we wanted to have Turkish desserts. The restaurant is nice and the location is good, including the terrasse where we managed to sit despite the weather. Service and presentation were remarkable but I can’t say the same thing for their desserts. They have indeed typical Turkish baklavas but the ones we had were not fresh and not tasty at all. As a Turkish person I know that Mado is a chain which is famous for tourists in Istanbul too, but it’s not where we actually go to have good baklava. It’s still worth the visit if you’re looking for a nice place for a drink and a quick bite.

Bad and very very slow service. Only one waiter was serving entire restaurant on his own runing everywhere! More than two hours to get the breakfast because, only one coock to prepare the orders. Can’t say more, service flow needs to be upgraded. But staff still friendly and smiling though not their fault. Horrible experience 😡😡

We expected the same quality of food as in the Istanbul's Mado, which my family likes a lot and prefers over others. Not even close! I always thought that Turkish dishes can never go below 'good', as usually it is 'great' or 'excellent' depending on the place and chief (outside Turkey). But this franchise made an impossible possible: the taste, way it was cooked , appearance - all substandard. Will never visit again, even for a coffee.

Great food and atmosphere staff were very welcoming as soon as I stepped in I do recommend the lemonade as it tasted fresh when I tried it

You have worked tirelessly to make your restaurant what it is today, serving the best food it was very delicious. However, you should’ve even put more years of selecting the right manager! Terrible management and not welcoming at all.. won’t be here again as a tourist this was the worst experience.

Me and my friends visited this place recently..place is nice and cool with AC , we sit nearby the window for some view of the pearl. We had Borek, pogaca,baklava with ice cream and also turkish coffee. It tastes good and yummy. I was in turkish school for years me myself thinking that In terms of texture pogaca slightly to soft side a bit different than the original but yummy. borek seems fancy, i think they used different kind of pastry to make the borek so it tastes more of the crunchiness although borek in my memory is not like this but still tastes good. The server lady is nice, smile a lot. Overall ok experience

We love to have breakfast here. Today we order the Sini breakfast, as usual was very tasty but the portion was reduced extremely for the eggs, we doubled check with the waiter if that was the correct portion, he just replied “yes is what we serve for 2 people”. Find the video on this post and judge yourself, looks literally like 2 eggs in that pot, as we come here regularly we know what the portions are, in my case it was not a day to get into arguments for food, but the management can check this with the chef. Thank you.

We went for Breakfast here and the view from here is nice We ordered the Breakfast Platter for 2 which comes with Turkish Tea and it was very tasty and loved the Turkish Bread served with it.
