Loved our short stay at this hotel. Our room was spacious and had more than we needed. Excellent beds, huge bathroom. As we were only there for a layover, we ordered room service and it was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent pool area with great views of Doha city from the attached sun room. I'd definitely stay here again.

If you are a member of course you will stay in Sheraton. However, if you are choosing a hotel for your stopover, consider definitely this hotel! It is located in between two very interesting parts of Doha - old and new (well they are all new). It is also very close to the airport, just take a taxi which varies between 29-49 Qatari real. Besides, the hotel has the greatest hospitality you may possibly desire (even if no expectations), I can assure you it is way beyond what you may get! Please remember, that all these people are working very long hours to help you to relax and enjoy - be kind to them! They have also families and children waiting for them back home! So if you are kind you will get double back, like during my stay in Sheraton. Absolutely unforgettable experience! Especially wanted to thank my front desk managers, spa ladies you are GORGEOUS, the chef making my breakfast to take with me to the airport.❤️

I was there as part of the Qatar Airways Stopover Program. The hotel is battered in many places. Unfortunately, practically nothing is repaired unless it is important. I had black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. However, I felt very comfortable during my stay. Cleanliness was perfectly fine with 1-2 exceptions. The location is perfect if you want to use the subway, because right in front of the hotel is the subway station where all lines run. Check-in at 7 in the morning was no problem. I was asked right away when my onward flight was and I could still use the room free of charge at the day of departure until the evening departure. Very good service.

Right on the new subway system. Rooms are large and staff are very friendly. Downside, there was a lot of construction noise for a couple of nights, I was offered a change of room, but the work was finished so stayed where I was, I had a great view of the city skyline.

I was satisfied with the cleanness, location, and friendly staff of this hotel, but the lost cash was the worst memory. Anyone planning to stay at this hotel is advised to keep always their suitcases, backpacks and wallets locked even the room. Someone can face the situation where the wallet rest the same but only the cash disappears. All hotel staffs say they don't know.

Our flight was cancelled, so we decided to get a taste of Doha rather than spend the night in the airport. Could not be happier. To a person, the staff at this hotel is amazing. On check in, he asked what time our flight was, and gave us a late check out time that coincided. When our safe didn’t work, without hesitation, they moved us across the hallway to an upgraded room. The metro station is right in front of the hotel. (We went to the Souq Waqif. Amazing place.) Just a great hotel experience.

A wonderful and varied iftar buffet, fast service, and a quiet place suitable for families..I suggest modifying the sweets buffet a little..Four Point is our choice for every Ramadan

I always appreciate the smaller details, such as being offered a fresh coffee & dates on arrival. The staff could not be more helpful. For the $ price I could not fault. I was so glad that I took up the offer of a 2 nights stopover in Doha, and 4 Points Sheraton made it even more special. Excellent breakfast buffet was also part of the package, and with the Metro station literally just outside the door made it easy to explore other parts of the city.

Truly remarkable 1 night stay. I've never had such a great service from other Four Points by Sheraton hotels. This is now #1 of all FP for me! Keep up the good work. Good size room, nice gesture of offering a complimentary early check-in and breakfast loved it all... Hope to stay for longer next time.

Disappointed by this Four Points hotel. More like a 2* place. Rooms smell of damp. Staff is very nice. Duty manager claimed that I was contacted over the phone several times. However I received no calls and I also have an email address if he really wanted to contact me. He also feels that the smell was from oud spilling in the room. I’m quite aware of the difference. There was no oud spillage and the damp smell was from the air conditioning system.

Very nice hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are big and luxurious; the breakfast is expensive (25$) but well worth the price. Best part of the hotel is its location, just at one of the exit's of the largest metro station that serves the whole of Doha. In 20 minutes you can go anywhere.

I stayed here for 8 days and really like to say about good service which we received and also would like to share the names of staffs who gave their best services and like to appreciate their work. 1. Mr. Ajay, Kabir, Alex and Mr. Narul Haq - F & B team very polite, smiling, and helpful always.... 2. Ms. Sushmita and Mr. Fateh from Housekeeping department, who did their job best as my 3 year old son who mess the room but every time they cleaned nicely... 3. Ms. Grace from Frontdesk was really very polite in talk, helpful and everything she explained to us about the property and near by famous things to go for.... 4. And also staff of other facilities such as pool area the reception and cleaning staff was very helpful. Really I liked their services as they work hard and always give their best and there for Guests! So, only one thing keep up this good faith ahead too..... we enjoyed out stay in Four Points by Sheraton Musherib and really everyone should prefer there stay over here only....

For the price and location it is an easy choice for Marriott followers. You can pop out of the redline at the front door. 5 star review is based on hotel class. The bathroom was bonkers. A legit rain shower with water pressure that has not been legal in the United States since the 70s (I made that up). Bed seemed to be part foam and my kind of firm. AC let you make it crazy cold. Checking was easy, standard passport stuff.

Doha is a city everyone can visit. Safe, clean, and easy to reach everything by metro. The four points hotel is next to the mushreib station and 15 min direct from the airport away. Thank you, Majd, for the warm welcoming. Everything was super. We had a stopover in Doha, so we stayed one night only. The room was clean, and the interior was kept simple, which we loved. The shower is amazing, there is a rain shower head inside and the mirror in the bathroom doesn't fog up... I did this for my bathroom, too!! The roof too is amazing. Even though there is a spa, fitness room, whirlpool, and pool with a beautiful view.

