My experience was uncomfortable. This is my first review. I arrived at check-in time and got a Marriott class room upgrade. But the room wasn't ready, so the male staff told me to wait 30 minutes. I waited more with no problems. But he told me to wait another 30 minutes after 30 minutes. My baby was hungry so I asked for it to be ready quickly, but he looked at me with a bad tone and said “if you want a normal room You can check in anytime” He said to like this, you had an upgrade and of course you had to wait!! so I waited until 4 o'clock to check-in. I didn't like the situation or the response.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott Marquee City Centre in Doha, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's fantastic location and beautiful ambiance immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. The reception staff's (special mention to Juki the duty manager) outstanding customer service was evident from the moment we arrived. The Executive Lounge provided a remarkable experience. The team, including MC, Zoey, Cedric, Othmane, Phurpa, and Efrance, exhibited unparalleled friendliness and professionalism. Their dedication to delivering great service truly enhanced our stay. The pool area was a delightful retreat, offering a perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. The staff there were attentive, ensuring that every moment spent by the pool was enjoyable. Overall, the JW Marriott Marquee City Centre in Doha left a lasting impression on me and my family. We are already looking forward to returning next year, thanks to the exceptional service, friendly staff, and the overall excellence of this remarkable hotel.

This is a very nice hotel located centrally in Doha. The people are very friendly and courteous. We had an executive suite, which is highly recommendable. The executive lounge on 42th floor is a magnificent place to spend time and / or work. The hotel has an excellent breakfast buffet and direct access to Doha city mall is very convenient. Thank you for making our stay so amazing!

Had a great stay here in the center of Doha. The hotel is connected to the mall. And there’s a metro station close by. So it’s easy to get around. From the minute I arrived until I left it was a very pleasant stay. The staff are very friendly. The bell man, Nicolas was so helpful when I had questions not just about the hotel, but also about Doha in general. All in all a great stay!

Consequently, I chose this particular property, a decision that exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, I must extend my sincere appreciation to the Concierge team, with a special mention for their exceptional leader, Eduardo. Even before my arrival, I had reached out to Eduardo to explore transportation options, and his responses were not only prompt but also immensely helpful. Throughout my stay, the Concierge team continued to be remarkably attentive and always eager to assist. Their recommendations spanned from shopping suggestions at the Place Vendome Mall to securing a car hire service for the F1 race, as well as providing insightful restaurant recommendations and seamlessly arranging numerous Karwa Taxis at my request. Furthermore, I had the pleasure of savoring sumptuous daily breakfasts at the Sridan restaurant. The variety and quality of food options from across the globe were truly outstanding. The staff at Sridan consistently extended warm hospitality, ensuring my mornings commenced on a delightful note. Last but certainly not least, I was fortunate to receive an upgrade to an executive suite, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room was not only impressively spacious but also adorned with tasteful decor. The standout feature, however, was the state-of-the-art electric drapery system, which played a pivotal role in shielding the room from the scorching heat outside. I visited Doha for the first time and I was very happy with my stay at JW Marriott. The service and hospitality were excellent. I would like to mention a couple of staff names who were exceptional with their service and care. I appreciated their hard work and effort to make me and my family feel satisfied. Peter, Ajmol Hussain, Halima, Rania, Yasin Khan. The concierge staff Johnny, Shagor, Tapiwa the receptionist, Abu Russell from housekeeping were amazing. Pool area Nassoro and Arjun were great too! Honestly, I recommend this hotel to those who are thinking of staying in Doha. Good location and most importantly very clean.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a genuine smile. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a breathtaking view of the city. The hotel's location was perfect, close to popular attractions and restaurants. The swimming pool was amazing and the bed was very comfortable.

Had a fantastic 2 week stay at the JW Marriott in Doha. Rooms are excellent and well kept and all the staff are simply amazing. A great breakfast spread at Sridan restaurant and in the evenings there’s some great food laid out in the lounge. I loved the fact that they serve so many fresh juices, the pineapple juice was incredible. Location could not be better - interconnected with the City Centre Mall, so everything is a stones throw away. A fantastic pool as well, great for kids. There’s also a kids play area in Sridan so you can have breakfast in peace! All the staff made our stay really pleasant, too many people to shout out, but Annma was the star for us. Will defo be back here, it’s my go to place in Doha.

Not the JW Marriot standards, below expectations, actually its an OLD building, however, the Customer Service is the WORST! they are rigid, inflexible, static, and no considerations for loyalties or Bonvoy membership nor considerations of any request! I have stayed there for 3 nights, other than the below standards service, their management is untrained and incapable of making any decisions! I am very disappointed with their services, and when they contacted me via email asking or feedback, I made it clear that their management and front line staff needs attention, Please pay attention JW staff! please understand that you are in the same BLOCK as the: JW Marriot - 2 stars service. Le Meridian - 3/4 stars service. Rotana hotel - 3 stars service. so far, BOTH, have BETTER services than them! despite JW stands on premium legacy, but not anymore with this specific branch! Better to change, because it seems despite how much we are loyal to the Bonvoy and their association, we are still not being provided with minimal expectations more at least stargazed services and considerations!

Never have I ever been treated so good in my entire life from a hotel. The staff is second to none, the food is absolutely delicious, and the views are breathtaking! I would absolutely come back again!

We had another wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in Doha. Special thanks to Ms. Bernadine, the front of house Manager for taking very good care of us. Our last stay at this hotel was also a great experience and we will most definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful property and a smooth and relaxing stay. Mahmoud Elsayed was really excellent and helpful resolving all of our issues at the reception as was Mark, and Tapiwa was so sharp and impressive at check-out. Nicholas from the concierge was absolutely phenomenal in assisting us the entire stay and Sudip was superb as well, and Aziz and Rania at Sridan breakfast were tremendous as well. Anna at the spa/pool area also blew us away with her tour she gave us and explaining everything, she is a great saleswoman. Will definitely be back. This places is quiet, as many of the hotels in this beautiful city, costumer attention, food and drinks makes a huge difference. Perfectly located, you can easily navigate to interesting point around Doha not more than 15 minute radius .

Despite this being the second brand on the property after ShangriLa, the place is still one of the best in town, the rooms are super luxurious and spacious , loved my stay, with the exemption of the moist smell in the room which they solve and got me a dehumidifier throughout my stay.

Service is very good , special for james at receptionis very helpfull dan friendly ,room is clean and big ,breakfast so many variety ,location connecting city center mall..eveything is ok

The staff are very nice and friendly, the location is amazing as it is connected to the City center where all kind of shops are available. It's the best place for a family vacation they have multiple choices of rooms and apartments as well. The only point that is disturbing (for me) is that the bathrooms don't have water hose. Otherwise everything was perfect 🥰

Beautiful stay! The room was very spacious and clean. We got a high floor and so the view was great as well. The breakfast was really good and staffs were very helpful. Definitely worth the stay!

Daniele and Irene took good care of us for a tasty afternoon tea. The sweets were mostly excellent. The teas were interesting and presented in a very nice way. However, the service needs practice and the chef needs to learn that marmalade is not apricot jam and how to cook puff pastry. All the right ingredients, but needs polish and refinement to get 5* in the future.

Good:Nice big room with great bathroom, good desk for working. Not so good: dark wood and dim lighting, only 1 usb outlet nowhere near bed and not working. Front desk quickly got someone to supply usb charger.

I got chance to stay here due Hotel quarantine requirement.I found the facility pretty reasonable.Nice comfortable room with all basic amenities supply but I sincerely urge their management to improve the taste of food being provided. Best wishes otherwise

Stayed here for 3 days recently. Some of the best service ever. Everyone seemed to work together and always eager to assist. Made reservations at local restaurants, made sure room was great and did everything with a smile. Great, will return. Top notch restaurants within.

Stayed here for two weeks and the people that work here are exceptional and very attentive to your needs. I will be staying here again the next time I'm at Doha for work.

Service is not upto Mark. Pre Booked for 2 days full quarantine package and I was waiting for more than 1.5 hrs for getting a room and was given five meals only. This is horrible and poor customer service compared to other star hotels.

Very good hotel. Especially if you are traveling with kids. 1BR suite with Executive lounge access we stayed in was so spacious and comfortable.

I had the helipad experience, if you could get over the price, you will enjoy every bit of it. The food was top, the service was 5 star and the view was amazing. We had the sunset view and the full moon watching over us at night.

The JW Marriott Marquis in Doha is a great hotel with a nice lounge. Mohsain at the front counter provided exceptional service and made my stay perfect. Highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and excellent service.

The location is excellent. The hotel services and staff are very good. The pool are is also good. HOWEVER, the main thing in the hotel which are the rooms are not good at all. I stayed in an Executive Suite. It wasn’t good at all. There are huge columns in the suite which are really in your way whenever you want to move around. I don’t know why they designed this building this way! The room interior is very dull and lifeless. The lighting in the room is also very poor. At night, it gets really dark even if you turn all the lights on. I don’t think I will stay here unless they renovate the property.

We came for our anniversary, and they made it an amazing time. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and celebrated. The breakfast is amazing, the staff are great, and the atmosphere is top notch. We highly recommend the hotel!

This is THE PLACE you need to stay at. Everyone here is amazing. The rooms are top notch, the location is amazing, and it is a beautiful property. Beyond that what makes this place the best in Doha is the service! Pull up to the hotel and Dinesh take care of you, check in with Chaima and Remy is on point, Bernadine makes sure you are taken care of, and James is always in the lobby to get anything you need taken care of. We stay here on business and everything is coordinated. Rooms are refreshed while we are out at meetings, the lounge is on point, the breakfast buffet helps you start your day out in the best way. If you don't stay here you will have to wonder what you are missing and if you do stay here you know there is nowhere better in Doha. This is a home away from home and a true gem!

Hotel is located just next to the City Center mall on diplomatic district. Team is hospitable and kind. The lobby is large with enough space to wait for a car or a room or an assistance. Pool is like a garden with air conditioning cabanas. Gym is modern, has everything for training.

On 31st of July I visited JW MARRIOTT MARQUIS CITY CENTER Doha Pool Deck. Pool Deck servers Yazd, ,Renato, Miss and Sayed were very kind, polite and friendly. I spend a whole day and I feel angry and Sayed suggest me to try the the grills, and I chose Grilled Tiger Prawns, food which I have received was so delicious and good, I give from 10 from 10. I send my regards to chef which he prepared the Food Chef Khil. JW Pool Deck on of the best plays in the Doha to chill out and enjoy the day. Thanks a lot

Amazing staff and stay. The guys here go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. We were there with my 3 month old and they took care of us through out our stay. We were given a beautiful room, even though we did have a few issues, the good has definitely took away the bad points. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Amazing 5 star treatment and incredible staff!! As a Platinum member I was upgraded to a suite on check-in. The breakfast buffet is more like 5 buffets (Asian, Indian, American, Turkish, and Arab, + an omelette station). The lounge "snack" is more like a dinner buffet each evening and the Petit Fours with gold were the highlight, shout-out to the pastry chef! Best hotel I've ever stayed in and they did a lot to accommodate those who are not celebrating Ramadan.

I spent already about 40 nights in JW Mariott in Doha and I really enjoyed it. My experience is very good - really comfortable rooms, perfect service, good facilities and food. I would like to distinguish Mr Mark Diola (the assistant guest service manager) who really makes your stay better. Thank you!