A standard hotel at the heart of Doha, Qatar in Mesheirb district. Excellent reception by the staff as they were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were small but neat and nice. I really recommend it as it is worth the amount paid.

Absolutely amazing amazing experience. Seriously 6 star experience. Lowest cost option in the city. Location is unparalleled with the hotel entrance being right next the metro stop entrance/exit (make sure you use the correct exit number!). Had a early morning arrival and a next day early morning departure and the hotel was super accommodating allowing me to check-in early, get breakfast as a Titanium member, and then check-out at midnight right before the metro closes. They also upgraded me to a standard suite which was just stunning with a great view of the city. Everything was absolutely perfect. The breakfast was tasty with tons of options. Service friendly with multiple lattes. Great way to relax and spend a 1 day layover. The pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge were all state of the art. Adriane personally wheeled my luggage to the metro stop to say goodbye as a beautiful gesture.

My second time trip for this hotel.I am staying 3 days. I observed room service is very nice by Mr.Shrinivash and Mr.Vishal Singh.Take care of guest and service is very well and communication is too good.Behaviour also very nice. Right on top of the metro intersection, a perfect place for a mobile tourist. Staff was attentive. Wish I had swimmers to try to pool after a hot day. Bit tricky to hail a taxi with no driveway.

Spacious room. Service is good. Location right above the Metro station (there are 2 lines) and take you direct to the airport and main tourist areas. Worth the price.

Hotel is okay, staff are friendly , but manager were not flexible, refused to change the welcoming gift from points to breakfast after selecting it, even though it’s in his power to do it and keep customers happy, for that I gave 2 stars

I have been to the hotel with group of family member, had 3 rooms for 3 nights. From the moment I approached the hotel until check out I have noticed something unusually happens. The staff were Very friendly as I never notice such a staff so friendly and in my frequent traveling particularly in Marriott bonvoy group. Staff dealt with during my stay were the security, receptionist , concierge and dining team during breakfast. All of them are super friendly, welcoming and supportive to meet your needs. I hope to see other mariott bonvoy group staff would consider this behaviour as a role model. Also, food and beverages quality was superb and hotel location is also perfect a d nearby souq waqif for within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great 4* hotel that should be 5* ! special thanks to front desk Jamel for being so welcoming, kind, helpful, and professional. She solved our problem for us extremely fast. We really enjoyed our stay. Room 308 and 309 were perfect. Lots of water in the room which is really useful in Qatar. The whole team is great I also mention the Thai staff at the penthouse that were really Nice and helpful .

Location is great next to Msheireb metro station linked straight away to the airport. The room was spacious with comfortable bed. I really enjoyed my stay. I was even allowed to check in around midday, i.e. three hours before the normal check-in time. Moreover, taxi was arranged for me to go to the airport early in the morning. Thank you guys!

The distance between the hotel and the new metro station is a mere 10 meters! All staff were very welcoming and attentive. Room well maintained; buffet breakfast selection and quality is good. Provision of complimentary water in the guest rooms was generous, making sure you are hydrated.

I enjoyed the stay over here as per QP Quarantine for 2days. But the room service menu has very minimal option to choose pls add more food options need bit of variety for food to choose doesn't matter to pay separately but need some good variety of food options.

I was saty at this hotel from 21/08 to 24/08 Fantastic saty lovely place and the staff was truly helpful and friendly .my stay was under the Qatar petroleum . cleaning room service all. Great .

Nice rooms and Friendly staff. Big plus is connectivity. Adjacent to the Msheireb metro station and the souq is at walking distance. Food quality has improved since the last time I stayed here.

Hotel is very clean as well as rooms and restaurant. Although in the center, it is very silent. Service is perfect.

Very smooth and pleasant stay. Stayed here for 11 days, super convenient for travelers; has metro, rtpcr, supermarket, pharmacy next to it. Lastly, service was great, speaking of which, they had two gems shanif and ushmita; both were great !

I am writing this review to thank Mehraj and the staff at Four Points by Sheraton for a very memorable stay. We visited while in transit from Brisbane to Cape Town and again 3 weeks later on our return journey. Both times we were met by Mehraj who was friendly and welcoming and remembered us on our return. The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable with the best shower you could ever ask for while travelling. The hotel is extremely well located and we used the Metro while in Doha as the station is literally outside of the hotel. We had in-room dining which was delicious too. I highly recommend Four Points - 10 out of 10!

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Loved the rooms and the design. Location is a bit confusing (lots of constructions in the streets) made it hard to reach. Very little parking spaces. Metro station is in front of the hotel. No noise at all in the rooms.

A decent hotel located in a great location however run by incompetent managers (you know who I'm talking about). Front desk workers were great but the supervisors were useless.

I did not stay, however steeped in to ask for directions and I was wowed by the amount of attentions provided by the doorman, the concierge and the front desk staff. The hotel is centrally located and right on top of the Mshereib metro station that connects with all the lines. I will be back in Doha in a couple of months and I will definitely stay there. People make the difference. Kudos to the team.✅🤙
